LD38 — A Small World

For The Love Of Money by KunoNoOni 2017-05-04T23:49:22Z

Theme of this game is very interesting, you have a great sense of humor. I like graphics and music works perfect. The highlight for me is jumping with the main character, jumping is...soft, an orgasmic feeling dude! hahaha. This is a great work and for Compo mode, I am fascinated about the published project :flushed:. By the way, thank you for your feedback on my game post .

Solitary Freedom by CMLSC 2017-05-03T23:51:07Z

This game is hard as fuck with simple and good graphics. The music makes a good sense while I die over and over, with 8-bits sound effects pretty amazing. By the way, I admire creating the game with python: Contratulation.

420 Planets by Kakureta 2017-05-05T16:57:05Z

Graphics and concept are my highlight in this game. I would see more about this game in a near future, really interesting! (The best thing I like is the animation when you travel to other planet hahaha).

Mediator by randomhuman 2017-05-03T21:59:51Z

Goddammit you have an incredible art and game design! Your game have a great and interesting concept art, I love the spacecraft as helicopter for real. The characters animation are pretty amazing, and I am going to rate it with 5 stars for sure. I missed the parallax effect in the space background making sense of movement. Anyway, you should go up with this game and I will be glad to see if you decide to create a demo (you can contact me through https://twitter.com/Pomada_feliz if you wish). Congratulation for this good work.

Tooth decay by Ithildin 2017-05-05T00:12:56Z

A lot of fun! You have a great sense of humor man. The theme about Small World inside a "Tooth Decay" is just amazing .

Fancy meeting you here by Local Minimum 2017-05-01T17:44:32Z

HAHAHAH crazy game! I love this "small world ecape" from talk with people. I was fun playing mini-games while try to avoid the conversation. Graphics with low-detail and low animation and the "bla bla bla" sound a bit... weird XD. I think this idea is very interesting.

Lottery: you judge them I judge you by doppelgunner 2017-05-01T04:56:27Z

Icarus Isolation by King Kujito 2017-05-01T18:01:02Z

I've tried 1.0 version and controls are crazy, you get dizzy trying to fly in one direction. By the way, it has a really great work in graphics and a good song to accompany.

Murder 38 - Episode One: A Small World by rodobodolfo 2017-05-02T19:31:48Z

This is my favorite game in this jam !! I really love this at all: graphics and music are amazing. But my highlights have been the dialogue, I could not stop laughing while I read it and listening voices hahaha! My best congratulation for this artwork.

MARBLE GALAXY by Connorses 2017-05-04T00:00:16Z

Pretty simple and works perfect. It's a good game for Compo mode overall, Congratulations. PD: I love enemies with his shape like a pill hahaha

Naarrow by Ace17 2017-05-07T00:49:04Z

Small World Resort Manager by udo 2017-05-05T00:37:35Z

picture.png A lot of fun playing this! I love the sound of people when move to beach hahaha. The Small World concept here is interesting although is not important at all. This is one of the best polished and solid games I have seen on this jam (You did it too good in Compo :astonished:). Congratulations.

Ragdoll Wars by bwalter 2017-05-04T14:30:19Z

Amazing GameMaker game! (I love this engine ). Graphics are soooooo good, but character is even crazily better. Trying to attack and move for killing the enemies is actually, hard as fuck. I really enjoyed this game ... and this is COMPO MODE !!! I'm surprised by this amazing work. Congratulation.

Haven - The Small World by Iluvatar 2017-05-07T00:31:03Z

The graphics are amazing and your concept idea is really interesting. I couldn't finish the game because I tried to minimize it and game crashed... and this happened to me for two times, also you can't skip intro dialog :pensive:. Anyway, I am going to rate this as one of the best rate in theme, graphics and music games I have ever seen. Congratulation.

Pixel Town by automatonvx 2017-05-05T00:01:08Z

A cute little game! Creatures are a lot of funny, and I like sound effects. Gameplay is a little annoying at first, but you have to be patient hahaha. This is one of the best games for Compo(spirit at least as you said on itch.io :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:) I ever seen on this jam. Congratulation.

The Microns by Rodrigo DenĂºbila 2017-05-02T18:34:39Z

Very good 3D graphics achieved in just 3 days. I really like the theme of your game, it's pretty funny!. By the way, controls are hard while you try to move the caracter to any direction.

X-Pressed Delivery by GabrielBucsan 2017-05-03T21:17:43Z

Graphics are pretty good, I laughed a lot! The controls are really comfortable and you get a great experience while you are walking in first person (that is not easy to make it). By the way, there is not audio but walking sound is enough.

HexCity by MartensCedric 2017-05-04T14:15:28Z

A good solid and polished game made in 48 hours. Graphics are simple and with no bugs while you play. Theme of "Small World" is funny here.

Galaxy Glove by merlyboy 2017-05-02T18:43:50Z

Oh god, I love this game. I felt in love with 2D graphics and I had a lot of fun while moving around in a boxing ring. This game is the best mate, congratulation for this simple and amazing idea to small world theme.

Neon Genesis Pluto by Avocadosan 2017-05-06T19:52:28Z

A lot of fun and crazy visual effects. I really love the pixel picture at first when you launch game (I suppose you are in that picture XD). But... I give 1000000 points in sounds! Great japanese whispering and short shouts hahaha, I'm your first fan about your sense of humor.

Wake Up ! by GoZz 2017-05-01T17:14:14Z

Man, it was incredible. A great atmosphere with a nice music option. My highlights are graphics, a very good work. Control movements are right and changing between nightmares and good dreams is pretty amazing. Congratulations for this game.

Not So Small by CodeChomper 2017-05-02T13:54:09Z

Graphics work good and you spent crazy time trying not to die for bird droppings(?). Beasts have a good animation while level is changing to the next (this is pretty amazing), and sound is kinda good. You have an interesting sense of humor :D.

Ghostscaling by STUDIOCRAFTapps Developpement 2017-05-04T00:15:32Z

I like the little pixel ghost and fell in love with his animations. Game target is a bit confusing, but you have to be patient and will get success. It's a very good work in Compo mode, Congratulation.

Naughty Gnomes by gurkenlabs 2017-05-02T18:06:10Z

Damn kids man! hahaha, graphics of this game are pretty cool along with music and sound effects! Theme is not very related, but you have a lot of fun playing :D. By the way, what is this new engine @gurkenlabs that seems interesting?

Dispyria by Tat2Tim 2017-05-03T21:33:17Z

Really nice work for 72 hours. It reminds me of Castlevania of 80s so ... I love it! The 8-bit sounds and effects are amazing and they are a good choice for this game. By the way, there are a lot of bugs in jumping, colliders and scenes, understandable to this hard game.

Around The World in 80 Seconds by Shaolin Dave 2017-05-03T15:09:58Z

Graphics are cool and very similar to my game lol https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/38/naziverse-1. By the way, it's a pretty game concept and I love it. Nice game dude.

Angry Worlds by MeronSoda 2017-05-04T00:31:06Z

A pretty nice 2D platform. I really like the fact that it has been made with GameMaker(I love GameMaker). Animations are fluid and music is kinda simple. Anyway, this game is solid and polished.

Dude, this is amazing. A really really funny experience, my favourite game played for now. Graphics are simple but with incredible animations (head, brain, text, etc). I just love this game.

Spermicorn by Fanu 2017-05-01T23:10:27Z

Hahahaha This is really funny, dude! Graphic art is pretty good and music accompanies perfectly! I freaked out drilling my keys before the "final". Congratulation por this game, although theme is not very relationed with small world, it's just... fertilisation isn't it? Anyway, you have a great sense of humor.

Planetoid Piracy by RobotSoulsGames 2017-05-01T22:29:03Z

I think like others, this is a fully completed game done for videogame jam, Congrats. Graphics are beautiful and there is no errors. You can explore a big universe of small worlds without problems. I only got a bit problems at the beginning with control of your own planet, becase I used to get stuck next to or between another planets :_D

Spermy by KingofWhaWha 2017-05-06T00:09:10Z

OMG , graphics are amazing. Both players move pretty good and the game is really polished. Music is sooo good!

Naziverse by furazin 2017-04-28T19:01:07Z

Hi @picapica and thank you very much for checking out my game! I have uploaded again linux and I think you can play now without any problem. By the way, I added WebGL version so you can play on your browser (chrome and firefox recommended).

Naziverse by furazin 2017-04-28T20:27:24Z

@king-kujito I just fixed this! Thanks a lot!!

Naziverse by furazin 2017-05-10T16:03:50Z

hahaha @athomicus you need to wait in front of the ball and wait to... enter the "small world" :D

Bound by LittleRain 2017-05-01T16:29:37Z

Ball as characer is really funny! Her face animates when stops suddenly hahaha. Graphics are amazing along with good song, but sometimes it gets difficult to move character with mouse. By the way, music takes a bit delay to rhythm of green/red lights when time goes around 1 minute approximately. Anyway is a good game and harder to create than other due to play with rhythm of music.

Limited Space by Vidinu 2017-05-04T23:26:23Z

I like the 2 types of games inside this one. Graphics are cool and music is amazing! A very good graphics effects when you go down on a planet (I love Game Maker ;D).

Bubblenaut by TheFunAttic 2017-05-02T21:19:06Z

2D illustrations are pretty amazing, character's control is really smooth on level and animations are even better. You have a interesting theme concept with oniric stuff and I really liked it. This is an incredibly good work.

WHAT A SMALL WORLD! by ilikescifi 2017-05-03T15:19:23Z

A really funny game! I love graphics and "world concept" too. I laughed a lot with game boy in bathroom and the unexpected ending .

Agoraphobia by Kodiqi 2017-05-01T14:44:56Z

Interesting game with a great topic, simple and clear. Sound is fantastic to make frantic senses. Congratulations.
