I really like it! Although I had a problem, on the next world dialog, I would hit next level but it was like the quit button was pressed, first time I thought itg was me, but on the 5th time on the 6th level I lost my patience. That aside, the mechanics are awesome and the riddles are clever, unfortunately i dindt see the story evolve sadly. Great Job!!

Yes!!! I really like this entry, the concept is simple but yet very rewarding and fun. The movement is maybe too slow. The tutorial progression is perfect and smooth. Transitions seem kinda broken (you can move the camera and it might be a little slow). Loved the music and the art. I only wish it had more levels. Great job!!!
ah this was lovely. The art is gorgeous, and the narrator is an awesome touch, nice music as well.
My only complaint is that is a little bit too easy. The movement might be better (for me at least) if it were relative to the local rotation instead of the camera.

Everything was super smooth, the graphics are awesoeme, the zoom out and rotation help a lot, however i found it super hard to control! My biggest issue was handling the guy once he took off, I thought moving him with the arrows key would make him rotate, but no, ive tried rotating the camera aswell but the spaceman keeps crashing on its head to all planets, maybe there is something I'm missing!?
At first I didn't know what to do , but when I got the mechanics the game was so much fun and addictive!! It looks like you guys put a lot of effort to do a strategy game this complicated in such short time. The music is awesome, if a little evil. The voice overs would benefit with some treatment, maybe record in a more quiet enviroment? Overall I loved this one. Good job!!!

I first was like 'meh'but then i got REALLY hooked up, this is by far the best game i've played yet, the level progression is just perfect, the music goes well and the mechanics are satisfying. I've found the most precious gem of all. Good job!
Nice game, loved the art an animations. dont like the way collisions works they seem not accurate. also a more gradual introduction to the different mechanics would be great. I personally like Controls but it can be a little frustrating at times, especially when trying to jum over blocks. Graet job overall!

Good job! (with robotic voice) I like it! As the guy above I got the same feeling when swamped with bunch of enemies at the same time. However I feel the game gets too repetitive quickly and I didnt notice any increase in difficulty. Loved the level design and art in general, and Bonus points for super cool song!!!

Really really great gameplay mechanics! I'm impressed you pulled this off in such little time. I love the art and low poly in general. I had trouble reading the instructions though, maybe make the font a little easy on the eye? Agree with some comment above that it needs more metal! really great job on this, you should continue improving it after the jam.
Great job with the art, music and overall game. I much prefer to use the arrows keys on these kind of games or at least expect it to be interchangeable with wasd. got some bugs with the famous .exe stopped working and crashing the game twice. Didn't tried for the 3rd time, sorry. About GIT I agree with @ogma, you should try to avoid using spaces, you could use CamelCase or Lower_Dash for your folders and files. It can save you a lot of problems. Good job!

Incredible music and art! gameplay was a little simple yet quite challenging. I wish it had a quick restart button or a shorter ending screen. I died quite a lot. Also sometime I just loose by peeing while the producer was in the other room. maybe a bug? Overall great job and congrats again for the music!

@jharler thanks! Yes, its some kind of bug when loading the audio. I am essentially moving to the next audio file when playtime > clip.duration -offset. But somehow its either failing to load the clip of failing to "finish" the last one (maybe its skippin frames in some case and the audiosource is no longer playing so playtime is not > duration... yes that might be it...). in any case it will get stuck for ever in that state. Sorry for the thought dump haha

PHEEEW I beated the game in Lunatic, took me a good 30 min. What a game!!! They gameplay is so smooth and the game is hard yet fair (those damn spawners tho). The music is not at the level of the game, with a nasty heavy metal track it would be perfect. Great game man!

I REALLY Like the aesthetics!! The updgrades and progression are nice and gameplay is ok. There is some bugs with some enemies on walls and also if you do a diagonal movement close to a wall. Overall great game!!

Wow, Impressive!! Really hard game for me. Presentation is perfect. On full screen the performance was a little degraded (Firefox Ubuntu). If you die a lot (like I do) the title screen gets a little annoying. Great job!!

@pixelgroover Hi, thanks for the great feedback!!! In my mind you would have a few "easy" tracks to serve as tutorial and the difficulty progression a little less abrupt. Unfortunately I didn't have much free time this jam and I could barely finish it in time.
The sandbox mode is just to play and mix instruments, not really meant to be played. (its just a debug tool exposed as a questionable "feature" ) I didn't have time, but the buttons should show as toggle buttons. Collectables were supposed to be icons of the drum parts but... time... sigh
About the movement, It desperately needs some revisiting, its the weakest part imo.

I really like this. It's simple but perfect for a mobile game whilst waiting for the bus. My one gripe was some cheap deaths where I was outrunning loads of them then have one spawn a millimetre in front of me. I was on the edge of my seat then disheartened haha.
Would definitely encourage you to pursue finishing this!
Firstly, the music is wonderful and fits the mood of the game perfectly. With some nice graphics and more story this would be a very compelling game. A little like Valiant Heart, I would like to learn more about the bomb dogs whilst I played. The gameplay was nothing special but finding all the text compelled me to keep playing. I also like how yes you are an unconventional weapon but you can also choose not to be a weapon at all.

Man, the art is incredible awesome! from the animated chalky lines to the speed effect on the cursor. Music is spot on. I managed to tranform my guy into a monster but I honestly can't tell if thats the objective or not hehe.

I liked all the sprites and different abilities. With a bit more development it could turn into a nice little platformer. The music didn't quite sit right with the game in my opinion, it was a pretty cool track though!

The concept is good, it's almost like a twist on Frogger. The character was too unresponsive though and felt like I had too many cheap deaths.
Politics aside, why am I the monster? The mob seems more monstrous, killing me in front of my kids! Haha
Pretty addictive but the prices get too high too quickly so it becomes a bit tiresome after some of the big monsters get wiped out. With some more power ups and perhaps a bit more lenient on the prices then I would have been playing this for quite a while! Charming art style and pleasant music and audio.

The whole time I was playing I was thinking why didn't they ever release a platforming Rampage game. This has the potential to be way better than Rampage.
The art style is lovely as is the audio, very evocative, took me back to my childhood.
I felt the controls were a bit clunky but it's a jam, you now have plenty of time to refine it all. I'm not keen on the name either. When I was on the title screen I thought I was about to play an RPG. Minor quibbles though, you guys have done a fantastic job! 5/5

A minimap maybe...On the other hand, some descriptions appeaar trimmed, and in ubuntu the window cant be maximized. Having say that I really enjoyed it!

Fun little game for what it was though all it did was reaffirm how rubbish I am at typing! Definitely a good tool to practice typing, especially hitting the shift key.

First off, F*&k level 2! haha. I couldn't beat it sorry. I didn't like how you had to jump to gain height in level 2, it just didn't feel responsive enough what with all the bullet hell going on! I did attempt it several times though cause I was having fun but was close to flinging the keyboard!

Great first effort. It reminded me of one of those early addictive iphone games. I felt that it was a bit easy, if you were the small thing you could survive easily and there was so much health that there didn't feel like much of risk if you did get hit. I'd like to try a version where it's 1 hit = death!
Well, this was outstanding! I had a lot of fun with this one. Great physics and game play. I really enjoyed outsmarting the enemies and sending them flying. I'd enjoy a full game of this, preferably using an analog stick though.

Visuals and music are top notch but I found it too difficult to kill enough humans as the controls didn't seem fast enough and too hard to see if they are going into the houses. Would be nice to have an indicator that they were about to enter a house, if that doesn't make it too easy. Solid effort nonetheless.
Very impressive pixel art and animation. I found the fighting a little difficult with timing blocks, would benefit from some audio cues as well as music to tie the game together. Great attempt and with some tweaks this could turn into an enjoyable retro slasher, especially with a game pad.
Nice graphics and style. Fun too. I had to stop to let my dogs out when it loaded, came back and had tons of rolling boxes at my tower haha! Smashed them up good. Can see potential in this, like a survival/tower defense game.

Made me laugh out loud a few times! Simple little game but polished, looks great and could see this expanded to a world tour of hotels!
Wow! Clever idea with great atmosphere and visuals. I'd definitely play a longer fleshed out version.
I Love the art, and the mood of the game. However I had some problems with the controls, Player seems to slide a lot. Idk if its a bug but sometimes items appears at random when grabbing other objects. The flashlight often get stuck or lost.
Nice concept here. I like the recoil to move idea but I found the room was so small that I was constantly against the wall then getting killed by spawning enemies. Kinda got frustrating. If the room was a bit bigger it might make it easier.
I also liked the limited ammo, made it more strategic but again with the small room it was hard to plan where to move to. Or maybe i'm just rubbish as I usually am with shooters like this! Good effort, it definitely has potential.
