YOU ARE THE MONSTER! I just got it. Now I feel like I can forgive you for making Trump look so cute. Loved the art style and the audio, and the game was fun too!

This game is gorgeous! I loved "Monster Loves you!" as well, and I hope you finish this game at some point because it could really do well as a monster sim! My favorite part was scaring the chickens. :D
This is oddly enjoyable to play. It's something about the jumping and the particle effects.
This is amazing. Like, it kind of makes me mad because it's *so* good. It works well, there is a challenge. The idea of having to hop out to eat is really clever. Even how you get bigger as you eat, which makes it harder for you to eat more. Well done.
Cool game! The concept has legs, for sure. Difficulty spiked too hard for me, though. If you expand it, make some easier levels at the beginning to hook people in!
Unbelievable art style (and animation) on this. I think I just sat here stunned for a bit. Music is great too. I want to understand these little people and whatever culture has them wearing such ceremonial garb!
Cool game! Love the graphics. Very polished. Not a criticism, but I really wanted to jump/fly higher for some reason? I would enjoy a future version that included sky creatures or some reason to jump.
Pretty nice. I like the explosions. A little bit slow-paced, but overall pretty good feel to the controls.
Cool game! I also appreciated the chunky pixel art style, and I liked the "eat people to gain better abilities" thing. I would have liked more people around everywhere, because it felt a little sparse.
Oh my gosh! I love this so much. In a way it's an even better theme than Papers, Please! There are so many ways this could be developed further (and altered to be less like Papers, Please), e.g. managing the title loan place throughout the year. Maybe the only game so far where I really did feel like a monster!
Funny little game. I really like the graphics and the bounciness of everything, but the best strategy seems to be just hitting spacebar as fast as you can.
Thanks everyone for trying our game! I updated the description to give a bit more information about the system and I hope that helps future players. Also, lanestp has a very succinct understanding of the game. You're not totally supposed to know which conversation option will work--just like with convincing people in real life.
The 3 different appeals are academic terms for discussing rhetoric, the art of persuasion. Maybe in a future version it would be simpler to just call them their descriptions instead of using the academic terms. I'm sure we would have thought of that if we had another day! haha
Future commenters, if you're interested in knowing the actual details of the conversation scoring system, let me know and I'll put it in a comment!
Awesome art, and I loved the humor! I would dig a post-jam version with other types of challenges besides timing the slider!
Really clever concept, how you have to plan ahead. Challenging. And of course graphics and animation were great.
A really clever idea and well-executed! I think it could be great with a consistent art style for the profile pictures. Still, very enjoyable! :) I found the birch bookcase - what will happen?!
Wow. This is really polished for a ld game. Nice job! I like the animations, and the controls.
Wow! Really nice graphics/design! The game itself could use better controls maybe, or an easier learning curve.
Neat game! Clever idea going with a sea monster. I also loved all the different enemies. Controls were a little weird, along with how the camera snapping to exploded enemies. And it needs some real challenge too! (I only played the jam version so I don't know if these aspects were changed.)
