This was brilliant to play. It's amazing what can be done in three short days! The only thing that got me was the GameMaker watermark in the corner, but that really can't be helped and doesn't detract from an awesome game. The only improvement I would make it allowing the player to hold down the key to move, I wore my finger out mashing those arrow keys. Great job!

Great game! I got stuck after the second console, I couldn't find out how to get further :( . Still, I had a lot of fun. I do wish that the screen were a little larger, so I could see better (especially once it gets dark), but I had a great time with it. I wish I could have finished!
Mashing the key was a bit tiring, but you used the theme well and the sprites were pretty! :)

Very extensive adventure game, with a cool art style and theme. The controls were a little annoying, moving one square at a time. I liked the little chatty wall guys. The puzzles weren't that engaging, but it was neat to see the different plants and such. I didn't make it to the end - too extensive for the time I had.
Beautiful sound and graphics, and you did a very good job teaching me how to play. The first time I played I hit a game ending bug. I found the room with the security door after only unlocking one security terminal (forgot what it was actually called but they are the blue lightbulb things. I went back up but it put me back in the same room and couldn't leave. Was able to complete the game on the second try.
The game is fun and well designed. The biggest suggestion I would give is to extend the size of the window a little bit so that scrolling isn't needed. as I needed to walk to each edge to see if there was a door. Is suppose this wouldn't work in the last room as it is bigger than the other rooms, but for everything else this would be a big help.
Finally, the sound was catchy enough that I did actually sing the monitor text boxes along with the music. Good job there.
This game was one of those games that I simply couldn't put down. I had to play it to the end. Unfortunately I tried twice to get to the end, being unable to escape the orange plants in the increasing darkness. It was incredibly fun though, and the GameMaker logo wasn't nearly as intrusive as I'd originally thought
Very well thought out game. Good Music, good graphics. Although I would have preferred to have a bigger window screen because I couldn't really see that well. But overall a great game! (I did get a little frustrated because I'm terrible at puzzles)
A nice little concise game - I wish there were more exterior sections, I like that art style the most!
A bit unintuitive with the process of triggering those core things, but overall, good job!
Neat little interesting game with beautiful graphics and sound.

Love the screen wipe transition. Wish I could make the text go faster (holding a key works but it's still too slow). Movement was nice but would be nicer to hold a key or make it more fluid-feeling somehow. I managed to get a green-push block stuck in a dangerous tree and leaving and reentering the room did not reset it and so I was stuck at the puzzle. Also if you enter a room and immediately walk back the way you came you can walk outside of the map which is funny. :P
Besides that I enjoyed it!
Lovely music ! Cool art too, but I was a little lost at the beggining x) Maybe I am stupid ? x) Nah, cool game dude :) Keep coding :)

Cool game! I liked how you used the same system as the tutorial for uncovering lore - it's a very natural transition. It was a bit hard to tell which plants were the orange ones, maybe the room was already too dark. I got to the end having only activated 1 orb and didn't feel like backtracking all the way back. Perhaps smaller doors that would only open with 1 orb or 2 orbs activated on the way to the end door would help guide the player the right way and prevent too much backtracking.
Good job on the music and the graphics. However, the game was a bit small and with everything turning dark, it really wasn't long before I couldn't see well.
Keep on the good work!

You did a great job on the art of the game (even though the music wasn't completely my thing). I loved how you get little bits and pieces of the lore in the different rooms. I gotta say though that it felt a little too slwo for me how the puzzles were introduced to the player. I was just wandering a lot until I found the first real puzzle. Also very unfortunate: after activating two of the orbs I stumbled into the final door room and softlocked, so I couldn't go back and complete the rest of the game. Also, also the standard window size is soo tiny. I really had a hard time seeing what's going on at first xD All in all a really solid entry though. Good job! :)
Loved the main tune! I agree with the small window, it was hard for me, and the gammaker logo made it worse. I really like the game mechanics and the puzzles. great job!
Very cool game! The art and the audio are amazing! I would really like to see a post-jam version of it.
Like some of the others, I did experience a softlock upon reaching the door. The music and graphics were charming though, but the ability to move by holding down one of the keys would have really helped.

Nice game with a lot of content, great sprites, intriguing lore, an interesting take on the theme and cool music. Unfortunately there were a lot of smaller problems and because I'll try to point out as many of those as I can, this comment will probably sound quite negativ. Don't take it that way: Overall this game is really solid.
The biggest problem was the small window size which combined with the game maker logo sometimes made it hard to see some places. The small window size also brought the disadvantage of having every room have a scrolling camera so you can't see all of the exits even thought the game is split in those rooms anyways and the rooms are a lot bigger than the window. All this made the scrolling seem like just an inconvenience (except of course in the last room).
The music even though I really liked it got repetitive over the course of this rather long game.
The layout of the rooms seemed really simple with just 4 main path where only single rooms branch of which means that little actual navigation was required. On that note I think it would have been annoying to get to the gate you open at the end of the end before getting to all the orbs and having to backtrack the whole way but luckily that didn't happen to me.
The design of the individual rooms could be improved too. The puzzles were never really challenging and if you got green plates in awkward positions some rooms required you dying a few times to get them to a usable position again. It seems to me like some of the rooms were designed without considering that the player can trigger purple plates as well without using green ones (maybe this was changed halfway through development?) but that's hardly a real problem.
Generally the game felt to slow: The player should run in a direction if he presses an arrow key longer; especially if your map is this large. Also the dialog should have appeared faster. While the current speed is close to the speed of actual talking, if you don't have voice acting you should have the dialog scroll faster; again especially because there is quite a lot of it.
Edit: I forgot to mention that that the light mechanic felt quite inconsequential when you could have easily completely removed any light except the flashlight at the end of the game to really increase the challenge of a few select levels.
Again sorry for writing such a long list of just problems. I honestly quite liked the game.

Nice graphics! I included it in my Ludum Dare 39 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6DrJOSU_FjM
