Tried to download for Mac, but no luck. I think you need to upload the build as a zip if you want to host on Drive, Dropbox, etc. I had a similar issue.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD35 → Doodle Book Survival

My Score is 12145
Tried Web version. Shooting (space) stops working after a while.
@brinkhousegames there is a zip up on the Drive; does it not work?
@codecast couldn't repro your issue; did anything in particular cause it to stop working?
Nice idea; shame Unity take sooooo long to load
Really like the animations, very neat.
Love the doodle art. I feel like the difficulty ramping is a bit extreme. I went from "this is to ez" to "holy shit so many of them!" xD
Hello!
This animations.. is very very cool :3
Resolution of your Web build is .. very huge. How many people have monitor for this?
And lools like after small to big forms transformation shots spawns at a wrong place.
Loving that style. animations are great.
This is great! It is a simple concept, but the execution is really good - the work you put into the transformation animations in particular really shows. Nice job!
love the art and animations! the game play it self is really simple, but the art really carries it.
Mac build doesn't work for me, just exits. Played web instead. Love the art, pretty fun concept, but I felt like the difficulty didn't ramp up very well. Went from easy to hard very suddenly.
Well, at least I got an A on my Art lol
I love the tweening between each form, it feels quite smooth.
Good job :D
Liked the graphics and the concept of the game
The art is fantastic. But for some reason I like the level art way better than the menu's.
Congratulations on the game overall. It's pretty much complete with ui, art, graphics, gameplay, sfx and music.
Would you please explain to me how to use Adobe Flash for art?
My score was 2233
Kudos.
My Highscore is 16791!
The game is fitting to the theme and is challenging (has a nice difficulty curve). And I also like the doodle art, especially the giraffe.
You mentioned a score multiplier mechanic in the description, but a visual indicator in the game would be nice too.
The animations and drawings were magnificent, as was the end screen (See Me :D).
Music was nice although there was a balance issue between the sound effects and the music volumes.
Nice game. I like the Doodle Style and the music
Great animation with the shapeshifting. It's a nice idea but starts a little too easy and then ramps up massively where it gets really fun. A little more balance would definitely improve the experience. Overall it's a nicely made game. Good job!
Hiscore 9966! :)
Great little game! Was great fun. Nice increase in difficulty
I liked the graphics and sound. Fun use of theme.
Really enjoyed the graphics the most. The game play is quite simple, but showcases the art well. Thanks for sharing this entry!
Had the same problem as CodeCast in the web player, otherwise a fun game with neat graphics.
Ha, very nice one. I much liked the doodle book graphics and the smooth animations between characters, but it indeed gets hard rather quickly. Sound and Music are great too :D Web version worked well, btw
Nice animations! Try to work on your audio for next time -- your music is too soft and sound effects too harsh (specifically in the high frequencies).
Great little game. Simple concept but heaps of fun to play (my top score was pushing 2500, by the way). The animations are especially nice - really distinctive and full of character. Good work!
Really like the graphical style you came up with here. I also enjoyed the game, and after a few seriously failed attempts I managed to get 12000+ points. I would have preferred the shapeshifting keys on the number pad as an option, as I kept getting confused with the fire button right next to the shapeshifting buttons (yes, I know - I could've used space, but I did prefer the F-key). Also... no exit game option.
But, overall - this was a solid and fun Ludum Dare entry, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Very cool artstyle and simple yet fun gameplay.
Pretty fun mechanic - feels a bit like those typing games where you have to type the word in time :)
Love the art style and animations!
As for the gameplay - it started out very easy, then suddenly ramped up in difficulty, but I felt that I never really increased again after that, so I ended up getting slightly bored as it didn't really seem to shake up things.
Ended up with 274876 (and mostly F grades - not sure if related ;) http://i.imgur.com/Aqz80px.jpg ). Not sure if you're able to reach grading period 2 and higher, but I think I played a good 10 minutes to get the score I did.
Fun entry!
