Couldn't play, no Mac love. :(
Nice! Really liked the reveal/FOW effect, and the idea to take on your enemies and their properties is really fun.

Very cool idea, the click for shield mechanic could be really interesting if you get more time to expand on this demo. Nice work!

Apart from being fiendishly difficult to actually capture the two mimics, I really enjoyed the slick terminal interface, and the sound design was brilliant. Nice work!

Tried to download for Mac, but no luck. I think you need to upload the build as a zip if you want to host on Drive, Dropbox, etc. I had a similar issue.
Cool idea here, I liked the feeling of jumping and midair shapeshifting to get into a spot or through a gap. That felt pretty good. I wasnt sure if I had "finished" when I got the room, some UI feedback would've been awesome. Great job for your first LD entry! It's mine too, I'd love for you to check out my game, Tito's Revenge!

You developed in Unity, no reason not to have an OSX build up here as well!
Had to download mac version to get a playable experience, but pretty fun once up and running. Would've loved a little more sound and UI. Nice job!

Enjoyed this one quite a bit, I thought the speed could be a little more consistent, especially as you approach the wall, but overall pretty fun. Nice work!

Really nice work here! Thought the controls, animation and sound design were all great. I had a few issues with getting stuck at certain points in the level where I couldn't find a way up and over, or go backwards, as the puck only seemed to shoot to the right, regardless of which way I was moving. Overall though really enjoyed it!

Loved this! Only thing I wish is that it had more sound! Could make the experience extra cool.

Nice, but the fact that you can be killed by your own bullets is a little frustrating. :)
The controls were a little challenging, especially trying to gauge the velocity while flying. I will say however that the swooping and climbing while flying felt REALLY good, it kept me playing through the difficult controls. Nice job overall, I think this could be really cool if you kept working on it!

Well for as much as I suck at bullet hell shooters, this was AWESOME! I loved the visual aesthetic, and I thought the shifting mechanic was great. Awesome execution overall!

That was really awesome. Five stars for art and overall design, everything was super smooth from animation, to controls, sound design and pacing. I liked the Cook, Serve, Delicious mechanics of creating the items, you guys did a good job of recreating it here.
If you get a chance, I'd love your thoughts on my game Tito's Revenge!

Very creative, loved the calming music. Had some issues with controls and movement, and I thought there could be a little more direction about the motivation, but great work overall!
Loved the physics in this one, Could be a really great game if you expanded on the idea with enhanced graphics and sound design! Very cool start, I could see it being very addicting. :)

Any chance of a web build? Looks really fun!
Really cool. A bit hard to control, but each character felt really good, the animations were all spot on. I liked the procedural layout of each level, and the overall art style was pretty awesome. Great work!

Really interesting idea for the mechanic of moving the window to reveal the play area as you go, sort of a dynamic fog of war, thought that was cool. I had some difficulty with the controls and getting the aiming/movement to work well together. The movement of the window with the mouse made my brain want to think that it was also responsible for aiming my character to shoot, so that took some getting used to. Also, can you die? I got hit a lot by the enemies but nothing ever happened so I just ignored them eventually.
I think you should keep working on this, it could become something really cool!

I enjoyed the various levels, each with a different shape. Cool twist on the theme. I thought the overall pace could've been a little faster, and the physics a little less floaty, but overall well done!

Couldn't play in Chrome, I'd recommend that you throw up a WebGL version!
Nicely done, I always enjoy a good spy theme. :) Thought the card descriptions could've been a little more informative or tied into the gameplay, but otherwise I had a good time. Well done!

Great mood in this one, I thought the music was excellent. I did wish I could've played full screen, but the mac version wouldn't allow me to unfortunately. Also really wanted a way to be able to zoom out a bit to see my surroundings, but other than that enjoyed it quite a bit. Well done guys!

Nice mechanics! Found the difficulty curve just right, with some levels requiring a few retries and thoughtful approach. Well done! :)
"The web link isn’t working for itch.io"
Fixed!
Love the art style and animations! Didn't get any sound running on OSX Sierra, assuming the game has sound. Also the player movement would randomly freeze, stopping me from moving, unfortunately this kept me from playing the game longer than a few seconds before I'd have to relaunch it. :\
Tried to download the MacOSX version to play but was only shown an .EXE after unzipping...
No OSX version? :(
Wish there were an OSX or web build!
@poffle thanks for the feedback!
@t-bo thank you, he sure is!
@lmb Try pressing the little red button at the bottom. ;)
@davidsheadgames thanks for your great feedback! Did you have an opportunity to try the Windows or OSX builds to see if the same issues existed? I'll take a look myself.
@appix thanks for your feedback!
@sahoskins1 sorry to hear that, did you try playing in full screen?
@falak thank you for the feedback!!
Amazing polish here and attention to detail! Movement and animations are great.
Love the graphics and sword mechanic. Well done for such a short development window!
Great polish and execution on this idea! Absolutely loved playing it and hope you'll continue to develop it. Could be a great casual game.
Glad to see this game getting the attention it deserves. Beautiful attention to detail all around. Graphics, sound/music, aesthetic, and the work that went into the game site, LD page, etc. all creates a very beautiful and minimalist package for a fun and unique game. I hope you'll continue to develop this as it does seem to have the ability to become something great. Congrats to the whole team!
Fun look, felt well considered and polished, but I really wanted more direction on what I was supposed to do and what things did. I found the movement a little frustrating, with direction keys not always moving the tank in the direction I thought it would. Overall though, great job!
Wow, your game and mine have some similarity! Love it. Great work!
Wow. That was interesting. With headphones on I really just sat with it for a while, thinking about a lot of different things going on in my life. I think you made the right choice to remove the texts and let the audience infer what they will, much more personal that way. Not a game but an interesting experience nonetheless.
A little challenging to get the hang of as right off the bat there is a lot going on! I like the concept though. I think the player controls may be a little too twitchy, as I found myself getting snagged on walls and corners more than I'd like to, especially when tracking down guests. Good job overall!
Couldn't play due to control bugs, but the art is gorgeous.
Fun game, I liked the graphics and hacking controls, that was really satisfying. Thought the rooms were a bit too large, and breaking the different viles, wasn't sure what that did. I couldn't figure out how to get more energy. Overall had fun with it. Good job!
Alright, this was surprisingly entertaining. I would've loved some sound effects and music to match the spectacle of the money and hearts flying around, but the meta-ness of the concept was great, reminded me of AVGM by Edmund McMillen and Tyler Glaiel. Good job!
aesthetically beautiful, good music, solid execution of the theme, even if I felt it's pretty damn dark. Haha.
Loved the graphics, music and sound effects, superb job there. I thought the wall jumps were too difficult, like the jump input was too delayed. Also, the spikes kinda looked like grass so I definitely hit those the first time! haha. Great job overall.
Really fun and well balanced little game. I genuinely struggled (in a good way) trying to balance the time, and the energy that I had. I liked the box moving mechanic, though I wished it were a little faster to move. Also, would've loved the character to move a little faster too, just to make the pace of the game a little faster overall. All in all though, really had a blast and you should be proud of what you made!
Really fun idea here, I love the mechanic of trading health in the shop for items/powerups. I thought the double jump 'feel' wasn't quite right, but with some work could be really dialed in. Some music and sound design would really make this pop!
Great job on your first submission! I really liked the special abilities and the overall style. My biggest problem was just that when you jump you can no longer see the ground, which makes it really hard/impossible to judge where you are and if you'll land on ground or in a gap and die! :) Loved the boss and lighting you added. Again solid entry, hopefully you'll keep entering LD in the future, I'd love to see your progress.
Great job, simple but effective. The shooting and movement mechanics both felt really good. I appreciated the simple nature. Good work!
Fun project, I agree with some others that the size of the map makes it hard to find the hearts and the box. Maybe some kind of pointer or minimap could be helpful in order to see where you've been already? I liked the homebrew sound effects though, reminded me of old George Romero zombie films. :)
