This Game Will Self Destruct in 10 Seconds by ChronusZ 2013-08-26T04:57:00

Do you run an adblocker? The game doesn't play any ads, but I've heard that adblockers can cause that problem with certain flash games. Try running the game in another browser or with extensions disabled.

This Game Will Self Destruct in 10 Seconds by ChronusZ 2013-08-27T16:57:00

If I made this game now, I would've had the game paused until the player clicks in the window. When making this, though, I forgot that that's something Flash does, so I didn't think to add something like that :(

This Game Will Self Destruct in 10 Seconds by ChronusZ 2013-08-27T18:52:00

It should work in Chrome regardless of OS. Do you get an error, or just a white screen, or what? Do you have Flash Player installed?

This Game Will Self Destruct in 10 Seconds by ChronusZ 2013-08-27T20:46:00

Is auto-focusing on the element a thing you can do? I'll look into that (Changes concerning the webpage but not touching the gameplay are acceptable, right?)

This Game Will Self Destruct in 10 Seconds by ChronusZ 2013-08-31T17:40:00

They aren't insta-murder, you can kill them. It's just like Hotline Miami, the combat is exceedingly quick but you can still win fights.

Apotheosis by bytegrove 2013-08-29T18:48:00

Wowza. That gets really chaotic by the end. Great concept :)

Trench Coat Tunes by Elemental Zeal Games Studios 2013-08-30T16:51:00

The physics simulation in this is fantastic, very well done :) I think it definitely would've been better to have a rotatable camera because seeing through the walls is somewhat impossible in places. Other than that, very impressive!

Legend of Troll by Christina Antoinette Neofotistou 2013-08-28T22:05:00

It took me a while to realize what the mechanic was (I should read the description...), but it was quite an enjoyable little puzzle. I would've loved to have played more of this :)

SliP by Sakuyan 2013-08-28T01:21:00

Oh man, your pixel art and animation makes me jealous. This game is so adorable :)

Subject 127 by Dohan 2013-08-28T17:18:00

I really enjoyed playing this, and the graphics were very well done, but the collisions were a very buggy and it made me frustrated trying to keep playing when I was getting hit by lasers that weren't hitting me or getting stuck in walls. If this game was polished a bit, I think it could be great :)

Clocked In by rylgh 2013-08-28T01:09:00

Very fun, but very tense at the same time. I think I stopped breathing for the last four levels :D

10s drawing by Webravenz 2013-08-28T17:37:00

This is a fantastic idea, and phenomenally well implemented. I had a lot of fun with this :)

Time Frame by Random Seed Games 2013-08-27T18:04:00

This game is gorgeous in every way. I enjoyed every second of my ten minutes just walking around looking at the environment and the buildings. And the ending was very well done. I sat staring at the whiteness for about a minute just thinking things over. This game is extraordinarily good for a 72 hour game :)

Probably the long delay between tracks was my only gripe with this, because it does add a lot to the exploration when the (beautiful) music is playing.

Like a Lamb by dook 2013-08-27T18:41:00

Great idea! I can never seem to get more than 2 survivors, though, without getting lucky :/ The tone was definitely done right :)

Dust in the Candy Megaverse by Xgor 2013-08-26T19:49:00

I'm apparently really bad at this, as I couldn't even get past the third level. It's quite fun, though, and very humourous. The voice work is annoying in a good way :)

Haraka by gikdew 2013-08-27T19:26:00

Very smooth control system. I could really see the SMB inspiration, and the level design was great :) Very difficult, but the mechanics were quite solid so I always felt my failures were my own fault.

Every 10 Seconds a Window Washer Falls to his Death by dom2d 2013-08-27T00:43:00

This game is amazingly high quality for a Ludum Dare game. I spent over an hour playing this, very well done :) And the graphics seriously gorgeous.

Love you more by Jod 2013-08-27T02:45:00

Wow. This was intense. Despite the frequent spelling/grammatical issues (I'm assuming English isn't your first language), I enjoyed this very much. I was thunderstruck when I told Sofie I loved her more and she only said "I know". I have no idea how you wrote so much content in the 48 hours. This is incredible :)

1 AM by Soundboy 2013-08-26T17:46:00

This was probably better written than most of the published books I read. I would've liked for it to have been impacted by my choices (I understand the author doesn't want a "good" ending, but it would've been interesting if the relationship had progressed in different ways and still ended in a break up), but I still enjoyed it thoroughly and maybe teared up a bit upon ending it the first time :)

Leveling on borrowed time by Xatulu 2013-08-28T18:10:00

I really enjoyed this game, it was quite fun :) It seems to me as though the weapons weren't balanced very well, and the first weapon is better than both of the two you can buy. Still fun, though.

Play Time's Over by Broxxar 2013-08-27T20:31:00

It took me a while to realize what was happening with the rules. I should read the rules more often :D Great concept, and the graphics are adorable.

When He Left by winesays 2013-08-29T19:23:00

I would've like to have some sort of mouse looking so that I could find people easier, but very nice game with excellent ambiance :)

Choice Matters by donan 2013-08-27T18:50:00

This game is hilarious :)

10 Second Dragon Feeder by Wertle 2013-08-27T17:17:00

This game is fantastic :) I played it through 5 times doing different things each time.

Gauntlet: A Series of Ten Second Strategies by OkayHughes 2013-08-28T17:47:00

I would've liked to have an option for the camera to be more zoomed in or even first person, as it's quite difficult to understand where you are or what's going on. Still a fun little game regardless :)

Fireworks by Schulles 2013-08-26T19:02:00

Very solid game. I think the rate that you earn cash may be a little unforgiving, but I had a lot of fun playing this anyways :)

Ad Hoc Novel by SamuelDivinium 2013-08-26T19:21:00

This game makes me very nostalgic. Brings back the countless hours I spent doing MadLibs in my youth :)

exposure by zillix 2013-08-26T17:40:00

Fantastically well made. I adore the graphics in this and spent quite a while playing this :)

Get the seconds! by Rodrigo Robles 2013-08-30T16:31:00

Some sort of undo command would be nice ;) Also, there's a bug where if you pick up a block and put it back where it was, it counts as a move. Other than that, though, very neat game!

Badger Bolt! by SteveSalmond 2013-08-26T19:44:00

The art and music in this are beyond fantastic. The gameplay itself is a little easy. I lapped everyone at least twice :)

The Last Memory by Lokarunith 2013-08-28T22:28:00

I was really interested in the story, but I think it's a little too luck-based to win. The puddles disappear too fast for you to really be able to aim for puddles, and you just had to get lucky enough to have a puddle spawn next to you. That's just my opinion, though. Aside from how hard it is, I enjoyed it :)

Ten Second Clone by Dream Of Sleeping 2013-08-29T19:15:00

Very good concept :) Lagged a bit for me if a lot of lasers were being fired at once.

Time Loopy by DaleP 2013-08-26T17:42:00

I really like games with this sort of mechanic. It got really confusing by the end when I had about 4 people stacked on top of one another and was barging my way past, but I quite enjoyed it all the same :)

Entropy by Supercannon 2013-08-29T18:26:00

This is probably the most fun game I've played this session :) I played this for about 2 hours.

Switch by Friday 2013-08-29T18:56:00

I would've liked a checkpoint system since the levels are so long and it's only tedious going back through old parts, but fun anyways and the character animation is quite good :)

QuickHunt by MvdLaar 2013-08-27T22:18:00

Fantastic! I'm stunned that this masterpiece minigame came out of Ludum Dare :) I've played this for quiet a long time now and will continue to play it more!

Ten Sec to End by AnimaLocus 2013-08-26T22:30:00

Quite fun, but I think the aiming messes up at long distance (Unless that's intentional?). Still enjoyable, though :)

Ghost Pirate's Ship of Treasures by immanuela 2013-08-28T17:54:00

I don't know why so many people are saying this was too hard, I actually think it was far too easy :D I beat every level and got every coin without losing a life. I would've liked to have seen the game go on for longer, but I understand time constraints :)

Final Glow by Yword 2013-08-29T19:37:00

Excellent game, I loved it! :) Some sort of tutorial or description would've been really nice, though. It took me quite a while to figure out what I was supposed to do, and I still don't understand the different colours of boxes and monsters and what they change.

Nothing to see here by Sherun 2013-08-26T19:30:00

Not particularly challenging, but a nice way to spend a few minutes. I got up to 250 before quitting :)

Adventures of Schrodinger's cat by Cryunreal 2013-08-29T18:14:00

Loved the idea, and the graphics were very nice. The level design was fantastic. I got to level 19 before having to quit :)

tenSecondsToANotSoCoolExperience by dudsen 2013-08-26T19:57:00

The controls are a bit slide-y, and the collisions make it hard to move around, but it's a nice little exploration game :)

Hourglass by DoubleS 2013-08-30T17:34:00

Wow! Very intense! Amazing graphics and the difficulty progression was quite well done. The controls were a bit floaty, though :)

Defuse in 10 seconds by archaeometrician 2013-08-28T16:47:00

This is very difficult for me, as I can type very fast, but I never quite learned how to type every key without looking at the keyboard. Nice idea, though, and the progression works well :)

RopeSwing by odeckers 2013-08-29T19:47:00

The soft shadows are fantastic! Some way to restart levels would be nice, though :)

Killer by tchem 2013-08-28T17:29:00

I don't know about the download version, but level 17 bugs out on the web version, which made me very sad because I enjoyed playing this very much :) The difficulty scaling is perfect, and the collisions were spot on, which is important in a game like this.

Cutting Challenge by Ken Ichi 2013-08-28T17:43:00

This was very well implemented, nice job. If you made this into an iOS/Android game and fleshed it out a bit more, I'd buy it :)

Bob Won't Be Late by TeamBob 2013-08-27T19:59:00

Controls definitely messed with my brain. Very difficult, but a quirky fun little game :)

Origami Wings by team_cow 2013-08-29T18:37:00

I really, really, really loved the environment you guys made and the artwork. Personally I think I would've preferred for this to be purely exploration, but I understand the need to fit the theme :)

Distress Signal by Kohijin 2013-08-28T17:00:00

This is a very interesting concept, I like it! It is a bit difficult to do anything with, though :) The mood and graphics were great, though.

Every Ten Seconds A Kitten Drowns by matthias_zarzecki 2013-08-27T19:00:00

This is actually very fun to play :) A bit annoying when a cat spawns inside of a mine, though.

Fire, Ice, and Purple by Andrew 2013-08-27T22:41:00

I really liked the concept for this, but the collisions were a bit of a mess for me, so I couldn't get very far :/

Project: "Explosion" by Simple Ghost 2013-08-30T17:22:00

Excellent physics simulation! This game is seriously fun to play with :) And the graphical effects (Cell shading, blurred visual extremes, soft shadows) are very well done. Phenomenal!

KunoNoOni's Magical Star Saga by KunoNoOni 2013-08-30T16:41:00

Very difficult, I love it :) I think it might've been a good thing to make the stars checkpoints, though. It's nearly impossible to get all the way up in one go. I liked the fact that you have to jump after falling, it really messes with my platforming ideology!

Continuum by grobitbox 2013-08-29T19:04:00

I actually quite enjoyed this. The graphics are good in a simplistic way, and the gameplay is fun if not particularly a challenge. Some background music to help the mood would've been nice, but other than that I liked it :)

Fragment by lesterpig 2013-08-29T19:58:00

Maybe a second or so of immunity after the switch would go a long way to making this more playable. Just in my opinion.

Time Flies Straight by mrspeaker 2013-08-29T17:50:00

My eyes are having a fit. Very creative and humourous :)

LD28 — You Only Get One

ONE - Obscured Nonphysical Expanse by ChronusZ 2013-12-16T04:32:00

Yep. I'm a little too tired to care about the fact that I made something rather good and have no way to distribute it, though, thus I have essentially lost.

ONE - Obscured Nonphysical Expanse by ChronusZ 2013-12-18T01:31:00

Yes, actually, there is an end to it. And the map is quite puny, I'm glad it lasted so long :)

For the sake of checking, was the fog not blended for you? It may be a problem with some people's GPUs, but there should be blended distance fog and swirling floor fog. Also, the reason why it's so short is because 1) it's more eerie, and 2) it masks the fact that you're being teleported around.

I wanted to add more ambiance, but was a bit short on time and prioritized the visual effects above the audial ones.

ONE - Obscured Nonphysical Expanse by ChronusZ 2013-12-18T01:36:00

And @hoqjed, yes, most of the things were intentional, such as the repeated patterns and heavy fog. And I understand that horror isn't for everyone; I personally don't care much for the genre myself, but I wanted to try out making a game in the style. Would you mind explaining how the audio didn't mesh with the game? I'd like to know everything I did wrong so I can watch out for it in the future.

ONE - Obscured Nonphysical Expanse by ChronusZ 2013-12-18T01:57:00

@tobbez, there is a goal, I know it's sort of ambiguous and I should've added something in game to say it, but your goal is to escape. The route to the end messes with your preconceived perceptions that the environment is necessarily solid :) [Is that too big of a hint? :D]

ONE - Obscured Nonphysical Expanse by ChronusZ 2013-12-18T02:56:00

@302_Dave, that's a fair point. To be honest, the wall trick *was* a bit of a cop out on my part. I procrastinated the level design and wanted that in place to sort of make it feel a little bit long ;P

ONE - Obscured Nonphysical Expanse by ChronusZ 2014-01-05T19:49:00

@Avocado, yep, you beat it. Congratulations :D

UniSwarm by ChaseC 2013-12-18T00:56:00

The whole time I played this, I had no idea what I was doing, but I still loved it :D

Medieval Fantasy Island by aayars 2013-12-18T02:07:00

Well, the graphics are certainly achieving what you hoped for :) The controls were a bit clunky, though, and the combat was basically turn-based without choices.

The Voyage by hoqjed 2013-12-18T01:54:00

This is quite an interesting concept, and the orbital physics seem very well done. I seem to not be alone in my confusion over the end, though :P

Only one way through the darkness by romankov 2013-12-18T02:18:00

Interesting concept, but I don't really see how you can bypass traps when you run straight into them :/

Gods of the Yggdrasil by ocathalain 2013-12-18T02:11:00

It looks from the screenshot quite interesting, and I'd have loved to have been able to play it, but the online multiplayer restriction is a little bit... well, restricting, I suppose :) Some sort of basic AI system so that people could at least try it out would've been nice.

LD30 — Connected Worlds

Murder Between Worlds by ChronusZ 2014-08-26T16:34:00

@TeamQuadratic There isn't any particularly "concrete" proof to be found. You mostly have to use your intuition about who was most likely to have done it :-)

Murder Between Worlds by ChronusZ 2014-08-27T18:40:00

@Moosefly there is a correct answer, but I'm keeping it a secret. It's up to you guys to figure out what happened, not for me to tell you ;-)

The Asylum by samooJAM 2014-08-27T19:37:00

Huh, this is very similar to the game I made for LD 28. Nice!

Lullaby by Mase 2014-08-26T21:10:00

Well, this was the most... unique game I've played so far ;-) For some reason I actually found this fun, and I have yet to figure out why.

Nexopoly by billknye 2014-08-26T02:29:00

I seem to be getting the same error as little-burrito. I just updated my Unity client to test it, and it still seems to not work :/

SPIRITS! by Hackingroelz 2014-08-26T20:45:00

I felt as though the guards' lines of sight were often wonky. Also, it seems as though hiding in the shadows doesn't affect visibility, which is odd for a stealth game. Nice job, otherwise, though!

Crece-above-Clouds by Solifuge 2014-08-26T17:00:00

Trying to run over the exact collision boxes of the items was very difficult. I think you should make them bigger. Otherwise, pretty fun!

Star Trucker by Dissiden7 2014-08-26T20:58:00

Very interesting difficulty curve. Nice job on the mechanics, simple yet well done!

How to Adventure by brogrammers 2014-08-26T03:09:00

The controls feel painfully awkward. Love the graphics, though!

Back and 4th by mclewis 2014-08-26T02:50:00

Had a lot of fun with this one! The difficulty curve on the last set of levels was off, though. They all seemed really easy compared to the third set.

IF by Squid Blink Games 2014-08-26T17:30:00

This is a great concept, and I love the art. The mechanics seemed incredibly buggy, though, especially the jumping.

Effraction by dancingmad 2014-08-27T20:05:00

This is probably the best stealth game I've seen made during Ludum Dare before. I think the enemies are a bit too forgiving, though, and didn't really feel much of a punishment for getting caught.

Crystal Keeper by 3CGames 2014-08-26T02:38:00

Wow! This game is amazing, well done! Very hard, though ;)

A Darker World by Maxr00 2014-08-26T20:36:00

I like the concept a lot, but I don't really see a point to it. Why dig the blocks at all? I think this game would be a lot better with some clear goal.

LD31 — Entire Game on One Screen

Nihility by ChronusZ 2014-12-08T04:27:00

@Chris Delta

In what way do you mean?

Nihility by ChronusZ 2014-12-08T05:05:00

The slowness is intentional. The game is built around text that I want people to mull over for a bit rather than just jumping ahead and ignoring the plot.

It's weird that you say you can't move after the first interaction, though. It works fine on my end.

Peter Padder Pauleypop by pjchardt 2014-12-08T05:18:00

Holy crap this game is beautiful! 5 stars is not enough!

Beast Master by LionelJitro 2014-12-08T15:37:00

A really interesting concept! I got a little annoyed when the ducks that were the same speed as my beast would manage to keep running away from me for half a minute, but other than that I enjoyed it :-)

Zombie Maze Escape by Thepattybeast 2014-12-08T04:43:00

It looks like you got quite a bit done. I don't really understand the fail condition, though. Also, it's a good idea to separate the jar from the source. Having to download your source is a bit of a pain ;-)

GrayGrid by Pixelsalt 2014-12-08T04:55:00

I love the design of the little tail :-)

ATTACK ON RADMARS by radmars 2014-12-10T00:57:00

Wow! This game has such a well-integrated original mechanic! Extremely fun :-)

Fibonacci Grid by Andrew Adams 2014-12-08T04:31:00

It took me a long time to realize that I was supposed to get EXACTLY the number specified instead of just going over. Specifying that might be a good idea, though I might just be an idiot ;-)

Super Mega Ultimate Game of Minigames! by Crafting4U 2014-12-08T05:00:00

Something about this just makes me feel happy :-)

Boobs Of War by Monochrome Bears 2014-12-10T00:51:00

Very amusing :-)

Static by Jhandsy 2014-12-08T04:49:00

I love the concept! It's very difficult.

Colosseum Brawl by deadpixelsociety 2014-12-10T01:04:00

The timing on the slash felt a little bit long for the hit-and-run type combat mechanics I think you were going for, but it wasn't a huge issue. I really liked the graphics!

Defend the House by Enzo42 2014-12-08T16:04:00

I feel that the random spawning can be a bit brutal early on, before you get fences set up. Monsters would often spawn simultaneously on opposite sides for me, and I wasn't fast enough to take them both down.

Detective vs Killers by tmpxyz 2014-12-08T23:57:00

I like the idea a lot, but I don't think it's balanced super-well. It gets quite confusing very quickly.

Blackout by kaa 2014-12-10T00:48:00

As others are saying, you're spot on with the aesthetics. The first several times I played, though, I just felt more frustrated than scared because I would run into a dead end before I could get a power-up, and the enemies would just be right on my tail and kill me without any suspense.

Alarming Perception by mintybacon 2014-12-08T05:11:00

I find the map very difficult to use, and struggle to figure out my own position on it. Interesting concept, though.

Elendow Dungeon by Elendow 2014-12-09T00:54:00

The controls felt quite floaty, but I liked it. You don't get a lot of quick paced fighting type games like this in LD. I think some sort of difficulty progression and perhaps more enemies would have been nice, though.

Phantom Luminosity by willGM 2014-12-09T00:13:00

I think this mechanic could go a long way, and I really enjoyed it. Not sure if the way I beat the last level was a bug or not, though :-)

A Programmer's Life by Rene Damm 2014-12-09T00:23:00

The music panning sort of hurt my head :-/

Untitled Snow Survival by d3dc 2014-12-10T00:41:00

The physics were quite well done, and I think that with a little bit of music and some serious bug fixing, this could have been quite a good product.

Event Horizon by ThatNaughtyPanda 2014-12-09T00:07:00

I'm seriously confused about how this game works. A tutorial would be great. Also, dragging the particle count all the way down causes the game to drop to freeze.

Lumit by Leaghorn 2014-12-20T18:21:00

Very fun! I will say that the random levels are a little iffy for a leaderboard game, though. It might have been a better idea to hard-code the level.

Christmas Punch! by laxeot 2014-12-08T04:38:00

Haha, what an amusing concept. I liked the music a lot as well. The punch collisions were rather broken, though.

Game System by Catwheel 2014-12-08T05:25:00

Very solid for a first submission! Very nice concept :-)

Attack with Stealth by svarther 2014-12-08T15:58:00

Wow, this is surprisingly fun. You need a lot of spacial awareness, though :-)

The Hyperbeam by pk 2014-12-09T00:49:00

Man! That last puzzle stumped me. I spent about 10 minutes on it before finally giving up. Very well designed puzzles, good job :-)

Light in the Dark by Olive 2014-12-08T23:48:00

An interesting presentation of characterization, but, like others have said, some more branching would have been nice.

Daybloom by fleegle2000 2014-12-08T16:11:00

I really like the idea of this game. I wish the argument-dialogues were a bit further developed, but still a very interesting concept with some light real-world messages tied in :-)

Black Tower by Cake_Catastrophe 2014-12-08T15:53:00

Quite fun :-)

The Biggest Snowman by refreshgames 2014-12-08T04:34:00

Pretty fun. The controls were a little awkward and I would have liked the ability to rotate the camera.

LD32 — An Unconventional Weapon

Grow My Thing by ChronoDK 2015-04-28T02:40:00

Gonna have to pull out of this one. I think your game came first. I'll just hang my head in shame. I guess I'll ejaculate the area now. I mean evacuate.

RELIC by CptDustmite 2015-04-25T16:35:00

I feel as though the bot's dialogue would have been better without the text-to-speech synthesizer. I found it more annoying than anything, personally.

Beats High Mountains Down by Galan 2015-04-21T22:19:00

Very buggy and difficult to move. I liked the first "puzzle", though.

Monster Detective Agency by OddballDave 2015-04-25T16:58:00

Great attention to detail with the level design, but I would have liked more "logical" placement of the criminals. I was thinking to myself that they had to be hiding in the most crowded spot, the bar. But then they weren't (I think...) :-(

Polarity by Moraleidahgo 2015-04-21T01:48:00

I didn't realize the concept until after I finished playing and read the description. That's an amazing concept! I loved it, very fun and great art/music :-)

MEDIUM by SaintHeiser 2015-04-29T01:24:00

The level design is more on the "frustrating" scale rather than the "difficult" scale, but the concept and aesthetics are appealing.

Avian Days by esayitch 2015-04-29T02:08:00

This game is so polished that I'm baffled as to how you finished. Mechanics are great, concept is amazing, art is simple but the aesthetic is very well designed and very consistent. Amazing game :-)

Freeze Tank by Thijsku 2015-04-28T02:14:00

I couldn't get on a server, so I just made my own and hopped around. Can confirm that the explosions are immensely satisfying.

Broadship Explorer by jhrrsn 2015-04-28T02:06:00

Interesting shift from seemingly top-down movement to platforming mechanics. Not a big fan of the whole power mechanic, though. It only annoyed me without adding any apparent depth to the gameplay.

A Bard's Song by aaronjbaptiste 2015-04-28T01:48:00

bass cannon too op, plz nerf

(mental)fairy by 0x0961h 2015-04-20T15:52:00

Pretty fun! After a while, I became invincible and stopped having to even move because I had four rapid-fire death beams, though, which sort of ruined the difficulty :-)

God's Going to Cut Em Down by emmelineprufrock 2015-04-21T00:45:00

I really enjoyed the (implied) story, although some of the syntax butted up against my engagement, especially at the beginning. The art style is gorgeous. I can very much relate to spending too much time on the artwork :-) I'm looking forward to the continuation.

Space Boy by Hyoga-3D 2015-04-20T18:27:00

Pretty fun, I don't like how the movement has poles.

Hitchhiker's Tales by Tangible Games 2015-04-23T14:46:00

It would have been great if throwing aliens at other aliens damaged them. Aside from that, nice mechanics :-)

Matter of the void by Dynad 2015-04-23T00:43:00

I didn't really understand how to play. A better explanation in the description would be nice.

Laughter by Pinktreeleaf 2015-04-29T01:35:00

An interesting visualization of the general feelings of anxiety. I felt that the anaglyph 3D added to the mood even without 3D glasses ;-)

Udom Nebdon by pLaw 2015-04-21T00:27:00

Very well designed, from the color palette to the camera angles. My only problem was that the controls felt incredibly awkward.

You Can Shave the Baby by chikun Dev Team 2015-04-23T04:08:00

I'm guessing the unconventional weapon here is the game itself? ;-)

The Higgs' Gun by Jeasonfire 2015-04-20T16:00:00

Nice concept. I feel like the puzzles could have been better designed to show off the potential of the mechanics, though (Something where you need to turn on a platform at one point and then later turn it off again, for example).

Snake Is Over by Langouste 2015-04-29T01:01:00

I felt a little cheated by the screenshots. Thought it would be a geometric stylized exploration game.

Owen by Jamcount 2015-04-20T14:57:00

Some way to recover health would be nice.

Food Fight by jovoc 2015-04-25T17:16:00

I really would've liked a way to shoot in other directions than the one I currently face (i.e., WASD to walk, arrow keys to shoot). Also, like others are saying, the turnip AI is a bit too simple.

Mass-X by hexagore 2015-04-29T01:13:00

Rated higher on theme simply because you acknowledged that it didn't fully fit the theme ;-)

Wee Pon by DarkMeatGames 2015-04-22T22:59:00

Simple graphics, but a very consistent aesthetic. Works well!

Fungual Sizing by Maxom 2015-04-23T15:17:00

Very neat mechanics.

Shadows by Jaloko 2015-04-29T01:06:00

It would have been nice if the game didn't reset me back to level one after failing a level. I sat still for several seconds on the fourth level after collecting 5 orbs, thinking I had won and the game was lagging ;-)

Elementary Puzzles by Joris 2015-04-21T01:06:00

Being able to restart each level individually would be nice. I got to the fourth level and then accidentally launched the box over the wall :-)

I dont want to hear it by ekun 2015-04-21T01:54:00

Much better music than I usually hear in compo rhythm games, I really liked it. That second level is way to hard for me, though. I couldn't get below 80 mistakes .-.

Wounded by Words by Traumendes_Madchen 2015-04-22T22:47:00

Great story! My only complaints would be that the ends (or at least the normal end that I got) somewhat spoiled the message by shoving it in my face, and the theme seemed tacked on. Regardless, that was a great experience!

The Neverending Fountain of Puke by Hjalte500 2015-04-23T03:55:00

The way that your own attacks damage you after you run out of "juice" is a really interesting mechanic. I like it! :-)

Dagobert by Jellyhard 2015-04-22T22:57:00

Very well polished, great mechanics, well-designed puzzles! Good job!

Dye by solarexplorer 2015-04-28T01:58:00

I quite liked the way that the "sets" abruptly changed from one to the next. It worked together with the art style to make me feel like I was reading through a picture book.

I felt that the story was a little lacking, though. Even a little bit more development into the characters and their psyches (why they wanted to end it) through a small dialogue with each character or something would have added many layers to the story for me.

Dubstep Gun: The Game by WaffleWorks 2015-04-23T04:01:00

I feel like some visual cue on the gun showing that it was charging up (maybe a neon blue light?) would have made it feel a lot better.

99 problems (and a bitch is one) by nassi 2015-04-21T00:20:00

That was a very... unique experience.

Shaman War by k8n 2015-04-28T02:18:00

The dancing mechanics felt a little too slow for such a fast paced game. I feel as though 5 moves per lightning with each move twice as fast would have been much better.

Dusk by nov1kk 2015-04-21T00:11:00

Very well polished, and pretty nice puzzles. Only tangentially relates to the theme though :/

EXECUTION by stray 2015-04-20T15:02:00

Very well polished aesthetics. Didn't figure out how to "win" until reading the comments, though.

Shadow Stalker by morokiane 2015-04-25T17:04:00

Really liked the ambient soundscape. A control list in the description would be nice, though, as the controls in-game were broken for me.

Tim's Bad Day by JoshyOshKenoshi 2015-04-20T16:04:00

I loved the music, it actually added a lot of goofy atmosphere to the game :-)

Tongue Lash by benjamck 2015-04-21T01:40:00

Oh man, that game terrifies me on so many different levels :-)

The Song of Aria by sydan 2015-04-22T23:18:00

I feel like you could have used the concept further or in a better way, but it was still pretty enjoyable.

Don't die, Red! by goglmogl 2015-04-22T19:32:00

The controls were really difficult to move around with, and I didn't really understand the goal. I threw about 50 axes at the wolf and it didn't die.

Dezinformatsiya by Scripturus 2015-04-22T21:55:00

I would have liked a system with some more strategy to it (certain tactics work better in different situations, having to react to external events, combining policies for greater effect). That might be a bit complicated for a 72 hour game jam, though :-)

You are being ambushed! by joaovitorbf 2015-04-22T20:49:00

The whole "enter to start" is rather annoying. I would have preferred it to simply start the next game after pressing r.

Queen Bee by PurpleMonkey 2015-04-22T15:26:00

Seems like a good idea, but it was a bit too complex for me to really understand without a tutorial ;-)

OI by orco 2015-04-20T16:08:00

Took me a while to understand the mechanics (including that in the description would be nice), but I really loved the concept! Works very well.

Dick Cannon: Police Investigator by ApocoNypse 2015-04-28T02:29:00

I came, I saw, I came again ;-)

Destroy&Oppress by YaaZ 2015-04-25T17:10:00

The paletting on the graphics is quite well done. I feel like the meteors fall too slow for me to really feel engaged at all, and I would've liked an explosion sound effect.

Grief by mantis 2015-04-22T23:26:00

Interesting storytelling! The gameplay reminded me of SMB so much that I found myself pressing shift to try to move faster :-)
