LD58 — Collector (2)

Goomba Simulator 2025 by LandoSystems 2025-10-21T16:00:18Z ♥ 2

Unfair, this was guaranteed to suck me in with the premise and then it delivered, I'm very upset by this manipulation. Too bad about that final boss battle, I got really excited there for a minute -- finish it!

Letter Collector by lunarDust 2025-10-20T21:16:01Z ♥ 1

Really enjoyed this one, hard to go wrong with Scrabble mechanics, and a great iteration on that!

LD48 — Deeper and deeper (8)

Deeper and Creeper by LillyByte 2021-05-17T23:54:29Z ♥ 1

Loved the creepiness, and all the filters worked well together. Wasn't quite sure what was meant by "don't look away," so I just sprinted for each door as fast as possible. Clever name, too ;)

yeeeeeeeeez by plague 2021-05-17T23:41:08Z ♥ 1

Waaaay too hard for me (falling too fast, shooting things didn't seem to do anything), so I just cheesed it and hugged the left side of the screen for as long as I could so I could check out more of the awesome visuals. Great graphics and sounds to go with them, just wish I could've gotten farther.

Shelter in the Deep by qfeys 2021-05-17T23:00:40Z ♥ 0

Really liked the idea of creating more building space as you dug deeper, that was clever. Couldn't quite figure out what the "Build Miner" functionality was supposed to do, but the other structures were fairly straight forward in how to build and what they did. Having resources be discovered as you go deeper rather than generating from nothing would spice things up.

Interface smooth, though had to expand my window to get the scrolling to work reliably.

Good entry!

Sam Sludge: The case of the dirty runoff by doubleday 2021-05-17T22:49:50Z ♥ 0

Adored the graphics, and the mood -- spooky settings are my jam. Interesting character dialogue kept me moving forward, and encouraged exploration. Getting stuck in holes occasionally got a little frustrating, but eventually got the knack for getting back out.

Really enjoyed this one.

6 Feet Under by theStoff 2021-05-17T22:10:56Z ♥ 2

Wow, that was fun! And HARD! But worth the effort. Really struck by the animation and form transitions, which lent a lot to a feeling of feedback from what I was doing. And a great play on the theme.

Descending by János Parádi 2021-05-17T22:00:54Z ♥ 1

Good controls, really interesting lighting effects, and managing of resources was fun. Definitely scores highly on mood. Good entry!

Neural Shooter by PatteDeCanaard 2021-05-02T23:00:47Z ♥ 1

Really oontzy beat and feel, which I really enjoyed. Got really confused when I kept losing when the semicircles zoomed in, took a number of tries to finally figure out what was expected, that bit could use some clarification. Really great entry!

Deranged Space by Roman Dubrovin 2021-05-02T22:59:10Z ♥ 2

Really dig the music and atmosphere, graphics as well. Controls a little tricky, and feels a little short (perhaps unfinished?)

Good job!

LD47 — Stuck in a loop (1)

Hamster Simulator by snowinn 2020-10-18T00:21:54Z ♥ 1

This ended up being way more addictive than it had any right to be.

I was stuck... in the compulsion loop. *rimshot*

LD45 — Start with nothing (1)

N0THING.exe by PSiv 2019-10-13T01:02:23Z ♥ 1

I started out with nothing, but hey, at least I still have most of it left.

Love games like this! Last bit took me a bit to figure out (Are there more puzzles? Do I guess?), but finally got it. Lot of polish in this, even little things I wouldn't have expected to be there. Good job!

LD43 — Sacrifices must be made (5)

Altar of Abaddon by Issac 2018-12-07T08:38:46Z ♥ 2

I was dubious at first, very confused by the tiny window. I have an auto-clicker script I've always had running (activated by right + left click), so once I figured out what I was supposed to do, things started moving REAL quick, and everything made sense.

REALLY cool ideas here! Some performance chug (I think it was the chute causing most of it... performance would fix itself for a few seconds after each upgrade to it). Causing the window to grow as things progressed was NOT expected, and really clever!

Great entry!

De-Railed by OccultOne 2018-12-06T03:21:05Z ♥ 3

Took me a bit to figure out the controls and mechanics, but did eventually get it. At some point, I just started jumping over enemies rather than deal with them :P Not sure if maybe I should have dealt with them more (perhaps some of them yield more part?). Of course, I got the Selfish ending 🆙

Stopping off points were a bit long to traverse -- I'm guessing there was intended to be more to do at them and fill them out with more content. Would love to see the game worked on some more, solid concept!

Music was fantastic! Likewise with the art, hands down this one has set the best Mood of the games I've played.

Sacrifices in the Cat Yard by Lex 2018-12-06T01:27:10Z ♥ 1

Saw you mention this on Elysia's stream, and had to check it out. I loved it! And we have similar themes! Took me a bit to figure out how to get that last mouse, but eventually figured it out, and the styoopid human finally accepted all my hard work.

Great entry!

Pillar of Peril by Selgeron 2018-12-05T09:54:59Z ♥ 0

Great take on the theme! My only gripe as I was playing was once I got to the last room, I thought the enemy was a bit too easy... then as the fight went on, I realized how wrong that assumption was. I was so close, too...

Horny Demons by Team Infernus 2018-12-05T09:44:16Z ♥ 1

Shame it can't be won, but I found myself sucked in for quite a while trying to get all my resources as high as possible. Couldn't quite find a good use for relics, since the exchange to get them tended to be the same as what you'd get back for using them. But I'm assuming there would have been more uses further along the demon progression. Great entry!

LD41 — Combine 2 Incompatible Genres (1)

On The Fly by qkjosh 2018-04-27T02:09:36Z ♥ 1

Really enjoyed the art and sounds, sets a very peaceful, pensive mood. Took me a minute to figure out what was going on, but once I got it, it was easy to settle into a flow (even if I was only playing by myself).

LD40 — The more you have, the worse it is (16)

unipsychle by niksg 2017-12-06T02:53:15Z ♥ 1

Clever concept and execution. Definite QWOP levels of difficulty, but great job!

Mushroom Délicieux by TRASEVOL_DOG 2017-12-05T05:40:46Z ♥ 2

I'm... I'm tripping. Too many mushroom. Great entry! Great eye candy, really enjoyed it.

Bounce House by Steven Adams 2017-12-05T05:13:13Z ♥ 2

Best pong ever, would pong again. Clever mechanics! Good sounds and sprites, as well. Great job!

Too Many Bears by Rajin 2017-12-05T03:51:26Z ♥ 2

Wow, knocked it out of the park! Great in every category, nice work!

Had some trouble at first... man those bears fill up fast! I found the barrage upgrade was almost mandatory to make progress. Besides that, had a blast! Many blasts. Too many blasts, resulting from too many BEARS.

BOOTY LOOTER! by MrLeePerry 2017-12-05T03:42:28Z ♥ 1

Nice polish, and pretty easy to get the hang of. Loved the music and sound effects. Great job!

Mister President by Zinkler 2017-12-05T03:37:03Z ♥ 1

Ambitious, and a great take on the theme. Would love to see this with the other features working. Keep at it!

Immune Invasion by Chong Lee 2017-12-05T03:29:30Z ♥ 1

Hey hey, a kindred spirit with a microbial/biological theme. Great atmosphere. As you mentioned, -really- difficult, but the gameplay is sound, and I enjoyed myself a lot.

Delver's Sunset by Jimbly 2017-12-05T03:17:34Z ♥ 1

Damn my peg leg. Good innovation, great take on the theme!

The Fast and Fastidious by ariake81 2017-12-05T02:23:48Z ♥ 0

Great artwork, and nice to take a breather with a game having only one button :P A few additional mechanics might bump up the fun factor. Perhaps ramps you need to push the pedal to the metal on to clear jumps, or oil slicks you need to slow down at lest spin out of control, or perhaps catch fire.

Good job!

DRAGLUTTONY by Reality Blind 2017-12-05T02:17:13Z ♥ 1

Eagerly waiting... sounds like an interesting concept, and dig the screenshots.

Evil Money by interpol 2017-12-05T02:05:10Z ♥ 2

Really good quality across the board, especially with the humor. Found myself playing for way longer than I initially expected I would. Intuitive mechanics, almost no need for instructions.

I will never throw away my money. Never.

If you opt to iterate further on the game (you should), some way to turn off security lights/cameras would add some additional fun and challenge (I initially found myself trying to figure out how to do just that).

Great job!

... by exezin 2017-12-05T01:46:49Z ♥ 1

Hah! I laughed out loud when I went to Start, expecting to immediately transition to the first level, but fell off the cliff first, immediately setting the mood and what to expect. Nice touch!

Took me a bit to get the hang of the tank controls -- definitely adds a level of difficulty.

Awfultown by Matthew Di Mare Miller 2017-12-05T01:39:27Z ♥ 4

Hey hey, quick and easy tutorial. Dig it! Super hectic to start, I ended up intentionally destroying a number of buildings just to keep myself sane :P Agree, a little easy to accidentally demolish a building with a click. Overall, though, good job!

Attack of the Elvis by Tessa 2017-12-05T01:30:06Z ♥ 2

Had a great time killing me some Elvis! Controls were a little wonky first starting (couldn't get mouse to turn me around, but eventually it kicked in).

Lamattractive by Pandanym 2017-12-05T01:22:43Z ♥ 7

Oh man, I'm loving this. Great artwork, humorous sound effects, adorable cutesy feel. Also, being able to freely headbutt troublesome children is a lifelong ambition.

Great job!

Follow up: Had to share this game with friends. The concept is just too perfect.

Observer: Bunker Sim by Thomas Higgins 2017-12-04T23:43:18Z ♥ 1

Enjoyed the frequent narration (I prefer story driven games), so this was a fun play through. Was unable to close the build dialogs, but I think that was a UI scaling issue, and I managed to work around it. Overall, ignoring bugs, good execution on the theme!

LD38 — A Small World (5)

Supernova by Veralos 2017-05-04T04:00:09Z ♥ 1

Played to completion, good entry! Found controlling the ship a bit awkward, being unable to turn in place, but got the hang of it. Level screens often seemed to repeat layouts, but difficulty level was right in the sweet spot. Introducing some of the hazards (spike balls, moving things) earlier probably wouldn't hurt, though.

Great job! My cat also enjoyed swiping at the little guy as he ran and jumped across the screen.

Solitary Freedom by CMLSC 2017-05-04T03:37:34Z ♥ 1

Absolutely dig the graphics, music, and sounds. Great sense of mood. Immediate difficulty spike on level 2 was a bit much, but I did feel compelled to keep playing (and dying) repeatedly. Good entry!

Bunosphere by torcado 2017-05-02T08:31:54Z ♥ 0

A little trouble maneuvering the rock around, but eventually got the hang of it. Really love how the map generation unfolds -- I entered the game thinking "Gee, there's not going to be a lot of space to work with," and was pleasantly pleased the find out the world was much larger than it appeared. Great job on that! Great artwork, as well. Good entry!

NomNom by MaikelOrtega 2017-05-02T08:01:01Z ♥ 0

Fantastic graphics! Took me a bit to get the hang of the special abilities, but then it was a lot of fun, even playing by myself.

Paper Jam! by danhett 2017-05-01T06:32:16Z ♥ 1

Enjoyed the idea quite a bit, good play on the theme. Agree that it's a bit offputting to have to move in order to shoot. The collision on the sawblades was also a little larger than I would have expected.

LD34 — Two Button Controls / Growing (32)

Grow a Beard! by martin-denizet 2015-12-21T22:36:00

I've always liked these Wario-type, fast-paced, mini-games and this was pretty good! The accent at the beginning was a little hard to understand.

Love the music and the graphics. Great stuff!

Santavania by andrewkennedy 2015-12-21T18:43:00

Loved movement feels, really solid. I love the theme and the checkpoints being snow globes. Just wanted to mention the WebGL worked fine for me on Firefox as well!

Dog Gone Big! by HulkHandsome 2015-12-21T18:39:00

This was a solid entry. I loved the "story-mode" to the game and I liked how each time you played it was a little bit different. Great work!

Weight Control by ChiPassGames 2015-12-21T18:31:00

I really liked your game! The jumping mechanics were pretty good and added to the complexity. Great job!

Low and Flow by el_kloklo 2015-12-21T18:26:00

The sound effects and music were a bit distracting to me. I did like the concept and your take on the theme of growing up. I used the mouse since the controls seemed unnatural to me.

Beanstalkers Extreme: Takin' Out The Trash by ambocclusion 2015-12-20T20:03:00

Great game! It is a little short but still fun. My favorite part was having to hide/sneak :)

Combo Farm by Silverfyre 2015-12-19T03:58:00

Great little puzzle game! The music got a bit repetitive and I would have opt for right-clicking being the rotation button but nice nonetheless.

[JJJ] - Jolly Jail Jumper by AwesomeAlliterationAlliance 2015-12-18T18:47:00

Solid game! The difficulty might be a bit too high as one mistake can set you all the way back. I still had a lot of fun and the mechanics are awesome.

I love the music, the animations, and it comes so naturally on a game pad. Good job!

Friendly Plant From Beyond by T-Rex Interactive 2015-12-18T18:20:00

This was really fun to play. I was a little confused when I got to the third stage because it didn't make sense to me which was small and big but it eventually clicked.

I did felt guilty eating the poor dogs :(

Nice entry!

Klodowski by SK16Games 2015-12-18T17:27:00

Hah, this is a pretty decent point + click interactive story. I did play twice just to see what the other options were. I also really liked the graphics - their style lent itself to the humor :P

Bilby's Adventure by Mewen_Seyun 2015-12-18T17:06:00

It's kind of difficult but I think it's because it's a little buggy. I will completely clear a jump but will still die anyway.

Love the music and the graphics aren't bad.

Two-Punch Man by canary40 2015-12-18T01:46:00

Switching from attack and defense is a little buggy, but great game!

I can. by Pitƶik4 2015-12-18T01:32:00

This was barely tolerable for me. I know the slow text is supposed to contemplate the mood and story but this was just ... torture.

I'm conflicted because the story was very well written and it did evoke feelings that I wouldn't think it would but at the same time I was frustrated on how slowly-paced the dialogue was.

Super Soaked by Aumni 2015-12-18T01:15:00

I liked that you guys tackled the issue of how to move around without using more than two buttons. It worked out nicely. It took me a while to get used to the movement but I had a lot of fun with it.

Loved the music!

Spongos : Family Adventure by Spongos 2015-12-17T18:24:00

Tried to get it to run locally after it not working online, nothing happens. I think it's worth it to properly host/embed it somewhere.

Berg in Space by thiagoferraro 2015-12-17T18:12:00

The obstacles were confusing and some of the spaces you have to squeeze between are kind of a bit too tight. However, I did enjoy the challenge and the music added to it. Nice job!

Akuto by renegadeninjanl 2015-12-17T18:00:00

This is a really nice concept! I love the 3D models and the simplistic look to the game.

The enemy AI really impressed me and presented a really nice challenge. It takes a little getting used to the fighting controls but it's really nice.

I think having to use multiple buttons/keys for movement and attack is not quite necessarily "two-buttons" but no one said it had to be. It can be taken literally or even not at all.

Either way, I enjoyed your game. Good stuff!

Save the World by Berserker_Chris 2015-12-17T17:20:00

Not bad! It's a simple game but it's not terrible.

It was confusing at first simply because I didn't realize there were saplings. I think you could make them a bit more noticeable or maybe not have them blend into the foreground and ground so much.

I like the music - nice and soothing. Visually, it could use a lot of polishing but for a 48hr compo I'm impressed you got audio, graphics, and game-play in there all by yourself.

Good job!

SUPER SCIENCE CORP by Hot Box Games 2015-12-17T17:07:00

I love the story and the graphics are great. Aiming, firing, and trying to move all at the same time made it hard but it wasn't too bad. It's a nice addition.

Great game!

Hanami - Push-Up Farming by Beavl 2015-12-17T06:53:00

I just... I. What did I... this... wuh?
I love this. I. Love. This.

INFERNO by Lukbebalduke 2015-12-17T06:45:00

(Level up) Two... buttons.
... I see what you did there :D
A lot of waiting around for enemies, but all in all, good execution!

IVY by TRAB 2015-12-17T06:16:00

Great concept! Loved the audio choices, as well.

Winterland by Zknet 2015-12-17T05:20:00

This was a very neat game! I love the art and the simple play style. I felt so bad every time the polar bears would hit something. Poor baby polar bear just didn't want to stay close to it's mom ... :P

It was a bit challenging to control four keys but it wasn't too bad.

Droid Shootout --- A Sci-Fi Mouse-Click-Only Survival Game by Crawler Studios 2015-12-17T05:16:00

This was pretty cool. I enjoyed the fact that it was a rails shooter, haha. Movement can be a bit wonder at times and seeing my cursor would throw me off, but not bad!

I almost made it too. Backup was coming in 10 seconds and I only had 2% HP left!

Saneedling by commanderstitch 2015-12-17T05:11:00

I'm uh ... not sure what's going on but I managed to win, I think? I ate everything :)

I feel like planting the seed was really trial and error and that wasn't really fun. I guess I don't know why it was wrong or why it was right when I did get it right.

Either way, not bad!

American Excess by lectric.monk 2015-12-17T05:00:00

I love the story and the humor. The graphics are pretty neat too. I wasn't a big fan of the button changing directions - it got super confusing, but I guess that's part of the game play!

Dude On Fire by voca 2015-12-17T01:34:00

Such a great looking game! I'm going to have to express the same sentiments here - you aren't given enough time between when you see the obstacle and when you can react to it.

It's super frustrating and while the game sounds nice and looks nice, I stopped after my third death.

Kimmirut Chasm by Max Amaden 2015-12-16T23:45:00

I really enjoyed the story and the graphics. Those little pictures definitely made it more enjoyable!

My only suggestion would be to pick a better font. I know the one you currently have matches the theme but it could be saved for titles and larger text. Once it gets smaller it starts to get illegible.

tree: the root. by remiv 2015-12-16T21:35:00

There is no context really to what you're supposed to do. I figured it out after my second play-through when I just kept going down and I guess I found a portal?

A lot of it is trial and error and guessing which direction to waste all my moves in. I'm still not quite sure if I understand what's going on.

Run Cube, run! by zguba 2015-12-16T21:24:00

It's s pretty simple premise but I like that you changed the perspective - gives it a little oomph.

Deep Growth by emanvidmaker 2015-12-16T20:26:00

I liked the ending! Overall I think it's a nice little game to play. It wasn't too hard though there were some parts that threw me off but I managed to finish it.

The music gets a bit tiresome after a while and the growth power up sounds were starting to get to me. It might be that my volume is a bit high, though.

Good game!

THE GARDENER by echa 2015-12-16T20:04:00

At first when things started sprouting I thought to myself, "Great, another game where I grow plants."

Then, I realized what was going on and some of the levels are kind of complicated! I think you could have benefited from making 'SPACE' the jump button as well.

Great game!

LD33 — You are the Monster (4)

The Mammoth: A Cave Painting by inbetweengames 2015-08-29T08:07:00

Definitely wins in the mood category, carries it in fact. Wanting to follow the story pushed me to finish. Very unique! Would love to see more games of this sort.

Lady Bug by dickpoelen 2015-08-28T03:56:00

Really great action! Controls a little difficult on keyboard, but on gamepad I imagine it'd play really well. Great work!

MadMonsterMassacre [MMM] by AwesomeAlliterationAlliance 2015-08-28T03:48:00

Slow going to start, but gets interesting later on.

The Bear Hunter by Devark 2015-08-27T08:03:00

Simple, yet very satisfying controls and gameplay. Great execution, had a lot of fun with this one! Would definitely be willing to pick up a lengthier game developed in this style.

LD32 — An Unconventional Weapon (26)

A.R.B.F. by Zanzlanz 2015-04-27T01:59:00

Solid entry! Good feel for the controls, boss was just the right amount of challenge.

Where Is Your Gun Now, Mr. Chekhov? by Mike Mezhenin 2015-04-24T18:58:00

This was such an awesome game! The music, the art, everything fits.

Choose your own title! by jlauper 2015-04-24T18:50:00

Some odd story connections (like waking up "still strapped" when I was never strapped) but overall I liked it. I chuckled at "toe-fingers."

Some things that through me off though since there isn't much in way of graphics or audio were the grammar mistakes.

I Will Be Happy by danielilett 2015-04-24T18:43:00

Love the unconventional weapon and great submission.

Super Skater Waiter by MikkelLevisen 2015-04-24T18:32:00

This was great! Pretty challenging but a lot of fun!

Return The shoe! by ProteinPannkaka 2015-04-24T08:20:00

Very cute and I love the atmosphere. It was more frustrating then fun because of the inverted controls. Most of the time was spent underneath it's belly and while it's pretty cute, I was a sitting duck for those damn rabbits.

Allium: Rise of the Leek Knight by srakowski 2015-04-24T01:07:00

The boss made me chuckle out loud. Great game! Love the humor.

Solenoid by FROSTBYTEDEVELOPMENT 2015-04-24T00:56:00

This was a bit too slow for my liking. I don't think the audio tutorial was necessary either and felt it added to the slow pace of the game. I would have rather had visual cues instead. The controls were a bit .. unnatural. It felt weird to move my hand from the mouse to the keyboard so often to change magnets and use it.

PaperKiller by korvyashka 2015-04-23T20:23:00

It took forever to load! But, after waiting it finally loaded and I was able to play. Game play is nice, graphics are great, I just wish there were some audio. Not bad!

Dimension Runner by Kraosu 2015-04-23T20:12:00

A bit confusing at first and I'm not entirely sure I understand what's going on yet but nice game nonetheless.

Sten the Keyboard Warrior by Peatuno 2015-04-23T19:54:00

Great little game. I think using faster trolls (like the ones with 20HP) more would make it a bit more challenging.

Bard! by StrayByte 2015-04-23T19:46:00

Great work! I like the idea and I thought Bard's animation was pretty cool. I do think audio is a big component to this so I would have liked to see that in the game.

missls by Filip 2015-04-23T19:40:00

I didn't have anyone else to play with some I did what I could. It's not a bad idea and the idea is nice. I'm trying to figure out what the unconventional weapon is? Is it a missile?

DECKED by SolarflyStudios 2015-04-23T19:32:00

Nice idea though a bit simple. It wasn't too hard but it wasn't easy either. Not bad!

This is a great game! My hand hurts from the anxiety and quick tapping but it's worth it. The music and art is great. Good job!

Weaponeiric by MrMordem 2015-04-23T05:39:00

Controls aren't working so I couldn't really play it. Graphics are nice but movement seems a bit floaty. I like the use of tea bags as power ups.

Zolita Mansion by Farfin 2015-04-22T08:22:00

Art style is great - so is your take on an unconventional weapon. Dying right after using a cross gets a bit old though. I gave up half-way because I guess I couldn't get my timing down. Overall, I really liked this game.

Best Friends Must Fight by brombatti 2015-04-22T08:17:00

Great game! My favorite was the Nyan cat bazooka and possibly the fork thing, haha. I played by myself since I really don't have anyone here to play with but I could see this being a lot of fun.

Graphics and music are awesome. I couldn't play the web version and instead just downloaded the Windows .exe and it worked fine. Just a heads up!

Stick Quest by louis.denizet 2015-04-22T08:11:00

This is an amazing game! I made it to the very end and beat the boss. It took me a few tries but it was worth it! I love the puzzles - they were challenging yet simple. The music fits perfectly and the graphics are adorable.

One of the better LD games I've played ever.

Dr. U and the bottomless PIT by farwyler 2015-04-22T07:51:00

Nice game! I like how simple it is. Some of the sounds were a bit loud but overall not bad. I love the music and art. The one thing I couldn't figure out was how to smack bats?

Billiard King by Vidsneeze 2015-04-22T07:30:00

Nice game! I didn't get the battle system at first and eventually figured out the counter/timing.

Rocket Chicken by Gomango999 2015-04-22T06:35:00

Such a cute and fun game! The tutorial is a nice touch. I did get an error the first time I loaded it but the second time around it was fine. Here is the error in case it means something:

"

Abort This by Killbert 2015-04-22T06:30:00

Nice top-down. I feel like the pace could be a bit faster and of course, like everyone else, an ammo counter.

Theme-wise, I don't like the subject matter or choice of weapon but it *is* unconventional so it fits.

Roombacalypse by lucidsheep 2015-04-22T03:47:00

Ahhh roomba death! I love the concept and the art. It's very intuitive and fun to play. I like that the music and sounds were subtle and made the explosions that much more satisfying.

Now if only those helicopters would just leave me alone.

Queen Bee by PurpleMonkey 2015-04-22T03:35:00

Definitely an interesting concept! I didn't get right away which character I was. I kept thinking I was the top-left and didn't realize I was the bottom-right. It made it really hard the first time around.

The second time it wasn't so bad. The music got a bit repetitive. I also didn't see the list of abilities until now (the ones you put above) so I had no clue what each power was. Now I know.

I think this could have benefited from a little bit of instruction but overall pretty good once you get the hang of it.

Sepulcher of the Unicorn by Jon Fischer 2015-04-22T03:25:00

Not bad! I did feel a bit dumb for a few minutes when trying to figure out what to do but I got it eventually. I still think I only made it through because of luck but it's better than nothing!

LD30 — Connected Worlds (17)

Dreamland by edemmester 2014-09-08T17:06:00

Thank goodness for an option to turn the background music off. It took me a few tries to figure it out. I think you could probably explain the instructions a bit better with a tutorial level or two. Overall it isn't bad, just a bit confusing at first!

Super Galactic Space Bus Driver by Laddo D 2014-09-05T16:24:00

I really enjoyed this game. I feel like it was a little hard to control the taxi but it wasn't too bad! It was a lot of fun and I loved reading about the different types of passengers. Once the bomb-passenger came on I exploded almost instantly.

Home by DoktorAce 2014-08-31T05:37:00

Neat concept! Really dig the art style, and a good take on the theme.

Afterlife Dance Party by Wertle 2014-08-31T05:23:00

Hah! That was a blast! Great idea, and great execution!

Liebyrinth by SketchyGalore 2014-08-31T05:06:00

Hah! Incredibly clever, and very fun. Great work!

Dreams or Reality: The Adventure by GibTreaty 2014-08-28T16:58:00

The slimes are so cute! I love the concept! My suggestion would be to add an enemy attack animation or visual.

Dream World by GaTechGrad 2014-08-28T16:55:00

The voice-over really creeped me out and I think I could live without it. Maybe it was too loud? I felt like it was really jarring. There was also the sliding movement but other than that I really like it. The backgrounds and music really set the mood and atmosphere!

Galactic Tollway Authority by AdricZero 2014-08-28T16:51:00

This is an awesome game. It is a little confusing at first and I think if there was a better indication of which end of the wormhole I was picking up it'd be a bit easier. I see the purple outline but it gets hard when dealing with so many wormholes.

I'd definitely love to see this as a finished game!

My sweet garden by Kyatric 2014-08-28T16:37:00

While it is playable and the graphics are decent, I didn't really have too much fun. I also didn't feel the theme come through at any point unless it's the part where you can share the garden?

World Absorber by crneumre 2014-08-27T16:20:00

Great concept. For me, it was a bit hard because I instinctively always press "spacebar" to jump and since that makes a connection it would really mess me up, hah.

Going Postal by OxyOxspring 2014-08-27T16:16:00

Such a great idea and I love the humor. I started out by delivering a few letters to where they were supposed to go and then decided to send them all over the place. I do like the suggestion of some sort of indicator as to who lives where.

Provider Bob by Cryunreal 2014-08-27T15:57:00

It took me a while to figure out how to connect planets (collect resources?) but once I figured that out it was pretty fun. I love the little animals ... especially the one with the banana-shaped head, haha!

Dreaming Knight: The Little Hero by spotco 2014-08-27T05:55:00

I really like the sword swinging and found myself trying to swing it as often as I could. There's just something organic about the swing that I really enjoyed! Great music and I love the graphics.

Link by hundredhundred 2014-08-27T05:50:00

I got to 20! It was a little hard to understand at first (even with the instructions) but once I figured it out I finally had some fun. Great concept and I love the music!

Levitans by oakus 2014-08-27T04:48:00

Very relaxing, and every time I managed to connect and saw the people rush over to each other I couldn't help but smile. Good visuals, as well. Great work!

Get Physical by blindfox 2014-08-26T17:07:00

This was awesome to play and really challenging! I didn't understand what "Shift" was until I realized it was dwindling every time I'd smash into something :P

Nice!

Triple Threat by bORAT 2014-08-26T16:57:00

I can see it becoming fun with actual players or an AI. It's a great cross between Chinese Checkers and Checkers - at least that's what I felt it was like!

LD29 — Beneath the Surface (4)

UHP Undeground Facility by 2A1S 2014-05-03T18:20:00

Very good atmosphere. Movement could be "pepped up," seemed a little slow. Very impressed by how much you were able to pack in with such a short timespan!

Infection by InfectionTeam 2014-05-03T18:16:00

Solid entry! Had a lot of fun playing, feels very complete.
While regular turrets didn't feel terribly useful, all the other turrets were very much so, and perhaps should have been a little more expensive; after placing about 3 or 4, I suddenly found myself with very little to shoot at :/
Keep up the good work! Look forward to your next entry!

Where Is My Bone? by Ellian 2014-05-01T05:40:00

Hah! Loved the subtle storytelling, solid entry.

denudation by zillix 2014-05-01T05:15:00

Wow, that was awesome! Loved everything about it, keep up the good work!
