That's what I call art. Outstanding one!

That's what I call art. Outstanding one!
Making restart the game on "R" is a little bit cruel, pressed it by accident several times  Overall it's a pretty addictive and clever made game! Definitely good work!
Nice one! I like the usage of the theme. Good work!
Liked the style and the idea of the game, good one.
Fun little game to play! Liked the art style, hated the clients, "what do you want from me, give me a break" Had such kind of a job a long time ago
Good entry overall!
Nice rogue-like game! Liked the art and amazing soundtrack! Controls are quite hard, though, but after a bit of getting used to them it went fine. Good job!
Very cool game! And that big skeleton was nice. As a metal head totally loved the music 🤘 Overall dynamics and feel of the game could have more work, faster movements, refined aiming maybe. Anyway game is nicely done!
Enjoyed this really addictive clicker game! [photo_2019-04-30_19-41-15.jpg](///raw/8e0/22/z/23dc8.jpg)
Nice shooter game! Weapon balance could be improved, was expecting AK47 to have more power and shoot speed. Overall good job!
Loved the art and the mood of the game!
So much fun in this game! Really awesome! Loved the music theme as well, great job.
Nice idea, would like to see more levels/challenges though. Won the game unexpectedly quick
Interesting game, I wish I could earn money the same way in real life (without dying, though ). I even have an axe
Nice submission overall, good work!

Great idea, I see potential here beyond prototype. Would be great to add some kind of map or maybe different textures to ease the navigation in the labyrinth and HP level for the enemies (loose to much life using costly spell because of that). Overall it's a nice game, thanks for the submission!
Loved this game! Nice graphics, great sounds  Amazing work!
Nice game with the games inside! Liked the story: "I am dying soon, so I will be playing games". Very relatable  Not possible to skip the intro is a little bit cruel, though. Overall good submission!
Great job on art and style! Very polished. Although game could be improved with enemies health bar, as it's hard to tell if you actually hit them or not. Amazing work!
Nice and fun game! Butterfly was unexpected and challenging. Good work overall!
Very cute sound effects! Controls could be improved a little bit, maybe simplified. Nice submission!
Fun game to play! Loved the music and mechanics, although I'd rather had an ability to speed myself up for money instead of throwing it away to attract mobs. Great job anyway!
Nice game, could be potentially addictive, I'd say it needs some mechanics to refill your life to continue the game. Good job!
Thanks for playing our game! Yep, it's hard even for us to walk through to be honest  I guess we've spent too much time on polishing contents and then not much time left for difficulty balancing. Well, sometimes it's hard to prioritize under pressure.
Should've mentioned that we took inspiration from Dark Souls and Sekiro
Thanks everyone for the kind words
@hermitao We've tested game on different systems (and it was partially coded on Mac), hard to tell what could be a problem, sorry to hear that.
@steffo, thanks for your feedback! Regarding climbing, sorry for that, we were going to add some Easter eggs there but the lack of time and sleep (and pizza) already were doing their contribution  Spikes were tricky to implement, yes. There are some limitations from the physics engine we've used, basically the logic is to decrease HP by one point on every collision, but if you approach spikes from left or right side, you're going to get more than single collision, thus loosing much more life. We are planning to tune the game later. And actually spikes should've been changed to toothpicks or something I guess, but it's always hard to think clearly under pressure
@dick-claus, thanks for playing our game! Smashing was planned, we even used the sound of it, but the limitation of time made us to start cutting the corners.
@no-grapes-games, thanks for the feedback! Regarding the theme, yes it was really hard to come up with an idea. It's our first jam and we've spent roughly six hours on the idea. Every our idea were not making much sense or were too challenging to implement in three days, so we decided to start making a platformer game and maybe somehow fit the theme later, #YOLO  And that's the result. So in an abstract way "you need to spend your HP to walk through the level", but you're right regarding the theme.
@siryakko, thanks for your feedback! Sorry for the tricky wall jump mechanics. I spent almost half a day on physics setup realizing i the end that if you have rotating body it's kinda tricky to determine from which side you have a contact. As it was already half way through the jam I've decided to leave physics as it is and started to play with friction/restitution and basic vector algebra to make at least close enough replica of the wall jump  Anyway, lesson learned, it's good to know your tools before the competition, not learning it during the one
@retti01, @jin9310, appreciate your feedback! We are glad you liked the game!
@nathant @brinkhousegames @pixscope @fusionnist @pedro137br @weine Very appreciate your feedback!
@krx271, dziękuję bardzo za komentarz, na pewno zagram w waszą grę! Przepraszam za mój polski, jestem obcekrajowcem
@finalspace, checked Safari again, looks like the problem with a jump sound, turns out Safari does not support Ogg. I will publish the fix tomorrow.
@mykola, thanks for the kind words. I have updated description a bit. So basically we have developed everything from scratch during the jam (well, not counting Phaser3 game engine, of course). You've mentioned that we have opted our from some categories, but we definetely haven't. It's our first jam and I see that the web site is a little bit clunky. Could you please describe what do you see there? I've noticed that I don't see any other categories in the vote statistics, haven't thought it might be a problem Screenshot 2019-05-02 at 22.01.17.png
@finalspace, just published a fix for Safari, please check it out.
@icxon thanks man!
Amazing art on levels that creates really great atmosphere, liked characters animation. I'd say the game could be improved with increasing intensity of the enemies, sometimes game feels quite slow. Good submission though!
Overall a nice idea! Liked the minimalist implementation. Potentially you need to add more types of damage, maybe paying your life for building poison walls or rocket launchers as well. Good job!
Wow! Really nicely made game. Graphics, audio, mechanics, loved everything! Although I was not able to buy anything at the store every time I was there, slow typer here  Anyway, my final score 10 spiders out of 10 imps!
Instant like for a GB game. Felt very nostalgic to play, great job!
Nice concept and narrative. Liked the main character design and the usage of the Godot :robot:. Good job!
Nice entry! It was hard to find the way back to the heart "storage", though. Good job!
Very nice entry! I liked upgrade path and level design. Some UX could be improved though, for example no indication in the evolve menu that upgrade happened. But that's minor. Good work!
Thanks for the submission! Some aspects of the game could get more polishing, like going through gates. As others already mentioned, game lacks some tips on what to do in the game. I liked characters design, though. Good work!
Nice game, liked the graphics!
Game is really nice! As others already noticed it will be great to make some guidance on how each parameter affects another. Also I've got into situation when it's not possible to grow, not enough women  Destroying farms to decrease diseases would be a nice addition. Anyway, good work!
