Nice one! The dialogues were funny :) third run my character started ditching meetings (after 5 options of relax in the weekend) on her own and got fired in the end :| Had fun though

too hard :D was pretty fun though well done!
nice game despite the lack of graphics
Good concept! I feel like the garbage items-part could be skipped
960 points~ until 2 hawks came from the right in the same second and birds stopped spawning from the left :D nice and fun little game
Good game I loved the characters!
There's a bug where you cant double jump when you're hugging the wall on the side. also, if you die while you have tapped "e" to join a door, you continue to live weirdly.
game keeps loading forever.
http://prntscr.com/hjmhdv :D
I was having a blast until I tried to build on an enemy while in pause mode just to see what'll happen.
game broke :(
I had fun in my 5 playthroughs trying to understand how the game works :D
I loved it!
Nice!! Ain't really a fan of games with unregainable HP but this was very fun to play.
Fixed the bug not allowing buildings to function correctly.. also added text on start menu to tell you how it works :P Thanks for the feedback!
Did i just eat myself?
- The throwing axe mechanic is pretty impressive! - The graphics are nothing to laugh at either. - Player going on the X axis and being able to turn 360° feels kind of a waste, but I appreciate the possibility.
Good game, well done!
Mate some sound would help sooo much. The text before combat is also kinda slow.
Other than that nice rpg setup
I'm such a developous harmonier
I enjoyed playing with a controller :)
Excellent! I loved the controller support!
Nice game. It's a pain making the bull follow you, but other than that game's pretty enjoyable.
Very well done! I couldn't make it to the last level but I appreciate the balance!
Oof, is this even finishable? Was interesting until I realized I can't finish :p
Nice game! Well done!
Nice game. The AI seem unbelievably good! The controller is great also, but I would prefer it to be: jump as soon as you hit the ground, if Spacebar is being kept. Really unclear on how to get the ammunition.. I was just vacuuming people and sometimes I got ammo. Reached ~16k score and was wandering for 2-3 minutes searching for ammo until my people died :P
Was pretty fun
Funny how you robbed a bank, convinced the hostages to die and enter your pockets, all without a gun xD
Sound was a perfect fit, player controller was smooth, and AI were smart enough to entertain me :)
Oof.. losing speed is disasterous :P
- This music.. holy.. so well done. - Not much to see mechanic-wise but it feels well-made. - The graphics are minimalistic but good.
I couldn't finish it but I had fun for as much as I played :)
That was very short but quite enjoyable! I had a similar idea of the implementation in an earlier jam, and was quite proud to think of that :D So now I'm proud of you too :)
The Art had the perfect setting for the game's mood. I'm not a big fan of the art-style but the artist sure has a healthy artistic taste.
The Audio was superb! I want nothing but to congratulate the narrator + sound designer.
The Theme implementation fell a bit short as the only things you sacrifice are two non-working resources (Blood & Stamina). - - - I dont know if they're actually not working, but they didn't work for me. The skills also bugged out, and I never had a chance to ever use any of those.
In General: Great job on everything(that works) except syncing the animations with the game physics :P -- I understand this is a quite time consuming task and on most jams I meet the same fate ;P I have no complains about it though, even half-implemented you did a good job on making it feel natural (I used the long fiery sword).
Overall a good game which I enjoyed playing! I suggest you fix the bugs that prevent skills from happening, and uploading the new version (Which is allowed by the Jam rules).
@vlad11 There is no such rule :) I've read them all. The 48hour period is only for porting to different platforms(for example WebGL --> Windows). You can still update it!
Also, dont be stingy.. Give the commenters some karma :P
You should rate more games, otherwise people wont see it in LD's front page..! (More ratings == More feedback)
- This was a walk in the park difficulty-wise. Got a little impatient waiting for the battles to conclude, so I tried Cheat Engine (which didn't seem to work :P ) - Tried playing around with A/D, lost 90% of my troops, never pressed it again :P - I feel like Attack modes (Heavy/Normal/Defense) was poorly fitting. Your time would be better spent in adding another feature that went well with the gameplay. - Other than that it was pretty interesting. The mood (graphics+audio) and the clear goal kept me interested on finishing.
@antsa Ah.. I'm sorry to hear that.. The only restriction is that it cannot wait "on top of the player". Maybe that was the case?
@alysson-moraes I think we nailed the theme but sure it's up to how the player percieves it :) Mind giving me some feedback on it?
Nice! I skipped through the text so I wont rate on Theme, Overall, Humor and Mood. - Graphics, Sounds and Features work nicely together. - You made a very good use of the mouse as input. - The goal is clear, first attempt is functional. - If you die, the next attempt is bugged(atleast was for me).
Nice game! One of the few I willed to replay :)
Really good narrative! Music, art, sounds and story combine very well, and gameplay is challenging. Well done.
Really nice! Sound kept me engaged while the mechanics+art style kept me from being too frustrated even after losing 3 times while going to base with ~350 candies ;P
The theme implementation was very weak imo.. But it didn't stop you from submitting a good game! Well done! :thumbsup:
Quite fun! Would be much better if I could have a full-screen, as many of my clicks were off game-screen and I ended up dying alot more than I deserved :p
Lol, amazingly executed game.. Really fun and innovative.
I reached 24! Wondering what the max score is.
Also it is not a bull shit game so dont feel bad at all :)
Nice idea. Few quick improvements: - Human should be able to detach the rope. - Level manager should check for how many uh.. cows are active in the level before changing. Got in many situations when I either got transported to another level by sacrificng just one cow (on 3rd attempt or so), or sacrificed all of them and nothing happened.
> Whew! That was a long way to say that I basically have no clue what is causing that problem. I’ll look into solving it for the post jam version. But thanks for your suggestions, and have a good time playing other people’s games!
@flashviper lmao. If you're using Unity you can use `bool isLevelActive = FindObjectsOfType
also, since it is a bug, i believe it's way within the rules to update it
If it was up to me I would just specify the maximum amount of cows that are allowed to exist in the level before triggering the change. Making them explode still sounds good..
Also... give me karma :P
Haha I meant the little hearts you're supposed to give when you like the feedback people give you :P
They're on the bottom right of the comments
Nicely done! I managed to kill 5 before dying.
It would be nice if there was some sort of warning that they're about to attack, or if I atleast had some time to defend myself between after he attacks and before getting damaged. Slowing down the animation and/or checking for collision with some delay would do the trick.
I liked it though. Did a few playthroughs without getting bored. Music/sounds also add very well ^^
It is just too hard ;P Pretty fun while it lasted though!
Edit: oh I didn't realize I could sacrifice the robots on 2nd/3rd floor.. will give it another attempt.
-- Edit: Well this was just too easy xD Still a lot of fun. Well done with the theme implementation.
You did all of this alone and it is one of the first games you made? That's really impressive!
Well done was fun!
I also get the bug _Le_Dav_ mentioned(with screen res 2560x1440).. I tried hitting Shift+Z, it got fixed temporarily but got messed up again on it's first chance (each time text appeared).
Fun little game, though it took 3 tries to understand what's going on. :p
It's quite good for the time frame. Some sound would add very well for very few time invested.
Very nice game! Congratulations on doing this in such a short time frame.
The menu music is AWESOME!
Very nice game! I was about to close it after playing the first level but I was like: What the hell let's give it a chance.
Didn't regret it :D The level where I had share a hit between 2 bards won me over (level 4??)
Some sound would add a lot to it.
This game was sooo long! It definitely needs a save feature. I managed to get 250+ coins but was a real drag finding the last 2 chests I needed.. ended up dying on that place the Anchor is unlocked, and eventually quit.
IIRC I ended up playing for about half an hour.. Initially I got impressed by how polished the graphics, features and sound effects were. I enjoyed the first 15 minutes of it.
Eventually the gameplay (AND ESPECIALLY THE MUSIC) became repetitive, and even if I was practically 80% close to the end, it felt like such a big drag to gather the few last ones. Also, the thought of you expecting me and the other players to listen to the same music track for 30 minutes frustrated me.
Even if the features are super polished and A LOT for a 3 day jam (which is impressive), you should keep in mind that this is still a jam game, and possibly hold back with the time-wastey playable content. Also keep in mind that I ***personally*** prefer action-packed games, so that might be just my bias.
I would probably rate higher than what I intend to if I were to rate in the first 10', so I'll keep that in mind while rating. In overall, Well done, game's very impressive!
@aurel if I had to narrow it down to one thing, I'd say its the exploring part, searching all around(literally) the pyramid to find just change, together with some difficult platforming that isn't as rewarding as you'd expect from that difficulty (on the 70 coins 6 chests area).
I've personally replayed many games I liked and/or had to pause. If you intend to make more long games and post them for game jams in the future, I would suggest including an analytics/data-collect tool, which tells you how many people reloaded, got each weapon, played through the end, etc. This would give you the best kind of feedback :)
Of course you'll have to program this beforehand but that's fair enough if it's just analytics imo.
Nice art! Top marks for theme and humor as well but it's not my kind of game to play and have fun with :P
Still, I believe it was a good decision going for a small and polished game since you're a small team. Well done!
I didn't get the theme at all but I liked the game! No humor either so you might've rather opt-out :P
Good job, was pretty fun! Although I went through 7+ playthroughs and never managed to get the 40$ mark ^^ Mostly because of that unaccounted "explosion" mechanic.
The visuals were really cool as well, and it was very innovative how you produced such a fun and replayable game with so few resources. Well done.

I hope you enjoyed the game. Judging from your rating you are eager to give this game a great review with a detailed comment on its Ludum Dare site
https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/44/$141527
Remember that though the game might have been rather short, much emphasis was put on compatibility, security and reliability so you got to enjoy a high quality game.
Thanks for playing!

P.S. did you know that you can hit Ctrl+C in a Windows message box and it will save the text to clipboard? Go ahead, try it. --------------------------- ΟΚ ---------------------------
Oy, look at that, it works :grin:
Sorry to say I didn't actually pass the 1000log thing, went straight to the --gamma thing.
I knew I should have skipped that degree! 10/10
I finished it in 10 seconds. Was fun enough so I played twice
Very good! The game is nice and having no display picture is kinda wronging it.
just amazing!
All I can complain about is the randomly generated unsolvable platforming puzzles sometime, but other than that this is a very fun, polished and innovative game!
Also there's the theme but... bleh x)
Thanks for posting this, was fun playing something fun ^^
As for my piece of feedback, it would be wise playing and rating other people's games, so you can get even more ratings and feedback on it :)
I would turn it into a level-based RPG, with weapons, bossfights and all if I were to release it.
what a great time for the scoreboard to not work http://prntscr.com/nld0xl
106 score year 661 I'm proud of myself lol..
Although it became a bit hard on the eyes at some point (due to the speed of the things and that I'm sleepy), it was a fun experience!
I would prefer this as a multi-level thing instead of an infinite runner that becomes literally impossible.
Good game but lacks balance. Would be good if it was a bit harder. hehexdtest.png hehe xd great game pic is photoshopped btw
I just realized it's supposed to be a multiplayer game.. Name the trees "Player 1" and "Player 2"
I gave up on those 3 achievements as well. Had a lot of fun playing though!
Great job on making this!
Nice graphics, this one!
Obviously I skipped the tutorial and was doing stuff randomly at first, but it got easy once I learned how the crafting system works. Only complain is that you have to be so focused with the "crafting" that you'll be missing most of the graphics and fighting. I believe some interaction with the actual fights would add well..
unknown[1].png hehhe, pretty funny game.
Really tough to play this without friends :')
Big red dude is satiated and we lived happily everafter :grin: ps: you should opt-out from Audio
Conquered all the planets on my first attempt, it's really nice! I was expecting some victory screen or new galaxy setup but it's fine. I had fun playing around with what you made!
Seemingly this has literally NOTHING to do with the theme though xD
Thumbs up for not letting the theme take you down and for doing a fun game! :v:
@eric-smith well, I meant the actual theme.. "YOUR life is currency"
You're right though, saying "NOTHING" like that was kind of an exaggeration. I apologize.
Nice graphics & music! I cannot play this as it doesn't come with a friend to play with, but I come with some honest feedback :)
You might wanna change the entry's thumbnail, because it's not really catchy :P Saw this a lot on the front page but just scrolled through it.
Despite the people who complain, I found it pretty easy. It started getting very repetitive after getting the lucky coin though. Can't say I got bored until level 35 though ^^ And I was too close to the end to quit.
Was pretty funny and the mood is there to keep me psyched! I liked this entry! Good job!
Some Cheap Implementations like different weapons would add a lot to the game.
I realize the target is mobile but not allowing a fullscreen for windows kinda sucks..
The idea was good and the game was fun but my hand hurts when I have to play in like a 144p window on my 1440p screen.
Good job with the graphics! Just a question.. did it HAVE to be insects? :P
Was pretty fun.. took me 3 tries to understand the mechanics, and another 2 to finish the game.
Fun idea. Took me 5-6 trys before I realized I could keep only 1 patient and just go collect pay every now and then hehe
Nice graphics also
Cool concept and execution. Funny interpretation of the theme as well :D
It crashed pretty quick but I loved it!
Took a while until I got the grasp of combat and found the exit, THEN the shop, but it went pretty smooth!
You could have improved the level design bit by placing the "exit" right next to the start, so the player would only have the "store" left to explore. Other than that great job! Impressive for a compo post!
PS: I found the theme interpetation a bit weak, but nothing stopped you from making a good game, and I respect that!
Minigames are so hard but I managed to get the hat on my 2nd playthrough.
Weirdly enough the answer (a=10,b=4,c=2) wouldn't get accepted, but I got the 20$ anyway when the time ran out :D
I enjoyed the art. Too bad Tom was a girl but I understand that wasn't a big priority hehe. Great job!
Cute graphics! I played v0.9 and enjoyed the graphics and gameplay mechanic! I loved the "Contract"! Wanted to do the same on my game but I felt like the Signature part would be a bit too much hehe.
The game felt a bit unrewarding to play -- there's no score and I can stay alive until I fall asleep :P You might wanna invest some time in making the game enjoyable for more time on your next entry, like, adding a Progression panel and some Music/Sounds.
The mechanic is VERY interesting though! With some additional features this could turn into an excellent game and possibly be released! Well done!
This is the best implementation of the theme I've seen so far!
I also loved the gameplay, graphics and audio! Great job!
Wow this was pretty fun! The amount of levels, and the effort required to make it was really impressive!
*Can you save the princess in less than 3:42?* did you mean 3:42 hours?
We had seperate ideas for tamagochi OR tower defense games, but didn't think of combining them ^^
Good job, this was fun -- probably a bit too easy but still enjoyable!
We had seperate ideas for tamagochi OR tower defense games, but didn't think of combining them ^^
Good job, this was fun -- probably a bit too easy but still enjoyable!
It wasn't as difficult to understand for me, but I wasn't a big fan of the controls. Sometimes the zombies would get deselected for no reason. It would make it much better if I were to select with left click, move with right click.
I didn't get to finish it because there was some sort of bug in the farm with the 3 sprayers. I moved all humans to the right side, then, when they got disinfected, my zombie guy couldn't infect anyone :P
Really cool entry though :) I appreciate the graphics & style.
This is an amazing game :) Had fun clearing it and would love to play more of it :)
This was really nice and fairly addictive. One thing I would have enjoyed would be making progression more rewarding. The difficulty was pretty balanced, but I had no indication of how well I did between each playthrough. That said, it was fun just trying to stay alive :D
I played this because I'm greek and my artist posted this in our discord server.. didn't regret it^^
I got blocked at some point, at the level with the fountains, after the checkpoint. Dunno if that was intentional but I gave up after 7 tries of trying to figure out how to proceed.
I am interested to seeing the ending, and would like to know if I did something wrong :P
@hybitous Looking forward to it! Good luck on the results!
yeah.. just wow.. great job :slight_smile:
I feel like I didn't get the theme interpretation, and I'm really not a fan of this genre, so I'll skip voting on fun + theme :P
Other than that, what you made is incredible :D - Mood setting that blends perfectly between audio, graphics + processing visuals - Proper and clear design with no obvious bugs
Great job on completing this game :)
This was nice.
The intro text was reeeeeeeeeeeeally boring...
Other than that the experience was enjoyable. Good job, keep it alive :grin:
Cool game. I would love some more focus on the gameplay instead of as much polish on the graphics.
Many of the graphics assets got left unused (or got used as props). IMO, you would be better off making a generic "wall" and adding more gameplay features instead.
Still, it was an enjoyable experience :D I barely managed to finish with like 10% of my battery remaining useful.
Hope you realize the game is unfinishable even with the guide :P
I had fun no matter what and enjoyed it, though.
The visuals and voice acting were insanely good!
I also enjoyed the RPG-ish elements of upgades + multiple choice dialogues.
The lack of difficulty is usually a big downer for me, but for some reason I didn't get bored on this one.. must be the difficulty progression from the souls moving faster as the story progresses.
I learned a lot by observing your game and am looking forward to make use of the knowledge I got :)
Thanks for the game, keep it alive!
I really enjoyed playing this game! Extremely innovative and polished.
Excuse me while I have no actual constructive feedback on this one ^^
@blushine thanks.. I was wanting to see what happens in the ending :)
@lestat sweet move:) followed by sweet graphics + audio, but you made it last wayyy too long for what it was :D A decent fix would be to make the goal different than "stay alive for 5 minutes". For example a "win her heart", or "Say X sweet lines".
@mika-la-grand making the shoot/heal rooms non-automated was a design decision, as we wanted to enhance the aspect of micro-management. @haiyoooo designed the numbers in such a way, in which the game would have "idle" elements, but without allowing the player to actually idle -- Our design was leaning more towards a fast-paced game than an idle game :)
Other than that, you're right about the tutorial. We added the top-left 'tutorial-like' panel, but it seems to escape every person's eyes so far haha..
Thanks for playing :)
I love this entry! You can have my fives :)
As for constructive feedback, I'd like some progressive difficulty :P The overall gameplay was fun, so I didn't mind that, but the game lasted about 1 minute. The hole kinda looks random as well. It didn't add anything to the difficulty but I dropped there just for fun :P (It was fun indeed ^^)
The amount of levels was pretty good if you added, say, 2 enemies starting from level 3, and possibly 3 on level 4.
I just LOVE the music on this one!! Please allow me to rate it 5 :P
Other than that, this is pretty fun and addicting :) I managed to survive for about a minute with 5k score on my best attempt!
really nice! Here's my high score :D temp.png I didn't get the theme implementation, but I always appreciate a fun game ;)
Nice game, I love the balance in Mood + Graphics.
And the theme implementation is interesting to say the least.. (I actually loved it :))
bitch be like: "go hunt some deer honey"
and then I lost
Nice game! Even though it took me a while to realize why I was dying, though. I liked the graphics and the gameplay was quite fun once I realized I could move and upgrade my ship :)
I managed to bring the enemy to -20 HP on my 4th playthrough but the game kept going. There's an issue with the HUD not being displayed properly on non-fullscreen. You might want to add a warning for that.
Overall I liked it :) Good job, keep jammin!
Reading the comments now, I didn't realize there was a win condition! I'm not sure I'll replay it to reach the ending, but I probably would play it to the end had I known before exiting and resetting my progress :P
Combat was pretty easy, but I think it was a good decision for the jam, as people of all ages and genre-preferences may come to play your game. But as it was a fairly core mechanic, I would PERSONALLY have enjoyed it being a little less forgiving (as in, the enemy bullets could just not despawn until they ran out of the map, or something)
Overall the entry was pretty good and I enjoyed it :)
Some weird diet, this world :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
(edit, just noticed, you called them "worlds" in game, but they are indeed planets..)
Anyway, the VFX are amazing.. I liked the gameplay part as well, and I admire your decision to end it after 3 planets, as it would get repetitive unless you added more power-moves + music to the game -- which would potentially cause the game to go way out of scope.
I don't really care for a story but, in case you do, it could be better hahaha.
Overall superb entry! Probably the best VFX I've seen in jam games, and proper controller/gameplay/SFX to match that :slight_smile:
The graphics and audio were pretty polished, and I really enjoyed the animated intro!
The main/watering mechanic was enjoyable at first, and I was excited to see it, but it got repetitive fairly quick, even though your attempt to make the game progressive (by adding spinning and floating platforms) made up for it. I would highly rather have upgrades to my water cannon, though :) Splashing with 2x the speed/radius, or even higher water capacity.
I didn't reach the ending, but I progressed quite far (1-2 stages after that castle with the 4-in-a-row flying platforms). The bug with the jumping mechanic was quite frustrating at that point and it made me fail that jump a lot of times, which made me start wondering when does it end :P
I enjoyed it for the most part, but if it was me, I would have made the game to be a little bit shorter, even if it left me with a couple days of doing nothing Or even have a clear end -- maybe an indicator of the percentage of garden completed, or even some "Gardens cleared: 3/8" (I really prefer to avoid having the player want to quit, or start questioning "oh cmon, when does it end?!?", because from my jamming experience, this leads to lower ratings).
All and all I liked the game! Keep up the good work!
This is so beautiful and calming! I played the post-jam version, and unlocked almost every animal (all except the tiger).
The final wave bugged out so I didn't get to reach the ending (the enemies never started moving towards my jungle). Might have something to do with 4x speed and the WebGL version. I think 4x speed simulation is too heavy for WebGL, but I found no downloadable version for the post-jam version.
I still enjoyed the whole concept and gameplay, music, sounds & graphics!
Overall 10/10, would play again if there's a release in the future :D
ps: I would have loved to see more of the fairy :D
(Follow-up after reading your Known Bugs section):
You could have the enemies register to an event in `OnEnable()` and unregister on `OnDisable()`, some sort of `RegainPathFindingTarget()` method, which could be called even on demand (by UI) or every 30 seconds or so in-game.
```cs public static System.Action FixPathfinding; // To be called every 30 seconds or so. void OnEnable() => FixPathfinding += RegainPathfindingTarget; void OnDisable() => FixPathfinding -= RegainPathfindingTarget;
void RegainPathFindingTarget() { if (!hasValidTarget) { ... } } ```
Sorry if I'm stepping out of line by posting this, but I just love adding small bad-practice hacks like this in jam games, since they can save so much time ^^
This was super fun! Great job!
The gameplay is very intuitive and quite fun.
I also was quite annoyed by the moving obstacles as some weren't nicely timed -- I would normally blame design but I don't really mind since this is a jam game.
It's one of my favourite entries from this jam!
Well this is interesting. The platforms were rotating at 10x speed of what's displayed at the gif, but it didn't bother me much.
I ended up reaching what I think was the maximum score of 25 (??). Climbed to the top of the platforms anyway :P
I would love to take a peak on the source code of the ball's movement and deformation, so, if you decide not to turn this in a proper game, I would like to be tagged anytime ^^
The ending kinda annoyed me :P
I enjoyed the game mechanics and art/mood though
Wow you're the best parent ever! Plus the game is pretty fun :)
wow this was amazing!! I beat it in easy mode on my second try, then went to try my luck in Hard mode. I did finish it with a score of 2 stars, and sold 12k copies :))
Great job overall, I loved this!
The queen is safe!!
The game was a bit easy, because I just spammed drones on the first few rows and then had honey for life :P But was enjoyable no matter what :)
Fish says quit LOL
ok this was amazing!
It would be even more amazing if the lazer wasn't so DAMN strong xD
Nice game :) I enjoyed playing it for about 5 minutes (I could probably just survive forever or something :p).
Despite the short-time gameplay I appreciate having fun playing your game :)
Thanks for uploading it.
The king's HP was hidden for my download version, and my HP didn't go down at all.
That aside, I really enjoyed it and reached a high score of 143 seconds ^^
PS: I loved how the poop trader becomes really excited when you approach him while carrying poop xDDD
I would have prefered it to have been WAY more fast paced than it is, but it is a solid entry no matter what :)
Ditto the post above :P
I had trouble making "click" get a hold of the babies. In the beginning it took 4-5 tries to make click work, and eventually it stopped working and I had to give up :P
Overall this is a good idea, the shooting mechanic was fun and I loved the humorous theme implementation :D
This game is pure genius lol.. most innovative game I've seen, and I have no complains with the graphics, as most games I play use simplistic graphics like that.
I'm sorry that I can't find any constructive feedback to give for this entry, lol.. I really think it's release ready
Pre-emptive congratz to the winners of this jam :P
And even if, by any chance, you don't win... still, be proud that you made this masterpiece :)
The mood was really strong in this one! I didn't get bored for a single second, while trying to figure out how to complete the game and how the attack works :P
After meeting with my herd, I finally found the darkness thorns and brought light upon the world of the Lightwielder!
I must admit, I didn't get the theme at all on this one.. I enjoyed playing it, though :)
Ok a couple tips when jamming xD
- Post your games on itch.io, that way your entries can be on one game-related place. - If possible, include a WebGL build. This will increase your plays by a lot. - Rate and comment a lot of other games. This is the only stable way to make your game gather enough ratings. - Try to keep your comments constructive.
I doubt it is beatable haha.. I managed to survive for about 30seconds, but that's all :)
It would be fun to have some sort of high-score or leaderboard for this!
I reached a score of 19 (after losing a few times) but I'm not sure if I played this correctly :P Please tag me if I did this wrong ^^
This is FINTASTIC :smile:
Everything is extremely polished and pretty, and I found no bugs at all!
Only thing is that I would like some sort of saving system on this, so I could resume playing at some point (Although I won't judge for not adding one. This is a jam game, after all :slight_smile:)
The X button on the top right is kinda weird.. I clicked it out of curiosity at some point and ended up losing my progress :stuck_out_tongue: I believe some sort of "confirmation" would be essential on this. (that, or the saving system :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:)
That said, this could easily turn into a fully fledged game I would find myself playing for an extensive amount of time. Thanks for making something beautiful and fun for us jammers to play :smiley:
Didn't hold back at all on being innovative, huh? I like it!! :grin:
The theme implementation fell a bit short in my opinion, but it's fair game as long as it's implemented in some way, right? :P
Other than that, game's top notch in all aspects. Great job!
Pretty good! It was way too hard to make a perfect drive, though :p
I like the actual theme implementation and the humor :)
Gameplay could use some more variety though :P It got quite easy after 2-3 attempts
But I guess it's fair, since it's a jam game and all.
Well done completing this game!
Awesome game + level design!
This game feels complete and not lacking in anything -- despite the minimalistic graphics style.
Playing felt good, and was inspiring. Great job!
@maychant I'm glad you like it and seem eager to continue!
You need to dash upwards, once you interact with the spider egg and unlock the dash ability :P
Nice game! Finding that the 3 letter word that is wearable and can be used to warm someone up or keep someone cool in the summer was interactable took me some time, but I ended up getting the hint from Pulni and solving the puzzle.
Great job! This was fun :)
Had fun playing this! I reached to the end (2-3 times or so) but didn't manage to put the proper password.
I'll take it on me for not solving this, so good job completing this game :P
I loved the theme implementation xD Good job.
Just.. wow!! Amazing job :) Wouldn't think someone could get so creative (and draw so well) in a game jam!
This is my favourite jam entry so far!
Well done!
I reached the ending.. someones' been really creative in this LD :P Lovely art and lovely gameplay, very inspiring :)
GJ people!
Great quality on the graphics! The narration also looked quite polished.
Feels pretty good to play. Smart idea for a game jam, well done!
It was fun! It became a little frustrating when I dropped for the 3rd time on the last platform, but alright I had good fun challenging myself for a balance :D
Dope! I'm pretty sure the tempo bugged after my first replay(Maybe the cause was that I, at some point, spammed the arrow keys like crazy). Overall, nice mix of the rhythm/action genres!
Fun concept and nice models! The music was nice too.
Could use some more gameplay and definitely better controls ;P I appreciate that it was very inspiring tho!
It was too hard to pick up stuff.. Instead of detecting what's in the selected tile, maybe make it check priority items close to the player(for example, tools>usable things based on equipped tool>return) All and all I liked it!
I loved the sounds! The game was well done too!
Good decision to scope low on features and polish them! I enjoyed playing every second of it!
Mm this is pretty good! The art mechanics are especially good on this one!
Excellent idea and working mechanics. Could easily turn out to a full release with some polish(especially in the controls). Heads up you gotta rate other games if you want your game to be rated :D
Well done on making the game's sandbox! It's a good idea with a lot of potential! Keep up the good work
Quite fun! Tho with the difficulty being non-existant this felt more like a shoot-em-up incremental.
had a bug-free playthrough btw!
It was pretty fun, though there aren't many features and it became repetitive after like 3 minutes. I'm NOT saying I'm against jam games being short-termed! Just would prefer some sort of an ending and/or fast paced features. Just my opininion though.
Overall I liked it, good job!
Senpai noticed me ^o^
I like tennis, I like bullet hells >I like your game :)
Very nice entry! Possibly the smartest combination in the jam :D Well executed too!
Keep up the good work dan!
@Reizo Thanks! So many things I've missed!
I kind of wanted the M1 upgrade to be some sort of an "Ultimate upgrade", but I didn't realize that, game being so short and all it was literally introduced too early ;P
I don't think i'll be continuing this post jam, but now I have a better feel about what an FPS game should be like, thanks to your feedback. I'll definitely work more on my AI and difficulty balance on my next FPS entry!
make it into a zip, it's hard to download(in fact I couldn't download it)
This was very nice! Probably the best I've played from the compo.
I would prefer if the cards were plain movekits (not forcekits) and/or the balls completely stopped moving before I had to play my next card. No hard complains tho, good game
Well done that was a great idea and nicely executed! Minimal Graphics + Sound, working mechanics!
I can't say I didn't have fun! Good movement+controls! The enemies were too messy and unorganized.. which is completely normal taking into account what you were trying to do.
This genre's scope was very big! You did well for such a big scoped game!
That said, you miiight wanna scope smaller next time :P
@detectiveLosos this is what I call constructive feedback.. u said it all dude :v:
@Reizo Nice game! Though with some better controls it would be way better. "Correct Scanning for pipes in both ways and stickiness" is what I felt was missing more. Other than that, the features seem well built and on place.
Well done both! (+ @atsuzaki )
I played this alone and felt sad :P
It'd be fun to play with a friend!
That said, most people are playing it alone and it's kind of a shame not to have atleast an AI to play against.
Well doney! The amount of content is insane for a 3day game-jam! especially one done by 2 people!
@mobiusdisco music is an important aspect of the game too :) You probably add more than you think :D
Well done with that!
My favourite so far as well! Well done on every aspect!
This was very fun!
So, I couldn't reach the boss because it was very hard. I played about 5 attempts before reaching the conclusion that golf isn't my sport.. give me a gun dammit!
Enjoyed the whole time I played though! I'd suggest you make it a big more forgiving if you want people to actually see your content(Check out my game to see the idea I came up with ;) )
This was fun to play! Though it was very hard indeed! It'd be nice if the collision from the sides was somehow more forgiving(probably by not triggering at all) and if there were some indicators on where the obstacles will spawn. I couldn't get past the boss.
Great game overall!
Awesome story! I couldn't score a single point vs that opponent though :)
