Hi, what are the controls? I can't seem to get past the start screen.
@acactus You need to plug in a controller and press 'start' on that controller, whatever it is called. The game should recognize any type of controller that you plug in! :)
P.S. Keep in mind that it is a local multiplayer game- you need 2 to 4 players!
@popdaddygames ahh, thanks. I'll try to dig up some controllers.
While noone was available to play it with me, I did test it out a bit by running around alone. The graphics are very nice for a ld game, and I liked the level design.
@acactus Thank you very much for your feedback! I hope you get a chance to play with someone, and if you do then I hope you have a blast! :)
Great Game and have fun to play..!!!
Nice aesthetic. Good job!
Very Funny Nice)
Once I've found my second gamepad and a pair of working batteries, we had a lot of fun! My girlfriend (now ex girlfriend :D) totally destroyed me 10/4!
We invented our own playmode. We gave ourselves 10 min. to upgrade everything we could and than it was on! We were totally surprised by the gravity mechanics and the way you've designed the level accordingly. The music and graphics fit together with the gameplay. Great job!
It's quite risky to make a couch-coop game for Ludum Dare, but for us dedicated couch-coop aficionados, it's just great! Of course with two people playing it's not quite as fun, as with four I'd imagine. But we'll definitely try it out with some friends again in the future!
Thank you very much for making it!
@awesomealliterationalliance Thank you very, very, very much for playing it and getting over the initiation curve! We recognize that 'getting it going' is a bit of a pain, but we really wanted to try to make something fun for people to play together, on the couch, without too many gameplay restrictions.
I hope you'll keep an eye out for the updates we've been working on- we're really hoping to flesh this out into a full featured couch game! :)
I really like the Graphics and the way you use the theme to create your game. Well done!! 👍
Nice graphics..I really like this art style. The game ran nice and fast and was fun to play. Good job.
Nice graphics & music! I cannot play this as it doesn't come with a friend to play with, but I come with some honest feedback :)
You might wanna change the entry's thumbnail, because it's not really catchy :P Saw this a lot on the front page but just scrolled through it.
Love the visuals! The level design is also great. Congrats on your Jam! Well done.
@lyrcaxis Thank you for the feedback. To be honest, we just grabbed a few screenshots and threw them up because we were so entrenched in fixing some major bugs. We have since updated the outward facing image with one that should provide some additional info to anyone glancing at the game, and also an image that hopefully explains the energy and spirit of the game.
Thanks again very much! :)
Thanks for submitting your game for me to play on my livestream!

Good luck on your ratings, see you next LD! :D

Nice game. Graphics and art style were fantastic for a game jam. Looking forward to seeing your future projects. Congrats on a fab entry 🙌
This is an absolute trip. I will have to force my roommate to play this with me when he is here. Just fiddling around with a couple controllers was quite fun :)
Fun game!
It's a fun game and has a lot of potential! Nice job! :)
Evaluation...
1 - Mechanics and Learning: I found the mechanics of walking on walls very interesting. It was nice to see the possibility of reappearing at the beginning (I thought that pressing a button for it was bad, because someone could push it accidentally, so holding two buttons might be better). Learning to play (on a basic level) was easy (try out buttons) so it was really cool. Since there are no creatures, the group can learn at the same time when playing. I found that dying and restarting quickly was bad from the point of view of making it clear that someone else won a round etc (missed making it a little more defined, but it looks great in jam time).
2 - Flow: The game keeps the player interested to the point that someone has to play with it. In this sense, the game flow is well balanced (self-balancing). Maybe when experienced players enter against novice players there will be some flow problem (which I have not seen).
3 - Narrative and Polishment: I really enjoyed music and graphic art. The song may tire after a few minutes (I believe that having a list with several songs, in a definitive or polished version, would be very positive for the game). I found interesting the development of the characters in the page of the scenario, but inside the game they were not so developed (so it can be nice, with every round of the game, the question is asked (dubbing, narrator) and the winning character respond (with dubbing characteristic of each character, personality).
4 - Culture: The game takes advantage of the engagement between players in multiplayer games, this is very positive. Enriching the character design of each character can greatly develop the player community based on this engagement.
5 - Monetization: I believe that the closed sale of the game or the sale of skins may be the best forms of monetization.
Interesting game, but I could not try together with other people. It's a pity because playing alone anyway didn't seem bad as a party game!
