very nice i like the artstyle flow of the game and how easy and intuitive it plays
@skodone Thanks!) It's very pleasure to hear
This is nice, the art is good and it's fun to play. Maybe just make the swords be equipped automatically on one cultist, it took me a while to understand it was gear and not an upgrade!
This is really neat! Controls feel tight and I like the animations, especially the cultist exploding into a shower of blood when sacrificed : )
I like the artstyle and the RTS controls works pretty well with this AI system which target the nearest ennemy. Maybe a single selection when you just click without draging anything will make the game better but I know, it was a jam and it works actually without that so it's fine anyway. Nice job dude! I realy enjoyed it :)
Wow, I had a great time playing this game. The theme is perfectly implemented and the main mechanics is just great. Maybe the difficulty is a bit high, but that really has its point. The only bug I have found is when two characters pray at the same time,but in the end only one dies, so there's no problem. My congrats, very good game :)
No bugs. I like the art. It's easy to understand and control. I had to sacrifice something. Very good job! congratulations!!
Had a lot of fun with this! The controls were easy to use, and the art style was great. I found it was a little too easy to just rush the boss though.
@tetralogia thanks! Yes, it's turned not totally clear. But I intentionally disabled auto-pickup. Because usually player needs to equip an item on specific, most healthy cultist.
@carbonara, yes, selection by click without drag will be very useful. I tried making it but decided to hold over. You right - not enough time for this feature)
@blackwen thankyou) Glad you like it. Yea, this is not a bug, this is a feature :smile: Difficulty went is really a bit hight, I realize it :pensive:
@aortega thanks)
@team-infernus rush-the-boss tactics applicable only for the first level. Farther player need to do real tactics and control)
Thank you all again. Read your comments make me wondering making about an after-jam patch with improvements :smiley:
You did all of this alone and it is one of the first games you made? That's really impressive!
Well done was fun!
Clean and smart controls! Visuals are good and the animations of pray and die are nice! Has a good balance between sacrifice your units for weapons and armor bnut at the same time you need more number of units. Maybe can be review, because the last level I didn't need any weapon to destroy the boss. Needs music! Amazing work! Congrats!
An interesting game with a kind of mechanics. I put a rating) Please rating and me, thanks in advance)
Fun. I like how this is simple to learn, but hard to master.
Really good take on the theme and RTS system. Had to retry the second level quite a few times to get it just right, had to remember the theme. Being able to choose targets or disengage from combat would be nice.
I really enjoyed this game. My first to play and rate. I have been busy fixing mine with a post jam version. Finally done. I would have carried on playing this, I hope you take it further. It was fun.
@lyrcaxis, not one of my first games ever (i making various games as hobby whole life), but one of my first Unity games. I even have one game on Steam. Thanks! Glad you have fun 😊
@peterfonts very pleased to hear, thank you! Yes, I wanted to add own guitar music but did not have enough time. And yes, balance quality could be better )
@awix yep. Done)
@willbl3pic thanks! I like "simple to learn, but hard to master" games and always trying to achieve this feeling In own.
@dwemthy yes, I agree. Thanks!
@arron-fowler thank you! I glad you have done post jam update. Good work 👍
A pretty damn fine little rts / tactical game. Nice visuals and sound effects. The controls worked really well and gameplay was quite exciting actually, I really had to scout the map in advance to plan my route, and sacrificing low hp units to gain upgrades feels quite satisfying. Some music would've been great and maybe one or two more levels, but other than that I enjoyed this a lot, good job!
