Very solid game with good graphics and gameplay. Need some polishing, maybe. I hope there will be post-jam version. ;)
What a piece of pure fun! Everything is beautiful in this game. My high-score was about 620. I hope there will be post-jam version with even more stuff and fun.
Very fun game. At first I didn't understand how to configure life and ammo. I thought I'll have more points when I finish level.
Looks and plays very well, but I don't understand the goal. :c Good job anyway!
Very old-school, very hard, very NES'ish. Good job!
Very atmospheric! This game is so scary, I almost shit myself in fear.
Small but very solid, good job!
I was hoping there is U, not O in the title of the game! slot of life.jpg But then I played and this was fun.
Great game with good idea and design, but it needs some fine tuning for easier start.
Very interesting game just like every nice puzzle game. Good pixel art and level design. But block with cross so simple.
Very interesting leveldesign! I liked to eliminate three minos by one button. Overall solid and polished game. Good job!
Really super game! A lot of fun!
Nice sound and humor
Cool graphics. Great job in creating spooky atmosphere with music and visual! Little laggy for me after some time (web).
nice soundtrack.
Good game, but a bit hard for me (OOOOOH THOSE ORANGE CARS). I agree with FireSlash: there are some issues, but not serious. For example this place does not look like trap, but it can make you trapped. https://static.jam.vg/raw/c6c/12/z/297b5.png
First few waves are very boring becouse so easy. I think it will be better if you make speed of character slower and let player upgrade it.
Was very interesting to play! Actually when I recognized mechanics, I was hooked for a pretty much time. Fresh idea and solid execution, great!
Nice idea. I imagine it would be quite cool to play with a friend.
Great game, very minimalistic, but it has everything that should be in a good top-down shooter. Amazing sound design! One thing I don't like is rainbow bullets, which can be confusing. I think they should be of one color. But it's minor. Really great game, guys.
I faced same UI issue as Roque (and I have same resolution). Anyway, this game is very solid, pretty hard and well-drawn. Most of all I like your tutorial solution. At first I didn't understand how to shoot right cannon, but then I recognized symmetry of the screen and thinked: "Well, screen is symmetric, so should be controls". And it works! No words, no pictograms, but it works great. You guys are genius.
Very pleasing graphics and music. Combleted the game with great pleasure.
nice work with steps of growing
Nice "Fish survival" kind of game. Finished all levels. As for minor complaints - 1. It's not always apperent when your square is bigger. 2. It's not intuitive that you can appear on another side of the map. 3. Controls are not very responsive - when you are small one click of the button teleports you too far away.
Very good as always! How can human make this in 15 hours?
Very good entry. Interesting combination of good simple base mechanics and narrative. It's your unique style of games, I guess :)
Nice game, guys! Good graphics and FX. Was able to kill the boss by saving healing orbs at the start ^_^
Probably the best game of this jam. Done in 48 hours... Wow. Your work is very inspiring, thank you.
Very good game!
Best game on a jam i guess! That sound...
Unfortunately, this game does not fit the theme. BUT It's pretty fun, simple and good looking! I even beat the boss.
Ordinary menegment game. I try to play 5 times, but couldnt pull through 1st cataclysm. And i understand what is win strategy, but one detail of UI make evetything bad. That detail is tooltip on the bottom side after every action and mixed up back to preweiuos screen.
Looks and plays very old school. Great job! Pretty good boss fight. I think it should be more challenging, but I still love it!
Very interesting concept. Need some music and common polishing, but not necessary. Good job!
easy to start, hard to master
nice atmosphere! but you must work with the doors, bocause it's easy to go through them and go forward to home.
Very solid game with a good potential. Good job! I think, controls are good, as they describe mechanics. But what your game is really need is some balance and level design. First of all, levels are huge for such slow character, so moving across long empty rooms become annoying. Try to make levels more compact and action - more dense.
One of the best games I've played. Good job. The only bad thing is that there was no indication on how much an upgrade will cost. I've lost almost immediately after purchasing the last upgrade. It was sad, because only 2 minutes were left till dusk. (
I really like art and music. Like mentioned above, controls and non-skipable dialogs make game slightly uncomfortable. But it's OK, good job!
Interesting and charming experience! It seems like I found a bug, which can or can not become a feature, dunno. If you unfocus application, in-game time still goes. So, when you focus again, you hear completely new patterns. So, maybe you can make post-jam version with fast-forward, rewind, or random starting points?
Interesting mechanic. Great musical game!
@jack-kaloger Thanks, we glad you liked it. :thumbsup_tone2:
@devilqube, @beard-or-die Thanks for your response! We've added some text tips. =)
nice art and music. i dont understand how to destroy fishermans. i think the second purple wizard is odd
Wow. Very good idea and execution. I love the fact, that you need to clik on bubble at the end of each level, to know there your character wold be, and for controls sake. (got about 360 points)
Girl on the scene cried and left party first, and I was like: what did you expect gal? Climbing on that thing, waiting for me to run up and down with a mug? Is it even legal to dance there? Just go away you stupid. So I just focused on a girl near the wall. I think we can make some fun stuff tonight.
Good atmospheric experiment, excellent sound, musiс. A LOT of perfect art. В общем, молодцы ребята, вы крутые. Единственное, чего не хватает - топора у Раскольникова.
Good experiment. But that amazing **polished-ness** is the thing which makes people to expect more content. I think, less polished game of the same size would be less frustrating for players and your purposes would be more clear. On the other hand, you can take it as another part of experiment - unexpected but useful.
Nice dark mood
Well, this is a solid one for a first time! Good job you two. The art is amazing, the audio is nice, tech part - well, I didn't see any bugs, so tech part is good. Unfortunately, the gameplay itself is poor. But it's not the thing you can't learn - just experiment, play more games, do sketches, and you'll get it. I really hope to see you again on LD!
it's very fun
Best graphics ever! Great mood also. Little laggy on my old computer (: Great job!
I would really like to be able to play this game using the keyboard! It sounds and looks very cool, but the controls make it too unfriendly. Great job, anyway!
Is that your first game? Nice try!
Such a noble game, good sir. I admire your game design manners.
Nice idea! Passed it on my first try. ^^
Train go CHOOO CHOOOO fun game, definitely something that could be made into full mobile title with success, with additional levels, mechanics, and more polished graphics
Very cosy little game.) Liked it a lot. I want to make something similar someday - a small comfortable game to relax and chill.
Very interesting maze, we were litarally stuck in a loop going back and forth trying to puzzle out the color coded requirements for doors. The finish door seemed like it should open when we got there, did not realize it needed something extra, but that's just a nitpick
I really liked the audio visual experience. The entire game jamming to the beat was really dope. The mechanics are very cool too, I really like how you progressively program the movement. I think this mechanic has a huge depth to it that could be further explored. Sometimes it was hard to understand what the different combinations of movement s will do. But I am not sure whether that's the game's fault.
I like it so much! So simple, but so satisfying for eyes and ears!
It's very sad I can't beat one of the waves - it's too fast for me. Still, this is the best game of LD47 for now.
Whoa! The real @lanalux has played our game! This is a success guys. This is a success.
@rhythmic-revival Thanks for such nice feedback! It's really heartwarming ^^
I think you can upload it to mobile stores. It really needs some polishing, some rebalance, some physics tuning. But this game is already good. Well done, my friends!
Cute game, awkward as hell aliens, visuals are very coherent, but gameplay definitely lacks. Also the theme wasn't very present. But still, well made!
Dude I already said I'm scared. Why you did this to meeee
nice mood
Very solid, very fun and relaxing game. I think, it would be great, if first biome was more populated or decorated, because it's a face of the game. Good job!
Very good as usual. Beautiful graphics, interesting unusual gameplay. A little bit poor mechanics.
Bestest of the bestestest!! 56 mins, I'm slowpoke
Impressive job! Best entry so far. Mood made by music. Very interesting mechanics
Wow... that's deep...
Very good entry! Solid and polished
nice mood
I almost bought the key, but ran out of oxygen. It was very frustrating, so I decided not to start again. I think checkpoints on purchases would be helpful. Anyway, good job. I spent about 30 minutes in your game, you can count it as a success. :)
Nice and simple. Interesting mechanics and good art. Some places was pretty difficult, but fun. Great job!
Nice game! I like idea and art and music too. Also I noticed hazard prediction marks. It's small, but very important feature. Length of a game was a bit frustrating, but it may count as a feature suitable for jam. Good job!
Very nice little game. I think it would be even more nicier without deceleration, because it makes game too easy. You can just slow down global acceleration and stop the drone when it hits obstacle. This would make a game more challenging, but still leave some breath for player. Anyway, good job, like it. I made 2000 meters or so. Twice!
nice mood
Very nice game! Interesting idea and good music. But controls make it too hard for my skills to master the game. Some sort of bomb prediction would help, I think. Anyway, good job!
good mood
Great game! It takes a while to figure out how it works, but it looks and sounds amazing. Sadly, I got stuck somewhere: many dwarfes, many dirt, but no energy. Would like to come back later and try it one more time. Nice job, guys, I wish you good luck!
Very good interesting game! Smart gamedesign
Nice little game with tons of upgrades. I spent at least 20 minutes to try different builds. Some additional content would be great. Still, it's very entertaining for such a small game. Good job!
Good pvp balance
Nice graphic
nice jokes
LOVE IT! It's so good, it's hard to believe it was made by one person. Some things about jumping and climbing the slopes was not so clear, but I somehow won the game. Fantastic art and excellent polishing, good job!
i think, it would be better without returning phase
Nice idia
A very strange and hilarious game. How did you even come up with this? This is a really good job, thank you guys!
Great idea and pretty clean implementation. This game is too difficult for me, but I probably have a bad sense of balance. Good job!
Мне понравилось! История интересная, очень надеялся на хороший конец
Very simple, but very difficult and fun, bookmarked the game. I'm going to smash my mouse and dislocate my wrist, but get to 1000. Great job!
@meansquarederror Thank you! The harpoon is aimed automatically at the nearest shark, so you can somewhat control where it goes by moving closer to the target.
Gameplay is a bit frustrating, but graphics is just amazing!
Loved it! It was really fun!
The game has a great nostalgic atmosphere and the gameplay is nice and polished! Not obvious how people counter works though.
The toy duck is SUPER cool, I really liked her flippers on wheels. It would be great if the bombs had a shadow, because sometimes it is not clear it's where the bomb is. But it's still good job!
Very good art and music synergy. And nice controls explanation. Did not quite get why to use up down and back buttons. Finished the game by just spamming the D button oneshoting the wolves.
Very good little arcade game, it's like I'm back in my childhood. Great job!
Very good platformer feel and speed, but the first level was too long in my opinion. Finished it, and then died on the second level. Did not understand what all the pickups did. At first run collected crosses and that black thins, but then noticed that they cancel each other in the UI. So why to collect black thingy? =)
Nice little game. When I restarted the game, I noticed that on the first level, the same volcano from the splash screen is in the background. This is a good approach to depicting the world in the game. Too bad I didn't figure out how to use an egg.
Very fun game, spent half an hour collecting souls. I really liked the system of improving the defense of quarters. This makes the game deeper than it seems at first glance. Great job.
Nice and fun. Good job!
Gorgeous td! Everything is awesome: graphics is beautiful, artstyle and audio make atmosphere. Best entry here so far
It's literally my day at work.
At first it was a little bit unfair and slow, but the game became super fast and satisfying after a couple of upgrades. So satisfying, in fact, that I wanted to continue playing after I’ve beaten the game)
Nice mix of art and music. Have tried a lot of upgrades, but portals seemed most helpful and fun. =)
Enjoyed playing this game a lot! Very stylish and good level balancing. Took me two tries to finish. =) If I were to add one small detail it would be some shooting SFX.
Ah, how wonderful. 4 years ago, we discussed our first game for Ludum Dar-ay in much the same way. It's so nostalgic and especially symbolic during the anniversary jam. Thank you guys.
Spent much time here. Very solid roguelike with sweet Elden ring vibes. Very good job!
A very solid game with room for improvement. A permanent ui with character information would be nice. Good job.
Nice game! Untitled-11.png
A lovely little game and a cautionary tale. Great job!
Finished the game. Felt like it was a mix of “papers please” and some “cultist simulator” vibe. Nice overall, but the lack of visible consequences of your choices disappointed me a little. Liked some request textes a lot!
I'll beat abomination sometime, but not today. Very good game, like it. It's hard, but that's what I like.
I finally won. It took me two hours, I think. Great game.
Stylish and cool looking game. Everything was on theme, but the game crushed, when I've encountered the first boss =(
My favorite game so far. Very fresh twist on the clicker genre. Liked the puzzly nature of shear mechanic, and the console tips were great. The only minus is the lack of SFX (hope you will add it in the future) :fire: :fire: :fire:
Very nice mechanics, I love it!
Liked the game. It seems to me that it was possible to make a better indication on the cards, for example, numbers with the colour of the card type in addition to pictures, because I was confused at the beginning of which stage which plant is. The cult mechanic was introduced quite suddenly and is fairly complex in nature. It might be worth starting with a small number of cultists and gaining more as you progress, and then, after the middle of the game, force the player to sacrifice them. Excellent mood though. Good job!
Very good plot, deep characters and several endings. 5 cows on trees out of 5
Completed it after 59 turns, and 5 restarts to read the instruction ) I liked the game Recoloring big areas was quite satisfying. Also making traps for monsters was cool I would have placed the instruction somewhere the player could see during gameplay Also I did not realise till the end, that the outer border was safe to travel. Maybe because it was the place where monsters spawned The music fitted the theme, but was too short
@hawkin Thank you!
> do you have the source?
Yes, here's link: [Scott Buckley - Glow](https://www.scottbuckley.com.au/library/glow/)
Big guns, lots of wheat and dramatic ending - that's what I call a great game!
I think it's actually good idea for a game, but implementation lacks polishing a bit. For me it's not obvious what different vegetables do. Another thing is choose-click controls on planting, it would be nice to "pait" on soil with seeds like one can do with hoe. Anyway, it's good submission, I wish you good luck in making more games!
I really enjoyed the game! At first, it seemed simple, but then I realized that delivering the orb became more and more challenging. The upgrades appeared just in time and greatly diversified the mechanics.
Great game! Spent a looot of time on it. Everything is perfect, birds are cute, economics feeling nice
Beautiful entry. Mood perfect fits reality and dialogues were hillarious! The game mechanics feel good and are finely tuned.
Nice little game! Liked the instructions screen. Minimalistic graphics were quite stylish. I had some problems turning my car in the middle of the street, but overall i liked the game - gave me some old GTA2 vibes. My score were 10 by the way.)
Shooter about delivery?!! Very interesting execution! Was fun to play, everything was quite smooth. Also liked leveldesign!
This game is awesome! I've been trying to beat it for a while. It has a great balance, and I especially loved the ship upgrades. The ending almost made me cry.
Good idle game. Liked the setting and progression system. I was pleasantly surprised when new layers of gameplay appeared - roads and town upgrades.
Good idle game. Liked the setting and progression system. I was pleasantly surprised when I've unlocked town and road upgrades.
Nice game! Enjoyed humor a lot. Your rap is really dope, bro!
Nice little game. Very polished and stylish. Loved the narrative and attention to detail. It was nice that, after defeat, the level restarts. Also, I learned some cool history afterwards and listened to Sabbaton)
New, but well-made mechanics, it was interesting to play! It's cool that there are different types of deliveries and you can transport the cats back and forth.
Very powerful. The game demonstrates how much can be found in simplicity. I liked the balance of difficulty and the variety of mechanics – sometimes it requires motor skills, sometimes coming up with an idea, and sometimes encountering a simple and enjoyable level.
Just WOW! Genius level design. 5/5
Very smooth mechanics, great Job!
This was the most art-house experience on this game jam. I liked it! I completed it to the end. Jokes aside, it was indeed an interesting choice of style and dialogue.
Adorable bunnies. I liked the level design.
Nice game, very solid gameplay and game design. Loved the indication of blob's size.
The most interesting game among those I saw at this jam. The essence of the mechanics was conveyed very well through the visuals. The controls felt good. The style was consistent. The location with a bonfire reminded me of the first Dark Souls. I was expecting a boss fight at the end, but it seems that due to lack of time (as is usually the case at jams) it was feature-cut?) Nevertheless, the game turned out excellent. If there's a post-jam version with more content, I'll gladly play it
Nice game. It reminds me of FTL, Space Run and other games with modular spaceships. What I really want to add to this gameplay is something like meta-progression between levels. Overall, it's a good and interesting game, well done!
Very innovative gameplay!
Cool artstyle and VFX. The gameplay itself was quite confusing at first, but in the end I've managed to get to 2600 year.
Very nice game. It reminds me of Clarus Victoria games, where you manages numbers, trying to get optimal values, while building a city. Would like to see some kind of random effects or synergy. Anyway, well done!
This game has the most beautiful graphics I seen so far in this jam. Gameplay is confusing. I think, it would be better, if there were some levels or some kind of progression of diffuculty. Overall, well done!
I liked the idea of the game and the artstyle is very nice. Gameplay itself was a bit repetative, but fun
Magnificent! It was a very pleasant experience both as a player and as a game designer. The game is concise and charming. I especially enjoyed the sound notification of the train's arrival.
Nice game! Reminded me of overcooked, but harder. I've managed to make only one burger before timeout. Also I sometimes confused "F" and "space"
Interesting game. It reminded me a bit of Pocket Tanks. It's a shame that there is no computer battle mode. From a technical perspective, the implementation of gravity mechanics seems very interesting. If it were limited to playing with a friend, I would add a short pause between turns to have time to pass control.
Very good execution of Vampires mechanic! Interesting sword upgrades. Was very fun to play! Well done)
Still didn't manage to make the healing potion though. Good mechanics, pleasant dialogues. Enjoyed that there's sometimes a choice in these dialogues, not just one option upon success. Orders often repeated in a row - felt a bit strange. Like I didn't fulfill the order. Just returned Vanka, and he disappeared again. Stylish graphics, atmospheric music. If there's an update with more dialogues, I'll replay it)
Good and stylish puzzle game. Cool twist on the summoning theme - the levels themselves are interesting and varied. Excellent job!
Without a doubt, one of the best games in terms of graphics, atmosphere, and sound that I've seen at this jam. I thoroughly enjoyed playing it until the end. I especially liked the cozy town where the characters interact with each other, reminisce about fallen friends, and jump into hot springs.
As for the factors that were not very convenient:
- I wished for a bit more control during the team composition stage. If a player has a favorite, they cannot give them a stronger amulet or tell them to be more careful. The only way to prevent their death is to kick them out of the team, but then they stop leveling up.
- The UI wasn't the most user-friendly. It's hard to select a hero to swap them out during the gathering stage - you don't always understand which group a particular hero belongs to or which dungeon they are going to. I didn't immediately understand the hiring process.
- The progression balance of the town seemed quite linear and unvaried. Of course, achieving the current result in just 72 hours is simply amazing, but by the middle of the game, I realized that I just needed to grind out 200 gold to upgrade 2 houses, and I could easily do that by sending crowds of adventurers without really thinking about their success. So, empathy for the characters diminishes a bit, and you simply accumulate gold closer to the end of the game.
Nevertheless, this is still one of the coolest and most memorable games at this jam. I hope the feedback was constructive. Excellent work!
Very good game. I am a big fan of card games, and here it's evident that a tremendous amount of work has been done - there is a wide variety of cards and minions. At first, it was not very comfortable to move slowly, but then I got used to it. The card interface is very good. The mechanics are understandable. It's very pleasant to shoot various fireballs)
As I understand it, the idea is to collect a synergistic deck during the game, but there isn't always enough time to think about which card to use and what to do. Also, I often dragged cards and they didn't work because there wasn't enough energy - I couldn't keep an eye on both the energy and the battlefield
I'll definitely come back to this game. Excellent work!
Nice stylish game! Especially enjoyed the music - it gave off retro game vibes. The controls were a bit confusing: it would be cool if summoning minions were displayed in the UI along with their mana cost.
It was htonic indeed!
@heretic To progress further, you need to buy an imp that increases the maximum amount of currency. This is done because among the last demons, there are quite expensive ones

@nick-blackwood Спасибо за отзыв! Там подсвечивается красным тот ресурс, которого не хватает. Да, индикация не самая удачная - как цвет ресурсов, но какая-никакая))
Awesome and very polished game. I enjoyed playing it. At first, I was intimidated by the large tutorial, but in fact, playing wasn't difficult. Everything is done very consistently and with high quality. Well done!
Good execution of well known mechanic. Fun to play, interesting dialogues. Well done!
Interesting game! Not very intuintive mechanics of glyphs, but when I understood it it was fun to use
Good game. I completed it on my second attempt. Didn't immediately understand the purpose of the colors, then assumed they work according to the rules of rock-paper-scissors. My theory was confirmed later when I read the description. =) Didn't quite understand how to use it correctly because enemies almost always come in different colors, and it's difficult to counter them specifically.
In the end, my strategy was to gather 30 spheres and place 15 minions on each side. Thanks for the experience, it was fun.
Very stylish and atmospheric game. I liked how the restart is implemented. Everything is top-notch, but the only thing is that it's very difficult for me. I wanted to complete the game, but I only made it to the five-key demons
Cool game! I figured out the word combination on my own without reading the hint, though not right away. It's really cool that the units change visually based on the modifiers.
I can't stop watching as my velox velox velox velox exossatus exossatus exossatus exossatus saevit saevit saevit saevit ignis ignis ignis ignis sagittarius kills all the waves)
Good game with an engaging storyline. Not my favorite genre, but this game drew me in - the story is not complex, but it's touching and atmospheric. The sound design really helped too. Especially memorable was the summoning spell. Excellent job, guys!
An incredibly beautiful game with a ton of content, and it's all very well-executed in terms of style.
I unlocked all the creatures but still couldn't figure out the resource allocation algorithm - who produces how much. The game is addictive, it's a shame there wasn't a final dialogue with Mr. Bird =)
I also used the magnifying glass feature on the recipes. Maybe I could have done without it, but I gave in pretty quickly.
Super cool game!
Cool narrative game with its own magic system! Haven't finished it yet, but most likely will come back to play more. The texts are well-written - it's easy to immerse oneself in the role of a demon summoner)
Very many things is available right away, and it's not always clear what each building does and how units differ. I really like the idea of indirect control - I'm a big fan of the old game Majesty, if you know it. The graphics are stylish and pleasant. Well done!
Wonderful game! I also encountered the bug where the game froze when I tried to summon the mushroom guy, but I followed the advice to reload and managed to beat the boss (it took me a while to notice the melody that triggers the spores).
It’s great that as you progress, you memorize the melodies and start using them automatically—and overall, the mechanic is really fun. I didn’t really like the segment with the fireflies—they didn’t help much with orientation even when activated (maybe the light radius should be bigger or just increase the number of fireflies).
I liked the level design—not too long in each segment, but not too short either. The only issue I had was accidentally going right after getting out of the dark cave, and I couldn’t go back. I had to go through the firefly segment again.
I didn’t expect the boss at all. I thought the game would end after I played the last melody, but nope! The boss was cool, and it was great that there were checkpoints.
So far, this is one of the best games I’ve played in this Ludum Dare.Снимок экрана 2024-10-13 025320.png
This is too simple mechanics i thought at the beginning, but you made just enough to make a complete game from it. Gratz
A very cute platformer. I generally enjoyed it, but mostly because of the cozy atmosphere and excellent pixel art, rather than the core gameplay. I liked how it shows how many creatures are left to collect and the checkpoint system. I found a small bug in one spot where you can run into a wall. I didn’t really like the movement in the game (I often got stuck in one place, hitting spikes due to the strong jump and lack of air control). I liked that you can climb walls and that there’s a double jump.Снимок экрана 2024-10-13 012759.png
This is a very solid interesting game! I finished in about 10 tries and would continue if it has more content Liked upgrades and want even more, for example new weapons
A pleasant short horror game with consistent graphics. I played through it a couple of times because I wanted to save the frog, but I couldn’t—the cat takes over every time. All three mini-games play well and fit the 90s Tamagotchi aesthetic
Extremely impressive for a jam game! You even managed to create a platformer within a larger game! The graphics are great, the music fits the environment, and chasing cockroaches was fun. I killed the giant cockroach and didn’t understand why I got fired!
I played through this game three times! At first, I thought I was controlling a little guy with a nose and tried to kill the tiny creature. I liked the art style—especially the colorful creatures. On the level with the invincible nosy character, it was hard to read the text because I kept trying to kill him.
Very cool art style with lots of diverse enemies. I liked the progression system and the ability to create builds. However, I didn’t enjoy that in the fight where I lost, it didn’t really depend on me—the stun just didn’t work. Some UI decisions were also not very intuitive. After losing, I felt like I wanted to try again, but at the same time, I didn’t feel like starting over. In the end, I’ll remember the game and will return to it—I love this genre and quality pixel art.
A pleasant short game about a snail. I liked how the onboarding is integrated into the level, and the snail’s mechanic of hiding in its shell is interesting. I think these mechanics could be expanded into a full game if more puzzle levels were added. The graphics are also high-quality and consistent. Extra points for the physics of the snail’s body and the physical leaves it crawls on—really cool!
A fun game with tons of content and a cool mechanic. I saved over 100 people and might come back to play again since I haven’t seen all the upgrades. The sounds and graphics are very funny.
@pomo Hi Pomo! Yes, I think we'll release a postjam version by wednesday.
@pomo We did it. Now we have a post-jam version with endless survival mode and leaderboard AND hooking the floor.
So Yase-gaeru is ready for Score Chasers (if it's not too late).
@pomo Oh, that's a pity. We had little time because of our main work, so we delayed the update. But now we know how to create leaderboards in games (this was our first experience). And we might release a few more updates later, since we have a post-jam version.
We’ll be waiting to see your result on the leaderboard! Good luck!
Gorgeus game! This reminds me old neverhood and new chuchel Animations and sound are beautiful. Well done, man
Great game. It reminded me a bit of Into the Breach, but with cute little animals. Good progression through acorns and a very consistent art style. I did feel like there was a lack of indicators (for shot distances, knockback effects) and the ability to reset a unit’s move. I understand that even the work done for the game jam looks really impressive, but if you’re planning a post-jam version, I’d love to see more indicators and new units with different abilities. Overall, I really enjoyed the game—definitely one of the best in this jam!
A very cool concept with the bee dance to show the way to others, but it wasn’t intuitive to do. I tried playing twice and tried to quickly build a bee army. In the end, the red ones came to my hive and ate everyone, and I didn’t even understand what I was doing wrong. The bees themselves were quite funny.
Pretty solid tower defence with cats, nice artstyle and calm progression. Nice and simple, very good!
Interesting and very cute game! liked lvldesign and mechanics of insects abilities
A good fit for the theme, but the ants killed me too quickly. I even found the green stones I could throw, but that didn’t help. Unfortunately, I never found the ants' treasure.
I did it! It was really difficult in two places—first, realizing that I could fly through some grass that looks exactly like the kind you can't fly through, and second, I spent quite a while looking for the last nest up top, which was placed randomly on a lake without any hints or the ability to highlight the location. But overall, it was very beautiful and atmospheric! A thumbs-up for the frogs and fireflies. We love them too :)

@brucezoom Oh, by the way, I tried following the direction of the lily pads on the right side of the lake (I came across two in a row several times), but I didn't end up anywhere using that tactic.
And an interesting thing—I first activated the upper-right torch through the wall, and while you're selecting a nest, the light radius becomes slightly larger. So, I ended up on the lake a bit cheekily at first—I managed to fly through while the door was closing. :)
Very cool art style, but the bug with sudden death unfortunately ruins the experience. I also couldn’t figure out which resource to use for upgrades or how it affects the monsters. But overall, everything is very cute and the idea is great. I’ll come back to play more if you fix the bug!
