Fun game. I have limited space to select my weapon on my ship. But i think it would easy to make players dizzy when the game gives me so much options at the beginning.

Best gameplay wise so far.Very fun really enjoy playing with laser ( meaby too op did not lose a round). Did 8 level i don't know how much is left.
Nice game. It reminds me of FTL, Space Run and other games with modular spaceships. What I really want to add to this gameplay is something like meta-progression between levels. Overall, it's a good and interesting game, well done!
Awesome game that fits the theme really well. Good job!
Really cool take on the theme, having limited space on your ship and deciding what to put on it! I liked this a lot, personally I found the ship a bit hard to maneuver even with a couple of warp reactors, but it was fun zooming around space trying to dodge a bunch of bullets and shoot down the enemy ships. Stages also take a while to complete, so maybe making waves start and end faster would improve the game's pacing. Great job overall!
Fantastic game! Played up through level 7. Nitpicking, but I think showing the charge as a number and the charge/sec generated by the solar panels might help to teach how the supercapacitor and solar panels works together.
Really enjoyable. This must be what Amos Burton feels like.
I never knew how much I needed to play a game that would basically give me a giant flying baseball bat to stock full of weapons and swat tiny popcorn fighters out of the universe with until now.
My only issue is that the shield generators feel very awkward to use. Also, having played Sunless Skies, I'll admit I kept wanting to hit Q and E to use the "sidestep" jets. XD
Really great game. I had a lot of fun. Out of scope for the jam but I could see myself putting hours into this game if I could customize the ship layout itself and upgrade the parts.
Oh wow, this was incredible! Definitely among my top entries I've played so far. I love how many systems you got in place in such a short amount of time. I'm a big fan of location-based ship equipment. My only complaint is that I wish enemies couldn't attack from off-screen -- that felt a little unfair to deal with. Awesome submission!
This is a really impressive entry. The only comment I can think of is it could do with more description of how each time interacts, but of course this is a game jam and you don't always get time for these things. Good job!
Good game! I liked that the enemies behaved differently.
excellent !! I love it when people include glorious melee to spaceship combat, nothing like rolling up with a paddle in a laser fight^^ though if the projectiles could start with the ship's velocity it'd be easier to aim with the ultrafast scootn'shoot builds ^^ well done !!
Really cool cosmoteer-like. All the weapons feel juicy and powerful and there's lots of explosions and debris and lasers, all around just loads of fun to play.
I do wish the player ship moved a little faster but it's a nitpick. Really enjoyed it overall.
Well done! Very enjoyable. I agree the ship could move a bit faster. Also I personally find it hard to deal with left and right mouse click at the same time.
It was to zoomed and i got shot at from outside the screen. The positioning of weapons was really weird. And it would have been nice to have a feedback for if the laser did dommage or not
@christian-zommerfelds @3mpty appreciate the feedback! The ship moves faster the more reactors that are placed on the ship, but they definitely could be balanced a bit more. Appreciate everyone playing our game, thanks for the suggestions!
Great game! There might be some room for improvements here and there (maybe showing an arrow to indicate enemies position outisde of the screen), but overall I think this is really great.
Nice game, but I would have loved a sort of "continuity" from one level to another. Something like you get resources or money, to add more rooms and elements to the ship, upgrade existing ones, etc.
I took some time to understand the red rays are not lasers, but indicators to tell you where are the enemy ships.
I only made to level 3, because the game crashed at that moment  . But It felt like the difficulty did not increase that much from one level to another. There are little enemies at waves 1 & 2, big enemies at waves 3 and that's all.
That was a nice moment smashing enemy ships !
(One last thing: thank you very very much for handling the keyboards with "key codes" and not characters ! I don't have a qwerty keyboard, and I always get afraid when I see a game with WASD controls. And for your game, there was no problem at all, thanks to the key codes).
