Outstanding game! One of if not the best one I've played for the jam. Great to see a complete, well polished game in just a couple days.

Outstanding game! One of if not the best one I've played for the jam. Great to see a complete, well polished game in just a couple days.
Great idea, well executed, and well polished. Truly enjoyed it!
Very well executed idea. Solid polish, lots of levels with clear progression, good visual/audio feedback, and a good challenge. One of the best from the jam IMO. Nice job, N!
Very well polished! My only critique is that the eras seemed pretty long without much variety in gameplay.
Fun game. Crosshair was a little off as others have pointed out.
Thank you to everyone for all of the kind words and constructive criticism! We had a blast making it and it's amazing to see it be well received. I definitely see more jams for us in the future. 🥳
Awesome gamejam game. My only real criticism is that I think more of the difficulty should be from defending against goblins rather than dodging rocks.
Fun game. Most polished and enjoyable I've played so far.
Hey everyone, thank you for the feedback! Yeah the game is definitely overtuned and half the abilities are broken. In the spirit of the jam we decided to hard stop at the cutoff, but we're pretty proud of how much we got done in 72 hours.
Great audio and art. I couldn't really get the game to function though. Tossing a pizza to the side never brought in a new pizza.
Very fun to play an old text based game! The genie was upset that I killed the foreman for the key haha.
Thematically and artistically the game was great, but it was hard to understand the gameplay.
Cool game and definitely fits the theme. The visuals and audio are good and the game as a whole feels polished and complete.
My one criticism is that I found it pretty hard to avoid taking damage. Being able to strafe would add a lot.
Very complete game and super polished.
Had to read the comments to see that you request colonists from the initial building. Once I got that down it was a nice little game. It could definitely use some animation or gameplay feedback other than the UI, and like others have said it could use a goal.
Solid entry nonetheless!
Fantastic game! Played up through level 7. Nitpicking, but I think showing the charge as a number and the charge/sec generated by the solar panels might help to teach how the supercapacitor and solar panels works together.
@blazejmg917 We actually had an entire jetpack that we scrapped because it made the game even more trivial! In testing we also 100% used the gun as a jetpack to speed run too haha. With a little more time to test and polish I probably would've added some torque when you fire the gun so that it's not quite so easy to use for movement.
Regarding the controls, we also tried rotating the camera with the player but it was a tradeoff between the level moving all the time (and with the character sometimes oscillating that got sickening) or the controls being inverted. If we were able to *really* nail down the character rotation I think we'd go back to the camera rotating too, but as-is I think a static camera was the better option.
Thank you for the feedback and happy to hear you enjoyed it!
@oller125 Yeah the seemingly random damage is something we could've spent more time on. The damage is actually caused when you're in direct sunlight. Ideally it would've served as both a gameplay mechanic (where you try to consciously stay out of the sun when moving across gaps) and as a de facto level boundary. It's definitely clear to us that this was not clear to the players. Great feedback and thanks for playing!
Great little game! I found the 200 pointer once and then never again.
Bonk! The audio and the dialogue were especially great.
Cute game. As a fellow Unity refugee I can appreciate the effort to completely relearn everything. The music was especially great!
Really great game! The fact that you had to control the birds as a whole flock and then control the sheep indirectly was a great innovation on the basic idea of herding. The graphics and audio were great and fit together well.
I wasn't sure what was up with some sheep randomly not moving. Was that a bug or intended? Also, adding a price and a name/description to the shop items would have gone a long way. But I'm nitpicking. Overall amazing job!
Fun little game!
Very original idea. I agree with others that it could use a little balancing, but it's a great start. The UI could use a little polish as well, but all in all it's a solid game. Great job!
Really well done game. The graphics and audio are fantastic and the gameplay is a great little puzzle that's right on theme.
Simple and fun! Graphical and audio feedback are on point.
Yeah the game is definitely incomplete. It's not balanced or set up to be intuitive. Maybe over the next few days I'll publish a finished version. I appreciate that you like the concept and can see what I was going for!
Grats on your first jam! I love traffic management games. I had a hard time figuring out how to get it work though. No matter what I did the cars wouldn't go. The lights would sometimes turn green, but the cars never cared.
