Great game! I love how you interpreted the theme.

Do you ever receive level ups or ship upgrades? Played for a bit but didn't see anything new come in.

Thought the grey things were ships you were suppose to let land! The premise is good although not sure if it fits the theme exactly. Good start to a game idea.

gets repetitive but starts fun!

I very liked the graphics of this game. However I found the gameplay quite repetitive. Also, It was not intuitive (in my opinion) which stuff does the more damages to the planet (i.e. a cow is, by far, worst than a can of chemicals…).

Looks very clean, the bullet glow worked really well =]

This is very well polished. I think this could make a fantastic mobile game if you added some more JUICE to the ship's weaponry. I especially liked watching the planet develop over time. Its a cute little minigame. Well done!

Very well polished! My only critique is that the eras seemed pretty long without much variety in gameplay.

the artstyle is really great! One small thing that i missed in my game too was a visual feedback when you destroyed something. Other than that, great game!

Vi o jogo de vocês lá no Jamtastic e cá estou!

I loved the artstyle, especially the screen filter, and the soundtrack was amazing! I think the gameplay was a little repetitive, but I managed to get to the end, and overall it was pretty cool. Also, I laughed at the space cow lol

Great art, sounds and music and very chill gameplay, though it got quite hectic near the end. Though if you want my feedback I'd advice making the eras just slightly shorter, they felt a bit drawn out at times.

Great game, fantastic visuals that are some of the best I have seen. Based on the screen shots, and initial gameplay, I set my expectations really high with this game. I imagined I would be developing the planet and gaining new weapons or defenses, and that the new projectiles coming might offer new gameplay challenges. Unfortunately it does not seem that any of these were met. This game looks polished on any given screenshot, but the primary gameplay loop is lacking in any variation throughout the game. The ship rotation around the planet is delayed (although the pointing direction is not, which makes it seem unintentional sluggishness). There is no visual feedback on successful hits on asteroids, making it much harder to shoot the correct number of shots and then move to another target, since you don't know how close anything is to being destroyed. On the secondary loop of evolving the planet, there does not seem to be any stakes that are conveyed to the player. There is no reward for getting to a new era, it takes a really long time for gameplay that is so repetitive, and it also takes a long time to lose. I stopped playing after the meso era and it took forever for my planet to be destroyed. This game does not offer any opportunity for strategy to the player because of the lack of variety of primary mechanics. The tone, art, and visuals here are so good, I would definitely play another version of this that has more content and technical polish. If you can make this game into what the screenshots make you hope it is, this could be a fantastic experience. Well done!

Great graphics and music. It would be cool if you needed some projectiles to hit the planet to progress e.g. comets carrying water or some aliens depositing RNA or something. The eras felt a little long but over all it was a well executed idea that was fun.

Love that it has auto fire. A little panic-y when you take damage and your ship stops firing when there's more incoming! Good audio.

A nice looking space shooter type game, with unique graphics, an interesting concept and really nice audio! There were a lot of close calls for my planet, but in the end I was able to protect it and finish the game.

I'll start by commending your *graphics*: You've definitely found a nice artstyle for the game that fits the space theme. The way it looks like you're playing on a terminal of some kind is quite cool, and the sprites in the game were well made. The way the planet changes appearance with the era is also nicely done, though it's too bad that you weren't able to expand on the concept and add more eras to the planet for players to discover.

In terms of *gameplay*, it was an interesting blend of really slow paced intervals, and quite stressful moments were a lot of things were coming in at once. Letting the player absorb shots was a wise decision, since it makes the game more interesting by giving you an option: to instantly destroy a particularly dangerous incoming piece of debris, at the cost of disabling your ability to shoot. One thing that I do think could have been done differently, though, is the pacing. Each era took a bit too long to get through, and even though it would have made the game shorter, I definitely feel as though it would have been worth it to shorten them down.

Also, the *audio* in the game was excellent! Even sitting here and writing this comment, I'm realizing how much there is even to the main menu theme! I think it might have been wiser for it to launch into the more energetic part right away though, because had I not been listening to it afterwards like this I would have never discovered it! Frankly, the main menu theme might have done better as the music in-game, given how much there really was to it. But the in-game music was quite nice too, and gave a more calming atmosphere to the game in general. But all in all, the music and sound effects were really a highlight of this game.

Overall, the game has really nice graphics and audio, and although the gameplay was a fair bit too slow it was still overall pretty fun. (Also, I have to ask, where do the cows come from? :P) Well done!
