Nice, simple, challenging game. Worked on my PC, so I'm kinda lucky I guess :wink:
Interesting game, hard2learn hard2master:smile: Looks great. Is web version outdated? I had straight road there, was that just random?
Ending is funny ;D Cool mechanics, would love to play more. Some backstory is present, gives hope for next part.
- If dialog was at least different color for different characters it would've been great. - Interaction hint in the center of the screen is messy :)

Great design along with the music, but I couldn't figure out the gameplay. I had no wrong demons all the day - is that OK? Offerings do not seem to do anything - no matter if they are there or not yet, no matter what offerings those are, I can say yes to all demons and receive money after each one. At some point button to open computer broke and I couldn't press it, so I just waited to the end of the shift :eye::eye:
I'll try updated version now to see what changed!
Loved it! The fact that abilities levels are kept for next game is cool feature, as I know that next run will be longer! Not all abilities are saved though - for max number of cards to hold, level is increasing each game, but max number of card resets. Maybe it was fixed in new version, will play it soon! Thank you for such a great game!
I liked this game a lot! I just want to mention that web and win builds differ, and web version would be playable if viewport could be scaled.
Also, do the resources respawn? Didn't manage to complete all the quests)
Hard to time some words, maybe use some arrow keys combinations? And put those combinations on the screen) And yes, is there an ending?
Nice mechanics, I quite liked that! I agree with all said above. As a suggestion for repetitive gameplay, some little things may be easy to implement - like enemy elementals can move to adjacent lane, or sometimes they drop not an element, but a powerup - for example, lanes freeze. Good job!
Best idle game I've ever played
First time playing i understood almost nothing, second time MY GOD its a great game! Main mechanic is so cool, adding more to this game would be great!
Fun game, feels really polished (which is quite cool for a game jam game). I personally was not comfortable with jumping on 'z' first couple of games, but that's on me. Forgot to check if you can remap bindings, if yes - no problem there at all (again, for me).
Nice usage of the theme! Really had to read description to figure out most of the stuff, but that's okay. But sacrifice button must be of a different color or type or else, I didn't know it existed until reading the comments. Great art! And a lot of different creatures, interesting to learn them!
@stefan-funke btw sacrifice button only works when any creature is selected. Maybe it's why it didn't work for you later on
Really challenging game, interesting idea, quite liked it. I just seem to attract bugs - on mothers task, sometimes score is not added on success, and one time items started disappearing right at the start. On fathers mission, cleaning table is impossible, as "cloth" size is very, very small. On couches task, I just didn't expect the ball to go out of bounds of image - if that was intentional, maybe consider scaling image to screen size? In English class, one time I couldn't continue to write in the middle of the sentence.
But overall, working tasks were challenging too)

I really liked the idea, execution is quite edgy though. Adding to what is already said: - Allow upgrading from the beginning. Or forbid casting too, as I thought I couldn't upgrade at all. - Don't really know what most of upgrades are doing - i could understand only bow, castle and something with souls (its limit I think?). - As soon as you kill the first wave, you can stop casting abilities - castle damage is enough.
Really great idea - I'd love to play bigger version! And audio was just fantastic!
Good game, I'd definitely play more levels of it. Happy first Ludum Dare!
