I'm a negative person. Here are the issues I found:

* The ultimate wooden level basically clears itself.

* The first steel level is disproportionately difficult compared to everything else.

* Slow-motion has no duration so the optimal strategy is uno-reversing it into fast forward.

* Physics go batshit insane if you use too many explosives or have the box *Stuck in a corner*.

* It isn't always stuck in a loop if I can have it stuck in a corner (in 2-1) and open a different tab. It can lie there forever, sad and forgotten.

* The screen transition frame is visible on non-standard DPI and you know it.

* Box bounces should have SFX.

What I liked: the general idea; I think you may have been inspired by real-life delivery companies. The puzzles were nice to clear except for 2-1 where physics were off. You can easily expand it with more stages and mechanics and make a really fun game. It also fits the finalist theme "Control the world, not the player".

First off, I didn't understand the idea. But then... I started to spam with bombs and it was really funny for some time. Must see, try it! A bit of tutorial is need for that game(during the level)

letterafterz 2020-10-06 09:02

hahaha if you place too many bombs it's possible to blow the box into an infinite loop, which is pretty on theme. Overall I enjoyed this. Great job

UI scales bad on my pc and that makes harder to play, but the graphics are very good.

fadrikalexander 2020-10-06 09:15

The Game idea is solid and nice although the Physics need some work

monninen 2020-10-07 17:46

I´m not sure how this fit the theme but atleast I had a lot of fun while playing this.

budaniel 2020-10-07 21:10

The puzzle mechanics were really creative and fun, and the controls made it fairly easy to play. The wobble of the power ups was a bit disconcerting, but my biggest criticism is that the black box used for level transitions only filled about the middle 2/3rds of the screen and didn't fully leave the screen to the right. As a result it blocked my view of the right edge of the screen and hid the flag completely on one occasion.

daniel-whittaker 2020-10-07 21:16

This realy fun, doesnt really fit the theme at all tho

tayo 2020-10-07 21:18

I liked the idea of the mechanics. Playing with explosives is always fun :) Issues: I found the theme a bit on the weaker side, some physics/UI issues

Other than that solid entry

alexascher 2020-10-07 21:18

I think you can upload it to mobile stores. It really needs some polishing, some rebalance, some physics tuning. But this game is already good. Well done, my friends!

heyycap 2020-10-07 22:08

Good start. I found that the strategy of choosing a particular explosive didn't really matter and I just spammed bombs in slow mo most of the time. It's basically a difficult game of "keep it up." Not related to theme, but why not.

thebooksnail 2020-10-10 18:39

Pretty fun game. I liked the verity of weapons to use. I also had black boxes on stage transition and a block bar on the right side of the screen.

jack-lefevre 2020-10-11 02:47

I liked the game, but there was nothing keeping me just spamming bombs. It kinda ruined the puzzle-ness of the levels when I could just brute-force it.

daspikeyboss 2020-10-11 10:07

Very nice. Really enjoyed playing this game. The different weapons are really cool. The idea of throwing bombs to move a box is really great.

Very very nice job.

Fun mechanics and physics work really well. Great idea in general. Polished visuals too. Though I must admit I got stuck on the first steel level and found it pretty frustrating after a while. I guess in the end, though its a great little sandbox, actually forming strategies for beating each level seems implausible, best strategy just seems to spam explosives. But that's fun too!

doot 2020-10-14 16:49

Nice one!

I liked the idea and the fun you quickly have throwing explosive all around. The rules are quite clear and the first tutorial levels are nicely done.

I would have liked if more levels had roof so that you don't have to wait for hours when your box go up too fast.

Thanks for the game!

mediyaz 2020-10-14 16:53

Great, really like exploding the box around the screen in slow-mo - I don't know why the box moves on its own. Doesn't really make sense to me with the theming of an inanimate box - maybe adding conveyor belts would justify the movement a bit more?

elemel 2020-10-18 16:34

I also had a huge black box floating around the screen, which basically made the game unenjoyable for me. Other than that, graphics and sound seemed fine. Physics and explosives are fun, but the theme connection could be stronger.

sakura-magika 2020-10-23 19:30

Exploding packages is pretty fun and goofy, very relevant to modern life. I also got the big black box issue sticking around for screen transitions. I felt confused by why the packages are constantly sliding along the ground on some surfaces, there's no visual indication of what surfaces launch vs don't, so it all felt chaotic and random. I like that you had some audio effects, but I think adding an audio for the box hitting walls would have gone a long way to make it feel more immersive. Good for a gamejam over all.
