The mechanic is sooo cool and unique. Very interesting setting as well. While the text of the narrator was very charming, some explanations felt a bit long (at least I could skip them if needed).
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → Users → Tayo

I am really impressed that you build a complete ball track editor in such short amount of time. Seeing the balls zipping around was fun and satisfying. My only suggestion would be to be able to delete single objects to not punish misplacement. Great entry!
Nice graphics, good music. The intergalactic concert idea wash also interesting. As already mentioned the feedback for the user was a bit confusing. In addition to the color of the arrows maybe show a popup that shows "good", "great". Other than that a good LD entry.
Super cool game! I liked the idea (CPU) and the mechanics. I was really motivated to play all the levels. The game had many cool ideas for different blocks.
Only suggestion is a UI one. If the player comes back to the starting screen after each level it can be confusing which level their were playing last (also too many title screens).
Other than that really well made entry.
Liked the idea! The writing, art and music all deliver on the experience of working at a cafe.
Only two things that i think might make it more accessible:
1. The funny **explanation of the manager** that is on the itch page could be in the game at the **start** (so players know they have to figure stuff out.
2. Your marked the places that the player can put the coffee, do the same if holding for example the milk or other ingredients (But maybe that design is intended to make the player experiment more?)
Anyway, really funny entry! I liked it.
That was cool! Setting your own challenges and all the rooms getting increasingly difficult over time feels super rewarding to play! The graphics are just so good with so many details! Wow.
The simple controls make the concept really shine. The different strategies possible are also cool! Took me around 380 sec. Very fun! Some music/sound would have been nice.
Super innovative in my opinion. Also like the way the controls where taught. I found moving and rotating with one hand a bit confusing though. Would prefer a two hands control. Other than that creative entry!
Woah I think that game gave me vertigo ^^. The idea with controlling the rotation of the levels is nice. As you sad before the rotation had some weird physics behavior. I think I only made it to the second to last level. Well done!
Had a lot of fun with this. Different weapons are cool, the color change of the BG and the speed it moves really do a lot for the immersion. The music a just the kickass icing on the cake. Could not find a slider for sound/music (Did I miss it?) Great entry!
Hats off to your skill. Nice rogue like ASCII graphics.
The only trouble i had that I did not find any info about reach or effect of the mummies skills. (Maybe I am not used enough to this kind of game.)
But pulling this game of in just 48 is very remarkable.
The idea with a 5 min time laps is really cool. Also like the science flair and atmosphere.
A few things that would make the game even better: - If you have a web/html5 version it would be easier to test. (Downloading an .exe file can be off putting) - Try to make the objects that are interactive more visible (Maybe give them a special outline or something)
Good work on your entry.
I liked the idea of the mechanics. Playing with explosives is always fun :) Issues: I found the theme a bit on the weaker side, some physics/UI issues
Other than that solid entry
The concept is cool! Also very cute graphics. The algorithm for the turret range must have been interesting! Took my i bit to understand where new money comes from.
Super solid game design. They say a design is finished if you can not take away from it. Your game is minimal, yet complete! The mechanics are easily understood.
Only thing missing is some form of tangible progress (just more points does not feel very rewarding).
Very nice entry.
Really responsive and challenging puzzle game. Feels really polished! Amazing that this is your first entry.
The 2 colors and elegant aesthetics go really well with the music. It creates a really fitting mood. I felt that the first falling section was a it too long compared to the other parts.
One of the best, most innovative rhythm games ever! After "getting" it, it was really fun.
Wow! Simple but stunning visuals, the music fits perfect as well and the controls are very responsive. Only point I have (as you and most people pointed out) were the walls and jumping interaction.
This game got a lot more interesting after the first level!
The things I liked:
- Graphics & shader/post-processing - The mood after the first level
Suggestions: - Some form of feedback for a sprint. How long can the player sprint? - While foreshadowing things to come, the music felt too simple.
Otherwise great and unique entry!
@guardaro @brads-space @verso Thanks for the helpful feedback! I agree that the UI is not very clear in communicating what to eat/to do. Something to learn for the next Jam.
@daimadoushi Thanks for the very constructive feedback! You are right, the hitbox can feel "off" or lagging behind. I will keep that in mind. At the moment the hitbox is active as soon as the hand touches the circuit (3 frames of the animation I think). I should have played tested that more ^^. Thank you again.
@jrevel Thanks for the constructive feedback. You are right, the UI and feedback are not very clearly communicated. I will keep your advice in mind for a post-jam patch.
Woah the game is harder than i thought, but the concept is really cool! The math and calculations behind the scenes must be interesting! Too bad you did not have time left for sound effects! Only suggestion I have is: Falling of the map feels not to fun. Just walling in the play area might be enough.
Charming graphics and fitting music. This game needs a reset button or auto reset once the player runs into a car.
