Nice polished game and very good sound and music like it.
Wow fantastic game 5 :star:
Wow - this game is great! I see how the theme was nudged more to 'floating islands' The music was amazing, and some of those sound effects were humerous, like the 'it landed'. Cracks me up every time. It was very fun to play. I got killed by the bear :skull: Well done!
This was a great game! Graphics and audio were really good. The rules took me a good while to figure out what was going on and what the numbers meant but after that I found it pretty interesting. Well done!
Fun, simple mechanics! :)
This game is a real gem, the mechanics are simple and clear. The graphics are beautifully vibrant. The music is epic and the effects are very fitting to the medieval theme. Please develop this game further!
I liked the game a lot, it was very original and well polished good music and theme. 42 brave men and women gave their lives to the mammoth so I could see a crystal oasis. I only wish that you had had time to maybe implement random level generation for replayability. Great work.
We loved working on it, so we will definitely develop it further. Random level generation is on the list as well, would love if you guys stay tuned and keep playing it. :) Thanks for the great feedback, much appreciated!
I love this concept! The user interface was a bit weird at first but I figured it out fast enough. I was doing quite well for a while but then at some point I lost all my food? And lost the game. Nor sure if a bug or something I missed. Anyways, this is a cool game that would be fun to further develop.
This is a very interesting game, the mechanics are very simple and very easy to get started. The graphics and audio are very good.
I enjoyed it, but I felt like that mammoth was much more of a threat than the cloud (it never got close enough that I could test how deadly it is).
Very nice execution of the theme, feels very polished overall, nicely done!
love the game it is very well built and the graphics are AMAZING!
A well-rounded game! It feels good, looks good, sounds good! If you want to take this idea further (and I think there's a lot of potential here), you could polish the menus a bit. For replayability, maybe some semi-randomly created levels? Overall, great job!
I really enjoyed playing this game, it's such a cool little game!! It's well built, simple but clear and the graphics are really smart. I think there's great potential in this cool little game!
I very like this game. Music is awesome and fit to the game. Well made game.
Cleaver mechanic and a lot of effort was put in sound design, I think with more graphic polishing it can become a great puzzle game
Wow! Very well made game! controls are simple, understanding what you need to do is easy. Love the art. Love the music and sound effects. Very nice job!
So far this is my favorite of LD46, innovative but simple gameplay & puzzle mechanics. Sound/graphics/pace are nicely balanced, relaxing and stressful at the same time. One thing I didn't get is if the light coming in from behind made any difference. It made me hurry in any case though, so there's that
:hushed: small game with a large opportunity. it's very creative approach to the theme. graphics are pretty good and cool sound effect. this is masterpiece dude :thumbsup_tone2:
Very cool game! The game is kind of polished and fun. It was hard to understand what do you need to do in the game, But after you get it it's fine
Fantastic game, scouting is a bit overpowered. The audio and visuals were great. Good job!
A pretty fun game to play. 4 stars for you
cool game, took me a while to understand how it works but after that it is actually really fun to play.
Noooo, this mamouth is a beast haha ! What a great game, so addictive. It was a really creative concept too, my favorite game for the moment :) Keep it up !
GJ Keep it up man!
A fun strategy game, would be great on mobile. Good job!
Streamed this last night and it was great fun! It surprised me, I wasn't expecting the game to be how it was. I ended up really liking the art after not being keen at the start. The gameplay felt really good and it was enjoyable throughout!
Couldn't get past the mammoth at the end. It's a challenging game, but a lot of fun. I really enjoyed the pace, as well as trying to hit the "sweet spot" for food and population.
The game is fun! The scouts really helped much on my journey! = )
Already collected! Is this map self generated? It's amazing!
This game is honestly a lot of fun and very engaging and i love the stressfull soundtrack lol, one more thing wish i would know how many people do i need to defeat a enemy (holy shit the mammoth)
Great game! Cool music, fitting sound effects (I got some AoE-vibes ) und a nice mechanic to balance population and food. It reminded me a lot of a game our team did two jams ago! :D There is a glitch at the end though: The mammoth killed me and the game-over sign appeared. But the people-counter kept decreasing (-1,-2,-3,...). After some seconds the mammoth was defeated, the red line continued and then the win-screen appeared  Nonetheless a beautiful and polished entry! :D
A very nice game, congrats! The built-in tutorial is very smooth, and the game mechanics are easy to figure out.
It is odd that the nicely drawn start screen is only shown after you've lost your first try (this is the case in the HTML5 version anyway), I think it would improve the mood if the game started with it when first loaded, and maybe it would explain some of the context as well, currently it takes a short while to figure out what's happening.
That was awesome, and felt really polished. I think I missed the bit in the tutorial about the icy wall and so I pushed ahead and got caught out quite suddenly. Probably my fault, but given that I had chosen to go to the dead end with 3 islands to farm, I didn't have any way to actually escape once I realised it was upon me.
This is just a really cool and interesting game. This is a great usage of limited time as game mechanic, it makes the game feel more dynamic and forces you to make bad decisions. It seems, like there's not much you can do in the end, if you made mistakes earlier, but nevertheless, great job!
Nice strategy game, but i think it would be useful, if there was some exact indication of necessary amount of people for safe travelnig pass animals.
Very interesting concept and nice mechanics. Music is terrific. Liked the visuals as well. You should really continue developing it, great job!
Excellent game! Really clear what was happening and you explained the controls as you went so could just jump in.
I was surprised by the fog chasing you on my first play! I thought the food was the only barrier so I had been being a bit more relaxed. I also had a little difficultly figuring out the cost of traversing past animals based on people / difficultly I initially assuming it was just one death per skull but didn't seem to work out that way.
Really liked the music and SFX and yes the graphics were both pretty and informative. Really good job!
Nice polished game and the gameplay loop is thrilling and innovating. Good work !
Absolutely LOVED that game! Congrats!! Awesome music that pushes you forward! The only thing I would add is a better explanation about "what" is chasing you, why we have to keep moving (food issues apart). Aside from this nitpicking, this game gets a 5 stars from me! Cheers!
Fantastic game with an interesting concept. Sounded great and visually - while relatively simple, was sufficient to not distract from the gameplay.
Decently challenging. Felt like there need to be more "progression" as despite after dying a few times, didn't really feel I learned anything that would have helped me survive longer.
