Awesome concept! I think that this game could be much more atmospheric with some storytelling done using those graffiti.

VHS vision combined with this color palette is awesome, great entry!
Animation of triggered guy is great, but guard can't resist the force of collision, so the real-life experience of resisting the cubicle police anger is not so obvious as expected, but concept is still solid!
Lots of text could be replaced with some scripted tutorials, but still very creative concept!
Looks promising! Maybe simple tutorial needed (instead of lots of letters) to simplify casual player life)
