A lot in the line of Nuclear Throne or Enter the gungeon. Smooth gameplay. I'm not sure if its an infinite game or if there's an ending objective but I had a lot of fun. My only critique would be that there is no feedback when you are getting hurt and that ended up killing me a lot. A hurting noise, a screen shake or something would help a lot :)
You don't like existence? Craving the peace of the void? Just trow everything in the garbage. 10/10
It's a nice idea, but its too difficult to play alone and the controls are kind of messy.
Like KINGS but more 1337. The seed for a good indie game if you work on it further.
Extra points for the kitty XD
Nice work! I would have like some visual or audio feedback when you damage enemies but overall it was fun :)
A nice and interesting use of the theme. Its hard and I like it ;)
Nice art. I liked the little story it tells but it felt kind of rush at the end. Really good for a first time ;)
Wow. It's one of the most unique concepts I've seen this ludum dare yet! Great low poly art, great narrative and great design.
Looks nice visually and the narration is cool, although what is the objective? Is there an end game, anything to do besides spinning around the room? Cool narrative experience nonetheless.
Astounishing visual and musical work! Just wow. I normally advice against doing rythm or music based games for jams but this is just great! My only complaint would be that I wasn't sure it there was a "lose" state or some kind of penalty for me missing notes. Apart from that I really, really enjoyed the mood and how well synchronized were the arrows with the music. That must have been tough to do! The idea of an enviroment changing maybe as part of some external puzzle apart from the music minigame its a really cool idea worth giving more of your time to develop. 10/10
My antivirus warned me before finishing installing but play it anyways. Not dissapointed.
Relaxing and calm. Very good to spent time while taking a cup of tea. My only concern is I dont see how the theme of the jam fits in...
It's really pretty and charming but it lacks any kind of gameplay on it. If at least there were decisions or puzzles of some sort it would be cool.
Not bad, although it would be nice in the windows version was a direct executable.
I LOVE IT. This is the beginning of a truly magnificent indie game. Adding the choice of leader, stats and perks would make this a game I would totally want in my Steam library
WOW. Incredible for a gamejam. The animation is super smooth, the music fits perfectly, the style is charming and with very nice detail and the combat feels fun. It's so nice to see someone dare to tackle an adventure RPG in a jam... This would be a really awesome game if developed further. An adventure RPG with THESE graphics, turn base combat and the "child-world" theme I remember so fondly if the mother series? INSTA-SOLD. 10/10 would fight evil pogo sis again
The audio is kind of stressful and the controls a bit too clumsy but overall it was a nice little to car simulator :)
Very nice! I feel that with more deep, character choices with special perks and variety of rooms this could be a really cool game for Steam.
I like the play feeling although I don't get why is a cocodrile with a beer against ghost XD
Really calm and relaxing, even kind of zen. I really liked it :)
Really cool! I like the narration of the I guess is the ship A.I.? I kept getting stuck around the third level but overall I really liked it, it has a special feeling to it of loneliness.
The concept is nice, but I felt like the machine had too much of an advantage at all time in single player
Absolutely loved it! Just one complain: for the love of the golden duck, if you make first person platforming, dont make the run button shift, its extremely uncomfortable.
Really fun and adicting! Although I'm not yet sure if beating the levels do anything to give you more time so I don't know how far you can actually go.
Reminds me of that old animated series about the human body. Pretty neat.
Finish it and polish it a lot and maybe it could become something
Not bad for a compo. Programmer art, best art.
Weird as hell. Didn't expect 420 jokes in this jam. At least not this time. Not my kind of humor, but it was fine nonetheless
Nice atmosphere, even though I don't like the voxel looks it's still really well done.
It's like mixing space invaders and asteroids. I like it!
Ok, that's TOO BIG for a game jam. Like way too big. The art is really good but controls and general gameplay are rather confusing. Possesing a T-rex is always good on my notebook.
Fun dialoges, good art and great theme approach! The feeling of sneaking in a public place you are not supossed to be at night... aaaah, that's a very precise feeling and you almost nailed it.
Had to retry a couple of times, but I liked it. The art style is neat and the gameplay is somewhat solid. Could become something better in the future perhaps?
I used to play games like this a lot in web games sites when I was little. I'm fond of those memories.
Really hard but in a good way. Had a good time cracking it.
Had some fun and it looks good in its retro style. Never was a fun of space shooters, but this one make me had a good time.
Now that I think about it, I haven't seen much games out there based on throwing mechanics at all. Isn't that odd? I liked it, although the throw can sometimes be a little unresponsive.
An RTS in a game jam? NOICE
Good atmosphere. I like the lighting mood and lowpoly art.
Reminds me of a really really old game I played in a web games page when I was little. This isn't as polished as that one, but it could make a pretty neat little game in the future if you keep working on it.
Really fun, I had a great time playing this. Maybe it would need some more visual variation, like some asteroids being space junk, ship debris or something like that to give it a certain lacking spark.
Thanks for all your feedback, it's much apreciated! No, we didn't use any templates, it's done from scratch using Playmaker for flow options and Fungus to help with the dialog system.
Maybe neon lights are a litle too strong. I like the bee model
RPG's and musical games are always a big no-no to do in game jams in my case, although I would love to try and make an RPG for a jam sometime. This has great art, a good mood and hell, is an RPG for jam! That's hard work right there. Fucking drills man, that sucks. Keep working on it, you have a nice template.
Good use of the theme. Graphics have a great retro feeling. Fun but simple, what's not to like?
Nice music, interesting theme approach and fun gameplay. What else can you ask for?
Lol about that guy repeating his comment XD Controls are a little weird sometimes yeah, but not much of a problem.
Not a bad... simulation game I guess? Reminds me of science documentaries.
Too many planet games XD But this was kind of fun, I'll say that.
Not digging the artstyle but the gameplay was interesting. I ended up wishing it was longer
For a moment I thought those things were w.c's XDDDDD
Digging the graphics a lot. I agree it was somewhat easy, although thanks to that I could stop and apreciate the art a little more, so that's nice.
Woah. Impressed with the amount of stuff you end up being able to get here. Really long for a compo game. Reminds me of an old web game about having a garden. Was as relaxing as this one.
Loved the aesthetics. Reminded me of Pony Island but without the LSD driven story.
Great mood, weird art and interesting concept. Controls get unresponsive sometimes.
Not a bad concept, although I couldn't figure out how to win either. Needs instructions in-game XD
A narrative dungeon crawler ascii game in a game jam. I'm in love. Deeply in love. Continue this please, I want more.
It's always cool to be the monster destroying cities. The retro feel is really good and reach to my arcade memories. If I had to point something negative, I would say the background variation is a little boring visually. Some more color or different stuff to destroy, like monuments or giant robots would be cool.
Pretty cute. I like it a lot. The intro was a nice touch
I love little puzzle games. They always find a new way of doing something old.
WOW! Great art, fantastic concept and it's a management game? Really good for a game jam. This can become easy a good mobile game, or even a PC game if you work a lot on it! I would love to see more of this, maybe with thematic variations, like movie themed rides or spooky rides with their own set of designs. Good work on this one!
The hand-drawed artstyle is really cute. Cats are always a win in internet standarts :P
Based on the little prince? I'm all on for that!
Ha, It's like snake, but whit a bus driver. Neat
A little too hard to control, but it looks really cool.
There are some bugs and the art is not the best, but it's okay for a little jam entry.
Cute art and fun gameplay. It becomes somewhat too easy and simple the less cities you have to protect.
It takes the theme and does something unexpected and interesting with it, although the gameplay area lacks substance.
Let all people die, was avoided. 10/10, would destroy life on purpose again.
Is there an ending to this? Do I need to do something special or am I missing something? Art could be better overall...
Trigger areas for attacks could have a little more precision. It was a little hard.
Good controls, great music and an amazing reminder of how good the original Prince of Persia was.
If you add a nice BGM, the mood would improve a lot. Not much in the gameplay department, was it was nice.
Very interesting concept, although it can get a little too overcomplicated. Some hard gameplay polishing and more visual variation and you can have a really promising prototipe here.
For a compo this is pretty good. Gameplay could have some more deep and variation, but it was overall a good little bit of fun.
Someone wanted the "you are the bad guy" theme for this jam XD Interesting tower defense game with an RTS/management touch to it. Terrain base needs a little more work in the art part and sometimes there was a weird bug where the enemies would go through some turrets.
If you finish it, it could become a nice mobile game. I like the powerups system. My score was 2500.
This reminded me A LOT of Silent Hill. And that is great, great thing.
Reminds me of an old hard science fiction short story I read a long time ago. Even a little of Rick & Morty.
This clicks all my Rampage nostalgia buttons in the best ways. Keep working on this, add new zillas and it could become a nice little mobile game.
Tutorial in a game jam? That's going far and beyond the call of duty right there. Extra points deserved just for that. Great little game, although art is pretty improvable.
I encounter some minor bugs, but I liked the gameplay a lot. With some more work, It could make a nice mobile game.
The art for this game is probably the best I have seen in this ludum for now. Great job!
Nice looking art with a hand drawn feel to it. Rare to see management games in compo, so good work!
I like the concept, I don't think I have ever seen a time control mechanic in a ship shooter game before.
You know, with a different approach and art style this could make a great game concept. I imagine something like in the neverending story where the void devours the world slowly but steady, all with a dark fantasy setting and a sad and defeated mood.
It' a little too heavy for a game jam... My internet is too slow for this I'm afraid...
A shame about the audio problem, but the game is great so don't worry!
The voxel style is very nice, although some backgrounds would have been better for visuals
Boy I'm glad I'm not epileptic XD. Great game, 10 seizures out of 10
I was a little lost for a little while but found my way eventually. Nice concept!
One of the best turn based driving games I've seen around here. Pretty good!
The monsters are all painted, no photos :D
The system is interesting though those menus could use some navegability work
Reminds me of an old game from my childhood, I can't remember the name. This looks great, would love to see it improved on.
Tough but fun! Great job
Very fun! I kept playing while I had lunch, It became somewhat addictive XD
Great graphics!
Reminds me a lot of nuclear throne but with a Kingdom Hearts chain of memories style of gameplay. Could see this being really popular as a subgenre in the future!
The character reminds me of the neighbour from The amazing world of Gumball XD
Fun little game with cute expressions.
The artstyle is unique and kind of relaxing. Had a good time playing it
The theme is not very much used as stealth and puzzles usually go together in a lot of games, but its well design and kind of challenging so good job!
There's no link man
Fun concept, keep it up!
Really interesting although maybe a little bit repetitive. With some work it could become something to look forward to.
The control is a little clunky but it's overall pretty fun
This is really good stuff! I could not stop playing for 40 minutes straight. That pop team epic reference got me smiling like an idiot
The graphics are very nice and the mood embraces me tightly. Although I think it was too much of one genre and not that much of the other of the mix.
The voxel style looks pretty neato!
I miss having some characters to look at given that it has some visual novel elements to it? Although the gameplay was pretty fun!
The spellcasting system is interesting, but some better instructions would be nice.
Very interesting, I think I haven't seen puzzles made with cars since the ps1 era.
This looks incredibly proffesional. Great work! I could totally see this game selling on steam with more content.
It's not that much incompatible, but the mechanics were well implemented and it's fun so who cares?
