Really neat game, played it a couple of times against the computer and will definitely play it again!
It should be a little more obvious you can't turn into the shape your opponent already is (maybe grey out the button?) but once that clicked it became a really tense interesting experience.
Really good job!

Fun litle game, a online version agaisnt other players would be great, like 4 players playing in the same map
Great game! good job!

Very nice idea there, it's very rewarding when you complete the whole board!

Amazing! Starting from corner is strange yet beautifully simple. 5 for Innovation and Fun, 4 for Theme and Overall.

Very cool concept! Playing with the AI to see who manages to take more territory gets really interesting.
As improvements, I agree with other posts about showing that you can't use the same colour as the rival. I did realise, but it took me a few clicks -_-U
A pleasant experience.
Wow, I'm not sure if I bugged the AI, but I got a 400-0 win!
Wow really good. You should refine this outside the compo. I'd would have liked a border edge showing the extent of my territory but its not really needed. The fact you can't pick the same shape as the AI, thats a good little tactical nuance, you should look for other ideas like this. Maybe add a little Player/AI Lock icon over the last shape picked so its more obvious. A running count of squares held during the VS game would be good. Great work with such a simple idea.

Very complete game, with a simple yet addictive game, well done.
Got a 502 Bad Gateway on the weblink I'm afraid.

It's not loading properly for me, I'm just getting a grey square over some smaller coloured squares :(
I can't rate your entry because I couldn't get your game to work in any of my browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge)
If you can tell me how to solve this issue or release a fix, I will play your game!

Against the coimputer its challenging ,
Just a thing on big map turn are too long (just an option to speed animation )

I really like this. At first I thought "Meh, it's just a Kami clone", but where it really shines is the vs. computer mode. The transition effect is very well done.
I wish there were some tranquil music to go with it and you could add a sound effect when the player chooses the same color as the opponent to know that you can't pick it (I thought it was a bug at first).

Visual effect of the colour changing was effective.

Great fun, i love this simple game mechanic.
Very addictive ! Well done ;)
Played a massive board... it was fun...
Awesome work! Took me a minute to see the corner was changing but once I knew what to do I liked it!
Needs more work but it is a good concept nonetheless.

Really great gameplay ! This is the true force of this game, and other parts were already nice !
Fun game! I love this sort of thing, taking a very simple idea and turning it into something engaging.
Damn, did a massive level vs computer, was a war of attrition. Took a while to get that you couldn't pick what they were.

Really enjoyed this game, can see myself playing more of this. Simple and effective. Nicely done!
The song is a bit weird at first, but I got used to it very quickly (I think mainly because I got addicted to this game, hahaha). Awesome concept, fairly well done for 22 hours :D

Fun game! I like how you used web technologies not typically seen in game development.
Lovely game! It's simplistic, and it's fun to play against the computer. Nice work, especially for 22 hours.
Fun game, feels really polished mechanics-wise. Only issue is starting the game the first time was a bit of trial and error to figure out how to play, but that's not a big problem at all. GJ!
Very addicting. Played against the comp for a while...
Great game. Congratulations!!
Cool game, simple but very addictive gameplay. Great job!
I played this in escalating map size for like half an hour. Really great entry
Simple but efficient, the game work well, and you make a second party with pleasure, but i didnt understand why sometimes i cant choose a specific form.

Nice game, playing against the computer was fun!
Overall, it's fun in both VS mode and single player mode. I particularly like how the same color can't be picked twice consecutively in VS, it's a simple fix to something that might make the game get really out of hand but at the same time it adds a small level of challenge (i.e. sometimes you can't pick the most ideal shape).
I think if you had the time an online leaderboard (or at least a high score table a la minesweeper) might spice up Solo mode a bit.
As for VS mode, maybe some variance could make things more exciting too. Once someone is "boxed in" the game gets sort of tedious.
All just suggestions though, there's a great amount of polish and thought for a 22 hour project.

Wow! Great game, I played it for too long, very addictive :) Well done!
Pretty fun concept. Keys to change shapes would have been nice and the whooshing sound when you change gets a bit annoying after a while. Also, an early win detection if the computer cannot possibly beat you would be nice since it's a bit toilsome to finish once you know you have won. A great effort for 22 hours and a fun game.
