I just had fun pressing every button not understanding squat, felt oddly satisfying.
Muchos arigatos signore, grande videogame!

LOL, @nobleboy , thanks a lot for your words...next Ludum Dare i´ll try to translate my game...
I wish it could be in English :( Can't play or rate it in this form
Jajajaja tu historia destila desesperación y fracaso, me encanta!
Even if you used google translate and get some mistake, it would be better because we are not so many to understand spanish. :( Try to do a post jam version and translate it ;)
Nice game! The graphics are right up my alley and the controls are a pleasure to use, could you check out my game when you can? :D
I haven't taken spanish classes when I was in school, but I took some french (not that I am any good at it ether)
From my limited knowledge of Romance languages I could conclude that this game is about participating in a ludum dare. You get some choices of how to go about it, but you always run out of time/have nothing to show for your work and then you wake up having the chance to do it all over again.
I can't judge whether or not the text is any humorous, so no rating in that category from me. Everything else is mostly ok, nothing special, but I have seen worse.
Thanks for your words @sharked I thought about that...but the true is that i am not sure if i can change the itchio file during play and rate period and still be rated...
Gracias @gonzalol ! no se muy bien porque... :)
Thanks @samdemaine ! I will play and rate Paper Planes for sure
@voidsay You are absolutely right about the plot !!! Thanks for play and comment.
"Tienes resaca": eso es la loop :D
(Un poquito corto, me hubiera gustado mas contenido.)
I just dont understand ^^ Rate our game too please (:
Yes, for sure @cargamoni !
Nice game!
i did it @cargamoni !
Thanks @pedrocoden !
It's a very interesting game, which probably tells the dilemmas that we all face when participating in a game jam hahaha. The story is very funny.
ps: My incomplete studies of the Spanish language helped me to understand the history hahaha. Tu juego es muy bueno!
Thanks @vphyre , you nailed it! Muchas gracias!
Loved the story. As someone who keeps forgetting about the Ludum Dare dates (other than this one, my last submission was on LD 37 :x ), this feels pretty relatable.
Personally, I think that the theme should change to a random one on every loop. That would be a true recreation of the "Ludum Dare experience" :P
Hope that you are able to gt the 20 votes, making the game in Spanish was pretty risky :fingers_crossed:
That was a very long play session for me because of using Google Translate :))) Gracias por el juego, ¡te deseo la mejor de las suertes!
I love the beep Sound :D I can speak Spanish, but would be cool to have the game in English as well. +1 for WebGL version, I think for a jam is always cool to make the game easy to access and avoid all the download/unzip process. Good choice Mate !
Thanks a lot @gamescodedogs !!! Especially for having the patience of playing with Google Translate :) By the way Flip a Talk looks amazing...
Thanks @jd557 , i am happy to heard that you love the story... my previous submission was on LD 42 :) You are absolutely right about the loops... i just wish i could have spent more time on this LD47...
Muchas gracias por jugar y comentar @jegus9 ! Voy a traducir el juego al inglés en unos días...después de jugar a Bloody Baron :) Thanks a lot!
Thanks @satolas ! I will try to finish the English version in some days...wish me luck... :)
Now it is possible to play in English! @nobleboy @deav @sharked @cargamoni @satolas
Thanks for translating and for making it Web!
Well you know this story is kinda based on a true story, and it's quite funny ! Lacks some polish here and there but still, complete and coherent for a compo game. Thanks for making an english and web build !
A short and sweet experience... or is it?
firefox_gIb0ANkdXj.png
Played the english version despite being native spanish speaking (for some reason I'm more comfortable writing in english when on the internet). Since you say that both versions are the same, I think there's no problem.
I liked that this game is as long as one wants it to be. It can be a short satirical remark based on true events or just a mindless Choose Your Own Adventure, and I like it for that. Simple, to the point, well written and not overstaying its welcome. It's good to the boot and retro to the root.
Quite a take on the loop theme! Keep up the good work! :whale:
Your score has been adjusted. The text had a little haha, so there you go!
I liked the game in general, thank you for making it also English. Maybe the option buttons could be numbers, instead of A-B.
You are fine @jesus-gonzalez !
thanks so much for your feedback @thegreenworm and of course the story the text adventure tells is not autobiographical! :)
I like this a lot. It's simple but fun, and I like the interpretation of the theme, as well as the beep sound. Good job!
Thank you for so detailed comment @moski ! Obviously i read Choose Your Own Adventure books when i was a child...Possible differences between english and spanish version are just due to my english level...sometimes is hard to translate Spanish words with double meanings and things like that. Main goal here was to get people stucked in a loop...In just 2 days i will publish "Edge of Ludum Dare" map showing all choices and outcomes...
Thanks @esphoros ! It´s nice to hear that you like the game
Hey, I played your game on stream! It was a heap of fun, here’s the vod if you’d like to rewatch; https://www.twitch.tv/videos/781363405
Thanks for submitting your game!
It's a nice idea. I'm also glad to see a game where you are actually stuck in a loop. There are not many games that took the theme literally :)
Clearly we are in the same loop @zimny11 :)
Thank you for playing, rating and streaming @justcamh ! :) stream.png
i really like the concept, but i felt kind of frustrated/mislead after exhausting all possibilities, and realizing they all have the same ending. it seems like you really are stuck in a loop here, which i can appreciate taking the theme very literally, but ultimately didn't feel rewarding. as a player if i feel like i'm stuck in a loop, i have a desire to find out how to break out of the loop. since this game had no way to break out, it felt like every possible choice i could make was wrong, which left me feeling just sad.
i really like text based adventures, and branching narrative story, so i like the meta commentary that this game makes, just wish there was some kind of "good end".
thanks @gord10ahmet for playing and for your number suggestion!
I agree with you @sakura-magika that there is no reward for the player in my little game and , indeed all the adventure is just a little joke about frustration...Thanks a lot for your feedback...by the way tou did so amazing game for this LD47... In the past i was frustrated being stuck in some old school text-game adventures...i tried to reproduce that feeling...
Ha ha, I tried every possible combo! This is almost an exact recreation of how my scheduling was this jam! I managed to not have time for art or dialogue too. Exceptions: I didn't try a team and I didn't have a hangover.
I love the concept, great game and job! Congrats!
Ha Ha @peace-of-cake-games however you submitted "Outside the loop" this LD47! Thanks for playing and commenting!
