Great idea and good job making use of that idea with the puzzle designs! Controls are a bit odd, having to go back to your mouse at the end of each level for no reason gets annoying quick.
There isn't much strategy besides figuring out the right build order to not run out of resources early. Feels like a missed opportunity on a otherwise good entry.
Getting used to the controls where forwards doesn't go forwards is tough, especially when the movement is portrayed as tilebased but isn't. Otherwise a great entry.
Good game and a nice change of pace!
After I got over the tinnitus caused by launching the game, it was fun, always had a thing for handling balls.
Felt like I was doing a roll call for a Spanish class.
Legit needs a penalty for clicking in the wrong time, right now it's just spam click to victory.

Really cool game, I don't do tutorials because I'm manly and they're for dweebs, so I assumed the game was just time survival for an embarrassingly long time as I found out you can just hang in the middle to face no obstacles and thought "that can't be right", then I found out about the rest of the mechanics.

took me embarrassingly long to realize the game can be controlled with a mouse, since the keyboard controls are a bit tacky.
I felt incredibly stupid after doing several laps around the train and yelling "RUN IDIOT, THE TRAIN IS BEING HIJACKED" and then finding the run button...
Felt extremely chaotic, like a fever dream. So pretty good.

Fun little game, with how good the music was it was shame it wasn't tied into the gameplay in any way to be honest. Picking up those little orbs to the rhythm of the music would've been great.

Opening the itch page made me wonder if you just made an oopsie and mixed up webplayer width and height. Turned out to just be a cool concept that added onto the game a lot. For only 3 hours it's impressive.
The pixellized graphics make my eyes hurt bad as stuff animates, and the mouse cursor gets lost in the light-colored graphics easily, could've been fixed with a crosshair.
Otherwise a nice and polished fun entry!

Fun idea, I know it's called an "experience" but it could've benefitted from some actual gameplay besides fixing the skipping now and then
You should definitely specify itch.io link as webgl link instead. People who tend to play webgl games only could miss this gem.
Replaying it is an absolute pain, definitely need a quick restart and a way to skip the beginning "cutscene". Otherwise it was pretty good, a bit slow though.

Legit having just some text that says "you can move" could help idiots like me. You don't realize you can move since there is no animation/indicator of you moving until you hit either the pit or the wall on the sides.
Having the jump and lane switch be animations so slow makes you have to glue your face to the right side of the screen which is a bit irritating. Good game otherwise.
I was expecting a lot more tower defence games this jam but there were surprisingly few. It was a surprisingly nice change of pace.

Pretty fun metroidlike. The movement acceleration is a bit irritating.
My keyboard is broken where every now and then whenever I press spacebar once it presses twice, making this painful, having a small "cooldown timer" after shots would've fixed that, even though the game is literally built around not spamming. Great game otherwise!
