Love
Very funny and good idea!Nice handraw
I want to play but i got this message: OpenAL32.dll missing
Thanks! I wanted to do more but I started 5 hours before ld34 end. Thanks for playing!
Is there a lose condition? Yes! You Can lose condititon;)
It was hard to figure out at first, but after seeing your tutorial I got a good result.Flashing arrows are very helpful. Good concept, keep it up! score.jpg I love chromatic abberation effect but your shader have the same value on center and corners and that hurt my eyes(check HeartBeast godot video on youtube, he is doing this shader with mask in center, more natural look and good for the eye's)
greetings from babys from inside of python's stomach XD sorry for ruining your mental health XD Great game you have here! good job! thanks for the stream on twitch <3
good job Dudes
Amazing performance, quick and pleasant blowing up with cool physics, Animation rules refined in a minimalist form. solid work!
this is sick!very cool idea.I love the character creator mechanics and drawings. I like glitches but some times camera going way to crazy
HellYeah!!!
Love it, great oldschool style with smooth animations! Boss is a challenge 5/5
very cool and hard game but repeating room is annoying and would be cool to have more bullets insted of just one when anothers fire you like crazy
Can't run it libgcc_s_dw2-1dll missing :(
Crazy panda. great and funny game! score.jpg
love it!
miauuuu...beautiful made
Human impact on the environment makes the lives of chicken families even more difficult. great mood, pixel graphics, sound and music. 10/10
I planted, I think I will leave the game running in the background until the next jam begins. Good green vibes! growing.jpg
Very nice hand drawn textures! fits nice with flats sprites, and all keeps aesthetic. I found one secret:)
Great idea and very good execution+pro minimal retro design. Mega difficult to master  and I melted my button to the right  :star::star::star::star::star: Good job in 48h! Grats!
Super polished, great idea for burnt tiles and awesome level design with great pixel art. Finished it! God job!
This is :fire: avangarde tech with Descent vibes. Grats Team! & respect
HAHA So far this is my favorite unstable character! If you could just add a blinking eyes to him and some mesh deformations on the mouth that would be perfect for his living form. Like making eyeballs while farting and big while he is streching to tiny box:P I like absurdity and humor here, fart land with fresh air. I love this!
gotone.jpg I got one:) Very relaxing experience. I like the way they move the stones. I think coding this behaviours was fun. Respect for COMPO!
What a surprise when Big concrete ball came on time while I was in danger tilt :D Great job!
The fact that you coded it in 9 hours in godot and made simple graphic is impressive. I like when the train go faster. Will you improve it later? I'm so sorry for your loss, it must have been tough. Take care.
PRO! cute and fun!Nice cell shading and models
Haha humor is so good here, lovely hand drawn sprites and Keptin voice! I can only complain about the impossibility of the next mission :cat: :rat: Na zdrowie!
I like spaceships stories in pixel art and here it's made at a great level, very cool colors and interesting mechanics + for very delicate camera movements. I played the jam version and I will definitely play upgrade one. Good luck with your transition to Godot, I know how laborious is 3d in a GameMaker. Good Job! :star::star::star::star::star:
This game is a :gem: Minimal design is great and very smooth. Awesome physics and cracks on the planets. Hard to complain about something here...and it's COMPO! Grats to developer
So much work and just few comments :( the game is well made! you need a better score, play and rate more games for feedback&karma! Funny how the queen likes to gorge herself on such junk food :pizza: I love pizza too
Interesting atmosphere, I have played easy many times and you know the bugs so I will skip this. It's great that you have so many plans to develop your production, Good Luck! Gore is great here!
ps I'm ready for normal mode now, time for leaderboard
I love retro aesthetic, graphic and mood are great here. I like how the car is handling but i wish it could have more slide. Good job! :star::star::star::star::star:
I would just cuddle to the sound of a stone falling close to the player - it sounds like inside a toilet. I like the symbol part the most :) Very immersive experience. Thank you
@yodog I was so close to enlightenment and it distracted me a bit. It's great that you recorded this sound :D
Your game looks pretty and lot of work put into the drawings and logic, visual information about who wants to eat what is great. You can quickly see what is going on. Great work team! I had very good time playing it.
How to control the ship? when I am inside it the explosion appear so quickly that I can't figure out what to do :( pressing D dosen't push the ship forward. I like the mood and style. Can you give me some tips? I'd like to rate the game. Thank you
You used a lot of tools to create this three dimensional world so I think you have good skills to improve it. I like the angular bird, it would be great if you tried to give it some life by animating it: it could jumping up and down or flapping its wings when the platform stabilizes so you as a player have emotional connection with digital character. Congratulations for completing the game on time and good luck with your development :bird:
Maybe the movement is a little too fast, but it makes sense after exercise. As some have mentioned, the sound would add a lot. Anyway good start, keep going!
I like the setting here, garden between the hospital buildings. Also these painting on the hospital are interesting, telling something about patients. Delivering pizza or snakes is hard work, very unstable. :pizza::pizza::pizza::pizza::pizza:
Very satisfying sound of wood creaking. I was really drawn to your game. Great project!
I've tried a lot of strategies here and I think I got addicted to this nice shiny game :alien:
@richard-baron I can't find the play button on the itch page.
It was an interesting narrative and I like to wander through 3D scans. I collected all cards :)
It's hard to break away! very nice downward transitions. I like the two aspects of this game that you can build calmly in focus or go into total madness and chaos!
Nice vibe. I like the music change while loot and clicking in the window. The policemen were quite easy to outsmart when I quickly ran to the lower left corner by helicopter. Salvador has cool walking animations and is resistant to falling, which also makes robbery easier. The amount of implemented things is impressive here. I stole quite a lot of :money_mouth::money_mouth::money_mouth::money_mouth::money_mouth:
Thank you for the fix. end.png king.pngBut it was a great adventure! Beautiful drawn illustrations but the gameplay itself is very difficult  Grats Team!
edit: It is possible to add optional global button for team tasks?
Good shooting sense and details such as broken glass or falling out scales add a lot to the atmosphere. The voices, pixel art and sound fx are nice too. Do a post-jam.
I like how the laser changes colors depending on which ball it is flying to. The plans for using gestures and clapping sounds interesting. Maybe implement it in post-jam version and have fun experimenting. Grats!
I worked hard at this nuclear plant. I was quite warm at the end but seeing those people ahead gave me motivation to put some more HW and then :boom:
THE RACE IS FINISHED! I think the ships have too much friction, maybe they should have more inertia in space. I like fragments of broken parts and that they stay until the end of the race+nice details of the animation on the ship. In the background there might be some huge wrecked space station with debris flying around. I like your post-jam features, good luck on this! :rocket:
Very cute! my record is 4min :O
I was the only one focused worker in this hell office and pig boss fired me :coffee: Great work! 3 Days 3 Ninja
Addicting, can't stop playing it... I really like smooth cowboy animations and level design as well. grats!
I have defeated all the demons! Very nice atmosphere with a wide view of the built-up space+music fits it very good.
The only thing I can complain about is this bold font that doesn't match the aesthetics of the rest you did so well. Look at this one for example https://befonts.com/osake-brush-font.html :peace:
Nice text, humor, drawings of characters and of course the musical transitions at the right moments increased the mood even more. Nice one!
I give up :cake:  tried so many times and haunted :ghost: made my psyche unstable. Scary&hard game :scream: I like the bg noise sound&mood. Grats!
ALT+F4 Haha, Dude this is such a good game, love the intro! good job! All stars for you but finish it please! :robot:
Interesting concept, I like the inertia of the robot, but the game is a bit too difficult at the beginning. It is that I think, as developers we play a lot in our productions and raise the bar high because we are already bored after playing our game 1000 times , but if someone new plays, he will have a problem. Try to raise the bar over time and give protoypes to someone who never played it(like we here). 3D Models all nice, robot is cute and all design keep balanced aesthetic. Congratulations on completing the game on time, it has a lot of potential if you spend your time on it adding new features like sound, tutorial at the begining then this or another your project will become great adventure. Grats! You have very good skills, keep growing them up!
I lost my job at nuclear reactor and I like this. Graphics is ok almost like the old dos software that ran those days in this kind of facilities.
:pencil2:
Interesting sound experiment, congratulations on learning MetaSounds in Unreal. It is worth noting that the cubes emphasize the immersion not only with sound but also with weight. You asked for the feedback so here it is:
I think this space can become a kind of Interactive DSP Sound Lab: You could implement various objects that can be fired with different acoustics / weight / material etc. The ability to turn off the music to experience pure acoustic tests of collisions of various objects or the music is in the center playing from source that you can move around into another objects.
Happy Unrealing :musical_note: It was pleasant experience for the :ear: :ear:
I think the family is safe nowitoknow.png
More missions please! Grats!
Mixing 3d polygons with 2d sprites works great here. All in all, the only thing missing is the operator animation and the less repetitive footstep sound. I've played a lot of times, I've always failed :boom: but I was very close to full power. Great mood, I like the radio connection with electricity and the shadows when it's dark. Grats!
What a beautiful tribute to a Great Artist!
I saw you post, soo here I am :) You have already received good feedback, I will add that after a while, powerups don't add anything anymore and you lose your motivation to continue fighting. Developing the speed and the amount of ammunition makes you want to play on and have even faster and more powerful weapons, but at some point it stops. I see that this is your third jam and the others also did not come out of the ranking :( It's good that you don't give up, the game has potential for development. It has good pixel art, cool original sounds & geek humor. Next time think about the web version of your game- some people just don't want to download games. Also make a cover of your game, this is important to get attention! Good luck! & and stay motivated!
Good! great idea with locking doors and randomization , pixel art is great & lighting effects. I died in blue dungeon after killing big boss, he was hard but I had awsome magic skills :snowflake:
I played this while drinking my coffee because I'm addicted to caffeine. I felt very bad that the clients could not satisfy their desires either, even though I was cooling myself until the fridge fell to hell :fire: I love the coffee piramide picture.
Plus for adding mouse sensitivity in the menu, after calibration I could start the robots slaughter :robot: I like the chaos here, flying machines and all that mess upside down. If u can add some checkpoints on the map, cos it is really hard game now  You have done quite a lot of work here as a Team, but there is still some work to be done like others said. Good luck!
This is it! Consumerism & gluttony :pig::pizza: :pig: Reminds me of CUPHEAD game with aesthetic of hand drawn animation from early 2d cartoons. Good job!
I have gone through all levels  Sometimes AI get stuck when the opponent is at high altitude but this creates funny situations. It looks very nice and gameplay is addictive. Hope you will expand this with more levels and Hard Mode AI. Grats!
It's interesting that you took up the subject of a mental problem in a very nice and balanced retro setting. Very polished experience! :star::star::star::star::star: it needs a raise. Grats!
It looks very cool, love the laser weapon and the glitch details. As others mentioned something is wrong with communication whether the blow happened or not but maybe this is a feature
I saw your stream while I was working on my ship. It's great that you made so many planets and each has a different environment, I was a bit lost but ultimately My crew gave happily reached destination and fixed the ships core :rocket: I like 3D models and mood, while picking resource sound could have been more randomized. Very relaxing experience :gem:
Insane unstable pilot mascare in space :rocket: :boom:
Very enjoyable gameplay mechanics and self explanatory concept packet with cool design&sound. Shake feel very good and stressful in a good way. I like chaos before:boom:
:small_blue_diamond:
Lovely reto vibes! great levels and sound track too. I have to go through it to the very end. You have my stars!
I got 8 place on leaderboards, still trying to get higher score. Pleasant and relaxing experience, shade helps a lot.
:stars::stars::stars::stars::stars: My new favorite, very well polished game and respect for the framework you did. Grats!
Played all 5 levels! I like the most the big tetris blocks laying in a foggy background. Now I feel relaxed to continue playing and judging other games. Thank you. Good Job! and take a note that ludum dare have a algorithm to detect copy & paste behaviour :peace:
DARK SOULS on LSD, love it! you have all my stars!
I think this is what not understanding the sell / buy mechanics is about... to put the player in an unstable situation. Very nice use of 3 colors & animations. I had very good time playing it!
Hey, wow, I dit it! respect for C++ & raw opengl calls. I love cats and catboy smile!
@peterfiftyfour Thank you. Yes, the same composer: "Mchy i Porosty" For the vfx sounds we used Bfxr and for music fruit loop & analog synth, people noises is a voice generator with pitch filter. @apples-mmmmmmmm) You are right. thank you for feedback :love_letter: @megamasterx If it gets to the top ten, then I will do post-dare! with players suggestions
@mhorth The fog effect is a illusion, sprites are stacked from far to close with 0 opacity to 100% Construct 3 engine has a nice Z elevation mode so you can put sprites closer to the camera like in a real 3D engine, so when you moving around the planet and moon they appears to be in 3D. There is some bugs and this need fixing in the post-jam version. There are also some details: - you can go out of the ship in space(maybe this will be used for gamplay mechanics in the next version) - Every 10 saved people dimms building lights
Thank you for playing & feedback
Cheers!
@avi Yep, this is a bug and will be fixed in post-jam version. Thank you for playing and feedback!
@gerrrard The pilot is connected to the ship with heart :) He have a little dot on his space suit. The sounds at the end are intentionally loud to make the player uncomfortable in this very dramatic situation. I'm glad you made it to the very end! Thank you :rocket:
@elysiagriffin I remember your pro Pilot skills :purple_heart: Hope the :lizard: will become the landlord!
@jarno Some keyboards don't allow to press 3 arrow keys together, but you can press Z instead of UP.
Z+LEFT+RIGHT or UP+LEFT+RIGHT and just hold them but remember the ship must be on the ground overlaping the blue path.
Please take a look here at tutorial https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/49/after-sun/best-pilot-tutorial
GOOD LUCK it's easy!
@joeshanahan Great! Congratulations! The end is noisy&glitchy on purpose. I saw that you don't hear the music in the game (Music was done by my friend Bartosz for this game), what browser did you play? also sfx audio is delayed like half a second :( Are you using Linux?
Thank you in advance for informations & video
This is f*great. Red jam fountain and reflection makes this crazy good. Check out my game :)
Harcorde challenge!I already have swollen fingers. Nice graphic in isometric perspective :bomb:
I like the idea that you can go out from the main path at very left or right and still grab a blue orb, don't know it this is by design or a bug but I sympathizes with this solution. As others have said, too easy...but addictive anyway. Visuals are great, nice composition and aesthetic 3D models. Grats!
:chicken: Soo well done! Grats for the Team :confetti_ball:
:scream: I like the voices most and hands. People have already written good feedback, keep working!
I was a little scared that after exe my computer will be unstable :scream: The retro aesthetic has the power to leave a large field of imagination and in the case of B1OCK with minimal Atari graphic and click like yostick buttons, the atmosphere is very dense. Red scared me, but yellow was faster than the camera flash. 13/13 and I'll be back at the door for the secret ending. Great mood!
Great experiment and it has a lot of potential as others have already said. Thank you for the trip.
:boom: I love the absurd amount of panels and the execution of this gem!Super polished
The intro is very good here! Thanks for the game and fixing bugs. Grats!
It would be great to be able to break an egg, kind of like a knockout and the egg spills out :boxing_glove: :egg: :boxing_glove:
Overall, fun design and intriguing egg faces. Had a lot of fun playing it with my left and right hand
I like it. Sweet bloom post process, good slowed down physics and minimal design makes it very enjoyable. My record: score.jpg
As others have written, it has the potential for a good horror game about mental disorder. Great base for further work, keep developing! I like the mood and reverse voice audio, you can add some walk steps sounds also in the next post-jam version. Hope you will continue work on it!
Hahaha man!I had a combo playing it with a hangover, but I managed to get to work  Missing puke option only!
:star::star::star::star::star:
Lorem ufff I love retro aesthetics, very good horror vibe and perfect absurd dialogue. The only thing that struck me was reading the text at the very bottom while driving. It was almost as strange and unpleasant as reading messages on the phone in my car while driving. I know this is dangerous behavior and I do it rarely but it does happen, so don't know if this is a conscious use here or not but it works. :star: :star: :star: :star: :star:
What I can say... this game is Perfectly Balanced. Sweet graphics, great UI & controls. Very Relaxing and addictive. Grats!
painting.jpg
I like this painting very very much :) adds depth to the whole situation.
Hey, cool design. I saved all the horses and for a moment I felt like them, and I guess that was the point. At the beginning I thought it would be easy, but the last horses can only be saved from the right, which was surprising. Capitalism is bad and so is the artificial jungle:unicorn:
This AI generated song fits the game very well, nice levels and pixel art. My R button is on :fire: I hit level 5 or 6 and I think checkpoints will increase the replay probability. Nice job!
You have a nice concept here that requires some more work and a lot depends on how much you want to develop it. Very good feedback from commenters like: bigger thrusters, upgrade system on tiles ship surface etc. Maybe would be good to turn off smoke and instead of it add flames to the thrusters. Personally, I would make bigger sunshine glow so you can feel faster that you are in trouble. Canvas is not limited to res on window size and for example on 4k screen I see a biger space image(kinda cheating)
I listened to this generator while playing, nice vibe: https://mynoise.net/NoiseMachines/intergalacticSoundscapeGenerator.php
Good luck!
Cool ideas with a bar and a stop to stabilize the object. A little bit of polishing and it could be graphically nicer, like a pixel font and no filtering textures for sharp edges on the main character. Good music choice.
A nice reference to what may happen on our planet in some time: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Space_debris One such incident has already happened: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2009_satellite_collision
Great orbital movements and a lot of details. I like also the news on the left with humor :smile_cat: :satellite_orbital: Nicely done and it needs definitely more ratings and stars! :star::star::star::star::star:
Respect for making it in 48h in pure Rust! I like meteorites having a faces, or only I can see it :scream: The inertia of the ship is very good, satisfactory control over it. Grats!
Very cool. Making a music game has always seemed difficult to me, here everything works fine and looks great but there is some bug stopping the collection. I had a great time, I like the combo: plow, plant, water :carrot:
Poor grandfather, I feel a little sorry for him. I did what I could, but so many crashes in the space toilets killed him  It's great that you do post-jam version with more mini games in it cos it have a lot of potential to expand. Good luck!
Would be very cool if u can do a post-jam version with suggestions from the comments. Mechanics are really cool, sliding and aiming while escaping a monsters was very enjoyable and stressful. I played couple times because I wanted to become stronger and stronger. Progression feels really great!
Oob! As others have already said, grats on finishig it :) You should add more scream things! For a moment I thought maybe it would be nice to use the doors as a teleport. They open and close randomly so can close right in front of Obb nose and then you hear a sound or if you are lucky it will teleport you at other random doors. You did even snazzy graphics for the first jam!
Nice 2D slasher, quite satisfying when there are hordes of bugs. My score: 1380 Consider adding keyboard+mouse controls, more people will play it!
Very good compo, Grats! I like your hand drawn style in solid pastel color without shading! Map randomization adds a lot, even after repeating the same floor several times, I felt drawn into the slaughter. The variety of enemies and weapons makes it a lot of fun in the long run. There is nothing to complain about, maybe the situation in the building is more unstable than the weapon itself because we know what will shoot after the icon and you can apply strategies to this knowledge. Respect for this compo and your Rocket Sword looks great, good luck on release day!
Probably the first game here that uses stereo sound panning to build mood. I like the sound of the door opening from left to right, but the sound of the footsteps looping is a bit repetitive (I do this trick:randomly varying the audio speed on foot step when I have just one audio sample)I will add an extra stars for stereo implementation in the overall category. You've made a difficult game! I still trying to jump thru 3th eye
I like that you used orchestra song Can Can composed by Jacques Offenbach, if you would like to do a post-jam and go deeper with that theme music then you can get inspired by the paintings and history of the great artist Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec. You can even customize the painter's stories according to the hentai style you mentioned, some of his favorite subjects were prostitutes. here you can find more inspiration https://www.sothebys.com/en/artists/21-facts-about-henri-de-toulouse-lautrec You can even set all 3D room you did in a Moulin Rouge vibe with posters. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JrZ0Uctmvuw You can find his books somewhere on the web and use it for your stories inside your game.
books by Lautrec: https://www.goodreads.com/author/list/16714.Henri_de_Toulouse_Lautrec Cheers! and Good Luck in development
An interesting idea of mushrooms growing on a mushroom with pleasant aesthetic. Very relaxing experience and a nice atmosphere!
It came to my mind such an idea may be useful if you want to develop this game further: Instead of mushrooms growing on a large mushroom. You are the keeper of a huge mushroom that grows huge pimples / pimples / blisters etc. You have to swing the bucket to catch the sick growth and pull it out, otherwise the hat of the great mushroom will fall towards the pressure of the blemish just like now. Such gamplay will add another layer of difficulty and the possibility of caring for other mutants of the mushroom. After each fungus healed, you pull yourself up and that is where your time and extra points are summed up. Then you go down and there's a new mushroom even more sick, etc. and so on. :mushroom:
Grats to the Team! you have a nice protoype to expand!
I jumped three times out of fear :scream: It's a pity that it ends quickly, but for the first jam it went pretty well. Mood is good but Some things can be improved such as walking diagonally and for example: unifying the whole graphic into pixel art like font and pixel size. I played twice because I insisted that somehow I could get out of the hospital but I failed, is it possible?
For your first game jam I think you should be proud that you make it on time. Especially that you are very young person who is learning game development(I seen your twitch stream). Theme is picked good, simple idea but it works. Good luck on next jam
Super minimalist retro design with little details, I like it very much! The last shape is very difficult to balance  please add more of them!
An interesting combination of music with an extreme situation at sea. At the beginning I had a problem with referring the direction of movement because the sea is black and the wind is lines, it seems to be sailing backwards. Great mood.
I don't want to repeat myself because many people have written good suggestions. I like the most: pastel drawing graphics, reaction sound and the hand drawn font that fits great to the rest of the design. Congratulations on completing your first jam!
