Your graphics are really nice. The audio complements the game well and builds the atmosphere. Sound FX are really nice too. This feels like a really well polished game, good job getting all of this done in just 72 hours.

One of the most attractive games I've played so far, and great use of 2D lighting. Walking up those glass corridors was one of the most visually stunning things I've seen in an indie project in a while, and the doors were really well designed. If you do continue this I'd recommend adding a waypoint marker on the edge of the screen to guide the player, as the ship is quite large and the no-gravity situations made it a bit difficult to manoeuvre. Really well done on all parts and congrats to the entire team on making such a polished game in only 72 hours.
I realy like this game. The art and music is playing well together. I liked the fact that there is normal movement and gravity movement. Gravity movement is not something which we see a lot these days. Very nice and polished game your team have created for this jam
cool movement mechanic and it looks amazing very welldone
Fun game! The graphics and music work well together to create the atmosphere of mystery and danger.
Holy crap this game is so polished, and I really love the gameplay and the movement mechanics, it's really fun.
Nice Atmosphere and graphics.
The game had a great atmosphere and was very interesting to play. Good job on actually finishing the story in just 72 hours! I quite liked the graphics. One frame in the right-side gravity movement animation had a missing leg.
When I first entered the command deck, the story did not proceed and I was a bit confused. After I went back to the previous room and checked the other doors, I went back to the command deck and this time the sequence triggered.
Really fun controls! Twist at the end was cool too.
Cool game! Discovered a bug where the character just kept getting pushed forward so i coudn't move them, which made the game unplayable. Apart from that, a great entry.
Nice controls! Floating around in 2D in zero-G was really great. Awesome art and a fun twist! Fantastic.
Really cool spin on a traditional exploration game, I love the zero g movement I've never really seen another game do that before. Cool concept and a fun twist at the end!
I kinda wish there was a little more gameplay, maybe a minigame or two to fix some of the ship issues, but otherwise a really nice looking game that's super polished, good submission!
@icedjam @cakts @devundead @potkirland @lcstark @driagonv @jan5366x @heremeus @elbowgeese @ollieoa @3mpty Thanks a lot for playing! This time the game was a bit more about the mood instead of gameplay which made it a bit empty, but I hope you still had a good time playing!
@chesschaser I'm not sure what you mean by the player getting pushed forward. It's probably when gravity went away at which point you have to jump off the walls to move around
@preda yes, had a good time enjoying the atmosphere. I like space themes in general and you did a good job on that!
I felt the same way as the "issue" chesschaser is describing, when first experiencing zero-g. I thought the controls broke through the cutscene and it took a couple of moments before realising it's intentional. I really liked it afterwards though.
Is this an atempt to make humans accept your kind?
Good work as always found a fun bug walking while a dialog pops up makes you power slide.
@wormius Yes
@kingofnova You always find them... don't you
Hey, your game deserves more reviews. The art style and especially the lighting is gorgeous and well made. Yes, the game is lacking of some more gameplay and maybe a puzzle, but i get your point what you wanted to emphasize here - and you have done a great job! I am curious for more of your games!
@marin0104 Thanks for the kind words. I'm glad you got what we went for. I think I'm going to do posts where I play other peoples games and I will slowly but surely play everyone's game who comments as well
This really is a nice piece of art. I love pixel art in general and so I really like your sprites and animations. Also the sound was moody and the story had an interesting resolution. The two control modes were nice, although I needed some seconds to understand the mouse reversal.
- I'd love the corridors to have more cool decorative stuff in them carrying your art style
An incident on a spaceship, well that's my favorite backstory! Nice idea with the floating controls, it took a moment to get a grasp but I guess that's how it would have been IRL. Game graphics are pretty good, especially the ship (UI seems a little not up to scratch compared to it). Great effort overall!
I enjoyed the thick atmosphere of your game! I was pleasantly surprised by the gravitation-less game play as well! Very nice art! Story is nice too. All in all, a comfy experience! Would've liked the ability to run at some points in the game, or maybe that's just me being a speed runner!
Since you asked in the description, here's a link to to my game, please enjoy: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/49/captain-peggles
The atmosphere is cool, and the I like the theme! Having the camera pan with the player's movement was a little jarring though. Coming out into the glass corridor was a very nice moment.
I immediately wanted to play this as I saw the screenshots, and I wasn't disappointed! This game captures the "alone in space" mood really well, and I wasn't expecting the nice zero gravity movement. There isn't much gameplay in the traditional sense, and maybe plugging in cables or fixing some wires would have been nice to feel more like doing actual repairs, but in terms of atmosphere it's a great experience. I didn't completely get the twist ending though (spoiler alert!): If she's the only one missing for so many years, where did everyone else on the ship go? Or if they're still there, why is the rest of the crew not considered missing? Or has the ship been cloned in some way and the other ones have arrived safely all those years ago? Or maybe the alien is not as trustworthy as it seems and told her a made-up story for some unknown sinister reason!
Wow, amazing pixel art! This had a great mood with the style and music. The gravity shift was a really cool moment and I enjoyed the alternate movement mechanic. I agree with someone else who said it would have been cool to have minigames to fix the ship, like Amoung Us style. Regardless, this felt like a fresh concept and I enjoyed playing!
Art style is gorgeous! The zero-gravity movement was interesting, although it took me a while to figure out. Atmosphere was amazing!
Took me some time to get used to the controls and also that she automatically activates things when you get close to them, other than that it felt like a cool little metroidvania where I did choose all the correct doors right at the first try. ^^
I felt lost like her, good vibe and interesting pixel art. :alien:
Wow. STUNNING visuals. Great sound. Awesome atmosphere and build. I felt like i was on a space station and it just was incredible. Game-play and humor were less, but that's not necessarily what this game was about. It was full of mystery and intrigue and that fire really startled me because fires are very dangerous in space! xD Great entry!!
Hi there! I saw that you commented on my let's play video with a link to this page. The pixelart is delicious, the animation (especially the no-gravity-animation) is very impressive and so smooth. Also the atmosphere of the game catches me. The only thing i can criticize is the camera WITH the gravity: it bounces back and forth when you move and then stop again.
All in all - Awesome job!
Firstly, this just looks amazing! Absolutely love the style and the parallax effect on the background made it feel even better! I enjoyed exploring the ship and it was experiencing the story. The camera felt a little clunky at times, but apart from that it was an extremely polished experience.
Congrats on a great game entry, I enjoyed it a lot :)
@mausimus @shores @cynthia-clementine @infantgrandpa @commanderstitch @melektaus Thanks for playing! And I hope you actually enjoyed your time on the space ship
@mordrick I would've loved to have some more of that as well, a lot of time was spent on the actual tiles and we just sort of ran out of time
@future-labs-unlimited I'm glad you asked, the story should've also included that the Mint escaped from another planet with a prototype ship, trying to find a new home but I never got to actually include all that information. English is also not my native language so I would rather have someone else write the story in way that might make more sense
@pixelydian I would've loved to add some minigames, but we didn't really plan for it and didn't have the extra time to come up with any and implement them.
@leorid Damn, that must've felt good as the game pretty much gives no feedback when a door is not supposed to open
@rufson Love what you did there :alien:
@tom-stephenson I was very surprised how well the background worked with only 2 layers. I actually did that with shadergraph and had no idea what it would actually turn out as
Great artstyle i must say, really love that pixelart, smooth animations and work with light (and great portraits lol :D ).
nice game. i think my character bugged out wen the gratify flux changed at the end of the corridor. i could not press any button and the character was stuk in the wall.
@timo-strating I'm pretty sure the gravity broke. Meaning you couldn't normally walk around. There you have to click to push yourself off the walls
@tripletconcept Thanks for playing! Glad you like the portraits, its really stylized so most people would probably say against it
The graphics are beautiful, especially outer space.
Took some time to get used to the alternative movement but once I had a feeling for it, actually felt really nice. Very cool spin on the theme and nice space vibes.
Looking forward to see you try our entry as well :) https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/49/toad-towers
Loved the graphics, especially the space background and the zero-g sprites. I was able to push off walls where there weren't any walls sometimes. I really like the bit of characterization that was there, and the story is good but very bare bones. I wish there were a few more twists and turns and that there was a little more to do around the station.
It would be interesting to see the "alien" earlier in a more mysterious fashion. (My read was it might be a very bio-engineered future human)

@lucavazz I hope you had some fun
@tattomoosa I made it so people could push off walls sometimes where there weren't any so they get stuck harder and find out what's going on easier. The story is quite rough though which is a bit of a down side of this game. Also I was going to play everyone's game who comments on ours anyway
I loved the graphics and audio on this! The amount of detail in the game - like the rolling animation and the nebula in the background - take it to the next level. This is definitely some of the best pixel art I've ever seen, and it's crazy it was made in only three days. One thing I would change is the zero-g movement, which was a bit hard to control. Great entry!
Graphics are awesome and makes you re-think how to move in games.
Great Game And Awesome Graphics But The Wall Jumping Was Hard And I Didn't Really Know Were To Go
I gave you my feedback during my stream earlier, but I wanted to post just to say you did a great job and I hope to see more in the future!
@kingofnova I didn't quite understand it at the time, but now I'm pretty sure you just entered the 2nd dialog which also messes up gravity, as it says in the dialog itself. There you have to move entirely differently
@gullyngames @nyles @rein Thanks a lot for playing! Hope you enjoyed your time.
@mysticgames There aren't many ways to go. There is only one way to complete the story and some doors are just locked for story purposes
Awesome game, getting old school Sierra adventure game vibes from this. I think your ship level design is great as well. Pixel art, lighting and animation are great, and sound does a great job to establish a great atmosphere.

Very moody game :) Great atmosphere.
Really great atmosphere, looking out the window in to space was beautiful. I would've liked some more indication/tutorial of how to move when the gravity first goes out since I thought it was a bug when it happened. The dialog was also engaging and well done.
The artwork is very good! I like the portraits of the characters and smooth animations, also I feel like the lighting system adds a lot to the game's atmoshpere and the soundtrack is mysterious and "space'y"
Gameplay is rather simple, but with a twist of the gravity loss mechanic, which adds some depth into it. I feel like the rooms and corridors were a little too large, one wrong push from the wall could lead into a few seconds of flying until you can correct your mistake.
I think that the mood and overall atmosphere is top notch and it's what makes your game unique  Good job!
I like the mood, story, art works, sounds. Also the game design, unstable system make sense.
However, I was quite confused that there is no indicator of where to go. Or feedback that I actually extinguished the fire, etc. It would become very nice game if you add some visual feedback! In my game I also didn't add visual feedback, but I am also missing many others. But this game seems like everything is ready except the visual feedback, so I wanted to emphasize.
In general, Good job and nice work :)
Very nice game guys, both graphics and audio were amazing and I really liked that you had to click the mouse in the opposite direction to which you had to go when on 0 G to simulate the push that lets you move with no gravity, very well thought as a mechanic. I would only suggest to implement a map or something to let you know where the rooms you have to reach are in the map (sorry for the repetition). Overall great work!
That was interesting, liked bouncing off surfaces. Nice graphics, pretty sound
Very unique idea! I would like to explore it more! Graphics looks neat and it's impressive that you've implemented actual narration. I like the mood on this one very much.
If I may have a suggestion, the game is little too dark on my crappy laptop screen, so I wish the darkness setting is available.
Overall great work!
Pretty fun game! This is the first time I've seen the character control mode in zero gravity, and although figuring out how to move Mint was really hard for me, I had a hard time getting to the second room (I always seemed to be pushing myself in the wrong direction), then went right and I came to a gray area where I couldn't move...
I love the sound and art style! pretty cool
I really enjoyed your entry, guys! Wish there was more ;). I see film grain, chromatic aberration and storytelling - sign me up! This game has a strong Alien vibe to it, get it? ;) I liked how you used colors and lights to show interactive game pieces. Maybe doors that could be opened should also have a special color of light, e.g. yellow. Great job!
Cool game! The environment and story really had me feeling like I was running around doing maintenance on a space ship. I do wish that the pushing off of walls mechanic was explored a bit more for gameplay besides just navigating around to the next room.
So coool! Really amazing atmosphere and visuals (tiny nitpick would be that the asteroids look somewhat out of place due to having such a different style). That moment when gravity stopped and it turned from a "typical 2D game" into something truly unique was really magical. Also very nice level design and lighting. Probably the best game I've tested so far.
I liked the idea of floating around, it sometimes felt unresponsive though.
Suach a great atmosphere, and the no-gravity mechanic is clever and cool, nice game!
I am richer for having played this game. Superb art and soundtrack!
Really smart way of depicting zero gravity movement, the animations associated with that are incredible as well!
FIRE BAD, BUT I WANT TO TOUCH IT.
I lovee the animations as you change your direction while floating, its really cute. And overall I think the main character looks awesome walking around. The environment and music/effects are also all amazing as well. They really set a good atmosphere for a story game.
It was a bit difficult if you got too close to a wall, that's probably the only issue I had with movement, otherwise it was really fun to fly around :3
Overall really well done, and its super polished and a cute little (but whole) experience. Thanks for submitting it for me to try <3
Great concept and awesome execution! I especially like the hair sprite in zero-G. At the beginning I was trying to find a key for interaction only to realize there were none. :D The game ended suddenly and left me wanting more, which is a good thing for a game, I guess. :)
Here's my playthrough: https://youtu.be/bjBUMrzZiC0
That is a really good looking game. The light effects and the great background art were epecially noticable. I also like the dynamic camera that is looking ahead of your movement.
Its cool you managed a story based game in so little time even if you are basically only walkinf/floating from a to b. The floating controls are really unique. Maybe there could have been a few puzzles about how you move around to give a bit more deoth to the gameplay.
Oh and i got stuck in doors 3 times and had to restart (that was a bit annoying).
But all in all its really the visuals and the mood that are top tier^^
Really cool and polished game! Looks absolutely fantastic ! Pushing of the wall is really clever and fun.
My only suggestion would be to add a little more dynamic to gameplay. Maybe introduce the no-gravity part a bit later.
Thanks you for submitting it to my stream, here's a recording in case you want to re-watch or refer to it somewhere: https://youtu.be/cXpAExWjwSw
Great atmosphere, and I laughed when you changed Mint's image in the dialogue to reflect the low gravity. A bit low on features and things to do, but I still had a great time. Well done!
Your game really feels like a story drive walking simulator, except that it switches between two mobility modes: walking and floating, so I guess it's a floating simulator?
The atmosphere was amazing and the sprites were nice (although I saw a bit of chromatic aberration which in my taste doesn't work with pixel art most of the time). Having more points of interest would have been nice, as the game got pretty boring at times without the story.
The camera likes shacking when walking and even the first rooms showed it's imperfections (the camera kept dancing when I was taking small steps up and down).
The graphics were nice, although I'm not a fan of the detailed player sprite and I also saw some highly detailed / photorealistic rocks in space which caught me off guard.
If you could add more sprites and mechanics this game would be amazing: with great sound, mood and graphics. But for a short experience it was good enough
(I hope I didn't sound that harsh)
The story is amazing. I love space narratives. It reminds me a bit of the Mass Effect Andromeda book. It get me imersed for a good amount of time. Your pixel art is really cool. Click at the opposite side to control while in Zero-G felt really good and makes total sense, considering Newton's second law.
This game has a great atmosphere, awesome art and unique movement mechanic well done. Initially I really suffered trying to move in zero gravity. It took me a while but when I tried clicking further away from the character then it worked well. Something about clicking nearer the character gave unintended results. After I figured that out I really got to enjoy it. This game reminded me a bit of "The Way" with the music and aesthetics, and I really enjoyed that game. Would have been nice to see more, especially after that ending but I know how it is with time and jams. Great job

Played till the end! This is an awesome entry - great graphics, music and amazing, fluid controls and camera. It took me a while to figure out how to move properly when zero gravity is present, but I figured it out eventually. I like how you tell the story - the player cannot get lost and progresses naturally and there is no way how to get lost. Humor is used just right - not too much of it, not too little. I loved the ending!
I found one place where the player can walk through the walls into the space, but no biggie - you can go back. :)

300 лет мы плавали, плавали в космосе, и оказалось, что тут инопланетяне. Воу!
This game is really pretty and atmospheric! It took me a while to understand how to push off of walls, I didn't realize at first that my mouse position mattered - but once I did it felt pretty good to push myself around in zero-g. Full marks for **mood** here, you've created something really special!
What an extremely cool and very polished entry! The atmosphere of the whole thing is excellent, both the art and sound teams REALLY delivered, there's a very nice impending sense of dread! The floating movement mechanic was very cool, though I was a bit confused at first as to how it worked, I think I would have appreciated a little bit of guidance, at first I thought the game was glitched. Otherwise, very nice work!
Heya! I really liked the vibe going with this one. I thought little touches like the door mechanism animations and sound were really convincing and immersive. I liked the premise, although I felt as though the game never really got its legs. There's a note about hunger at the beginning, which I thought would relate to some kind of time limit or resource that never came. The hallways were a little drawn-out, though I appreciated the commitment to atmosphere and I liked the zero-gravity navigation. But then the game ended right when it was getting interesting!
I think focusing on just one element, whether it be the zero-gravity mechanics, story, presentation etc, would have led to something tighter overall. There were a lot of different production values that had time put into them, but they just needed to connect more cohesively to get the most out of them.
Still, you had my attention all the way through, and I would definitely have played more. Thanks for the entry, best of luck with future dev!
Really great game! It's featured in part six of my let's-play-series: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VcMY-HqW9fU
What do you mean "The End"? I want more! :)
Astonishing pixel art and light effect. Movement mechanic is interesting. I also like the plot twist.
Awesome job with the game.
Very nice game! The visuals are amazing. I did have some kind of visual bug on the player sprite, dunno if thats a web build issue or what. Anyway other than that it's fantastic. I wasn't sure how to move when gravity broke, but figured it out.
I thought those parts were pretty interesting and thought it could have been used a little more, like a block that only moves without gravity, or using low gravity to pass over unsafe gaps, then asking the player to manage the shifts? The game is rather simple, just find the green terminals, but the setting and mood keep it interesting. The little twist at the end with the story was also cool! Good job overall!
Beaten it! So beatiful universe you've drawn. Kinda sad that there wasn't anything to play, it was a simulator of walking or floating, but i guess that was the concept. Very cool game!
The game is visually stunning and the mood is on point, yet I think for a game relying so heavily on story it was a bit slow. Wonderful work and 9/10 or 4.5/5 !
I put my playthrough of this up on YouTube, you can check it out here

Very innovative and interesting game! I like the novel way of control! Lovin' It!
