Treasure Hoarders 2018 by SuperEndeg 2018-08-16T15:34:25Z
It's a funny mix between the inventory management theme and the classic 'Diamonds' games. Maybe it's a little too easy at the beginning.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → Users → Gonzalol

It's a funny mix between the inventory management theme and the classic 'Diamonds' games. Maybe it's a little too easy at the beginning.
It's easy to play and understand
Very original and fun to play. I like the twist you gave to the theme.
Very fun game. It's quite addictive. With some work it could be a really great app. My suggestion: a 'Best Score' counter to challenge yourself
The bug effects are great. The game concept is really fun. The only bad thing I can say is that it's too hard to play. I only completed second stage once.
Very fun to play. It takes a little to understand the controls but after that it's pretty addictive.
I love the concept of a robot who has "lost everything" and have to recover it. Maybe I would like more puzzles to do it and less classic platform routine. Either way, it's a great job.
Simple but effective. I like the smooth movements.
I love the graphics. There's something weird in the HTML version. You walk to the right, take the crown and then the screen ends and you can't do a thing except dying. Never seen a frog.
Really fun and crazy game. I love the graphics and the mechanics. It's really hard, but it's good because have you trapped for a while. The spawinng of enemies could use a improvement.
I really like the mechanics! It's a fun game, congrats. There should be more conversations available.
Nice designs and concept. It reminds me to the classics.
Amazing game. The animations are incredible, the graphics are great and the music is also perfect. It fits the theme, its a 5 star overall.
Nice classic mechanics. I could use some clue on when and where the birds are showing up
It's an interesting interpretation of the theme. And the designs are great.
It's a good game, you can play it for a long time. By making the players buy new things you keep their attention. The claw it's a little too slow at the beggining
Amazing game! I love the art, characters and backgrounds, also the world you can imagine behind them. The mechanics are great, quite hard to domain at the beginning. It fits the theme perfectly. I could play a longer version of this.
I love how original is your interpretation of the theme. I also enjoyed the designs, specially how the gentlemen changes slightly with the hats, moustaches, etc. and the animation of everybody taking seats. I wasn't enable to find the bad guy, not a clue.
It's a really original and fun game. I like the controls and mechanics. The art could be better but overall, it's great.
Great art and a lot of work in the story. Congratulations!
It's an interesting prototype, you have some good ideas there for a game about being stuck in a loop.
I loved the concept art and designs, those enemies are great, and also the main character. Controls are easy to understand and smooth, thanks for the hints. The map is a good point too. Visually, one of my favorites on the Jam.
It's a great game. I love the graphics, simple but effective, also the animations. The mechanics are great. It's there a way to restart a level?
Original interpretation of the theme. I like the design, it could use more gameplay.
Incredible game. I love the interpretation of the theme, the mechanics and of course the music. I got stuck on the TV puzzle but I've already read you're working on that so I'll wait to the 2.0 version to play it again. Congratulations!
It's a very fun and original idea. Polished and smooth. Congratulations!
Cool designs
WOW You got something here. One of the most original mechanics in the JAM. Great and cute graphics, the coordinated movement of the character and the ribbon is incredible. I hope you develop the complete version. Congrats! 5 stars.
I like the concept art, specially how smooth the dialogues pop up. The story is really sad.
Beautiful art and storytelling.
It's fun to play. It kept me playing for a while.
I love the graphics and the animations when you move. Great work there! It's pretty fun to play and it will make a good mobile game.
It's certainly an unique game experience. Very original interpretation of the theme, congratulations!
It's a very original game. Graphics are great. It's short and it fits with the theme. I think there's a bug. You can open the gate without the key.
This is an amazing game. You take one classic idea and gave it some twist it make it much much better. I love the art. Simply but extremely effective. Specially the animations are great (how everything explodes and shake) The music fits perfectly with the gameplay. Also, the special features or powers are very good idea and add a lot of fun to the game. Overall, it's a 5 star.
Beautiful concept art and designs. Smooth controls and fun to play.
I love it. The graphics are amazing. The animations are polished and smooth. I like the arcade-style of the buttons. The mechanics are great, original but simple and understandable. It fits the theme. Overall: 5 stars.
Nice art, terrifying animation of the monster eating you. I enjoyed it
I enjoyed it a lot. It's fun to play and fit the theme.
Amazing art! The animations are really polish and smooth. I get stuck on level 5.
The graphics are awesome and I like the mechanics. Anyway, I don't really understand how to play, it can use some instructions.
Original and great interpretation of the theme. I like the graphics and music.
I liked a lot how you recreate the classic arcade starship games. The graphics, the music (amazing), the gameplay, it's a very good job.
Nice job here. It's a classic platform game, I like the level designs, the art and specially how bunnies get stuck on the hoops.
I like the mechanics and concept, it's a very interesting interpretation of the theme. The concept art it's great also and the music and sounds fits with the rest of the game. In the other hand, I think you probably should be able to see the whole stage before picking up the commands.
@mikadoh Thanks for playing. I didn't made it as a version of Simon Says but it is what it is hehe.
@scraggle I don't think it's really that simple but thanks for playing anyway!
@toxs1ck thanks! I will use it as a mobile game for sure
@karreg thanks a lot! 18 is a pretty good score, my record is 30. Maybe you're right, the time to choose options could be a little longer.
@letterafterz hehe I can relate with the late nights thing. Thanks for playing and comment!
@gabriel-dias-oliveira-de-almeida Thanks for your nice comment! I did it all by myself except for the sounds and music :)

@eldelhas thanks for your feedback. I will remember it on version 2.0!
@eden-shazar Thank you for take the time to write a feedback. Yes, I did it alone, code and designs, it was a lot of work hehe. Your comment means a lot for me. I'm working on a extended version with more features and an ending (it doesn't have one currently, my record is level 30)
@twobitmatt thank you for playing! I'm working on a new version with some new features, including a happy ending for Doctor Simon, hehe.
@arad-hamidsamiee it's an online game, maybe check your connection or try in other device. It works fine for me (and a lot of people is playing it)
@antti-haavikko Thank you for taking the time of writing such a long review. I really appreciate it. It's true the mechanics are repetitive, I wanted to keep the concept as simple as possible for the jam. I'm working in a new version with more features like special clues that change in the last moment, bonus, special loops and things like that. Your idea of a multiplier for solving loops in a row is great and I'll use it for sure!
@flying-basement-studios Thanks for playing and giving feedback. I'm working in a new version less repetitive with new features and staff, but I wanted to keep the concept as simple as possible for the Jam.
@theepsi Thanks! I want to upload a new, more complete, version of this to the Play Store at some point of this month :)
@eugenik Thank you for playing and reviewing!
@darthone Thanks for playing! The difficulty curve and the time for answering are two points I have to improve for sure!
@rolly Thank you for playing and for your nice comment.
@honey @lombax Thanks for playing and commenting, it's really a matter of taste, if you don't like memory games, you probably won't play it twice.
@vphyre Thank you for playing and giving feedback!
@erikiene Thanks for playing! I made it with the mobile game idea in my mind.
@wendel-scardua Thank you for playing! 25 is a really high score, my personal record is 30!
@tino thank you for playing! 21 is a lot for the first play! My record is 30 :)

@frigow Thanks for playing! I'll let you now in the feed when I finish the app version for stores :)
@hakro Thanks for the kind review! I hope you play the complete version when is finished, I'm adding some interesting features.
@tory Thank you for playing and commenting!
@trexxak Thanks for playing! 20 is a very good score actually
@arron-fowler Thanks for your review! It means a lot for me.
@doctorhummer Thank you for playing and reviewing!
@super-hadoken Thanks for playing! The game is designed for mobile devices but I'll consider making a keyboard version.
@mkraw Thanks for playing and reviewing! I'm working in a mobile app already :)
@msiddeek Thanks for playing and reviewing! I laughed a lot with your comment. It's a pain in the ass naming all these figures in your head.
@joleon Thanks for playing! The JAM version has no ending, you only can improve your score (the numbers on the top are for that). I'm working in a new version with and end, more features and a better score system.
@nareh Thanks! I count with you when I finish the app version ;)
@danielblanco3d Thank you for playing and reviewing!
@garys Thanks for playing! I'm working in a version with more gameplay
@fronwewq Thanks for playing and for your kind review!
@hadik Thanks for playing!
@sprotex Thanks for playing and reviewing! Specially for taking the time to test the game in different devices. I'm making a complete version, with more features, bonus, an ending and other things. The idea is upload it as an app to the Play Store, so I should probably check the Android cheat at some point.
@fabula-rasa Thanks for playing and reviewing! The complete version will have an ending with the Doctor coming back home. About the possibility of unselect a selected button, it's interesting, thanks for the suggestion. I wasn't thinking about a modern Simon Says when I made the game, but some users described like that so I included it on the description. I guess it's similiar because you have to memorize a combination and repeat it. Curious fact: the doctor's name is Simon but not because the classic game, it's a tribute to a spanish famous doctor.
Amazing story and intro art. I like how you created a fantasy world. The gameplay is quite simple.
I love the art, it reminds me to the classic R-Type. It's a fun starship shooting game.
Good graphics, I had fun with the voices. I wasn't able to solve the mistery, I got killed every time.
It perfecty fits on the theme. With a little work it will be great.
It's seems simple at the beginning but it's get harder. I liked the clone mechanics a lot.
Great game, very original interpretation of the theme and nice mechanics. The polygon art is really suggesting, also the atmosphere of the forest and the alien cubes and the music.
Awesome game. Fun to play, fit with the theme, great graphics.
It's a fun and original interpretation of the theme. Nice work!
Pretty fun to play. I ended burning the closet.
It's pretty fun, specially the dialogs. The game itself it's way too hard, I got killed again and again before hiding.
Great design, I liked the art pieces specially (sorry, trash pieces). Fun to play.
Nice atmosphere, the evil machine and the dark/light balance is scary.
It has a great concept art. I liked the premise but It doesn't really fit on the theme. Anyway, it was fun to play.
One of my favorites so far. I actually laugh with the dialogues (I love the idea of Bob, kind of a construction worker, being in charge of Earth defense). It fits the theme and the gameplay is smooth. Maybe it gets too difficult too soon (I survive until level 15 and blow up the Moon)
I liked the graphics, and I end up hating those security robots. It's pretty hard.
Despite of the topic XD the mechanics are good and fun to play. The sound is too explicit for me!
Cool mechanics and gameplay. Good job for the time you had!
I love the art overall and specially on the minigames.
Good job. I like the concept art, specially of the talking monitor.
Jajajaja tu historia destila desesperación y fracaso, me encanta!
It's amazing how a small game like this can create an horror atmosphere. I like the graphics and the mood.
Congratulations to all the team for this amazing game! Visually, it's incredible, it's something I can easily could buy on Steam just for the graphics. The characters, the backgrounds, the monsters, the animations (I liked how the dialogues pop up) Everything it's perfect. 5 stars on graphics. Music and sound are also great, the monsters grunts gave me chills. 5 stars on sound as well. The mood is another strong point, great horror atmosphere. 5 stars on mood. The mechanics and controls are smooth and easy to understand, thanks for that. I only wish it were longer to play more.
Nice game. It has a great atmosphere, the controls are smooth and it fits the theme.
Nice version of the Crypt of the Necrodancer. I love the art and the music.
I enjoyed the backgrounds and concept art.
Nice game, I like the mechanics and the graphics. Didn't really get the theme there.
It's a great interpretation of the theme. I liked the hint dialogues, also the mechanics are good.
It's a promising game. I like the art design. Hope you'll able to finish it!
It's a funny little game, it reminds me to the mini-games in Wario Ware franchise.
It's a pretty good mini game or prototype for a larger game. You have good mechanics, good graphics and good animations. Nice work.
It's an interesting interpretation of the theme. I like how you created a story and a background for your characters. Anyway, I don't really understand how to play, I keep pressing space and changing the stage until the end.
It's a beautiful metaphor
Nice polygon art, I liked the animation of the bills flying around. It could use some instructions.
I like the animations on hamster and wheel. Also the music is relaxing.
Nice atmosphere and graphics. I dind't find the coffee machine
It has some good points. I like how the world rotates and the frog has some interesting animations. In the other hand, it's quite difficult to control the leaps.
It's a fun and original game. Very creative and enjoyable. Congratulations!
Nice graphics. I laughed with some of the dialogues.
It's incredible how much you did in only 72 hours. It's a nice platform game, good work!
Incredible graphics. I love the visual effects. I got stuck on the mirror part too.
Good platform game. It get much easier once you start shooting instead of just attacking with the sword.
It's a fun concept. Maybe the controls could be clearer.
Funny game. As other user commented, beautiful cover art.
Very special interpretation of the theme. Nice job!
This is amazing. It's a great game, not "a great game for a jam", a great game, period. I love the mechanics, it's a very clever and original idea. It works perfectly, also, no bugs so far. Thank you for the tutorial, it's way more important than more people think, you should make it mandatory as stage 0. I hope you keep working on this on the future. Here are some suggestions: - Circular menu around the main character to choose an action on the Base. - Save progress and maybe a Select Stage Menu. - Bigger characters and elements. Anyway, those are suggestions to the future, you did more than enough for the challenge. As you can imagine, you have my 5 stars. Congrats!
Great atmosphere, it get me scared, specially the music. Also nice art.
Nice done. I feel sorry for the rabbits.
Great graphics. Sometimes it's hard to shoot when the enemies are close to you.
I didn't expect this. Nice, original and fitting the theme. I liked a lot.
It reminds me the classic arcades. It's a good dungeon crawler. Nice job creating a bunch of different enemies and backgrounds for the JAM.
Beautiful game. Very original idea.
It's a very original idea. I like the mechanics. Maybe the character is too slow and walking may be frustrating.
More than a game, it's a beautiful visual experience. Great job.
It's a good game for your first. I wish it has a connection with the theme.
I liked the fight controls. It's quite hard to use the shield agains archers.
It's a beautifull mini-game. Music and setting are awesome, I love how the background moves. A little bit too slow at the beginning.
It's an interesting interpretation of the theme. Quite frustrating at the beginning. Nice art and atmosphere. The sounds fit perfectly.
Haha, funny and original game. Easy to understand and control. The graphics are great and the animation of the roller coaster is awesome. I'm going to hell but I start laughing when some people start falling off the wagons.
Amazing game. 5 stars overall. I love the designs (specially the main character with different hats, that's hilarious), the mechanics are clear, the controls are smooth, it fits the theme. I can't find a thing I don't like. I reach level 2-5
You have the mechanics and the controls. Improve the mood and the gameplay and you'll have a great game.
It has some interesting ideas about mechanics and controls. It's a great start for a jam but it needs some work yet.
I thought it was broken until I read the instructions. It's a very original and fun idea, congratulations. Also the art is great. Maybe you should include some reference to the broken code that make the player release it's not really broken.
This has a lot of potential. The controls are smooth and very intuitive.
Funny and original interpretation of the theme!
I like the graphics and the controls. Great use of shadows. The time loops can be a little confusing
I like a lot the graphics, specially when the characters explode. I got some troubles understanding who it works
Nice job!
Nice setting, graphics and music. Maybe it needs a little more work on the gameplay.
It's a nice mini game
Hi! I get stuck in the first door. How do I push the button?
WOW, this is beautiful. I love the card's design and the mechanics. It's short but more than enought for 72 hours development. Congratulations.
It's a short and beautiful game. You did a great job in your first JAM, congrats!
It's a funny interpretation of the theme. I like the art at the intro and the sound of the cat meowing.
Nice work!
The theme, the graphics, the controls are great. It gets broken sometimes when you fall of the platforms.
Great terror atmosphere. It fits with the theme. I finally managed to arrive Beta Station, it could be a little more difficult to resolve.
Nice art. I like the jetpack flight.
Awesome graphics and animations. I like the battles also.
Amazing game. The art and graphics are awesome, the animations are smooth and great, very professional. Mechanics are very original, simple but effective. Good job!
I like the concept a lot, it's a very fun idea. Also I think it's too hard, are the pieces random?
I like the art and the music. I starved to death :(
Nice job. Fun to play, the controls could be smoother
I liked a lot the art on the intro. Is fun to play.
Awesome art and animations. I like the atmosphere you created with the background and story. It could use some instructions, specially at the beginning. I wish we can see a second version of this.
@eden-shazar it's a great job for a first-timers. I hope you enjoyed the JAM.
I like the concept art of the main character. Nice job.
Nice and fun game. Some of the balls are really hard to avoid!
Good atmosphere, immersive music and great graphics.
It's incredible how a small game like this, with a few rooms and elements, can be so scary. Great atmosphere, the music, the lights... awesome. I can use some clues.
It's a funny idea with a cool graphics. A little hard to play
It's fun to play, but it's quite difficult to control the jumps. I liked the graphics.
This is one of my favorites of the JAM, because of the interpretation of the theme and the mechanics. I got stuck on level 11 but I enjoyed a lot playing. With some better graphics and a less repetitive music it will be even better. Congratulations!
I love classic starship games. It's hard like they used to be, maybe too hard, actually. It has potential, maybe with a little more work. Good job anyway!
It has some good ideas for a classic platform game. The animations are cool but the controls are a little bit hard to use. Anyway, good job for a 72h jam!
One of the most interesting interpretations of the theme. I also like the use of black and white on designs. I could use a bit more of gameplay.
It's a perfect game to Ludum Dare. Easy to play, fun, fitting the theme. I really enjoyed it.
It's a promising concept but too hard to understand without instructions. I saw the gameplay video and it's clear now. Anyway, great graphics, I love how enemies disappear when you pass through them with the katana.
It's a good game for a first jam. Simple but effective. It will fit better on the 'Nomad' theme, maybe.
I like the mechanics a lot. Lemmings-style. It's a great idea but it needs some polish, mainly allow you to change an element position and reset a stage.
What an experience. The best game I played on the event so far. 5 stars.
Very good game. I liked the design, the music, the controls. It fits perfectly with the theme. 5 stars.
I played this at night and I actually jump on my chair when the person in the corner showed up. I liked it a lot. Do it has an end? I reach question 40.
Looks nice but I get stuck just at the beginning.
It's a good use of 3D movement and controls. I completed level 1.
I love the concept art and how it reminds me to the all classic games. I feel like a 8 years old boy playing on my 486 computer with disk games.
Fun game, fits the game. A better graphics could help a lot.
This is a piece of art. The graphics and camera movement are amazing. I love how the people fall of the rollercoaster
It's a very original idea. I like how creative it is. Congratulations!
It's pretty fun to play. Nice pixel art and controls (thank you for including a tutorial)
I laughed a lot with that music, thanks. The designs are cute. The game is short and easy but more than enough for a first time in a Jam. Congratulations!
Original and fun game. Maybe it could be a little smoother on the controls
Very funny and original interpretation of the theme. I laughed when I read it. The art is also nice. Maybe it's a little to hard to complete.
I love the background art. It's a classic infinite run, for a second version, it would be great some coordination between foes and objects. Some objects are imposible to catch.
Very fun game, I enyojed it. I like the concept and mechanics.
It got you somehow in a sad mood with the background images and the melancholic music, so there's a point. The gameplay it's too simple and it's seems like there are nothing to do.
Technically, it's a 5 stars game, the controls are too simple but the art, the animations and the sound effects are perfect. It's more like a prototype than a finished game but a good as hell prototype.
Very funny game, interesting concept and game mechanics. Some thoughts: - I liked how each character collects different items - Sometimes when you're a character you cant' collect coins of your color for some reason (a bug I assume)
@landosystems It makes sense! My mistake
It seems easy at the beginning but get harder later. Simple but effective memory game
Very funny little game. I had a great time playing and it got me smiling all the time. Some thoughts: - The art is amazing, congrats for the awesome introduction - It's hard to understand how the shields work
I like the concept, it's similar to my own game. Nice and smooth art
Amazing! I love the concept, the minigames, the art... Very fun to play, it got me playing for a long while. Postdata: I hate the bugs game
Congratulations, it's a perfect entry for Ludum Dare: easy to understand, fun to play, fit the theme, nice art and sound. Some thoughts: - I love the fire effect, it reminds me the classic Bomberman games - I found a bit confusing the doors system, the sprite could show more clearly when the open is open and when it´s closed
Awesome concept, I love the message you send here. Some thoughts: - As a metaphor, it's great, as a game it's a little bit repetitive - I will kill for my candidate, blue star in a wizard hat
The art is great. The game is fun but a little hard to understand, it needs time to figure out how the cards work
I was a HUGE fan of DDR (we had a team with matching shirts) so you can imagine I loved to see your game. The art is great, also.
I like the drag and drop mechanic, original and fun to play
As a home office worker I can easily relate with Bill. Go Bill!
Your link is incomplete. The game looks good anyway
Great little game, the art and the animations are incredible smooth for a COMPO entry, the gameplay is quite chaotic but fun. Congratulations.
Great entry, congratulations. I enjoyed the concept, it's fun to play, the art is great, fits the theme. Overall, a very high score. Some thoughts: - I love how the worker writes on the left board - It's very hard to keep the names of every ingredient. The difficulty curve goes too fast for my taste
Nice harvest, as the ones I remember from my childhood
@martysarc Thank you very much! I will definitely do it, I already have some ideas to continue
@bender-biber Thank you for playing! We're all the same, exhausted but happy ;)
@lautilaj ¡Muchas gracias! Me alegro que te haya gustado
Thank you for playing @arnochux. Delivering in mobile is the idea!
@blk-dg Thanks for the comment! I plan to release a mobile version later, I have done so in other Ludum Dares
Thank you for taking the time to play and comment, @cocapasteque. I let the tutorial for the monday afternoon, the last thing I did before deliver the game. I almost gave up on it but I had the feeling it was very important, glad to hear I has right.
Thanks @nohac We are all exhausted, it has been a veeeery long weekend
@izhvaryag Thank you very much for your comment and scores!
@izhvaryag @cocapasteque you both spotted the same bug on restart level button. I didn't realize it before publish, now it's late. Luckily it doesn't prevent the game from working.
@fabula-rasa Thanks for playing and commenting. Weird bug, it never happened to me, I guess it still needs some extra work.
@vidim888 Thanks for playing and for your commentaries and recommendations. Special thanks for the hint on the popup bug, I'll fix it on version 2.0
Thank you for your thoughts, @lenan I have spotted the tutorial and countdown bug, I was hoping no one else would notice :id: Tutorial was the last thing I implemented, I thought it was necessary to understand the game but it's true it was too many information in too little time. I already have some ideas to improve it. Thanks!
@benthetwoofus Thanks for playing and commenting. It has, in fact, a tutorial (the messages of the doctor guides you at the beginning) but it's true it may have some improves. It seems that the bug it's not because of the browser but it just happens at some point
Thank you for your comment @skel3ton, I tried to do a simple game but there were concepts that needed an explanation, it's true the tutorial may be a bit overwhelming, too much information in too little time. I'm glad you enjoyd despite of this.
@ryusui Thank you for playing and for taking your time to write a comment. I had my doubts about JOIN ingredient too, but it was too late to change it. Yes, I also had the programming parallel in mind. Changing JOIN function or at least improve it it's on my to-do list for version 2.0
Thanks for playing and commenting @maxkyckling, clearly the tutorial was a success, because many players are commenting on the same. I love the concept of intentionally poison the patients XD
Thank you for your comment @weine, I laughted a lot with the pile of bodies part
@landosystems thanks for playing and for your kind comment. It seems like you got all the bugs together! I'm working in those for the new 2.0 version. A man with your avatar and name is a man I can trust.
Hi @almax, thank you for your comment. Those are some constructive ideas, I noted them for the next version, specially the smiling part.
Simple but fun game, more like a mechanics prototype but it's a great work anyway
The game looks amazing, the art and sounds are cool, I like the mechanics but it's a bit hard to see the effects of the cards. Maybe icons instead of text would have been more useful. Anyway, congrats!
I think this is my candidate to winning Ludum Dare 51. It's very fun to play, easy to understand. Controls are good, it has a (simple but) compeling background history. Some thoughts: - Congratulation on your game - I had a bad time until I realized you can only unpack the boxes if you are below the table sprite (or maybe there are shelves?) - Maybe a hint on what a box contains, and you have to sort by type of product or the clients thinks the store is a mess (for version 2.0) - Strong 'Papers, Please' vibes on the post-day choices
It's a good entry. Graphics are great, audio is awesome. I like the concept but it's too hard to control combining mouse and so many keys in keyboard.
It's a funny game, I like the level design and the texts but the gameplay is rather too simple (if you read the instructions on '?') or too hard (if you don't). Maybe a hint on what to do instead of the complete instructions, I don't know
Very funny take on the theme. The gameplay is really simple but it deserved 5 stars on theme, innovation and fun scores. Good job thinking out of the box.
Sick introduction with the art, the voice and the history. I loved the turn-based system, it's really fun to play and easy to understand. Congratulations.
5 stars overall. A classic great Ludum Dare game: fun to play, fit to the theme, beautiful art and sounds. What else can I say.
Somehow it reminded me to Max Payne (in a good way of course). I found camera control a bit confusing.
Wow! That was amazing. Fun to play, fit to the theme. The movement is smooth and the arcade art is cool. Congrats!
The game is very simple but it has a lot of things working in different levels. As @bcmpinc said, the music effects are great, also how the texts is showing. Some thoughts:
- I like a lot the concept of make the countdown faster or slower. - It will be great to recover a game in the last 'safe' room, instead of just starting over.
Nice entry, quite simple but good for a COMPO game. Some thoughts: - It's too easy, almost impossible to die - I love the bullets physics
Beautiful entry. It's a very original al lovely concept, different and get you in the mood. Interesting take on the theme. Some thoughts: - The art is great, sometimes less is more. - I don't really get if we are seeing different moments on the live of the same characters or there're all different people. - The mini-games may be a little bit repetitive after three or four times
Hahaha, great entry. I had a good time playing. Some thoughts: - Shooting old doctor Freud on the face was a life-long dream of mine. So that's a point - The yin and yang are way harder to control that it seems - I don't really understand the change between games. It's every 10 seconds?
The presentation gave me some Hollow Knight vibes in the good way. I liked the art a lot, the thorns are unpredictable and frustrating.
Great game concept, I liked the art and the mechanics but the gameplay it's a little bit confusing. Some thoughts: - Amazing intro, congrats. - It have some great ideas but it's too much information in too little time. - I couldn't figure out how to deliver a completed potion
Simple but fun, I enjoyed playing. I would like a hint on where the platforms will be after changing colors
5 stars mood and innovation. I really love the concept and the atmosphere you created here.
I like the concept and mechanics but it's a little bit too slow. I think it would be funnier to play if enemies and weapons moves faster
Awesome game, simple but fun minigames with simple but beautiful art and music.
I like a lot the concept of the blocks changing every 10 seconds.
Lovely game, nice experience playing it. Congratulations for the unique movement system.
I like your take on the theme, nice entry, it's almost look like a finished and polished game. Some thoughts: - The art is amazing, also the controls are original and good - It would be great to allow the user change the system failures order during the game instead of before.
It's a fun concept, simple but effective and well done. Some thoughts: - I love how the sounds show the things that need repair - It's a little bit repetitive and too easy, but that's ok for a Jam game
Simple but effective. Fun to play, congrats!
Amazing game, fun to play, easy to understand, keep you interested and even the lore is good. Sincere congratulations to the team
I love the 'place tiles' games, very interesting theme with the industry Vs. nature fight. Some thoughts: - It will be great to allow you to spin the tiles with the mouse wheel or right click - I had some issues understanding how the influence of each team works.
Good game, original, easy to understand and fun. Some thoughts: - I loved the tutorial on the kid's voice - It's confusing why the actions change instead of being always in the same order
I can't believe how amazing this art looks, congratulations. The controls are smooth and it's fun to play. Very high score for this one.
Funny little game. Obviosly it can be improved but it's a good prototype. Some thoughts: - The developer art skills are strong on you :D - I don't understand what are the blocks for
Nice entry, simple gameplay with a lovely art and good sound effects. Some thoughts: - I love the cat (all the cats) - The art reminds me to the classic arcade platform games, in the good way of course - There's no much to do while you wait the colors to change
Best Mood so far, the most deserved 5 stars. I wanted to quit but the history got me hooked. Pretty intense for a platform game.
Strong candidate to winning. It's fun to play, simple, but it got you playing again and again. The art is beautiful, perfectly fit the theme. My first 5 stars overall for now. Congrats 79$ is my record
The robot movement is smooth and nice, I like the graphics and environment animations
This is the funniest take on the theme until now, and I love it. I wish the gameplay was more complex to fit the greatness of the concept.
Beautiful game, very artistic design. Some thoughts: - It take me a bit to understand how the 'halo' works, but I like the concept a lot
Poor old lady, I survived very short time :(
I had to force myself to stop playing because I risked spending hours. Card game + Age of Empires alike it's an explosive combination for me, you hit me on my weak point. Here you have your 5 stars, sir.
I love the concept. The art is good. I would like to see the assembled spaceships, it's a bit confussing what happens once it's complete. Anyway, if you pulish some details you can have a great game.
It's a nice entry, the art is so good it compensates the too simple gameplay mechanics. Some thoughts: - Good job with the level design, the movement between rooms is smooth - I would like a lot to see changes on the broken systems.
It's an interesting take on the theme but I found gameplay too complicated to play. Some thoughts: - Almost every time you restart, you die in the first second, it's a bit frustrating - Graphics are great and the music creates a good game mood.
Audio and effects create an interesting atmosphere
I had a hard time at first understanding how it works but once I figured out it's really fun to play. Congratulations
Very funny game, but also good controls and effects. The art is great too. I specially like the 'wind' effects, how it moves your... ehem, you know what
Very good game. Fun to play, amazing art, fit the theme. I have nothing bad to say except sometimes I didn't know why I failed the hit
The art is amazing, I love the main character and the background. You need to polish the movement,I got frequently stuck in the air.
It has some strong points to make it a winner. Some thoughts: - I love the concept, that twist on Tetris is great. Also the mechanics, with the boxes and the peanuts. - It's too hard! Too little time to complete orders
I absolutely love the concept, card games with a twist is kind of my weak point. Some thoughts: - The art is simply amazing. - It's a bit confusing what the cards do, hard to read so many text in the middle of the battle
One of my favorites of this JAM, the gameplay is incredible polished, the art is beautiful, the music is great and it fits the theme. Some thoughts: - I love the backgrounds and how the music slighty changes from one to another - It would be great to have some effect or animation when you fails
It's a funny version of the classic bejeweled game. Some thoughts: - I like how the pieces move and the sound effects - I would like some lore on the game, maybe other images instead of coloured shapes
I like a lot the tile location games. Your art is very good and I also like the concept. Some thoughts: - I couldn't really understand the rules - The building system is very polished, how the tiles light up and so
Weird topic, little bit macabre. I like the art.
It's a good entry but it looks more like a mechanics prototype than a finished game. Anyway, it's a very nice product for a COMPO, specially as your first time. Some thoughts: - The developer art skills are strong on you :D - It would be great if some kind of animation indicates you what happened each turn - Keep working on it, it has potential.
Cool game, very original mechanics
Amazing art, I enjoyed the animations, the shotgun firing and the enemies moving. Also fun (and chaotic, but madness is in the title so...) to play
It's a very good entry for a first timers in Ludum Dare. Classic gameplay with the twist of the 10 seconds events. Some thoughts: - Control may be smoother, sometimes the character gets blocked on the air - A lot of enemies with animations, great job on this
I don't know how to feel about the deaths of all those slimes. Pretty fun to play, congrats!
Pretty fun game. I love the little faces of the 'customers'
Great entry, very strong candidate to be in the higher part of the rank
That was really FUN to play. Solid 5 stars on fun, theme and humor. I also love the art, the sounds... One of my favorites so far
Nice entry, a brave concept for a JAM game. I'm glad to play something so different, congrats
