Nice entry!
The graphics were really solid for a solo game. All the characters were animated, and the UI and health bars were clear and unintrusive. I really liked that all the attacks showed an area of effect when they hit so you knew what to avoid.
You injected a lot of small pieces of humor throughout, to great effect. The snage lasers in particular were hilarious and unexpected.
I do think the basic attack was a bit slow to start. It didn't matter too much, since you continued to get upgrades throughout the run, but in the early phases in particular the basic attack was almost useless compared to the axe tornado and a lot harder to time and position such that you wouldn't immediately be hit back. The anime punch was super cool looking, but also a bit slow for the animation, especially since you need to do it several times to take down the boss.
The music and sound effects were simple but effective, and worked together well. There were a couple things that would have been nice to have sound effects for (such as the slime's attack) but you definitely got all the important ones.
Overall really solid for a solo jam entry, plays well and has a lot of character.

Great little game, the art and the animations are incredible smooth for a COMPO entry, the gameplay is quite chaotic but fun. Congratulations.
This is such a fun little game! It's a hot mess of chaos in all the best ways - from silly humor in the pretense and dialogue to the absurd heft of some of these attacks (especially the ultimate ability, which has a super fun animation)
The audio is simple, definitely does the job, though as others have noted there are definitely some effects you could add as well.
The screenshake is absurd as well, and I actually don't really mind it - I think it fits the vibe of the game well. Overall, this is a solid entry! Well done!
The style and audio are very good, and the game feels great! I did find myself getting stuck on enemies often, and screen shake sometimes made it quite chaotic to control. but otherwise very nice work
I won. Yay! It got a bit hectic in parts and I couldn't quite tell what was going on at those bits. But it was pretty intuitive for the most part. I like the art style a lot. The Liches head wiggle had me chuckling.

The graphics are nice, but the gameplay is quite confusing. It would be better to be able to walk using the arrow keys or WASD instead of the mouse. After the first enemy defeated, many came at once, there should be a more balanced difficulty curve. Nor could I say how appropriate it is to the theme.
Nice work! Getting a power-up every 10 seconds was a simple take on the theme, but it honestly might be one of my favorites. It was a great way to balance an otherwise seemingly unfair game. One minor complaint is that I think things might have been cut off a bit on my screen. Oh, and I also really liked the humor and sound. Well done
Hilarious opening with more energy and sound than I expected! The game was brief, and I was surprised the camera didn't move with me to explore some, but I had fun in that time. Very player friendly, letting us respawn mid bossfight multiple times.

I really liked the animation style, and the camera effects were really nice (especially the ultimate ability), although some of the effects could have been sped up a bit. The enemy with the separate head was also a really neat concept. Overall a very silly but fun entry!

Okay this was incredibly fun, I had a great time playing this! I'm really impressed with the technical work that's put into this, it is a huge amount of stuff to accomplish in 3 days. Excellent job with the AI and I think the idea of the enemy attacks coming out in a special shape is a stroke of genius, it matches really well with what attack they're about to do. I'm actually pretty glad you made the game very forgiving and let us resurrect because I actually died a couple of times. I really love the cinematic deathblow animation as well! Great job, and thank you for the game!
really love the gameplay loop in this game, it feels polished and well designed, the enemies have a really nice variation and the boss fight was enjoyable, the art style and music work pretty well together which is really cool. also you deserve a lot of credits for not restarting the whole game after the player dies, I feel like jam games should do this more often. great work!
Hey, really solid game! Made it to the end, and it felt like a decent challenge, not to easy, not to brutal. Good graphics, music, and sound as well. Awesome work!
