The graphics are amazing! I had fun playing this game and I have a terrible memory!
The graphics looked really nice and the sound was nice too! However I missed some depth in the game
Amazing graphics and polish! The game is just a nicer version of Simon Says but I could see this being a fun distraction on mobile. I had fun playing this.
Nice graphics but a very simple and repetitive memory game.
It already looks like a decent mobile game. Great work.
Nice graphics and sounds ! I did 18 to the score. I think I had good memory but the time to find the good icons is very short. Well done overall :)
@mikadoh Thanks for playing. I didn't made it as a version of Simon Says but it is what it is hehe.
@scraggle I don't think it's really that simple but thanks for playing anyway!
@toxs1ck thanks! I will use it as a mobile game for sure
@karreg thanks a lot! 18 is a pretty good score, my record is 30. Maybe you're right, the time to choose options could be a little longer.
haha yeah my brain is way too fried from so many late nights to do the memory thing. Love the vibe of this game, feels like a really good mobile game like others have mentioned. Great job a very polished submission!
@letterafterz hehe I can relate with the late nights thing. Thanks for playing and comment!
Don't have any complains! You made all alone or with a team?
@gabriel-dias-oliveira-de-almeida Thanks for your nice comment! I did it all by myself except for the sounds and music :)
Nice and straightforward. Great graphics and seems very iOS-ish (maybe this would be a hit with the casual phone gamers too?:D)
Good job, it's short, easy to understand and fun! It feels so polished for it be out of a gamejam!
@cyberfrank Thanks for the review! It will be a mobile game soon.
I love the art and the designe of the game. Is a fun game
Nice graphics, nice and fun gameplay, I like it so much! simple and imersive! good job dudes!
Outstanding presentation. Wow.
I guess my memory is worse than i thought haha! It was a very fun memory game. Great job!
@gzzmike Thanks for playing and reviewing!
@castrolol Thanks for your kind review.
Great game! Was fun to try it out, also cool graphics!
Good art, I like how the Doctor looks lost in time x')
So far my favourite game of this jam. Easy to understand concept, snappy music, fun gameplay. This is just amazing, good work!
I just discovered that I have a terrible memory but the game was AWESOME. It fits the theme perfectly and the graphics are beutiful!! Nice little jam!
Really well done- the game is deceptively difficult! The graphics, music, animations, and sound effects were super polished and integrated together very smoothly. Can definitely see potential for different game modes, levels, etc. It would be interesting if more distractors were introduced to add variety to the gameplay. Overall great work!
Nice game, cool design and catchy music! I liked the smooth start and the increasing difficulty. I definitely have to train my memory!
@letterafterz Thanks! I keep the gameplay as simple as possible
@iodi thank you for playing!
@nekorio haha thanks! A little secret, the doctor is based on a real person.
@giordas I know, it's a challenge to keep in mind all these shapes and colors.
@pseudonclide Thanks for playing and for your comment!
@monninen Thanks! It has been a very busy weekend but a lot of fun too. Your comment means a lot for me!
@gardosj Thanks! Today (at work, but don“t tell that to my boss) I have been thinking about new levels and features. :)
Nice interpretation of the theme!
wow - really impressive! The game looks great, the audio sounds nice, the whole experience was smooth and simple. A really solid effort for this Jam - nicely done
Great game! Its amazing you did this over one weekend, I feel like this could go on the app store right now
@lintfordpickle thanks for playing! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
@jag thanks Jag! It has been a long weekend but it worth it!
Wow, really well polished. Nice theme interpretation btw.
@vladimir-smolin thank you for your review!
I cannot believe how beautiful this game is, and so on theme! I had a great time playing it, great job!
Really good game. I am impressed on how much you did in only three days. Good job!
Good concept! Impressive for the time frame, just wish there was a little more gameplay!
Very responsive input. Great artwork, good job!
Super nice graphics and slick gameplay! A great casual arcade game, well done
very good game!! easy and fun to play, awesome graphics !
Good game with nice graphics!
I liked your game my congratulations, I also did one if you want to know, and give me your feedback I am very grateful, this is the link https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/47/resurrection
@sophiemae0 thanks for your comment! it means a lot from someone who has such amazing art on her game.
@nachodlv thanks for playing! It had been a busy weekend but it worth it.
@tarvisplays thanks! I'm working on some new gameplay for the 2.0 version
@crazi456 thanks for your nice review!
@shortbread Thanks! I made it with that on mind
@sashamils thanks for playing and reviewing!
@melvinng thanks for your nice comment!
@etrealjunior thanks for comment. I already played, rated and commented your game ;)
Great and fun game, really good job. The music and graphics are amazing :)
Wow looks amazing, mobile ready and intuitive. Good work!
Despite its simplicity the graphics really helped me find myself enjoying the game more than I thought I would haha. You should be proud of what you've achieved :D
Amazingly done. Gets you easily into the game loop playing many times!
Very well made game for Ludum Dare. Seems simple at first, but gets very intense later on.
Loved the sfx and the art work, really fun game I would download the mobile version and play it when I'm doing nothing.
(Now I know more that my memory sucks)
Nice game, I don't know if you designed an end, I played it quite a long time ^^ Nice graphics, the beginning could be slower for players to be able to enjoy the background, then faster like now, and with more polish, extra difficulties with more combinations ! Anyway, clean and great job for a jam :)
@eldelhas thanks for your feedback. I will remember it on version 2.0!
Good job, this is impressive! And as a solo development? Damn! It's a simple mechanic that's given a couple of layers of complexity through a larger number of symbols to choose from, and their variety. It reminds me of card games such as Set and Jungle speed with that familiar anxiety to juggle all that confusing information in your head against a time limit. I would have liked to see some more depth through iteration over the core mechanic, or an ending (is there one? I think I reached level 15). In any case, impressive work!
@eden-shazar Thank you for take the time to write a feedback. Yes, I did it alone, code and designs, it was a lot of work hehe. Your comment means a lot for me. I'm working on a extended version with more features and an ending (it doesn't have one currently, my record is level 30)
Simple yet challenging! And very polished in every aspects too. ^_^
Really Well done! I love the Artstyle, the premise and the music  I am really bad at memorizing anything, but I really enjoyed your game!
Very polished, especially if you said you did it by yourself! I reached level 20 and it becomes a bit too hard. In any case, really good job, it's impressive!
Top-notch music and sound! Clean graphics, and gameplay matched the theme. I reached a score of just 12 as I am pretty bad at memorising these sorts of things. Would be a fun mobile game, good job!
I thought this time loop was great fun, great graphics and music perfectly matching the game
Everything about this game is really polished, and fits to gether great! The gameplay is a little simple. I've never enjoyed simon says particularly, but Incredible polish nonetheless!
Nice, polished game. Gameplay doesn't have much depth or variety - I would have preferred something to change up the pacing instead of just increasing difficulty, but I think that's probably asking a lot for a jam entry. The visuals are super, very nicely done, and the sound track flows well with the game. Is it possible to save the good professor?
@twobitmatt thank you for playing! I'm working on a new version with some new features, including a happy ending for Doctor Simon, hehe.
The game doesn't start :(( and crashes in the splashscreen
@arad-hamidsamiee it's an online game, maybe check your connection or try in other device. It works fine for me (and a lot of people is playing it)
The game looks extremely nice and polished. But the gameplay is very repetetive, I think it'll be more fun to play if the tasks, you have to do in order to break the loop, would change (not just memorizing symbols, but for instance some easy puzzle or something like that). But I understand you didn't have time to add more mechanics because you did it all by yourself. Overall, if you add some new features it'll be a great mobile game.
I'm super bad with memory games hahaha the game looks super polished and super well done. I really like it, it is like a product that is ready to be released so congratulations mate!
Maybe if you put more mini games rather than just memory it can be even better (for the future I mean), but that's just my opinion hehehehe.
Again awesome work for the Ludum, you deserve a solid 10/10!
Great job, love the aesthetic and theme!
Super polished game and i had fun playing! I think overall the difficulty ramp up could have been a bit slower and I found that the positions being randomized after every level frustrating given the time limit.
Super polished game with a fun art style and really clean, user friendly UI. This is a great spin on the "Simon Says" game mechanic and I love the story to it. The music suits the game perfectly, too.
Unfortunately, it proved to me just how bad my memory is but that's the only criticism I have.
Really impressive work!
The visuals and the music are great. The mechanic is simple but well executed. You can quickly understand what you have to do. Nice entry!
Really polished game, but I think the gameplay is really hit or miss here, people with a thing for a memory games will be very pleased, others not so much, because there's not much more to it. Is there a highscore table? Or is there an end game screen?
But it is clear that you know your craft, it is really polished, smooth, bugfree experience of very high quality!
nice, this game looks realy well made. im not that fan of memorizing games, but gg. for those that like these kind of games should enjoy this aswell.
Pretty damn nice! I don't think I can beat this, my memory ability seems to not be too great
Screenshot 2020-10-09 at 16.17.55.png
Very nice amount of polish here. And overall pleasant looking and cohesive visuals. Everything was nicely animated too. Music was very nice too, the clicking sound started to get a bit old and it was too loud in comparison.
The gameplay was rather simple but worked for what it is. The difficulty curve could have been quit a bit steeper in my opinion at least. Now it took quite some while to increase and it really makes it harder to go for another try after a failed attempt. A more quicker games would leave space for more motivation to try again.
Basic game loop starts getting quite repetitive too and the scoring is fairly uninteresting being so linear. Spicing he gameplay up with stuff like powerups could easily give the game more longevity. Could have stuff like "free pass, 50/50 stolen straight out of who wants to be a millionaire or more thinking time. Would be easy to come up with a bunch of them. And these could even be bought/earned between rounds to give like an overall progression thing.
The scoring could be quite easily improved with multiplier system where multiplier could be for example increased every time you pass a level without a single missed input. That would make the scoring more interesting, varied and skill based. Not just being based on a single thing (getting as far as possible) but two (getting as far as possible as cleanly as possible).
Anyways, awesome job!
It looks like an interesting arcade game. I really liked the concept developed. The memory factor delivers a cool mechanic, which can be a great time-saver. Keep working on this project. Good job.
As per others' comments - this would probably work really well as a mobile game in some markets! Good work on the visuals
@antti-haavikko Thank you for taking the time of writing such a long review. I really appreciate it. It's true the mechanics are repetitive, I wanted to keep the concept as simple as possible for the jam. I'm working in a new version with more features like special clues that change in the last moment, bonus, special loops and things like that. Your idea of a multiplier for solving loops in a row is great and I'll use it for sure!
@flying-basement-studios Thanks for playing and giving feedback. I'm working in a new version less repetitive with new features and staff, but I wanted to keep the concept as simple as possible for the Jam.
@theepsi Thanks! I want to upload a new, more complete, version of this to the Play Store at some point of this month :)
@eugenik Thank you for playing and reviewing!
@darthone Thanks for playing! The difficulty curve and the time for answering are two points I have to improve for sure!
@rolly Thank you for playing and for your nice comment.
@honey @lombax Thanks for playing and commenting, it's really a matter of taste, if you don't like memory games, you probably won't play it twice.
@vphyre Thank you for playing and giving feedback!
@erikiene Thanks for playing! I made it with the mobile game idea in my mind.
Your game challenges well the memory! :D
Here are my feedback:
_Positive points - Great art style - Clever usage of the theme - Good mechanic between reflex and memory skills - Cool sound design
_Negative points - Black strips on the sides
Overall: Nice work!
Stressful mechanic but fun to play. Need a break (like levels, or after a certain combo) to improve the positive feedback
I liked the difficulty progression, how the game starts simple and then later it throws lots of similar shapes :)
(my high score was 25)
@wendel-scardua Thank you for playing! 25 is a really high score, my personal record is 30!
I was most impressed by the animation and transitions. So niice. Art, audio and lore super cool too.
First try :p

A really fun entry, as (and even more) polished than many mobile games. The graphics and audio are great, et the gameplay is very responsive. I liked it a lot!
Ok I finally got it to work, Pretty light game for all that content, Cool textures, smooth play, nice audio effects, good font. Fun polished game.
Man, it's stressful, and so fun to play. I really like everything about this game. Well done. I looks very professional. Will definitely play again to raise my poor score.
Nicely done. Cheers.
Simple and addictive gameplay, beautiful graphics and catchy melody)
very competent and polished looking game! Made it to level 20, as it gets progressively harder to memorize all those patterns :D Well done!
Wow! This looks like a polished mobile game! Congrats! The trouble I had with playing it is giving the shapes names in my head, like sometimes I said "steering wheel", sometimes I said "gear thingy", and sometimes I said "spinny thingy". I guess it's a memory game and that's pretty much intentional. Again the graphics, the audio, and the minimal dialog just sell this so well. Congrats!
+animations and graphics stand out nicely!
+the experience is cohesive and nice
+sound works and the take on theme is a classic!
-It was pretty difficult. I think I never got to the twist?
A solid jam game that is well constructed, great job!
Wow I feel like I have just had a proper good workout. Simple game well executed. Played great, looked great, sounded great. What more is there to say?
The artstyle looks great, and the gameplay is very polished! Thought it's kinda difficult at first, but once you understand the mechanic, it's a very interesting experience.
Great graphics and a fun twist on Simon Says. Just a quick suggestion, let players use the numpad to enter commands.
This is a fun and addicting game, the sfx are cool, the art is cool, this game should be on mobile it's supeeer addicting
Interesting, super hectic and stressful take on memory games :p I like adding a time limit to "smart" games for a little bit of extra challenge.
It had me playing for quite a few levels.
At some point I got exhausted and had to surrender :joy: I wonder though, can you beat the game? I didn't really understand the bar or numbers at the top. But it definitely got more and more difficult over time.
Good job!
Super fun game! I love the idea. I would totally love to be have more complex levels. To be honest, I could see myself playing this on my phone to pass the time.
WOW...Congrats! Everything is so well finished...I start to worry about my lack of memory...
Great graphics and really well polished. I could have done with a bit more gameplay, but for a jam this is an impressive entry. The difficulty curve was pretty good, with the icons getting more and more similar. Very nice.
An awesome mobile game! Man my memory sucks
The game is fun to play, but there isn't much gameplay and I agree that if it had an ending, the overall experience would be a better. The music feels a little too simple to me. I like the sound design, but it could use some postprocessing, I feel. Outstanding graphics, I love all of it!
I've tried your game on PC and android, the mobile experience feels better. I've been able to cheat easily on android though: if you switch to see what apps are open, the browser pauses and the last screen is still visible. You can easily pause, write stuff down and then resume knowing the right answer. I'm unsure, if this is possible to fix on mobile browsers, or if it's even your intention to (you could release the app as a standalone), I just want to bring this to your attention.
What an incredible level of polish, from start to finish it plays like a complete title. The gameplay is simple, but it's paced so well - just enough time to memorize, good ramping up of difficulty. Really amazing level of work in just a weekend!
Percetly match theme.Perfect audio, sounds is very good.State of the art, it is what discribe that graphics. You game is pretty fun, so please make it more next time.Overall your game is good, good job.
@tino thank you for playing! 21 is a lot for the first play! My record is 30 :)
@eusekerci Thank you for playing and reviewing. I'm working in a bonus stage for the 2.0 version
@frigow Thanks for playing! I'll let you now in the feed when I finish the app version for stores :)
@hakro Thanks for the kind review! I hope you play the complete version when is finished, I'm adding some interesting features.
@tory Thank you for playing and commenting!
@trexxak Thanks for playing! 20 is a very good score actually
@arron-fowler Thanks for your review! It means a lot for me.
@doctorhummer Thank you for playing and reviewing!
@super-hadoken Thanks for playing! The game is designed for mobile devices but I'll consider making a keyboard version.
@mkraw Thanks for playing and reviewing! I'm working in a mobile app already :)
@msiddeek Thanks for playing and reviewing! I laughed a lot with your comment. It's a pain in the ass naming all these figures in your head.
@joleon Thanks for playing! The JAM version has no ending, you only can improve your score (the numbers on the top are for that). I'm working in a new version with and end, more features and a better score system.
@nareh Thanks! I count with you when I finish the app version ;)
@danielblanco3d Thank you for playing and reviewing!
@garys Thanks for playing! I'm working in a version with more gameplay
@fronwewq Thanks for playing and for your kind review!
@hadik Thanks for playing!
@sprotex Thanks for playing and reviewing! Specially for taking the time to test the game in different devices. I'm making a complete version, with more features, bonus, an ending and other things. The idea is upload it as an app to the Play Store, so I should probably check the Android cheat at some point.
The game is quite polished and love the look and feel of the game! The artwork is amazing! Had fun playing this one! A nice memory based arcade game.
It feels really polished. Graphics and animations are great and the setup is just the right amount of ridiculous  The gameplay is very simple but I liked the memory element.
Would be great if it would be possible to save the poor doc! And maybe it would be nice to be able to "unclick" the chosen pictogram. I once misclicked and really wished I could undo my mistake.
You say in the description that it is "modern version of Simon Says" but I didn't really see the connection here. Maybe I missed something?
@fabula-rasa Thanks for playing and reviewing! The complete version will have an ending with the Doctor coming back home. About the possibility of unselect a selected button, it's interesting, thanks for the suggestion. I wasn't thinking about a modern Simon Says when I made the game, but some users described like that so I included it on the description. I guess it's similiar because you have to memorize a combination and repeat it. Curious fact: the doctor's name is Simon but not because the classic game, it's a tribute to a spanish famous doctor.
Holy, audio and visual are soo fucking good... i felt like i am playing released mobile game. The gameplay was simple but it worked. Maybe i wouldn't play it for hours but few minutes a day on my phone? why not. Great entry!
I really liked the game! I haven't rated a memory game yet, it is on the theme its fun. Great job!
Gosh, so stuck in this game! I want this on my phone :D Great job, dude, five stars!
Nice entry! Very polished game and well presented! I liked the art! Good job!
While the concept is not new, it is a fun approach to it. Really well executed, it felt like a finished game!
Well done! This looks and feels like a very polished and professional product already. The art and style are especially great! Kudos to the designer. The music and sound design is great as well to top off the already great game. The theme was obviously tackled, but not in a significant way (we didn't really either). The game play itself is, of course, nothing new or innovative but was implemented perfectly and on point. Everything around it feels very intuitive and the inclusion of the little introductory section with the tutorial dialog was a nice touch. This genre isn't really my cup of tea because such games stress me a lot :D I don't know if there's an ending or not but I played for a little while to (hopefully) see everything this game has to offer.
Congrats on a great entry!
This could easily be published to the AppStore as is. Great!
This uplift my mood after morning. Even though my brain was not ready for such a game I did enjoy it! It matches the theme, has nice graphic, sounds are ok, idea is simple yet fun.
Perfect work. :)
Funny game, it's very polished, it would be a really nice mobile game. Nice graphics and audio. Really liked the tutorial dialogs. Great entry!
Might be the best art and sound I've seen so far. Gameplay seems a bit simple at first, but get's hard quick (or I have very bad memory...)
That was great! Very polished with simple but challenging gameplay. I was doing pretty good until I reached level 18 and the game started throwing 4 symbols at me. I really can't think of anything to criticize here, except maybe that memory games are hard! Nice work!!!
btw: if/when you release this for iOS, @ me here and I'd be happy to check it out.
Really well done game. Great graphics. Great gameplay. Great game. Good job!
