Nice game,style to funny
Nice,funny game
Had fun playing! It feels like enemy bullets are a little bit too small, but it's just my thoughts
this is a super fun concept, i really enyojed it, sadly the bug that does not let you progress past stage two, did not let me pass, also sometimes it felt like i didnt hit enemies that i should have hit. But the Graphics are super nice and as i said i think the concept has a lot of potential.
Very fun entry, the game mechanics are really original. The only thing I'd change to make it perfect would be to not have to wait the 10s after shooting all bullets
Good game and a great idea, the art is really nice but it still needs a little bit of a polish since it is a little buggy.
Great and funny game! The graphics are nice, and the music is pleasing. I enjoyed playing it.
The game looks, sounds and feels very good! I love the effects that apply when time stops, they definitely sell the "It's payback time" feeling after having mercilessly been showered with bullets, lol. It is a bit too short, but I had a great time! The idea of a clock based bullet hell has a very good potential for a full game!
Neat game! Good job! Wish it was longer and see how I fare against a larger number of enemies
Very, very, very beautyfull game. Suddenly i'm addicted. good job!
Graphics look nice. Unfortunately I wasn't able to play the game after intro. The character wouldn't move or if it did - just slightly to a direction.
@coderaurus hi there! we're so sorry to hear about that, so we wanted to ask if you were using a controller, since unfortunately it's not supported as of right now. please let us know so we can help & learn what the problem was to try and fix it. thank you for downloading and trying to play though 💜 much appreciated
@figadei Controller is plugged in but not in use. Just mouse and keyboard.
@everyone thank you so much for your ratings and your comments!!! we're glad you've enjoyed our silly little game and we're working hard to bug fix and making everything work properly (especially to have more waves actually appear)! have a great jam everybody 💜
@thorpalsson thank you for the feedback! we absolutely need to work more on it (and we're trying our best), but we hope you enjoyed it nevertheless 💜
@coderaurus (one of the programmers here): that might have been the issue actually, try plugging out the controller just in case; that might fix it. We were working on controller support but couldn't get it working in time unfortunately, definitely coming in a future update tho~
Loved everything in this game !
Very good game. Fun to play, amazing art, fit the theme. I have nothing bad to say except sometimes I didn't know why I failed the hit
This was really cool - I couldn't get past wave 2 . Really loved the art style! 007.jpg
@gonzalol Thank you so much! We're trying to fix the enemy hit detections in the coming days~
@johnnysix Really glad you enjoyed it! We'll push our first update tomorrow which will have a functioning respawn and pause menu, so that you'll have an easier time retrying wave 2 without softlocking etc
Okay, got it working. Had to plug out the controller.
Game is pretty cool. Pretty short and I would've liked few more levels and maybe some variance in enemies. I like the graphics and the fact you change music for the rewind is a nice touch of detail. I'm not sure how to feel about collision and health. It kind of felt either the player or bullet colliders were too big and I took damage in a situation where I'd say I was dodging. I also assumed the health would drop by one bar but instead it was reduced by two.
I'm not exactly sure of all the conditions, but if you play around the menu you are able to break the game state and move the character - even after the game is done.
Well done!
@coderaurus thank you so much for playing and for all your feedback! There actually are more enemy types implemented and working but they're all supposed to spawn after wave two (which right now has a bug that ends the game right there instead of moving to the third wave). So we're trying to fix it for the coming days. The health bar feedback is especially appreciated, we'll probably reduce enemy damage to 1. Menu's have already been fixed in the bugfixing update that we'll push today~
The game is fun. Some sort of hit feedback would be great. When i shoot enemies in the second wave, they do not respond and dont die. Without the hit feedback i dont know if i somehow missed or it just has more health than the enemies in the first wave. Nevertheless very good game, would love to see it fleshed out :) Keep it up!
The art looks polished, the sound design fits well. The gameplay is fun and I love the fact that the timer refills when time stops. One thing that was a bit odd is the hit boxes of the enemies seem to be very small, the last enemy didnt die after 2 freezes directly shooting at it. All in all, very nice game
@phoenixofforce @steamdr4gon Thank you so much for playing and for your feedback! We're working on improving hit detection for enemies so that your shots are more consistent for an update in the near future~
I don't usually play bullet hell games, but I had a good time playing this. I enjoyed the overall feeling of the game. Good work! -Peter
@studiocherno thank you so much! and thanks for playing it on stream, we had fun watching it 💜
Really cool time-combat mechanic, fun game. Looks great too. Limited amount of content (waves/enemies) aside, its a solid game :)
I won:

Aww man, I had hoped to play more! An interesting take on the bullet hell genre. Good graphics and amazing music. Seriously, where can I find more by this composer? An idea: Randomize the position of the reload-bullet. That way you're forced to walk around more, instead of always being in that upper area. Unfortunate that there weren't many waves, but good job either way!
Hi @Sheepolution, i'm the composer, Decadentia. Thank you very much for the feedback, really glad you liked it! You can find me on almost all streaming services by searching Decadentia or you can go to my bandcamp https://decadentia.bandcamp.com/music where i upload more content and also where 'im going to upload the ost of DingDongDie when i finish it.
5/5. It's a super cool idea that the 10 sec theme matches the bullet time. The art is cute and the music is so mood.
Super cute art! And very nice animations on the main character.
When time pauses, it tends to be very hard to find a path between the bullets (to not get hurt). Maybe it's intentional. I think it also would be more fun if we could see the result of our bullet placing when the time unpauses - maybe some zoom out scene showing you the bullets flying before we return to normal control. Right now, you most likely won't see the results of your actions. I really like this concept - it's unique and fun.
PS. I got a bug when I just spawned sort of dead (in "dead" animation) - I could still move around and place bullets. I also got another bug when time pausing didn't really pause enemies.

Great interpretation of the theme. I also really like the pixel art, it's cute, simple, and the colors read well. One thing I might change if you were to take it further is change the text box at the bottom to some kind of text that comes up on screen and doesn't take control away from you, I thought my controls weren't working at first until I noticed the text box at the bottom. But I mean take that with a grain of salt since I'm not very observant lol
@fabula-rasa thanks for playing and for the feedback!
Firstly the showing of the bulletshots is a problem we've been trying to figure out since the beginnig so thank you for the zoom out scene suggestion, we might see if it fits, if it doesn't disrupt the gameplay it might be a nice idea!
As for the bug, might I ask which version did you play? We thought we fixed the bug by fixing the pause/reload menus overlapping but if you palyed a newer version we'll have to look into it again.
Thanks again for playing and commenting!
I enjoyed this little game a lot - really beautiful pixel art, very smooth controls, good humour and the split between evading and attacking was a nice take. I'd have loved to have played more, and I mean that not as a critique (I know how hard the time restraints are!) but as a compliment, because I was having fun!
@alex-de-la-cour Thank you so much, I'm glad you enjoyed our game! We're really excited to keep working on it after the jam so it's nice to know that people want to play!
@fabula-rasa I was indeed playing the original submission (for the rating purposes). So you probably squashed the bug :)
@fabula-rasa Nice! Thanks again for playing and rating!:)
I just completed this game! Really cool and stylish mechanic, with nice graphics and music too! Maybe it will be easier to dodge the bullet if the bullet's size is larger, and slower the spawn rate.
that was cool, at first I thought the game had a bug because it couldn't be played, then I noticed a small box at the bottom and when I unclicked it the real ride started... quite a great feeling to shoot and then wait to see what happens.
GIEF MOAR WAVES! The game is very cool. Keep up the good work!
Beautiful submission! The artwork and effects really sold it. I also really loved the bullet-hell + freeze time gameplay. Being able to place bullets (rather than just shoot indiscriminately) was a lot of fun.
Like some others have said, starting the introduction wasn't the most obvious. I tried moving around and clicking the screen before noticing the button in the bottom right. Maybe making the dialogue a little more centered, or allowing click anywhere to proceed? Just a suggestion. Like I said, this was a whole lot of fun and I would have kept playing!
