I like the spin on bullet hells where you can tank one type of bullet at a time. It helps a lot at times but also backfires at times when youre just about to swich colors. Very fun and frustrating at the same time haha

I thought controls were pretty smooth and the idea of keeping an eye on the upcoming color change was great.

As a fan of bullet hell, i was really glad to play this game. Great idea, but visuals needs a lot of polishing. Most of all I think this game is missing a feeling of an impact of damaging an enemy or when player receives damage, it's not clear in the intense moments if you take a hit or not.

There's a strong design choice here and some solid gameplay.

I think there's a bug in the bullet audio, as it only seems to be in the left channel.

I really liked the concept, and the design was interesting. I had a bit of a hard time figuring out when I'm safe, but that's ok! Never played a bullet hell with such a interesting twist!

@settings we were actually hoping to make it easier to keep track of the timers, but we didn't make it in time. i'm glad the twist ended up being interesting though.

An interesting concept. I liked some of the bullet patterns. I found it very difficult to see the bullets in many cases because they are so similar in color to the background. A bit clearer feedback on when you're taking damage and you're not might help! Also I tried shooting the enemies but it didn't seem to do anything? maybe I was missing something.

@riptidestudio Thanks for the feedback! The visuals were a bit of a "last-minute" resort, we didn't have time to polish them so we ended up with something a bit mediocre. The lack of feedback and impact and the audio bugs were, much like the graphics, a result of having too little time to polish things up.

@walaber indeed, enemies have quite a bit of health, this was because if it were easy to kill them then the game would of become a bit too easy, so we preferred to have it be a bit too difficult since it seemed like our best option.

Nice bullet patterns, and the color changing mechanic is quite interesting too! I think it will be easier if the size of player is smaller, and adding some outline to the bullet sprite will make it more obvious. My high score is 199062.

The color changing mechanic is neat. The mechanics and feel are all there but a lot of things just are not telegraphed or explained to the player well. Definitely a good entry could use some work on telegraphing and some better explanations of how to play. The switching should also have a better indicator.

I agree, very interesting bullet patterns. I wish you could retry the last pattern where you died, so you don't have to start from the beginning every time. It definitely has addiction potential.

The bullet patterns were very nice and didn't feel unfair. Sometimes the color changes would make it really hard to see the bullets and overall strained my eyes a bit. Not really a factor on the gameplay but the shooting sound is kind of ear piercing. Overall its a good, fun entry.

Beautiful game, very artistic design. Some thoughts: - It take me a bit to understand how the 'halo' works, but I like the concept a lot
