Minor point for me, let's start by that would be that I would have loved to see the fxs be as pixel as the rest, have some form of unity. But that's it, other than that it's a very very solid entry, both on execution and content, congrats !

Super great idea and what a nice look ! Golf + exploration + a bit of exploration is a win for me. Only point for me was maybe music a bit too strong, but that's because I would have love to enjoy more grass footsteps and golf ball sounds :)

As has been said, I would have preferred more content over a level editor, this would have leave also a bit more time to polish the presentation. As Dahut said, I had the same impression with some pixel perfect jumps, I would also like to be able to have just one time the double jump animation when you get it to let the game flow a bit better. Other than it nice mood especially in full screen and such a cool jump sound :p

If I had to point something, if for example you were to work more on it, would be to up the juice with effects, graphics, etc I'm pretty sure with this players would be in a good flow state and crave for more

Agreeing with has been said. Good potential and of course always nice to see some gameboy palette, but it could use some skip phase feature and a bit faster progression. But that's for the impatient part of me. There might be bug on the coins ? I had one but it was showing 0 on screen

Aaah it's a tough one, because I love the idea, the visuals, the fact it's a small metroidvania but unfortunately it became too frustrating for me. Just QOL things that would make it more enjoyable (to my point of view of course). Sometimes it's really so so close and not triggering the checkpoints, it felt tedious to hit the restart button everytime and how did I wish I was able to restart on demand when I knew I failed. But this still got me for a while trying to beat it, and I liked the sense of discovery/surprises

Had some good fun, done it in 2m50 ! Let's go for the speedruns guys ! Good concept and graphics, loving the contrast between the death mood and the nice and cute atmosphere, really making it cozy of some sort. Only little point for me would that some jumps were a bit too pixel perfect for me, maybe the metrics of the jump are a bit too tied to the grid. But otherwise a solid entry, keep it up guys

I like the idea a lot ! Too bad the redlight completely blocks you in my opinion, maybe it would have been cool that instead they immediately attract the cops or something like that. Giving a bit of option to play, either be stealth of agressive with a more dynamic gameplay But still a very nice project, good music, nice colors too really like that soothing look, good job !

I didn't quite understand the winning condition at first but it wall still fun and challenging even though the "punishing" bonus was not a fun surprise :p Good job on making a platformer in SDL too !
