lavendaggers 2022-10-03 20:02

The start text looped a million times and I have no idea what's going on, but I like that it said I won anyway so overall cool

Looks fun but crashed my browser :( (Chrome version 105.0.5195.125)

I really like this game, nice mechanics and music! The final counting animation can dizzy you a bit, hehe. Good job!

@lavendaggers that sounds like a bug! try refreshing the page and trying again if you like to play the game!

@katboo are you on Mac? please try playing the embeded version on top of this page with Firefox. Sorry about that: it seems to be a current limit of a 3D Godot game web export and Mac.

Builder game! nice try in the game jam. I am a big fans of RTS. But I don't know it is a bug or not the ai start building using my tile lol. Screenshot 2022-10-07 103937.jpg

Nature wins, everybody wins, nice! I really liked this game! It was very polished from start to end. There are so many great things about this game! Graphics are great, audio is great, the gameplay is very innovative, the score counting was really fun! The only thing I would critizise is that the game mechanics seemed pretty complicated at first. I had trouble understanding what was happening even though I won.

Very interesting how you used the theme and concept created behind the board. Good job! I didn't quite understand how some pieces connected, but overall I found it quite challenging. Congrats!

Industry wins again! Its a nice and relaxing game :)

Really pretty and polised! Despite reading the description I don't quite understand what's going on. Which tiles are mine? I forget after placing. Who's winning? What is the green top bar for?

zachary-shah 2022-10-08 15:50

Super polished project. I feel like my first 2 matches were just kind of guesses as to what was going on, but pretty soon I got it. Really nice puzzle game. From screenshots I see the industry is supposed to place more factories, however, maybe through a bug, the industry placed tress for me. This resulted in me winning most of the time. I also almost never used the rotation tool, but definitely a cool mechanic. In a post jam I think the only thing this game needs would be a tutorial. Nice entry!

I did it! I admit I didn't full understand how some pieces connected at times, and my controls occasionally got messed up (dragging the camera instead of dragging a tile), but I still had a fun time. Nice job!

Fantastic art style, simplistic and polished! Interesting puzzle game, and impressive with an AI opponent.

Loved the counting feature at the end of the game but didn't really understand on what grounds me or the opponent won. Maybe something like showing the points/standing for every highlighted green/red tile.

It would have been nice to try a click-to-select then click-to-place approach. For me, the drag-dropping didn't work perfectly, sometimes misplacing tiles.

Great job overall!

Very good at getting industry to win, am I the problem in todays society ? Enjoyable and relaxing title, clean artstyle and felt quite polished for a jam game. Great job!

maxkyckling 2022-10-09 16:34

Very relaxing game. Nice visuals and good audio. Good job!

twowolf 2022-10-10 04:46

Was a very fun relaxing game. I always like the nature vs industry theme, I know it's objectively kinda cliche, but I personally prefer its mood. I admit I didn't really have to know the rules to win twice, but honestly I don't think it really matters when I could have a fun experience. I also know how much care you'd have to put into programming tile logic and AI. Good job!

gonzalol 2022-10-10 09:09

I love the 'place tiles' games, very interesting theme with the industry Vs. nature fight. Some thoughts: - It will be great to allow you to spin the tiles with the mouse wheel or right click - I had some issues understanding how the influence of each team works.

misfire-dev 2022-10-10 15:06

Very complete puzzle game, the 10 secs theme is utilised really well and while I didn't fully grasp the instructions its still fun to build paths of trees between me and industry.

eezabra 2022-10-12 04:30

The 3D visuals are super efficient and polished! LOVE how it feels in game! Although I'm not a coder but I really respect the PVE AI aspect of the game! Was fun ;D

desertmaw 2022-10-12 08:11

I like the simple design of the tiles. It was a bit confusing in the first round as I didn't really understand how to play. I almost won on my second try, but unfortunately the game crashed. I wish I could tell you why, but maybe it's just the newly embedded system.

Keep it up :)
