Nice game but some inventory spaces weren't very intuitive in their function.
Looks good but didn't feel in control of what was happening. My hero would auto attack, I couldn't use any of the items, and slowly just died.
while it's fun at first, it get's a bit repetitive after a while, still, good job!
I really like the minimalistic style, although I found stuff moving a bit too fast for me. The controls aren't entirely clear either, not sure if you can move your items around in your inventory or if they are stuck where you put them.
I like the concept, but I wish there was the capability to pause and move things around in your inventory. Also, I never figured out how health potions work - they don't seem to be automatically applied, and I can't figure out how to consume them.
Interesting idea, and nice work with the theme, but other than the really nice art, the game didn't do a lot for me. It just felt like I was watching someone else playing a game. The concept was sound, I just think I needed a little more control over what I was doing!
Graphics are great! I like the art style. It would be nice if the items impacted gameplay (being able to use the potion for health would definitely help). I think you should get rid of the countdown to collect the item since if you click it or wait it out the result is the same (although you may have been planning to let the player use items during that period to free space). Definitely something you should develop further after the jam. Good job!
I love the style of the graphics, the art and ui design is really well done! After getting the girl I always end up killed, I tried to scape monsters like the boom and troll, but at the end they kill me. In addition, I'm not sure of what can I do with the items I won. The stats don't seem to increase and I can't do anything to control the fight, only scape. If there was something I was missing tell me and I will play it again.
It looks like interesting concept, but I didn't get how to work with it. I can increase stats when I assign items to proper slots. But I didn't maange to use scrolls or potions or money. Looks like I'm missing something here and instructions might help.
A Balance686 said, I was really hoping I could strategically use that potion or scroll, it would definitely help in it seeming like I have some control over the game. Sorry if I just missed it and that's already possible! Besides that, really nice art!
