I like the minimalism in this game, it also controls very well. I find it weird that you are able to find the warp portal thingy even though you haven't bought the upgrade yet. I also think that it would be more fun if the prices of the stores were different depending on the type of planet you visit or depending on the level, just so you have more diversity in the game. now it's the same for every level. I did enjoy playing it though, cool concept and a fun graphics.

i don't really like this one, there is a lot of placeholder text on a lot of the items and i don't really like the idea. I can see how this relates with the theme but i don't think it uses it very creatively. I also really don't like the hole transgender thing. I'm not transphobic or anything but i just see it as a transgender, just because you can and it might seem funny (i don't know if that was the reason, just seems that way to me). Sorry man but the only plus point for me is the art.

I guess not every game can be for everyone. Still, good job on completing the jam!

I like it, it's very art heavy and i like that. The message might be a little bit too "in your face" for my liking and the game is a little simple but i still enjoyed seeing the planet decay (evil me) the only problem with this game (in my opinion) is that there is no real challenge for the player, it's mostly just waiting to build another building. (this might be what you meant to do but meh). Still, i enjoyed it.

it's a fun idea but i do have a few criticisms:

- it's a little irritating that the map shows up in front of the screen, it might've been a better idea to create a bit of a minimap or something in the bottom right corner or something. - When you turn yourelf in a certain way against the wall, you'll be able to drive through it. bug.png

@fractalsunrise thank you for the review, it really helps. My friend and I also weren't sure about the amount of fuel spent when turning so now we know we should increase it.

Also (I think that) the planet you saw outside of the crunch is the point where all planets go if they die... I asked Rik if this couldn't be avoided but he said it was most time effective, before the release, the point was located within the crunch so you would at times fly into a random invisible planet xD.

But anyway, i'm happy you liked it!

Yes we know that the fuel consumption is pretty high but my friend tried to shift some variables around and it became almost too easy, planets would spawn with lots of fuel and there would just be no challenge.

But anyway, glad you liked it!

@drikdrok @holdthabass it's supposed to be hard, we tried an easier version but you'd be able to find planets that spawned with enough people to make more than 100 fuel when you found them (basically an insta-win).

I don't really understand what this has to do with the theme but other than that, i think that it is fun and the graphics look fitting to the concept but i also think that there needs to be a little bit more of a "twist" to it. i mean that now people don't want to play over and over again because the only thing that happens is that you run out of bullets and die (every time). This could be solved by a win condition of some sort (but it's your game, idk).

Even though it looks very simple, you always feel a bit of stress as if you won't make it back in time with your collected wood, it kept my attention. I did have a problem with the fact that trees can spawn on top of your campfire, this can make for some irritating moments where you're trying to deposit your logs but can't cus there's a tree in the way (what a sentence) Anyway, i had fun and in the end, that's what counts. Good Job!

I like the idea but it doesn't really do anything new. it's just a space shooter, i'm not saying that it's bad, it works and plays as should be expected but i just don't feel like it's innovative enough. all the other things like music and graphics are good, but also very basic, but don't worry, you completed the compo and i like the concept, next time try to be a bit different/original ;)

I really really like this for some reason, i think the graphics are cute, i love the concept and i just kept playing, it has this addictive vibe to it where you just have to keep playing. there was a bug though where i woudl try to drag one of my colonists somewhere and they'd just dissapear, i also think that it's too hard to reach the 70% happines. but overall, great game!
