The highlight has to be the look of the game. The gameplay is interesting but a little too confusing, with controls that took some getting used to. It was an enjoyable game!

The highlight has to be the look of the game. The gameplay is interesting but a little too confusing, with controls that took some getting used to. It was an enjoyable game!
Wow, a really nice game! The music and art are amazingly well done and the gameplay is quite unique and challenging. The click to move controls, for me were quite difficult to use, but that's mostly down to personal preference. Other than that, you followed the theme well and the crowd control was interesting. Great work.
This had bean fun! Great job, it was funny, looked good and played well!
The game looks great and the clouded vision affect worked really well. Really enjoyed playing!
Simple, but actually really fun. I've got no complaints!
Fun idea, and a nice overall feel. The gameplay didn't really excite me, and it felt like a constant loosing battle. Nice work though.
Great take on the theme, and nice graphics! My main feedback would be to make the controls more responsive and easier to use (often I would find myself failing because it was almost impossible to direct my character at points). Also, normally I'd prefer to use WASD to move instead of the arrow keys, which forced be to use opposite hands than usual. That said, it just needs to be bit longer, and maybe a bit of music to make the game feel a little more alive. Great job though!
The game looks amazing, is fun and unique. It is really difficult but I wouldn't say that's a downside! My only issue would be that the theme didn't feel like it played into the game that much. I'm aware that the space was decreasing, but it never really screamed running out of space, but that's just me. Overall, with everything else, really great job!
Interesting idea, and nice work with the theme, but other than the really nice art, the game didn't do a lot for me. It just felt like I was watching someone else playing a game. The concept was sound, I just think I needed a little more control over what I was doing!
A fun, crazy game. The death screen made me chuckle and the music and art are great. Only wish it was longer!
A really great take on the theme! The audio totally did it for me. The only issue for me was just working out how to use the key.
Wow, it can be difficult avoiding all those people... and the game's pretty hard too! Its a fun idea and the speeding up heart beat was a nice touch. For me, I'd have just wanted a little more polish, like maybe some kind of background music (wouldn't need to be much), and something just to make it feel like the game was progressing over time (be it more people arriving or something similar), because towards the end it was feeling a little repetitive. That said, it was a fun game and a really cool idea, nice work!
Nice concept but turning the camera feels a little too clunky. The gameplay is pretty difficult, but in a fun way, and the physics are a really fun element. A pretty fun game, nice job!
Really interesting mechanic and a pretty funny game. My main issue was that the controls were a bit too fiddly and none of the levels I played through made the best use of the space. That being said it was good fun.
An interesting idea, it just feels like you didn't have enough time to finish it. Building the ship was fun, but when sailing around, I was fired at a couple of times, but I never saw another ship, so it really didn't feel like there was a lot to do. It might just have been my luck, but I'd definitely recommend making enemies more frequent and adding a few sound effects. That said, great idea, really unique and nice take on the theme!
Great job! A fun idea and some pretty frantic gameplay. Like people have said above, it just needs a little balancing and more levels!
The game looks great and has a nice idea behind it. Just needs some audio to add a little more polish. That said, really good job!
A fun little game, and it really makes you have to think! The tracks are a little difficult to place, but it's something you do get used to. Nice work!
Fun, quick, crazy, great job!
The game looks great and fits the theme really well. For me it was a bit too difficult on the first level, but then again, I might just not be very good!
Fun idea, and I was really enjoying the early grind. That said, some text explaining each upgrade would be nice when you hover over each one. The ending also felt very sudden. One second I had barely even met the enemy and the next he ran into my base and killed me. Interesting game despite that.
It's a really nice looking game, but the sword swing feels a little too subtle, sometimes I wasn't sure if I was even hitting the enemies, so a larger swing and a more obvious hit effect would be nice. Also just a small thing, but a quit button would be nice on the menu. Anyway, really great job!
Really neat take on the theme, and fun too! There were definitely some frantic moments. The only issue was that, for me, the dead skeletons were a little too tricky to push into the holes (I couldn't see a feasible way of doing so without dying). Great job!
Really great job! I love your take on the theme with the boss and the chaos of the gameplay. Most of the mechanics feel smooth and responsive and the music fits really well. For me, the graphics didn't do a lot (but at the end of the day, that doesn't matter much), and the dash felt a little too suicidal. That said, the slow mo effect completely won me over! Really, really cool.
Really great concept, it was just some of the finer details that I had issue with. For me, the sound of the moving objects was just a bit too much, which meant that I couldn't enjoy the game as much. That said, the music was fun and I actually started to enjoy the controls by the end of it, even though they were a little clunky. Most of all, the levels were fun and made you think, great stuff!
Well, first off, bonus points for the dancing guy and the guys sat on the roof! The graphics are fun and the music works, it's also a nice take on the theme. My only issue was that I initially struggled to find out where to go or what to do. Fun game!
@adonisdevs Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate it. I'm just glad the game did what it was meant to do!
@laytanl The difficulty is definitely one of those things I was planning on fine tuning, but it was just down to time really. I would like it to be a much more gradual thing, instead of staying at 0 for a while then hopping all the way up 100!
@teo-miklethun Saving isn't a bad idea, it'd also give me the ability to broaden the scope of the game. It would be a nice thing to have for sure!
@kiotikid Thanks! Glad the music went okay - it's not one of my stronger points!
@dk5000p I completely agree. Ideally, I wanted a number of different enemy variants that you would be able to spot and document, similarly to the plants. Anyway, thanks for the feedback!
@shinysteel @rvenson Thank you both for the feedback, it means a lot. More variety in the game would be great though!
@fakefirefly Thanks for the feedback! I was aware of the issue with the enemies and just didn't have enough time to change anything. Different enemy type and a bit more variety in what you're doing would also be nice.
@aterlamia That’s something I didn’t even consider, but definitely something I will in future. Thanks!
@ignf @stefan-jovanovic Thanks so much for the responses guys!
@alan-lu @cristihkj @runner-alien It's great that you enjoyed the game! I would definitely consider developing it further at some point.
@radical-dog The aliens are something that I'd like to improve! Unfortunately at the moment, spawn placement is randomised for the alien dens, meaning that some games start much more difficult than others. They do move too quickly and it would be nice if their speed, damage and size was relative to how far away from the base they spawned. Thanks anyway for the response!
I honestly couldn't stop playing! Really great fun!
Nice take on the Tetris style design. It felt layered without being too complex. My only feeling was that there just wasn't enough time to position the falling blocks, so a faster fall time would have been appreciated. Great job!
I'm just loving the simplicity of it all! It fits the theme, the gameplay is fun and it's all surprisingly difficult.
Fun graphics and an interesting game. Apart from the "ugly placeholder menu", this could easily beat a majority of mobile games. A really great job.
The idea was great and the art is fun. Gameplaywise, it became almost impossible very quickly. Nice job though!
Wow, this has to be the creepiest game I've played so far! The mood, sound and art all create this sinister atmosphere, which is just great. No complaints!
Fun little game! Enjoyed it, but struggled to actually succeed (probably me being bad rather than anything on the game's behalf). The sounds were fun and it was satisfying being able to charge into the enemies!
Fun mechanics and a great concept. Found all the squeaks funny and had a great time playing it!
It felt like the controls could be a little more polished and the movement made me feel quite dizzy. That said,I enjoyed the actual gameplay and the vibe of it. Neat idea!
Enjoyed playing it! Fun mechanics and a style of game I really enjoy!
Love your take on the theme, it was fun and actually quite tricky. The Wilhelm scream made me smile, and I enjoyed playing through it. Great job.
While it did feel a little too short (and relatively easy?), the atmosphere was a killer! The game looked and felt amazing, really great job.
Turned out to be a lot harder than I expected! Really great game, just wished there were more levels and a little more polish (sometimes I think the sword got caught on walls). Enjoyed it!
Amazing atmosphere and music, really well done. I underestimated the game going into it and was nicely surprised by how much I enjoyed it! Cool concept.
You don't know fear until you face the cosmic zest...
After spending years of my life gaming and watching videos, I thought I got my life on track. It all seemed to be going well, then I had no choice but to kill myself. It was quite a roller coaster, I wont lie. Nice job with it, it was a fun little game. Cool music too.
A lot of fun, but actually pretty hard. Like the others were saying, some sound would have helped, but I still enjoyed it. Loving the sheep.
The game looks stunning, particularly the player! Interesting mechanics and game-play also. It felt very close to a fully fledged game.
@tadpolily I wouldn't go as far to say intentional, but more a time restraint!
@carbonara @bloodyorchiddc The archers are definitely the largest threat! They were the last thing I worked on, so didn't have much time to check the balance.
Thanks guys for the feedback, I really appreciate it!
Great atmosphere, particularly with the music! Loved the level design as well. Nice game.
Solid game. Really enjoyed it, and found it difficult to stop playing! I felt like you hit the theme perfectly and loved the atmosphere of the village. Great job. (Only wish it was a little clearer on what to do, and more polished controls, but that's kinda unavoidable with the timing!)
Great sound and design. Only issue was that it didn't feel like I was capable of losing. Enjoyed it and the screams!
Wow, beautiful game, really pulled me into it! I loved the music, your take on the theme was great, I liked the concept of trading in different places; the only downside was that it didn't take too long to play through. One of my favourites this jam!
Blown away by this game, amazing stuff, made me laugh.
Interesting game, just found the controls a little clunky, but that might just be me!
@fizzpowmike1 It should be possible! I probably made it a little too difficult though; I spent so much time playing through the game that I probably didn't compensate for people who hadn't been making it. I'll have to improve my level design skills!
@brtek007 @ljol3 Yeah, we were aware of the issues with the wizard level - we struggled a fair bit with actually coming up with a viable idea that the actual execution of it could have been improved a fair bit.
Thanks for the feedback though, we're definitely taking it on board!
@vlad-ilisan Taking that on board, can't say I've done a whole lot with platformers in the past so that's much appreciated. Have to say that we know the selling point is definitely whatever humour we could attempt. Still, fun experience!
@avzgui @space-wumpus Didn't realise how difficult we made it until we got some people to play after finishing! Will definitely have to get others to playtest in future.
Crazy idea, loved it. Fun, great graphics and I really liked the ambience created by all the sound effects and audio. Cool game!
The lighting was really interesting to play with, also really enjoyed the way you have to respond to the enemies. The music and mood really worked well. My only real gripes were with the help screen, which was fairly overwhelming and resulted with me deciding that no, I did not actually need any help, following with my subsequent confusion and death. Really, just some sort of tutorial/slow build up of needed information as you play would solve that, but the game is fun without that!
Definitely enjoyed the humour as well as your take on the theme. I think any of my issues have already been addressed by other people, but they didn't really detract from my enjoyment of it!
