good game, very good concept!

good game, very good concept!
I'm on the loose!! :D
I'm amazed at what you have acheived in such a short time, loved the story and the art. You should develop it into something longer!
I've tried IE, Firefox and Chrome, the game doesn't work in any of them :(
looks like it was a problem with my unity...
very nice graphics & music!
when you'll be workig further on the game don't forget that not everyone has querty keybord ;)
it's so absurd, I love it! I wish it was a little longer!
This is a great game, nice approach of the theme, the dialogs are funny and I truly enjoyed solving the cases (but I must admit that although I find it innovative, I really hated the fighting... I just refreshed the game to solve each case from the start...)
excellent game, this is a really captivating story, very innovative concept and I'm really looking forward to finding out what we all chose! keep it up!
Very interesting game! And nice music too.
I really enjoyed this game
and yes, lot's of clicking!
This game is great!
GG!! but please don't forget about AZERTY people... ;)
This game is absolutely great! It is really fun, the map is nice and gives a real sense of adventure and exploration. Keep it up!
This is a very good entry. It's an experience you don't find often in video games. I hope more people will have a chance to see your game.
this game has great potential, keep it up!
I really enjoyed your game, that's a nice concept and the evolution of the character goes with the story. And whatever you say, I find that the backgound art and the music are very good, they really fit well the mood (that's a remark regarding your post ;).
this game has big potential! nice concept.
very interesting concept
and I killed all the heroes!! ;)
very polished game, good work!
LARPing while devolopping a video game... I totally approve!
very intriguing story and excellent atmosphere. I really liked this game!
pretty nice game!
This is a very original approach abd the graphics are nice, the controls are a bit awkward though
I tried running it on firefox, chrome and ie and it doesn't launch :(
The problem with launch seems to have gone magically (I had similar problems with some other Unity games), I don't really know what happened, there was a problem with plugin installation which didn't work but fortunately I left the window open and the game showed up after (a very long) while.. (sorry about that..)
Nice graphics and the mood it's a pity the game isn't finished
great game, simple and fun!! I laughed a lot!
really like this game, very addicting!
very original and fun game. nice art as well. I really enjoyed it.
it's a quite fun game! although I didn't manage to get all parts of pizza...
very spooky, good mood!
great music! It would be cool to have a "replay" button when the timer reaches zero ;-)
fun puzzle game! could'nt beat level 7 though. Keep it up! the game has nice potential.
it's quite entertaining, an interesting idea and nicely executed as well!
great graphics and concept, I really liked it!
This game is completely absurd! I love it :D
good game, interesting story. remined be of the game "Bully" :)
Maybe it's just me but I think the timing should be improved a litte. otherwise it's great !
fun little game, nice graphics, it has real potential
(suggestion: make the 4-6 levels seem less alike)
nice game, short and funny
This game gives you the creeps. great mood.
very cool puzzle game, interesting concept, good ramp up in difficulty
great graphics and audio. the concept is interesting as well.
but it could have been a bit shorter, it gets a bit boring after at the end..
it's a very fun puzzle game!
you could probably restart automatically the level without obliging the player to press R button (but that's really a detail)
cool game, it lacks a map tough...
if you add some story and levels this could probably result in something nice
nice relaxing game, the music suits really well the mood
Ok now I know how to build lighthouse: dodge planes, pirates and submarines ;D
great entry! interesting levels with original puzzles. the gameplay is fluid, not too easy but you're never really stuck neither, the music and graphis are nice as well. overall a very good game.
I could complain that playing with azerty keyboard is pain but well.. sometimes you need to adapt ;)
this game is really complete and fun to play game.
I really like it!
it's short but quite fun! nice idea with the growing beard.
the last switch is pretty tricky..
very good entry!
nice puzzle game!
graphics could be improved (but it's ok for a jam game..) ;)
but overall the concept is very interesting.
getting all the coins is prety hard from start, you could maybe add some ramp up in difficulty so that the player could get used to the gravity (the best strategy was just staying on the top and grabing the easiest coins like someone already mentioned...)
++ for humor!
The levels could have been more interesting but this is still a very fun puzzle platformer.
I found it impossible to play with A+D only though, arrow keys were necessary.
I suppose that the main screen could just use keybord for better user experience (but its a minor detail)
that's a very cool idea for the controls of the kayak!
also the inertion is nice, it really makes you feel like on water
very nice game, good idea!
the controls are not very easy thoug, and you should definitively add the zoom in option
cool gameidea! and the graphics are great
does the roll actually end in the ocean?
the concept is very interesting and nice ramp up in difficulty, the levels are well designed as well.
it gets very difficult when the ninja arrive, it's a pity you can't kill them (or is ot just me that didn't succed?).
an unlimited number of lives on a level could be helpful to appreciate the game more as achiving past levels again does not bring anything new so it's just frustrating to go through them all over again...
but overall I think the game is fun to play and has nice potential, you should just polish it a bit
Hi thank's for your comments!
I have put a spoiler and hint on gamejolt news page
as for the points adn hapiness mechanics:
- you lose points when the red cross your teritory
- and you lose hapiness for two reasons :
if there is not enough money per citizen and when killing the Red (even though the Bleu are afraid of the Bleu, they are also afraid of the killings happening just next door or in their country..)
aie, I didn't finish that comment...
continuing on game mechanics:
- you win points while building up your power: building the walls, killing the Red and enrolling the soldiers
- and the hapiness grows steadily when you have at least 5 coins per citizen (military and non military)
- the soldiers do not generate any value so they do not generate coins. only the non military do.
I hope you find this comment useful!
nice entry, it's a pity the cats get bocked sometimes for no obvious reasons?
I guess that you could probably remove the wolves and it would still be a challenging game just with the cats stacking up (but more like puzzle type)
nice music!
very innovative! The concept is interesting and the approach to the theme.
I really liked the music and sounds
It's quite a cool game (I tried the easy version). The levels are sufficiently diffrent from each other so there's no feel of repetition and the lenght of the game feels just right. Also the audio and the graphics suit the mood very well.
great music and graphics!
the shoot and move controls make it quite challenging though
very cool concept and the puzzles are really fun. keep it up!
That's an interesting pproach to sokoban mechanics, the new mechanismes were good innovation and simple to understand. I really amastonished by the number of levels! It's a pity the game doesn't have any music though (although I understand that you can't do everything in 48H ;) overall quite a nice game
I really liked the game: it has an interesting take of the theme and great mood. nice!
The levels can get a bit repetitive but it's the story that's making it interesting so it keeps you playing just to discover what's next.
I got blocked at level 22 though, even though I shot the right cargo...
overall nice game, big up for the story and the mood
wow, this is really different. I like how you integretad the story into game mechanics. The mood, audio and graphics are perfect.
Unfortunately I did't succed in touching the thongue nor throwing the torch at it (I don't know what I should do really..) maybe a little indication could help, or maybe just make this part a little easier
but overall great game
the arts are nice, but it's a bit too difficult right from the start!
great mood!
funny idea and the belly animation is really cool
Very fun game with good and funny dialogs, I really enjoyed it! it's a pity it stops so abruptely though just when the link to the theme is mentionned
I really liked it. nice graphics and audio. Good story and very nice integration of the theme.
I was blocked at some points but fortunately the hints in the comments helped to advance forward.
solid entry, congratulations!
well I've spent an hour on this game and I'm blocked on the third, Sergei says it's not working correctly but it's just impossible to debug without a debugger, my python skills are what they are...
It was fun (I spent an hour on this.. ;) but it's surely not a game for everyone!
anyway I really enjoyed it and it's an innovative approach to the theme
Very nice game, enyojable and with an original concept, nice take on of the theme
I wish you would just add some description to the objects because I admit I had to do a lot of random clicking before I made it to the end ;)
It's very funny, short but funny!
wow great game, I really enjoyed it, very interesting concept, it took a while though to understand what to do and to get all the 4 lights ;)
suprisingly for the forth I kept getting "darkness" even though I seemed to be getting closer to the sound
I really liked the graphics and music, and I think the game could be fun, but I don't seem to find any purpose in the shapesiftng of the monster or making it bigger. I came to a point were it didn't grow any longer.. is there an end to the game?
so sweet :)
great audio and very nice graphics, I liked the story as well, could be just a little bit more interactive but I'm just trying to find a weak spot ;)
Great game, loved the story and the mood. Great job!
short but interesting, there's a good potential if you add some more levels.
I really liked the graphics
I really liked the game, you NEED to add more levels! :)
Great mood, graphics. Perfect
Great game! Nicely polished. Relly loved the the mood.
cool multiplayer game, unfortunately I didn't have anyone around so I was playing just myself against a non moving fish and I lost the first match...
The controls seemed a bit stiff but I suppose it simulates the watery environment (on the other had we play as fishes so we should be alble to move swiftly ;)
otherwise very nice graphics and audio.
nice graphics and audio!
nice little adventure game, good job!
I really liked the idea and the music, also the animations of the octopus. However I got stuck at a point where I could'nt get the little fellow past the big vertical boulder... and I suppose that the octopus cannot go o land and become a frog
Very good entry, nice mood, great audio. I only got hired on my second try ;) It had to be tricky to include all the possible answers!
cool little game, an interesting variant of a rythm game.
The musics and graphics suit well the mood
Even though, I got fired in the end ;)
it's quite fun and I managed to visit all the planets in the second run. It's really cool that the camouflage is not really identical to the alien form
nice entertaining game, the gamehas quite a potential, you should defenitely add more levels!
nice entry, but a bit difficult right from the start. it would probably be easier if the left-right controls didn't rotate the player but would just move it up-bottom but maybe that was your intention to add additional difficulty
otherwise I really liked the nice minimal graphics
really nice game and a very interesting concept.
I started playing the original version but had to switch to the new, it's good you added the visual indication otherwise it's impossible to play like others said
Unfortunately I got stuck because the block I found under the pillow didn't appear in my inventory:(
but overall very good game, keep it up!
very good entry! I really liked the graphics and the mood and the story.. good you added more explanaition in the post-compo version, thathelped me finish the game.
really enjoyed it
Well that was quite a havoc! Took me a while to understand what was going on (ie that I was part of a team)
I really find the concept very innovative.
I just think the controls could be a bit improved (I had a feeling that they were not very responsive)
very innovative concept, I liked the artstyle and audio
nice entry, its an original idea.
I helped the rebels and got arrested, they didn't even thank me :(
great graphics! the first level suggest some sort of a story about ancien dog god, really nice
also thank's for taking into account azerty players for the controls ;)
I agree with the previous comment that it would have been nice to have some sort of indication for the rocket pug because it was rather frustrating needing to jump those lava platforms over again.
but all in all good job!
it's a nice idea and the graphics are quite cool!
Though it would help if you could turn around at 360°, I could only look sideways so I destroyed the piramid while trying to place a cube ;)
very polished entry, nice game mechanics and puzzle difficulty.
just a small remark: since the game controllers are keyboard only, I think that it would have been more ergonomic to be able to use keyboard always for skipping dialogs (sometimes it workek but sometimes I needed to click with mouse)
I think it could use some hint to indicate which keybord keys are involved in the pattern, I think I've used all the keybord before noticing that H does something for example.
otherwise it's a nice concept
the music and graphics are great, and the mood is excellent.
But I admit I didn't find the hidden message, nor did I find out how my in-game actions affected the game in any way.. well, a part the sceleton flashing yellow or red on some occasions, each level seemed the same, but I never really guesses why that happened...
I think that maybe a hint on player's progression would be usefull
so much content. Congrats! nice thing to have varied the puzzles. I think what I liked the most the last deciphering puzlle.
On the other hand I didn't really enjoy the undusting and vines (I think the game wouln't lose anything if you would have skipped these out). but overall great game, espacially on such a small notice!
I really liked it, really nice graphics and music.
I liked the mechanics with the orbs, also the introduction to the mechanics is really smooth.
this game has potential!
very nice game. it has real potential if you expand the map. the graphics are nice and the sound effects are just enough.
minor complaint about ui: it sometimes was frustrating to have to chose forst the caracter and then draw the line until his target and then choosing the target. Maybe just choosing the target would suffice as there is only one caracter? but maybe in a finished game this has more sense.
nice take on the theme.
the UI could be a bit improuved though, I had a feeling that the steering of the telepraphe was a bit random, it didn't really respond to my "clicks" sometimes
the game is really polished, lots of content. the graphics are great, the sound fits well the game.
the difficulty is well adjusted as well, I had a chance of survival before completely mastering the controls ;)
Congratulations!
The strong part of the game is its story, it's funny.
the graphics are simple but the convey a coherent mood. nice job.
I just wish there was a bit more to the plateformer because at the moment it's just about getting used to the akward controls...
nice level design, it's already quite tricky on level 2 so hands up for that :)
the graphics and music fit well the airy mood of a ballon.
overall a very good game!
it's a prette good concept, and the overall game is really fun. not too easy and not too difficult (especially at the start)
it's a pity you didn't have time left for some audio. I would have appreciated to have a sort of "alarm" when the robbers get to the mummy as in the beginning I was too occupied by killing robbers at higher levels that I didn't even notice the points descending.
thank you all for your comments!
@blueLama and @kuro to advance after the phone part you need to hand up the receiver after you learn the solution to your installation problem. I have added a hint in the game for this part because it probably wasn't clear.
I have also turned down the volume of main song.
@sorceress the game soundtrack is available on a cassette in-game. but I still have an old casette recorder I could record it for real! ;)
@kyyninen yes you are certainly right, it wouldn't work! but then there would be no game :D
sorry @BlueLlama I misspelled your name in my previous comment:
to advance after the phone part you need to hang up the receiver after you learn the solution to your installation problem. I have added a hint in the game for this part because it probably wasn't clear.
great work on the visuals. and good you had time to implement the tutorial, that really helps.
it's really hard though!
I must be really bad at this, I got stuck in the hall of mirrors with a miserable score of 3 and can't advance any further, even though I think I have used all the possible options of which I can think of... except for doing the wrong thing which resulted in bad ending.
I think it would be usefull to add some hints regarding the syntax and the accepted verbs
otherwise it's really well written and I would really like to know what happens next in the story.
the UI is a bit rough, but the game has potential. I think you could add some sort of scoring mechanism (maybe based on a number of bones used or time used or else), also just for the sake of constructive criticism I think that the levels could change a bit more from one another (different enemies or balls or whatever you could think of), but well this is a jam game so.. good job on this one :)
interesting concept but I agree with other players that it would have been nic to influence somehow the score and the tile placement.
otherwise really nice graphics nad sounds which fit nicely the theme. very polished!
I really liked the mood of the game, it reminded me of mass effect even though its not the same gameplay at all.
the music is nice and doesn't get boring.
I think the game has nice potential, if you would add some sort of story mode it would really make a great game.
the mood in this game is just lovely. And the music is extraordinary!
It's surely presents a new definition of "game". I might even say poetry, why not ;)
nice concept, really fun. The controls felt a bit stiff though. Is there a way to recharge Roomba?
cool game, I like the concept and it sounds fun to play as a hacker. it surely has potential
However I tried a few times and I don't really know if I was any good at it or no. I guess the icons in the top right corner indicate something but it would have been good to give some more explicit feedback to the player.
nice entry. I really liked the audio and the mood
cool entry. I like the self irony.
this is fun! I liked the variety of puzzles, I was nearly the point of abandonning at the diamonds level when I noticed it was a puzzle!
It's a pity there is no music but well you can't have time for everything.
anyway very cool game!
this is a nice game. I liked the visuals and the feel.
I would have wished for more interactivity but well..
anyway congrats on this entry!
the game has definitely a unique style. I loved the original graphics.
Is there any end to the game though?
nice variant of city simulation game. I liked the music!
the game is extraordinary, seriously. I love the graphics, the mood, the music. I'm intrigued by the story and the going back and forth in time mechanics. Really one of the best games I've seen so far.
Just one question: could you please make some sort of a walkthrough please? I would love to finish this game and I got stuck at 9 memories as I think I send the flowers to a time I can't access anymore.
this is a really cool game. quite inventive! and although it seems quite random at first, you can easily understand what is going on just by playing
the audio is just enough really
very good game. The plot twist is quite surprising and using the word puzzle for exploration is very interesting.
the style is consistent and the overall game is fun and humorous.
I can't really think of any improvement. Although I admit I did some random clicking in the apartment before the totem showed up and the explanation for the word puzzle didn't seem very clear (again I just randomly pressed letters before realizing what was happening).
very innovative idea to create your own platforms or shields, it's quite difficult though so I would have put the fire chalice a bit more frequently ;)
anyway very nice game
nice interpretation of the theme and very innovative!
it's fun to read all the posts, and mute or ban users. Unfortunately it becomes too chaotic at some point where it's just impossible to follow up (neither to read or to dowload anything). so some sort of slow down feature would have been cool as I suppose there is much more to the game that I've seen (for example new files passing too fast for me to download and check).
also I nearly completely overlooked the great music as I didn't want to open any of the downloaded files ;)
overal a great entry!
very nice concept, you should make a post-compo version that continues the story!
however I never really knew if I did ok or not, the game seemed to continue whatever solution I provided. It could have been nice to see the effect of my errors, but it's a minor detail.
anyway really good entry!
cute little game. I really like the style: minimalist graphics and voice sfx.
I suppose the AI could use a bit of reworking (I quickly became master at this) but the 2 player looks fun!
very cool puzzle game, I loved it!
very fun game. I loved the email discussion between Chad and Susan.
the idea is really cool and the graphics are great,
the game lack's interactivity though. it would have been nice to actually have some influence on the places you visit.
if you add that the game could become really great!
cool game, very innovative. quite tricky with the red bricks espacially when using the touchpad but I think it would make a great smartphone game.
it never ceases to amaze me how much you achieve on such a short notice. I love the game idea and the graphics are astounding, with attention to detail.
I didn't manage to beat the game though, are you supposed to be able to use planks of wood at the generator?
anyway great entry.
It's quite nice for a jam entry (you shouldn't have abandoned!).
it has potential and I really enjoyed the music.
For my likes it could just be a bit more difficult on the puzzle side.
this is a very cool entry. fun and humorous.
the controls could have been more straightforward (especially in the Q/A part) but once you explain it, it's ok
What a charming game! I really liked the graphics and the mood. It's a very nice story game for small children :)
big up for the rhymes!
oh this game is disgusting!
very good entry, fun and humorous. great graphics.
quite fun game, very creative idea with the grappling hook! I really liked the music too
I think the gun was unnecessary, could have been interesting to build up more on the grappling hook mechanics, but other than that very cool entry, has potential.
nice puzzle point & click!
the puzzles using the up-down size shift or left-right time shift were original and I really liked the graphics
is staring at the fox the end or is there something I'm missing?
I like the idea. and the graphics and audio are really great!
pity it's unfinished.
This game sure was scary! great work
wow, there's a lot of content here!
graphics and audio are really great
Oh this is good! it's hilarious and yet also very sad. brilliant!
the style is very coherent, the art, the mood. the audio is great. I love the voice acting and the song about car bed.
It really is fun to try with all the objects and see what will be the story and the meta critic.
excellent game!
nice version of shoot'em up, you managed to put a lot of content with the different weapons and enemies.
the graphics are pretty cool too
very nice entry, nicely polished!
I found the dwarves pretty tricky
amazing what you did on such a short notice. congrats
very cool idea. this game really has great potential.
it might be nice to add some sort of milestones like: "make your geek live for 5 days" etc.
I got hungry! :)
Nice variant of a cooking game, it surely has potential.
I tried a few times but always ended game the first day even though I seemed to have enough cash to restock.
anyway good entry!
nicely exectuted! the flashligh mechanic is really interesting but difficlult to play on a touchpad ;)
very good entry, a cool ressource management game.
I like the mood and the graphics are just amazing!
the post-compo version isn't too challenging though
great entry! It's fun and humorous, the game idea is inventive and I really liked the sound design!
congrats! very polished for a 48h entry.
nice variant of a shoot'em up. I liked the arts and the music is quite scary!
nice style. I liked the dark humor.
pretty difficult though.
this game has some really nice potential. I liked the little girl :)
thank you all for your great feedback :)
@harusame @PowerSpark @UekiShurei @saucygames @TheMonsterFromTheDeep @ShuddaHaddaLottaFun :
If you'd like to learn the solution or just see the "ending" you'll find tips and a video solution here:
http://www.axoona.net/loop-hell-solution/
@Vadim Ivshin : the downloadable version is also available on itch.io, below the webGL version
the idea behind the game is really cool and the graphics are great.
it's a pity that the puzzle is just a hidden objects search, but as you say time is not abundant during LD
so congrat's on finishing the game because I think it's the ending that makes the value of the game wich is overall a very goos entry
its quite nice based an the time you have spent on this game!
I really liked the music.
and big up for "Girls don't need a knight to save them" :)
I resisted 12 days! ;)
There is so much good stuff in this game, the story, the characters (extra!), the graphics, the idea of going back and forth in time...
but the whole experience is just so utterly spoiled because of the game breaking bugs and the fact that you have to listen to the same (very long) text over and over again without the possibility of skipping. You REALLY need to correct this. Especially as its just a silly technical issue.
Luckily as I said the story is really engaging so I did start again and did all the operations in order as indicated in the walkthrouh just to learn what really happened, but I feel like it took me ages and it wasn't fun at all... I think I would have probably prefered watching a video of the end instead of doing it all over again.
anyway, apart from that the game is great so congrat's on that
nice simulation game, I think it has lots of potential.
The game feels complete, it's simple and yet there are a few strategies to choose from
and of course it's a very interesting interpretation of the theme as it concerns us all! :D
cool game, I like what those little figures shout when they want to kill the wizard
the graphics are really nice
I think this hase a lot of potential
this game is just great! I loved the idea and the execution. it is fun, the graphics are lovely. I try to think about something to improve but can't!
good job!
solid entry!
It's fun and challenging. the graphics are cool. it's a pity there's not much audio but you know that already.
apart from that, really polished.
cool relaxing entry, I really liked the music, the colors and the general mood.
the labirynth was a nice surprise!
nice relaxing game, the art and the music add to the experience. I think it might need some balance though because I tried a few times and never managed to go past 2 recycles. I would have appreciated to play a bit longer (or maybe you made it so tough on purpose :D)
I really love this game. It's very relaxing and fun. Also the graphics are beautiful. I like how the colors change in time when there is more and more atmosphere. at some point it has become a little labitynth with all the plants ;) I liked that there's no timer or anything so you just plant your plants and walk around and not really care about how to optimize. If there was one thing I would add is to be able to sell all button.
Anyway congrat's, it's a really fun and polished entry!
I tried both modes (but playing alone). Versus looks really fun! The graphics are very nice. I tried playing with a gamepad but in the end switched to keyboard as it seemed easier. anyway cool game
It's a really nice story, nicely told. You managed to create a very poetic mood!
I think it would have been better to show the instructions about love spikes at the beginning to avoid the risk of that unfair death in front of the telephone booth (but I guess it's not done on purpose)
It's a very good ending :D
anyway, very nice graphics, music and mood in general. The story is intruguing. after this introdution I would expect some sort of cyberpunk investigation with a few twists. You should definitely develop the rest (although I know it's easier said than done)!
@togimaro: thank's a lot for reporting that bug! :)
@everyone: thank you for the encouraging feedback really sorry for all the typos, I was speed writing it all at 1 am just before the deadline ;) the music isn't mine but I agree that it is great !
@aurel300 I know the chat may not be a little repetitive, the problem is I wrote this part 2 hours before the deadline, so I didn't really have much time for a lot of dialog writing ;)
anyway the other 2 endings are acheived differentky, i.e. not with chat, and because of that the "hidden" message of the game becomes apparent. I hope this will maybe motivate you in some way to try and find them. although you still will need to start with chat and listen carefully to dialogs in order to know what to do (or just watch the walkthrough)
@dynastic Nah it was just a murder mystery game party inspired by some unspoken sacrificial Chtulhu rituel :stuck_out_tongue:
I admit in the beginning I didn't really know what I was doinig ;) it surely needs some sort of a tutorial Also at some point I wasn't getting any more starlight, and then it completely stopped so I wasn't able to capture any more lands. The game has big potential though!
I find that the graphics are very innovative and look like they weren't easy to implement, although for me the dithering was making it less clear/visible, I think maybe plain colors might have been better.
very good game, I really liked it :) I enjoyed the ending and the "not too serious" setting (candy keeper etc.) And it really sounds much much better with voices. Did you use voice acting?
great entry! it's really impressive: a small open world on animated sphere with self explainatory puzzles.
Excellent game, I really like the voice acting, it's what adds the flavor to this game. Is it you acting or are you using any software?
Except for the Biche jokes which I didn't appreciate, the rest of the dialogs are really funny! Good job.
This is a very good game! It's fun and funny. I really liked the story, the levels are diverse and intuitive and the amount of challenge and the difficulty ramp up are just right.
And I did all the levels like they were supposed to be played! ;)
You also managed to make it really stylish. Music is excellent and those graphics are simple but feel just right! I must say you greatly improuved in this field since last Ludum Dare.
PS. Vegan burgers are actually delicious :P
this is a really cool time management game, nice thing to make it a co-op game, unfortunately I didn't have anyone to play with, but I can see how it would be much more fun to play in a team. It's intuitive, and the level progression is very good.
I think this game has much potential if you add challenge and more levels! :)
it's a nice, challenging game, I like the retro style. Although it's much too dificult for me and I loose in seconds (longest run was 11 seconds maybe?). I think the most awkward thing is getting used to the controls (it's never straighforward up, left or right)
Lovely game. The graphics and the mood are great and on top of that it's also very innovative. I love this kind of puzzles in real life.
But as it would seems in video game I'm really terrible at this, I can't get past the second snake :(
Anyway, it's a great entry!
it's very innovative, the game idea is hilarious in itself. but for me it's just too difficult with more than 2 astronauts ;)
It's a nice toy ;) the graphics aren't great but have some cool vibe and I think they go well with the concept. I really liked the music
temp.png
it's very innovative and the the mood is excellent. very interesting entry. good job!
I liked the idea and the cynism. I enjoyed the mood and the sound design (which contributes to the mood greatly). Graphics aren't great but are just enough ;)
on the bad side, I found the the mission mechanics of "do this do that don't contest" not very fun (although I admit it goes very well with the game idea and oppresive mood) but fortunately it doesn't last last too long
it's a nice, simple game. I liked the graphics.
At one moment me and AI were both dead and waiting for respawn, I was clicking all over the place and I really thought the game froze (until i saw the very little icon in down right corner). So maybe you could make it clearer what can be done in such situations.
Nice game. I liked the sense of irony. It's interesting to add narrative to a simple plateformer, it really keeps it interesting
But I'm not really into Dark Soul difficulty ;) (I abandoned after like 100 tries on "blobs not adding depth level", the main dfficulty being that sometimes the little fellow would not respond to direction keys and only jump upwards)
Anyway it's a good entry, congrat's!
it's a very interesting game and the puzzle has the right amount of challenge. although I admit it took me a while to understand what I was supposed to do as I really just accidentaly walked on those jumpers ;)
the mood is excellent, but it really lacks sound. I think even just a few sfx would already add much. maybe next time!
anyway congrat's, it's quite impressive for a first Ludum Dare game! :)
That ending, what a nice surprise! I tried rebelling on my next run but turns out it's impossible :( The game has much potential and is quite fun. I think it could be even cooler with some more content (i.e. more possibilites for the mouse)
It's a cool shooter, nicely done and polished. The graphics and the music are really good. Congrat's!
Really liked it, the game idea is very nice and it's well executed. Congrat's! Good thing you added the hint in the football screen that helped me finish the game!
nice entry. I really like the mood, the music adds greatly to it.
although I still don't know how I managed to move the platform in the last room (some random clicking here and there and hopefully it worked)
pity it's so short ;)
I really enjoyed it, it's a really good adventure game. I persisted until I found the culprit ;) I liked the mood, the writing and the story.
The most difficult part for me was that there were times where I was wandering for hours without moving on with the case. not blocked but because I had to wait for something (and I didn't know what) to happen, so I wandered all over the building in search. But well in the end it wasn't too fustrating and it probably is also the most innovative part of this game (which is a bit like the 3rd Gabriel Knight).
Anyway, congrat's its a great entry!
wow it happens too fast for me ;) I never managed to beat the turtle level :( anyway I liked it a lot, it's really polished. the lightheart mood and the fun part really help keep the player entertained and therfore convey the message where a more serious approach usually fails. congrats!
It's a cool relaxing game! and an interesting take on the classic maze puzzle. the graphics and the 3D are very nice, but I find that the perspective view hinders gameplay. There really should be a rotate button, or did I miss it? The pink cable was impossible for me to do because of this, especially as it seems that it's on two levels...
anyway, a part from that the game is great! I liked the disturbing audio as well :) good job!
the story reminds me of a character I once played during a LARP :D
it's a really cool entry, I really liked the shop, seemed so out of place but it was such a cool addition, I nearly missed it! I'm terrible in these games, I don't even need a timer to make it more challenging, so I didn't go too far unfortunately. So I hope I didn't miss other stuff. The music is gorgeous, with the accordeon and bells, beautiful! Did you use any virtual instruments?
One remark: sometimes the controls would block a little and the character would only jump up and not up-right.
thanks for your comment @neowhoru. I see people are rating the game without leaving any feedback, that's usually not a good sign.
I had hoped it would be clear but visibly it isn't. I'll add more explanation on the game page. Did you try moving the space car?
This game is a plain and simple Point & Click adventure with a little twist as in order to arrive at any destination with your car, you first need to load the correct exponent of 2 (ex. loading exponent 5 lets you travel 32 parsecs). The objective of the game is solve the double puzzle (the exponents puzzle to arrive at any destination and the classic adventure puzzles that are present on the islands).
hey @sgt3v yes you guessed it right! :grinning: The ending when you do the right combination of actions is implemented, but as you can move back and forth and do or not do certain actions on the islands, there is a number of combnation I probably didn't test at all..
If you care please try the 1.0.1 version. In the original version the game gets stuck when you accidentaly clicked on the car, it's probably what you encountered.
It's a very cool game! It's a nice cimbination of puzzles and story. I like the variety of puzzles and the secret ending :) some of them are really tricky, so thumbs up for that.
It's a very nice game! I liked the story. It's simple and yet very charming thanks to the lovely audio the painerly styled graphics. And the morning/afternoon/evening scheme makes it interesting to visit all places at different times of day. Overall this is a very polished entry. Great job!
poor animals! The game idea and the introduction are really funny. the graphics are good. it's also quite absorbing, so it's a pity there isn't any ending or challenge a part checking out all these cats ;) also at some point in the beginning of the game I charged my turbines with a pile of bread rusk and it was consuming very very slowly so I restarted the game.
I think this game has very good potential to become something addictive if you ever think about expanding. For a jam game in my opinion this is very much OK!
anyway it's a very good entry, congrat's!
Pretty neat for a first compo game! The graphics are really cool and I liked the ant enemies. The music gets a bit repetitive after a while, but the style fits very well the game, so a track just a bit longer would be just great. anyway gameplaywise, well I'm probably useless, I never managed to save those generators, always run out of ammo. But it's a nice variant of FPS. All in all congrats, it's a really good entry!
Nice game, the story is captivating, with great artstyle and audio. I really loved the mood.
In a longer game (if you'll be making a fully game out of it for example) it would have been more interesting if the choices really had an impact, but here for the jam it isn't that necessary.
Just a minor complaint regarding the controls: I think it would have been more convinient to use either only mouse or replace the mouse click with a keyboard key.
But all in all very good job!
it's a very nice combination of RPG storytelling and puzzle solving which I really liked. it definitely wasn't easy (it's a compliment! :) Also I appreciated greatly the room chosing menu at the left. It improves gamer experience a lot. Overall good job!
this game is extraordinary (and also incredibly impossible!! ;) the idea is brilliant and it is also well executed. I even think it would actually be more fun to play such a cube if it was a real object just one remark: please do not forget that not all people have querty keyboard (maybe implement arrows as well)
anyway congrats it's a really polished entry!
it's a nice relaxing game (well it would be relaxing if it wasn't so difficult to not run out of oxygen on longer excursions ;) I always had a feeling that oxygen was used up quicker on return trip but maybe it's just an impression. so in the end it's a pretty challenging game. I played the compo version and then the tweaked version, but never managed to find the 5th element.
anyway graphics are nice, and the audio fits well the mood (I think it's what gives the game this relaxing tone), it could have been a little longer though if you plan to expand the game, as it gets a bit repetitive after a while.
The game could use a little bit more challange and improved control but the graphics are really cool I liked the green slimes!
OK I'm really terrible at this ;) That night vision really makes this game very challenging. You could also add a little indication about spacebar, I nearly missed that power shot.
A part from that, the graphis are really great, the audio fits well the game, and it is an overall very good entry!
I really liked the graphics and animations of the characters. Also, it's a very nice interpretation of the theme.
there are no good answers to this aren't there? ;)
to be honest, in the beginning I thought it was just a complete random set of caricatural life choices where none of them were good until I got to the 4th ending. And at this moment my game's perception changed radically. It's powerful and minimalistic. Congrat's for this narrative turn! I really enjoyed it. :)
That was unexpected! :) I really enoyed the mood and the take on the theme.
it's really funny, nice thing you managed to add a seasonal theme to your game. The graphics and the game idea are excellent.
Concerning the gameplay I actually found it easier to just randomly take articles without looking on the list (and that's how I won ;) ) so I think it would be easier if the game tracked what articles you have in the caddie (especially when thiefs pick your goods and you no longer know what you have).
I also sometimes wasn't able to take articles from the shelf (no green icon), I don't know what reason. And manouvering was a bit hard.
But apart from that it's an excellent entry, good job!
it's an excellent puzzle game! I really loved it (and I love puzzle games) that last level is just impossible (but I *had* to find the solution) I really like the game idea, where the enemies become your allies, but not quite :D it's very humorous. and actually very innovative!
The only remark I have is that even though the music is cool it really made my ears hurt when I was trying and retrying that last level (so maybe a bit of variety would be nice, or maybe less of that high pitch midi or maybe just lower the level... but once again: it's cool when you hear it for the first time, just not so cool when you hear it a lot of times ;)
it's a really cool entry. I like to see subjects like that treated lightheartly and on LDJAM :) The graphics are very original too!
Thank you all for your encouraging comments. I'm sorry that I'm not very responsive to your feedback, the end if the year has been very hectic... but I have been reading them all, and it's been a pleasure to receive honest feedback! :)
@binaryunit I've uploaded a Linux and Mac versions but they are untested, so please let me know if there are any problems.
I don't know why others are not releasing for Linux and Mac, but for me creating 3 proper releases is 3 times work (and it's important because I don't have a lot of free time...). Also the maintanace gets more complicated, so I only port the game to other platforms when I've cleared all the bugs in the windows version. I also noticed that it's preferable to create Mac version on a Mac to avoid problems (so I need to get acces to a Mac for that). Nevertheless I usually try to create all 3 releases for LDJAM or I make a web version, but this time I really didn't have the time to do it properly (and yet it's still not done properly because it's untested :/)
I really loved the cyberpunk mood and the story is intriguing!
I also agree with some of the comments that the font is difficult to read and it could be made easier to scroll back and forth through the recordings. But it's an impressive entry anyway!
excellent entry! I got both endings and I think it's a nice way of (interactively) putting your message across. Nice take on the theme as well.
it's a pity that there is no sound, because just a few clicking sfx, would realy add to the mood (but I guess you know that already ;)
Excellent game! Seriously every aspect is excellent :)
Loved the music and the graphics and the game idea, the little animations that really make it fun to play. The last level is a bit tricky with that syncopation, but it's also adding some cool challenge.
It's a really good game! Very simple concept and nicely executed. I like the gameplay a lot with those options that chose themeselves automatically.
Well done!
It took me a while to realise how to play, mostly because my heart was killed and disappeared at the very beginning (so I didn't even see it) wheras the game seemed to continue.
but when you understand how to play it's a pretty interesting and original game idea and good interpretation of the theme. Although I don't know why you want to convice us that more love and determination will make our situation worse ;) (I haven't played Undertale)
The game would definitely benefit from some sound!
it's a very intriguing story. I completely agree with @bjarkeal!
Very nice entry! It took me a while to inderstand the mechanics, but fortunately the game allows for errors at the start so it wasn't a problem. I find it a very innovative mechanics and it is a nice interpretation of the theme.
One remark I have is that the last 2 combats could be a bit shorter, as it can get repetitive after a while.
Lovely game. The mood and the graphics are excellent!
So I was running away from my family?
why wouldn't you just put the d**n farm near the field? :) anyway it's a cool game, that would have a relaxing mood if the sheep weren't so difficult to handle!
great entry (as always). Your style is now recognizible :) I like the general game idea, it's simple and it works!
The humor is ok but for me "How to cope with boredom and loneliness" was much more to my preference.
good interpretation of the theme! :D I also like how the game mecanics make it all humorous. It gets quite difficult quickly so you have what to do all the time.
What I'd like to add is to have the age of the chickens shown, so that maybe see if some of them survived long enough :) The fact that there are no objectives does not bother me, but it's true that after a while it would be cool to have some variety to spicy things up. Maybe something like random events (like maybe a chicken that lived long enough could have an egg or invite the unicirn or whatever).
Anyway it's a really good game, and the graphics are lovely!
Excellent! It's really funny and I actually played 4 times or so to try different conversations with the callers. I really loved that there was a bit of an intriguing story behind this time management game. It's a very fun combination. The graphics and audio are great, the talking sounds are a very good addition.
Also it's a very cool way if introducing the tutorial. And the time management mechanics are just horribly complicated at the beginning. But both things serve the game right as the whole experience seems yet more realistic when you transfer without holding, or press the wrong number etc. and so it accidentaly becomes ridicoulous as well :) (this paragraph it a compliment in case you wondered :D)
I don't have any other remarks really. I find it's a perfect jam game.
I guess the ending depends on the avarage rating you get at the end? are there more endings than 2 (make it through the day and get fired?)
Haha cool! :) So it's feasible with a few playthroughs and a white sheet of paper to note the best options.
nice entry. I like how you interpreted the theme: by transforming some very common game mechanics into something new. The graphics are cute too. And it would be cool to have some sound.
I don't know if it's me but the game seems pretty hard.
it's a very funny entry! the graphics and animations are perfect. 78% something was as far I could get ;)
Excellent! I really enjoyed the mood of this game! It catches the feeling of insomnia away from home so well and the fact that I was actually playing it because I can't get asleap right now is irrelevant ;)
It's so absurd, so intriguing. I loved it.
Really nice entry! I enjoyed a lot the mood of this game. Everything works to convey it (the graphics, the audio and the game mechanics).
In the beginning I thought there was some sort of progression (and maybe a story) but I guess it's just a "random" level being loaded each time? I think it would really serve the game a lot if there was some sort of closure.
All in all it's really interesting. Congrat's!
It couldn't be a better interpretation of the theme! and the mood is great. Reminded me a lot of the Matheson "Button, Button" novel.
Nice touch that it's possible to actually interact with some of those objects.
I just have one remark that the diffrence between the levels of ambient music and the sounds of some of the object (guitar..) was too important imho.
it's very solid entry. I loved the general mood and the graphics (of course :) the concept of playing as rats is cool too!
altough I admit it is a bit confusing and I really would like some sort of tutorial or help with the different buildings and the general objective. for example the ore mine would often not yield any ore or stones and I didn't really know why (even though I put them beside the mountains).
the dificulty is quite challenging right from the start (I believe I died on my first night at first play), but you get used to it. I also finished the game on a bug after 12 or more waves. unfortunately forgot to take a screenshot... I played the fixed version.
But anyway congrat's on putting up a strategy game in a weekend!
what a beautiful and relaxing puzzle game! the look and feel is excellent. good thing you decided to abandon the click count punish mechanic.
very nice music puzzler indeed! I needed to practice a few times before I was able to finish on the easy mode ;) It's an interesting idea as there are not many games like this.
what I think, would be really cool to have is a "hear melody again" button but I guess it's part of the challange. It would also be great to be able to choose instruments while the melody is playing.
very solid entry! I loved the look and feel of the game, the audio is just excellent! the tutorial is effective, and the leaderboard makes it addicting/motivating to play.
but I'm just so terrible at this, 48s is as far as I could get, it's a great interpretation on the theme!
good job ! It's a cool little arcade game and nice interpretation of the theme. You could always improve on this design but I think you should be proud of what you've acheived here on such a short notice.
It's a horror game!! I really felt for that poor deer, especially that I can't seem to find the little clearence I saw on your Twitter :worried:
The mood you created is excellent, the audio is disturbing (as it should be) and the graphics are really nice (they're like a bit dreamful so it creates a spooky yet wonderful atmosphere). I really enjoyed it. I think that if you had put some imaginary creatures instead of hunters that would also work with the mood.
I think it would be cool to have some sort of indication as to where to run or if you're close to escaping or not. Or maybe I have missed something.
Overall, great entry, congrat's!
cool game! The narrative is humourous (and keeps one entertained). The art style is really nice with the slight change of tone, yet consistant on every level. And the mechanics change a bit on every level so it's an interesting challange.
note that the controls were very sticky (unplayable) on Chrome when text is shown, but on Firefox everything worked fine.
Overall great entry. Congrats! :)
@remco-games that must have been fun! it's so cool when people find unexpected gameplay possibilities :)
@slojanko & @mrsylar59 Thank's :)
My idea was that the game is played without any objective really, just fool around. But there actually is an end when you pop all the balls. As I didn't really want it to happen by sheer chance, it's really challenging to achieve (or at least it's meant to be ;)
Otherwise good job on landing on the floor! The invisible walls are there so you don't leave the table by accident but they are deliberately not too high so you can still do it if you want to.
@awesomealliterationalliance and @poffy Thank you I'm glad you had fun just fooling around  that's well, that's what I intended for!
cows come from yellow balls (known fact). popping them will eventually stop the invasion from spreading, but that is only if you really want it to happen. But it probably would be a pity. It's more fun when you choose to leave this world knowing that the cows continue their happy infinite multiplying
The idea was also that it's kind of dreamy (it's inspired by a dream) and yes trippy is a good word. although to be honest I didn't think of it myself but now that the word was pronounced, I'm fully adopting it
Hey everyone, I'm glad you liked the game! (@stefan-jovanovic, @rodrigo-molina & @sarah)
wow @adrisj7 I didn't even think it was possible to get back on the table after falling from it. *chapeau bas!*
@abhimonk haha well being overrun by cows is probably what the game is all about so I hope it wasn't that bad
@ava-skoog, @koala-squad, @mastersmith98 & @anlaxix Thank you very much for your comments, cool to hear that you liked my wierd game
@ava-skoog yeah I know, that tune is just great! But I can't take any credit for it apart from finding it so well... it's better to opt out from audio
@mastersmith98 can you tell me what you mean by more structure and obstacles for the player? there is a possibility of "beating the game" (you need to pop all the yellow balls for that), which I added for those who'd you like this sort of thing and I deliberately made it quite hard to do. Do you mean something else?
very nice entry. Graphics and audio are really cool and I really enjoyed the general mood and the narrative. Also transforming the map into inventory was a very neat move, makes a clean UI and adds additionnal challenge.
As a non english speaker I found the word puzzles very challenging (= too challenging to be fun) especially the green riddles with which you need to start to be able to get anywhere, it would help if there were maybe rhymes or something, it actually sometimes sounded like a poem (I liked those little textes a lot).
A part from that the game mechanic of transforming the words is actually quite fun. Overall it's excellent game that could become just be a little bit more accessible
It's a quite a hilarious concept  It's cool to make a main hero out of a generally second role character.
graphics are really neat and I like the mood as well. Good job.
Gosh, I am utterly sorry for the repport I sent to the judge
But I have to say that in the begining the game annoyed me A LOT: unskippable and VERY long text, no indication in regars of controls or how to operate the machine, when you finally learn how to write, you don't even see the text you're writing. It's like if everything was made on purpose to make this not fun at all... (I think these things desserve your game a lot as some people may not have the perserverance I had to stay until the end).
but in the end when I saw what was going to happen to my repport I laughed out loud and it was great. It's a really great surprise. And I forgave you all that was before.
So overall it was a very refreshing experiece. good job!
cool game. I really loved it. The graphics and audio and the adorable mood are excellent. This would surely make a nice mobile game.
Althought at first I thought it was a nice relaxing game until I got to level 5 when all of a sudden the difficulty curve just mounts :smile_cat:
nice game. The concept is interesting. It's a perfect example of how you can make a simple mechanic interesting by adding some depth and colour (in here the 50-60s propaganda mood). And the mood is excellent, I guess it's what makes this most interesting.
Gameplaywise its probably just a sort of arcade game? But it's a really good thing to make the player adjust the difficulty by himself, while it's completely explained by the game's narrative. Pretty ingineous!
Overall good job!
very cool game. Interesting concept and big up for the surprise! When you think it's finished you still find more rooms :)
congrat's it's a great compo entry
I really liked this game. The mood is excellent, the audio contributes greatly to it. And the bits and scraps of memories convey a very dark story. It kept me entertained
A part the last specimen I didn't really reach my objectives but I guess it doesn't matter
overall exellent entry, congrats!
Very nice game, congrat's! Lot's of content for such small game. And it really was interesting to try and find all the endings! Also graphics and audio are excellent, as well as the overall mood.
On a side note I didn't quite realize in the beginning who I was playing, Lou or her partner, I didn't even realize those were dialogs (font color difference is very subtle) but it all became obvious at the first ending  and these are just details. It's an excellent entry overall!
Nice entry, the combination of both types is interesting. Although I admit that I can't land on any planet, keep getting hit by asteroids or my rocket is either too fast or at bad angle. I find it really difficult to steer or avoid the asteroids. It could be good to have "acceleration" or be able to shoot in a different direction then where you are going.
The graphics are really neat, even though they seem very fast-sketched and it's cool to have different end game screens for different deaths
Anyway, good job!
the game looks nice, the graphics are really neat.
I don't know Baten Kaitos so it took me a while to understand what the game was about but even now I don't think I quite fully got it, I though I was winning and when I colored all the grid boxed the game told me I lost :( I think it would be cool to have some sort of tutorial, even very brief. Also maybe adding some indication about which player is which.
but overall it's a nice entry, and with a few tweeks it could become much more accessible
very nice clicker game and with a serious theme!
In the begining I didn't know what to expect but when I realized where it was going, it was fun to just to see the evolution of this little game and the ending. The game length is perfect not too long to get bored and enough to just be a little relaxing experience.
Also I really liked how everything (the subtle animations, audio adjustments etc) serves the game and you message.
overall excellent entry. Congrats!
OMG Excellent, I was wondering how you would solve some of those rhymes and it was just excellent
The game is hilarious and the overall style (graphics, audio) fits it very well.
On top of it, I really like the take on the theme you did here. It's a game about a serious issue and how unseriously it is being treated, one might say it's a potilical game!
But how did you... ummm.. solve the issue of copywrited songs?
unfortunetely at one time the game stopped at "His grandma Iris" but I replayed again and fortunately it was ok.
Anayway, congrat's!
@poffle well I don't know, they might become jealous. Your version of "tonight I'm killing my wife" is now forever stuck in my head
very nice relaxing game
I liked the cute graphics and the fitting music and some of those puzzles were quite challenging. Good job!
Excellent game, congrat's for putting this together! I especially liked the whole mood (the audio and the graphics adding greatly to it). I also really like the screen turning effect, you can get easily accustomed to it and I find it more ergonomic than when the screen stays immobile.
I only managed to get 2 escape pods for instance, the diffilulty at the death zone seems frantic. I didn't try the relaxed mode yet. also maybe it could be good to add some indication about the position of other planets
But anyway it's a great entry!
Very nice take on the theme. the concept is inherently humorous, I really enjoyed it. it's fun and the graphics are really cool :)
on the bad side it's either too challenging or it's just because I'm playing using a touchpad but I hardly ever had the time to clear any page. also at some point (always on the same page : "Lancelet looked... " clicking didn't clear the spaces but rather made appear a little black blinking cursor. there is also some long waiting at the end of each level.
but overall it's a great entry! :)
very interesting entry, the graphics and the mood are excellent. Difficult to say if it's more creepy or psychadelic
I also like how you leave the player the impression of choosing the type they'd want to play, only to force them to be something else! And I guess there are several endings as well?
Overall good job!
Excellent game! I really enjoyed the mood and the story keept me wanting to discover more. The graphics and audio fit the general mood very well. Unfortunately with only 7 faith it was not enough to fight the darkness ;) I don't really know what the cartographer serves for (maybe you could have acces to a map when he is in your team?)
Excellent game, congratulations! The story is intriguing, the narrative is great and convincing. And all the sound design and voice acting is truly excellent.
On side note I wanted to uninstall the duck game especially because Diane said it was horrible, then I tryied playing it thinking about a hidden clue (completely out of character) but I guess I didn't go to far
Sushi!!!! :yum:
It's funny, the graphics are excellent, the mood is oh-so cute and now I'm hungry
great job!
Thank you very much for this entry. I had tears in my eyes. My Nany... This trully is a game about dementia and all the feelings and hopelessness and tears that come with it. Thank you
interesting concept and take on the theme. the artwork and audio fit the mood very well.
Nice featire would be to know at the end what happened to patients I didn't save, and how to prevent the murders
really nice game, I loved the mood! The tune is just excellent.
I also like how the gameplay supports your message. Even if it's short and seemingly without any objective, that's what makes it even more interesting. Congratulations!
such a weird puzzle game, I love it!
the creepy strange mood is excellent, the graphics and the sound design as well, I really like everything about it. I wonder how you came up with that sequence of "stuff" that I saw on the screen
Anyway congrats, It's an excellent entry!
short but excellent. It's interesting how everything (graphics, sound desing, gameplay) supports your message. that's some really good work!
nice game. The graphics are neat, your little astronaut is excellent, and you managed to create some very cool mood. Although it doesn't seem like you made the music (opted out) I'd like to congratulate on make good choice with it as it really adds greatly to the athmosphere.
On the negative side the controls seem to quirky for me, with too much inertia, the character keeps going left and right a long time after the arrow buttons have been depressed which makes it very difficult for precise landing.
The concept is interesting and you managed to make some cute relaxing mood with those assets even though they are not yours. However I really don't know how to play the game. I try to place the number of required trees but how do you advance the turns? I tried several missions, several placements (I even tried every single button on the keyboard) and it stays in turn number 1 no matter what I do
if you manage to correct this I think it would make a nice relaxing puzzle game.
the game is quite funny. I really liked the graphics and it's "ridicoulusness". Nice thing to make a multiplayer, I guess it's the default mode even.
For me the most difficult part turned out the first phase where you have to push all the buttons as it's not so obvious how to get on some platforms and the bunny slides from some of them.
Anyway nice entry, congrat's!
nice entry! It's interesting to have some story in addition to card battles. There's lots of variety as well (maybe even too much variety as I ended having lots of cards, but just one of each type ), I think it could be intersesting to be able to prepare your hand before the battle.
all in all good job, congrat's!
cool game, it's ridiculous in a good sense!
the graphics are relly excellent, the audio is good as well overall, although the tracks could be a little bit longer as it gets a bit repetitive after a while
but overall it's a really nice entry. congrat's for your first ludum dare.
nice game with interesting concept, I like the idea of flying away from stomac and dodging the food, it's a bit absurd (I love absurd)
the graphics are really nice, the audio has a short loop but does not get repetitive.
however the game itself is rather hard to play, I had difficulties of assessing the distances with diverse foods or with distinguishing where are the walls are so I kept hitting them.
