Cool !!

Hilarious but graphics aren’t great

Nice game, I really love the approximative perspective in the graphics. I thought it was a tactical rpg game first but it's more a puzzle game than a tactial, which is cool too. And the music is really awesome. Good work !

Nice graphics 👍

Great idea with the puzzle combat. The music was a tad annoying, but I enjoyed the game.

stefenism 2017-12-06 22:33

I really like the concept. The puzzle combat was interesting. The art was fantastic. Great work!

Salut Togimaro ! Content de te revoir sur une Ludum Dare :) N'hésites pas à passer sur IndieMag on a fait un sujet pour les jeux de la LD40 si tu as besoin de quelques notes :)

Nice graphics and sounds the tone of the game makes it really fun to play and it is quite challenging, really good entry !

boxedmeatrevolution 2017-12-06 23:33

This game was absolutely incredible. Well designed puzzles and a unique take on the theme. My favourite entry so far.

beebo-studios 2017-12-07 00:10

This game feels extremely polished - while playing I actually forgot it was a Ludum Dare entry! Sounds and graphics are top notch, the characters and notes are hilarious and the puzzles work really well. At the beginning I needed a moment to figure out the game mechanics, but reaching Fleur I finally got them. From a storytelling point of view, I was wondering why I was fighting all these "people" and how that would recover my basketball. Also, how their boredom came into place. Was I fighting just to grab their attention? But that's a minor gripe, because the game as a game feels absolutely complete to me and the only thing I wish there was was more. Like I said, I entirely forgot it was a Ludum Dare entry and was a bit sad when I reached the end so soon (though it actually has a good amount of content!). That's why I immediately played it a second time, just because I didn't already get enough out of it! I love it and it's definitely one of my favourites!

@beebo-studios thanks for your awesome feedback <3 Initially a story was intended (cf the only one bubble speech at the beginning), with some "background", jokes, etc (***BLRGH*** speak only with consonants for example) but with the lack of time it's difficult For the boredom it's in fact more the boredom of the player xD it's to prevent constantly moving and add more challenge but it's not very well justified in the story ^^" Thanks again!

Awesome game with a fantastic soundtrack!! I had a great time playing it! I'm impressed by your extremely clever use of the theme. The game's difficulty is well balanced too: last level is tough but accessible.

I think my favorite song was the main menu theme. Btw, when I first saw the flower inevitably came to my mind Flowey from Undertale :D

wolfo 2017-12-07 22:00

I downright loved this. I also took this theme on with an RPG but man, this was pretty damn awesome.

I had a lot of fun playing it, soundtrack was enjoyable, and artwork was pretty cool. There really isn't anything negative about this, maybe pixel art would fit best this style but that's just me. Thank you for this amazing work, fantastic job!

axoona 2017-12-07 23:43

it's an excellent puzzle game! I really loved it (and I love puzzle games) that last level is just impossible (but I *had* to find the solution) I really like the game idea, where the enemies become your allies, but not quite :D it's very humorous. and actually very innovative!

The only remark I have is that even though the music is cool it really made my ears hurt when I was trying and retrying that last level (so maybe a bit of variety would be nice, or maybe less of that high pitch midi or maybe just lower the level... but once again: it's cool when you hear it for the first time, just not so cool when you hear it a lot of times ;)

neontropics 2017-12-08 00:38

Damn, at first this seemed super simple but by the flower level it clicked and I realized how amazing the mechanics are. Very clever take on turn-based battles.

I'm very impressed with the levels - they are almost too clever in that the solution seems pretty obvious in hindsight but is very hard to get too. Seems like you either worked very hard or got very lucky to get these right... Would maybe be good to make some more room for flexible solutions - it feels a bit like each level has one proper solution.

Great music, graphics and atmosphere - reminds me of Earthbound.

sgadrat 2017-12-08 19:01

Haha nice idea, great execution and that last level is genius! Having to place character for them to survive, considering the exact order of event, neat level design!

gruhh 2017-12-09 16:17

I liked the art and the concept of the game, congratulations for the project.

Gostei da arte e do conceito do jogo, parabéns pelo projeto. :flag_br:

One of my favorite games I've played in the jam so far! The level design and mechanics used for each characters are great. I loved the humor and both the visuals and audio. I was seriously expecting an turned base RPG from the image and got this amazing little puzzle game. I honestly wish there was more, great job guys!

reality-blind 2017-12-11 14:52

Everything was already said I think, the graphics are really great, soundtrack is cool, the mechanics are well thought and well used, we want a full game out of it

tinis-games 2017-12-12 13:02

Just one of my favorite games of this Jam. I love graphic rendering and gameplay mechanisms. An excellent puzzle game!

ddrkirbyisq 2017-12-20 16:38

So good! I know from experience how difficult it can be to come up with good puzzle designs in a tight timeframe, so huge props for that :D

purrseus 2023-05-03 00:12

Still one of my favourite Ludum Dare entries ever, I think about his game at least once a year <3
