The jet pack part is hard, but it's satisfying once you start to control it well enough to get to the end :)

Sorry for the wall stucking, I updated the collision masks for the player, walls and lasers, and moved some elements to be pixel perfect.
Now, the majority of them are fixed :)
Make sure to Ctrl+F5 to have the new version, if you've already played it.

Thanks for your comments ! I agree that the game is way too simple for now, I'm working on more levels and new game mechanics to add some difficulty. I also have to balance the turrets, and maybe explore other ways for the octopus movements.
@axoona : Well, I abandoned the previous one because I couldn't make anything nice with it, so I still think it's good that I made this game instead. At least it works ^^

So...first, I didn't know what to do and got a game over.
1 minute later I was running across this room and screaming "THIS FLOWER POT SHOULD BE HERE AND NOWHERE ELSE" or "OKAY, WHERE DOES THIS MUG GO ?"

Yup, as others stated, you didn't package the "Grounded_Data" folder with the .exe, so we can't launch it.

Nice game :) The UI is ergonomic, easy to use. I think that's the most important thing for this kind of game and it's a good thing that you made it well. Wiring and the way power can go through different objects is intuitive. Hint boxes really help, too ! Graphics are nice, especially the clouds/lightning. Good job !
Thanks all for your feedback, we'll try to learn from your advices ;) The aim of the cannon was made for flying enemies, but we didn't have time to include them. We are working on a post-jam version and we'll try to upload an updated version this week. Also, I forgot to put invulnerability frames, so that's why enemies can one-shot you. You're supposed to have 5 lives, but for now bullets hit multiple times before being destroyed.

Nice game ! The difficulty is well balanced. Graphics are great. Just some details : I think it would be better with more feedbacks when being hit or when shooting an asteroid.

Wow, nice game, especially the controls/feedbacks ! After several tries, I think the difficulty changes too fast. It is quite easy for the first minute and then quickly turns into chaos, I never got a good score in the end (but maybe I just need more training :p). Overall, it is very fun to play.

About the food system, it was the original plan to have to collect the items (the collectables are already scattered around the map), but I couldn't make it work properly before the deadline, so I preferred to simply make it unlimited so people could finish the game. But indeed, it makes the game too easy.

The simulation of people is very satisfying to watch :) It took me several tries to figure how to not overload the hospital.
Great game ! It was not so clear to me that we also had to invoke rain on the tree, but now I see it's in the description. It's satisfying to play with the rain/plant mechanics, it works very well ! FYI, I used the Linux build and didn't encounter issue (and thanks for having provided one :) ).
Quite atypic gameplay, strange at the beginning but it works pretty well. I have a feeling that it lacks a way of losing, maybe the enemy could be a bit faster than the slime, so it represents a real danger, and inflicting damage to the enemy would apply some knockback on it. The audio is nice :)
Hey, it just feels like one of my previous jobs, where I couldn't keep up alone with a task planned for 2 to 4 people to work on, haha. It took me some time to figure out I could stamp the boss and leave the room, but once I did, I really liked this ending. Nicely done :)

It's nice that you managed to do an intro to the game and voices ! It really makes the game stand out. The combat mechanic is nice. I didn't go past Nogrim, as I ended up a bit lost in the world and couldn't find where to go, but great job !
The loop on the title screen is indeed confusing, but when we start the game with the theme in mind, it makes sense. I still started worrying if it was really a bug after the third time xD Regarding the actual game, I found the character too slow to move. Fortunately the game is forgiving for platforming parts. I ended up stuck at the level where the character references Stanley, not sure if it's one of the levels where I was supposed to use "E" key to do something. I wish I could have seen more loops ^^

Wow, I didn't really see this ending coming after I had started to get a little bored in the game. I'm glad you made this game, and could share a message within it. :) As you said in previous replies, I hope you'll find ways to enhance the game and bring other endings. Interested to play it again once you have a new version !
Nice game ! The mining mechanic is well thought and it really increased the pressure when I missed a command and knew there was a monster nearby. Monsters that I loved trapping between doors and walls :p I totally forgot about using the defense item, but hiding and playing with doors was already fun !
Nice game ! Graphics and sounds make a nice atmosphere. I found the last level a bit frustrating, when you must jump to the top with the platform moving right in your path. Apart from this, I really enjoyed the levels, and collecting the bonus items was a nice added challenge :)
It took me a while to eventually reach the ending, I was quite bad at finding the path. After a while, I was alternating between "puzzle solving attempts" and "free wandering just to relax until I decide to solve the puzzle again". And it's nice to have a game that lets us do both :D

@firetwoonenine Sorry if the timer is too short, we've debated how much time was "challenging but not too much" until the very last minutes ! But it's not an easy thing to measure.
I agree about the intro skip. As it is, it kinda breaks the flow :)

Nice game and art ! The game is quite forgiving on the platforming side, it prevented me to fall many times :) However, I eventually died, so I haven't seen the end yet.
Also, I'm glad this game dares to approach sensitive subjects such as which ingredients belong on a pizza ! :p
Very pleasant game ! On my second attempt, one of the cultits spawn was very far away, so I spent almost the whole game trying to get to it. The meteor arrived soon before I could reach the third cultits spot. Fortunately I had level up enough on the road.
My third attempt was much more enjoyable, since I could defeat all cultits quite early and could spend a lot more time leveling up / exploring :) Boy does it feel great once weapons are maxed out, nice feedbacks !
Also like others, it took me some time to understand I could go into water

Regarding the player movement and controls in general, I'm not fully satisfied by it either. I've struggled with several different combinations of control and movement parameters. My attempts at keyboard controls didn't feel great to use either. The current state is the less confusing one I could come up with for the jam ^^
Regarding leaving people in space, indeed, it's not intended :) There initially was a 5 seconds timer after which the humans would die if left in space. I didn't have time to implement it as I wanted, however, so I eventually removed it, but left the red blinking. I'm glad that it can still discourage some players to do it :D

Nice game, very fun to play ! I didn't expect there would be an ending, as I was still on my quest to get more and more coins :)
Nice game ! The town I made doesn't make any sense in terms of building placement, but it worked, haha. A few things are a bit confusing at first, but it's just that we need some time to gather all the info. I also had a hard time to build my first harbor. Overall, I think there's a nice balance between all the parameters (inhabitants, work, hygiene, etc)

The upgrade mechanic was not very clear to me at the beginning, however. But once we get it, it's a clever idea :)
I initially went straight to the objective... and repeated that several times, thinking the game was about repeating the same loop until something eventually changes :) Then I found about the exploration part, and wow, that's a nice take on the theme ! Also, controls feel very good :)
