Wow. Simple but very good game. +1 for the skip intro ;)

Well, good job guys! The rules are simple and it works well. I had fun on your game and I liked the end. The small arrow to indicate the path helps well. There is a small bug on the matches. If a matchbox is found before the end of a previous match, the timer is not reset. A fogged map and displaying a table of hight scores could be good updates. I finished the game in less than 13 minutes. Who does better?
Really addictive
I didn't understand the link with the theme. A bit hard and I didn't know I could use a sword the first try. It's a classic but it works.
Some bugs remains but it's fun after all. I like the theme approach. Graphics and story are interesting.
Simple but nice game. I like graphics and the retro styled shader. A bit easy and repetitive. Adding different kind of ennemies would improved gameplay.
The zip file has been updated to add the missed dll.
@crawlingrevo, @baconsenpaii I update the executable to add keyboard controls. @hauo Thanks for your comment. I would have liked to add more different cars (limousine, bus...) and parking areas for more fun but 72 hours is really short. Take this like a proto and not a final game. First level is simple because it's like a tutorial. @all players, thanks for playing!
@romanchesco I'm glad you enjoyed to play. Thanks. You're ideas for improvement are interesting. I didn't think about multiplayer but it could be fun and challenging. Design of Project Highrise is really cool. Car Graphics are only placeholder for now. I had not enough time to draw them myself. If I find the time for, I would like to take few hours to add some features and polish.
@carlos-giraldo Thanks. If I had to do the job again now, I would think of keyboard control before controller. It's kind of feature I would like to add.
@n00b I didn't had enough time to add sound fx and music. It was planned to increase the timer of the cars over the levels.
Needs more feedback and graphics needs a little polish. However, it's a nice game and I had fun.
Rules are not cleary explained but it's a fun game when controls have been understood.
It's not easy to read what's happen the first try but become fun when you begin to understand how it works. Graphics are simple but nice. A lot of work with the AI I think. Should be a good game with more feedbacks and mechanics explained
Great concept and mechanics work well. It's really addictive and art is nice
Very nice. How to use a theme to make a serious game with consciousness. Great game.
Wow. Art is beautiful and mechanics are good. The game is fun and addictive. All is polished. Here is a winner!
It's hard to move items with a french keyboard. Except that, the game is fun, original and beautiful. Good work.
Fun game even if levels are not really hard. I didn't understand I could click on output to know what files are needed. Can't play editor because of the scrolling bug. With more levels and tile types, it could be a really nice game.
Somewhere between Frostpunk and Tetris. Great concept and fun game. Controls could be improved but it's still a good game anyway
Strange but nice. The theme approach is interesting but mechanics are a bit simple and not really intuitive. Sound design is simple but that do the job. Nice graphics.
Nice. Gameplay is atypical but fun and clever and graphics are sweet. Timer is a bit short and the objective marker could be always shown but it's still a good game. I really liked to play. Thanks for made it.
I hope the penguins slip less in real life. And who is this # $ *! who throws these snowballs. Seriously this game is really fun. Thank you.
Nice game! It's funny I made a parking simulator too. But he's really different than mine. It's a bit hard to stop the car. A brake should be great. Graphics are really nice and gameplay is fun. Great job.
The game stopped giving me tasks after a while, but I still enjoyed it. The concept is simple but engaging.
The gameplay is stripped down to the bare minimum, and I don’t really see the link with the theme. Still, it’s rare to see a text-based game nowadays. The concept is original, and it makes you want to see it through to the end.
The controls are a bit rough, and it’s not easy to find your bearings in space, especially during wall jumps — but for a first attempt, it’s not bad at all. The sounds remind me of those old 8-bit console games from back in the day.
Very good hidden object game. The visuals are beautiful for something made in such a short time, and the music is lovely too. A nice relaxing little game.
There are some good ideas, but it would need more mechanics and balancing to make the game really fun. The fuel doesn’t run out and there’s no damage, so it lacks a bit of challenge. Visibility is a bit low compared to the tank’s sliding, so you end up hitting walls and bombs quite often. Since there’s data displayed in the UI, I think more mechanics were planned. I guess you just ran out of time to make it really fun.
Thanks akuta for your comment. I remender know I forget to check if planet is already collected before take a pic 😅
@tim-eriksen I would love too but not enougth time to make it in 48h
@baluj It’s because of the mirror trick ;)
@n1evsky I'm sorry if you don't have fun. I made it from scratch without any game engine so I've worked as much as I could to add features. I would like to add more but don't have enought time. :) @petitlu I think first level is smaller than your screen. Have you try normal or hard mode, levels are a bit bigger. It could works better.
The game is beautiful. The sound is perfect. The story is engaging. My English is a bit limited, so it took me some time, but I still managed to reach the end. Great game!
So many clicks just to collect only one single white pixel. I want a refund! :D I’m not a big fan of clicker games since the gameplay depth is usually quite low, but this one is well made and still manages to be engaging. It’s too bad we can’t choose our color at the start. Also, once you activate the auto-clicker, you can’t turn it off — that’s a bit disappointing too.
A simple game that fits the theme well. The character’s design is nice, but the world could have been a bit larger (and the butterflies much smaller) to really give the feeling of searching. The introduction of the snake mini-game is a good idea to add some gameplay variety.
A nice little adventure in the style of Zelda. The adventure is fun and has humor. It’s simple but effective. From a coding perspective, it would have been better to separate the code into different classes and files to make it more manageable. I also think it could use some optimizations, especially in that horrible conditional logic function ;) And there is a little bug with the keypress event. Nevertheless, the game is very well done. Great job!
you should put each logic in objet callback (castle, woodcutter...) and use an array for flags instead of booleans. Search for machine state to understand how it works. By the way you don't need to look at hasAxe and put axe in inventory. Useless double logic. Use inventory.indexOf(axe) >= 0 instead
Nice try. It’s not often that we see a puzzle game like this in Ludum Dare. The aesthetics are simple, as is the gameplay, but the game is deeper and harder than it looks. Et en voyant ton profil sur github, je constate que nous sommes voisin. J'habite à Pau :)
The controls are a bit rough and the AI is overpowered, but it still looks fun. Could be an interesting concept with some balancing
I didn’t realize at first that I had to collect with the paddle and tried clicking on the collectibles without understanding why it didn’t work, but I got it after a few seconds. An original take on Arkanoid that fits the theme perfectly. Well done!
An original game with a serious-game aspect, so I love it! I had to search a bit for the keyboard binding since it’s not very intuitive, especially with a French keyboard. The graphics are fun, and so the audio too. I didn’t immediately understand the mechanics, but it was still fun. I also made a game featuring a telescope, in a different style. I’d be happy to hear your thoughts on it! https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/58/star-fleet-telescop
A Pokémon-like game is a good try for matching the theme, and the aesthetics, although quite simple, give a very polished look for a game made in 48 hours. Great job!
A stamp collection game couldn’t fit the theme any better. There’s a nice idea behind cutting out the stamps and removing the postmark. However, sorting them in the album isn’t very intuitive. It would have been nice to be able to reorganize the stamps if you don’t place them correctly. By the way, my dad used to tell me not to touch stamps with my fingers — you’re supposed to use stamp tongs. ;)
The concept is very original and the game is well made, but I didn’t find the jump button right away and wasn’t sure where to go. I lost a bit of time — a pity for a 5-minute game you can only play once. Still, I only had two pieces left and managed to finish the level (with two other people). Nice job on the uncommon asynchronous gameplay!
Once you figure out the rules, it plays smoothly. Card games aren’t very common in game jams, so that’s a plus. The game is well made and quite complete.
Simple but nice. Dash isn't really useful. Sounds and graphics are great. I can't go really far because of a bug when a took the pink light.
I didn’t take a screenshot, but it was a JavaScript alert about a missing object. I replayed the game, but the bug didn’t happen again. Sorry about that.
Simple but effective game. The theme isn’t fully respected, but it still works. A timer is missing to show how much time is left in the day. If you don’t finish the day, the command remains available the next day, which feels a bit odd.
I’m not sure I understood everything (my English is limited), but the concept is original and funny. And it deserves credit for having a tutorial — good work!
Original and funny with some kind of challenge. Good game
The game is super simple but still original. It does the job. The rules are easy to understand. I wonder how this game is perceived across cultures, since some patterns might mean different things elsewhere. Too bad we can’t spread the fingers — I would’ve loved to see the Vulcan salute ;)
Simple but funny and original puzzle game. Easy to learn but need some thought to get a good score. My hight score is 22 :) Clean code without bugs. I didn't know this engine easy to understand.
Old screen fx is a bit strong, especially in full screen. Game doesn't reset after playing once so I couldn't find all endings. I don't know if it's a bug but the player can go outside of the screen. Otherwise, I like background mountains and butterflies are nice.
Funny game, but I had to play a few rounds to understand the power cell concept.
The game loop is interesting, but the game is a bit too confusing to really understand what’s going on. It lacks some UX feedback, and there are a few bugs — but it’s a nice attempt overall. And I like the cats ;)
It’s really bad that it’s not playable, because the graphics make you want to try it. Everyone has to start somewhere — congratulations on your submission!
The concept is original and the monsters have style, but after a while the battles start skipping automatically. The UI is a bit dark, making it hard to see the health bars. Other than that, the game is quite enjoyable.
funny snake with original mechanics but not understood easily how mouse works.
Original and pretty graphics. Controls are a bit hard espacially with a french keyboard and sometime the player doesn't move.
