zzzzzzzzzzzxxzzzzxxxxzzzzxxxxxzzxxxxxx... And so on ;)
Keep working on it, I think it's a great idea :) Lot of potential.
Winner! :) Didn't expect devil dogs ;)
Loved the smoothness of the animation and controls.
Amazing.. Love the graphics, the game is a bit.. just a tiny bit hard.!!! :)
Lots of stars from here.
Awesome, one of the best games. I played it again and again. :) The small planets are hard to hit ;)
It's almost like meditating ;)
Very good.. 57 moves to clear the board. :)
Hard but very nice game :) Good tutorial/game introduction.
Simple and fun. Nice job.
Nicely done. I really like the idea :)
Found the controls a bit frustrating.
Space pizza!! :)
Very good job and good puzzles :)
Controls felt mirrored, nice idea. Destroying planets is fun ;)
Like it a lot.. :)
Good interpretation of the Theme.
Very nice, really like the style :)
Agrees with @mrexcessive.
I would like to have been able to replace/upgrade defender orbs, and maybe buy more orbits or something like that.
But very nice game :)
It's been said before but.. AWESOME! 5/5 Tons of fun!
Nicely done :) You nailed the "in space" controls. I had problems getting mine to be as I wanted.
Love the color scheme.. Nice!
So simple, and yet so hard :) Very enjoyable game..
WOW!! And then some. :) Almost ran out of stars to give... ;)
Amazing.. Really like it =D
Love the humor :)
Liked it :) "You Win!" was a bit anticlimactic, but for 48 hours it was great :) Didn't meet any enemies at the top left crystal, guess the enemies couldn't get up there..
Here, have some stars :)
Loved it :) Great Idea, nice music and wonderful gameplay.
The physics went a bit haywire when I harpooned a planet moving in the opposite direction that I moved.
It's all been said... Effing amazing :)
Nice :) Good idea.
Cable TV in space, I like that idea :)
Very nice. Hard but fun :)
I really like the idea, very different.
It's hard but fun. Start all over the place from me :)
Good game, did die a lot of times without finding a planet.
Maybe a one time usable indicator to point you in a good direction to start out the game.
Very hard to get a high score ;) (got 6)..
Weird in a good way :)
Very nice :) Like the portal animation. Would have liked to be able to use w to jump.
A bunch of stars from me.
When hitting the sides, I get thrown back into the center of the screen.. Is that correct?
Psychedelic soundtrack... I agree.!
Don't know how many times I tried to jump over the shapes... Very short. Keep it up.
Thanks for the nice feedback :)
"Getting shot by myself was unexpected but an interesting feature"
It sounds like I need to work on an old game idea, shooting yourself sounds popular :D
Glad you like it, even if the controls are hard.. With a bit of training it isn't that bad ;)
@~SquigglySoup~: Not "bugging out" :) I expect that you were at one of the edges? I did write in the description "Watch out for highly warped space, it'll drag you in" ;)
@ninjascript: The floatyness wasn't planed, but without it the game is way to easy. You'll get the hang of it fast, if you keep trying :) I have nooo problem with it.. now. ;)
Thanks for playing and the feedback.. :D
Started going wrong at level 6.. :)
Level 3 got me :) Very nice game.
Nice :) Sound was driving me nuts.. ;) Don't know why, but I played till the end :)
I simply love the jump animation. :) Nice job.
Very Nice :) I really like it. Easy to understand, and play :)
A great idea. Could become much more. :)
Game of life within game of life... Life-ception. I Like it :)
Nice level design.. :)
Brilliant.. One of the best ideas for the "Connected Worlds" theme. Very nice.
A lot of stares from me. :)
Like the graphics. Nice take on the theme. :)
Hard but fun :)
Time left: 15.71587s Poor mouse ;)
All around good job! Like the graphics :)
Like the idea of the action mode which could be developed more. Great mechanics..
Stars and more stars ;) Very nice and polished job..
Know it's been said before but world switching mechanic was well realized. Though, the combat was finicky.
Very nice, very :) Bunch of stars from me..
Very nice :) Played it way longer than I thought I would..
@endurion thanks for pointing out my mistake.. Just clicked the wrong files when uploading. You are right it's very hard matching the colors. I wanted to tweak it a lot more, but simply didn't have the time as life intervened, and most of the Sunday was gone.
@commanderstitch NICE!!! So you did figure it out. Very nice. I really hope my current games are a lot easier to play and understand.
WOW, really nice feel. Graphics is simple and clean and the music relaxing. A really solid entry :D
Very nice.. Really like the puzzels :D Took a few tries to get the hang of it :) I see you have the same issues with the web build.. I had to delete a few sounds causing issues, still don't know why? Sigh.. Great Job.
Nice animation and idea, could be developed into something more. Nice job :)
A lot of clicking ;) Found myself keeping just needing the next upgrade, and then the next, and next and... Very nice work.
Died at age 16... :/ Hmm... Might be saying something about my choices.. Nice game. :)
Very nice.. Reminds me of http://lightbot.com/ which we us, when learning kids to program in "Coding Pirates" . As other has stated, the commands are a bit cumbersome. Amazing what you have created in 72 hours..!
@sundancekid No, you are not. :) Some have experienced this, but all have been able to play with a page refresh.. I have NO clue why this happens on some browers :/
@jcmonkey Totally agree, the jump feels off, I did wan't to tweak it, but ran out of time.. And I should have added arrow keys to the controls.. Forgot all about that. :/ Will be added later. Thanks for playing :D
@rsim I'll make sure I never forget adding arrowkeys ever again.. Thanks for pointing it out :) Thanks for playing :)
@kovakomes Thanks for playing and the nice words :) Money... Money... Money... Money... ..
@week-of-the-agents Thanks, I know, I just ran out of time, and didn't get to add volume control or mute.. Thanks for play tho' :)
@memel06 The WebGl version is always giving problems :/ But try to reload the page, fixed the problem, for everyone I know had the issue.. Hope you'll retry it..
@rombus Thanks for playing :D Hitting your head, and preventing you from jumping is all part of being annoying ;) No, it's just the way Unity Tile maps works, or I think it is. It's the first time using it so maybe there is a better way to handle it.. There are a lot things I would like to change, but I'm happy with what I got done :)
@sundancekid Yeah, still don't know why the reload is neede.. Maybe something in unity 2019.2 beta that's messed up.. Thanks for playing, glad you liked it :)
@wiseclock Thanks so much.. :) Glad you liked it :D
@mantaraytv-games Addicted even.. :) Nice. Remember you will double your pocket size if you find the huge 4clover. Makes the game a lot easier. Thanks SO mush for all the kind words. :D
@blobo Thanks for playing :) Glad you liked it.
@paul59 Thanks for the feedback. I know that the Unity web build is having some issues. Just glad, the page reload worked for you :)
@phillserrazina didn't think that the name would attract players ;) But of cause anyone called Phil, want's to play "**Phil**, The Leprechaun Of Gold.". Lol... Wait?? Are you telling me that you finished the game? Wow.. Think you are the second I have heard of. Nice :D Thanks for playing, and the feedback.
@liauj Glad you liked it. Yeah, the controls isn't feeling solid, but sluggish. I'll refine it after rating ends. Thanks for playing :D
@tommyflower Glad you liked it so much :) I'll update the controls, so you can play with the arrow keys in the future :) Thanks for playing, and the positive feedback :D
@frank-gevaerts Thanks, I'm bad at them as well, but that isn't going to stop me from creating them ;) Glad you tried anyways.. Making the leprechauns be animated gold, and the rest of the story wrote itself :) Thanks for the kind words :D
@fashionbatman Glad you liked it :) Maybe the children shouldn't be angels, but devils. But they started out to be something else, but the time limitation, forced me to change them and their movement. Thanks for playing :D
@deathstorm The dead ends, is a challenge  It helps a lot when you figure out the way the dead children moves  Thanks for the very kind words and the feedback. :notes: Money.. Money... Money.. :musical_note:
@jiri-hysek I am amazed how many "likes" the kids money, money chant :) Glad you liked the visuals, first time trying to really make tiles for a platformer. Thanks for playing :D
@solah It was meant to be hard, but it turned out to be **very** hard.. ;) I must confess, I haven't gotten to the end myself.. Just glad that a few others have, else I would be nervous that I missed a bug or something.. Thanks for playing
@deathbysnail Short and to the point ;) LOL.. Thanks for playing :D
@vinay-rao Thank you so much for you **very** nice review :D Nice that you found out the only way to win, is to wait in place and lure the children from time to time. Glad you enjoyed it :) and thanks for playing.
@imphenzia Thanks for playing.. If you walk through the coins, it's because your pockets are full, and you have to return to the cauldron. Nice feedback on the jump sfx, I added the different sounds just to have some variation, but can see how that can be interpreted to have some "real" influence.. Thanks for the feedback. :D
Hi @philstrahl, you really made my day yesterday, when I finally got around to see you play my game. :D I'm also having issues with the jump not always working, but I only found out after submitting. I'll have to look into what is causing it, as it's a simple grounded check and key-input check. Weird.. It was really fun to see you just as frustrated as everybody else, I have seen playing it ;) It **is** hard and frustrating. I like the idea of not starting over when failing, but just loosing coins like Sonic. I would have made it a lot easier if there where more levels. A lot of people are having issues sleeping after a runin with the children... You also suggested having multiple ways to get to the powerup. There are ;) but guess you have to play a few more times before you realize. Fun to see the flashing C64 screen again, it's been years :D Thanks for playing and inspiring all of us to better ourselves. **THANKS** PS - I have only heard of two people completing the game, so don't feel bad ;)
Going to hell for the person we love.. Would like to have been able to skip the intro, as I had to reload the page. Nice work :)
"Player 1 Wins!" :) Nice game, easy to get.. Like the music :D
Love it.. Hits the theme spot on. :/ Crisp controls, nice music.. Just perfect.
"Yes Cookie"... Very nice game, very hard until you get the trick of staying high... Loved that you can upgrade. Nice work. :D What did you use to make the music?
Very nicely done :) I liked playing it.. Might have played it a bit too long ;) "Your 1 dollar now equals to 251 American dollars!"
Woooow.. What the ... ;) Hard on the eyes, but liked it. Especially when you start getting to comfortable and don't move very much the shooting starts, and the huge cubes.. Nice.. Strange, but I like it. :D Nice work.
Close to my first idea of just making and app showing ads.. Right to the point.!
Nice game idea, and graphics. :) The sound fx's are a bit in your face. Well done :D
Effing amazing graphics :D And hard, very hard.. Very nice work. Would like to be able to create a mood like that.
Nice idea. Haven't played that many text-based games, but like that, you had to find clues to be able to tell the full stories.. Very nicely done. :)
Love it.. :) The puzzles are nice.. Glad you linked to the walk-through. ;) Very well done  :D
Not sure I could kill anything in the second wave.. Really like the fast way to just try againg and again.. Adjusting and trying again.. Nice work.
Found it hard, but also had to try it again and again ;) Nice work :D
It's life.. Simple but powerful. Thanks for a game that is more than a game. :)
Vert nicely done :) Controls wasn't easy to get a hang of.. Liked the graphics and the music :)
Wow.. Really hard... Kept expecting to fire with left mouse button, not space.. Very smooth controls, and nice graphics, very nice work :D
To large a cult and it's hard to keep them all feed. :) Really liked the game, even if I found it frustrating trying to drag cultists, and failing.. Great work.
@philstrahl As always a nice game with a twist and good humor, didn't expect to be able to pick up dwayne johnson ๐. I Liked it, and you made multiple endings. Nice...
Really liked the Alien, and the way it eats it.. Horror! ;) Also the doors light up as they become accessible, very nice touch. Grate job.
Love it.. Just as frustrating as it should be. Love the controls. Great job
That was effing amazing, made me smile and laugh! Loved the graphics, the minigames, audio.!! Don't know what would add to the experience. Perfect!
Hard controls to get into, and jumping often didn't work. :/ But besides that, fun, hard game :D Nice Job
Got to level 4 :) Cool, game! Reminds me of a very old C64 game called Thrust. Love the graphics, but really miss some basic blips and blops. Very nicly done
Wow..! Love the graphics  and the solid controls. Nice. As always you show what we should strive for. Level 3.. maybe 4 gave me problems as Rรฉmy died the first 5-7 times before even getting through the first rock. :/ Loved everything about the game.
@blobo How the ... did you do all that in 48 hours? Amazing. I liked the graphics, made me think of Undertail. A few times I had problems combining the seeds, but that can be caused by me playing it on Linux using Wine, so don't take it seriously. Great job.
Wow.. So much you have done in such a short time. Like the gameplay, found it very hard. And got very annoyed of all the stuff that got in the way. Nice game  great execution :D
@commanderstitch Thanks for the kind words.. :) Did you die at any point? I made 3 different way you can die.. I tried to get all the audio to be the same volume, any specific sample that was louder than the others?
@commanderstitch Yes, no more coffee is one.. Boring one ;) Again time ran out and I didn't get to do more on that one. :/ Second, yes the unicorn dies.. BTW, thanks for playing.
@majk-fl Thanks :) What the unicorn wants is what the unicorn wants! It's chosen 100% randomly, so you just got unlucky. Water is by far the easiest to get!
@sayumeki Thanks for the feedback  . The walking animation is in there, just not implemented (ran out of time). Didn't even think about the other way of doing the pickup and drop of items, I just thought you are holding things, so you are holding things (spacebar). But I agree with you that, it would be better just toggeling. More than one sound is the mockup sound made, early.. There are as always room for improvment. Thanks again for playing and the details feedback.
@hanamigi Oh, the Unicorn **can** die.. ;) Thanks for the feedback and for playing
@frank-gevaerts hmm.. There are 3 ways to die and one to win.. Soo, can't give you the bonus points unless it's the 3 ways of loosing. ;) Ok, half a point then. Thanks for playing.
@theconfusedcyborg Thanks.. Did try. Still, would like to have added a lot more. Thanks for playing. :D
@frank-gevaerts Here's you bonus ๐ฐ :D
@jiri-hysek Thank you for the very kind words. And thanks for playing. Can't wait for Phil to play it. ๐ฆ
@nekoruma Glad you liked it:slight_smile: Thanks for playing
@sandra-jasionowska Thanks for the kind words  Seems like the there are one ending, bad one, that people just don't find. Kind of interesting why not. Hmm. Thanks for playing and rating
@gaminghamster Thanks for playing and rating  The game is based on Phil Strahl aka. [PixelProphecy](https://ldjam.com/users/philstrahl) if you don't know him, he like coffee very much.
@ironygames Yep, flowers are huge.. There are a lot of possible updates, to after judging period. Thanks for the feedback and rating
@alex-mulkerrin realistic.. Hmm. What do you know of :unicorn: ? Would like to know too. Glad you liked it, and thanks for playing.
@terrykk I know.. :/ The graphics for the walking animation is in there, just not implemented (ran out of time). I'm not sure you would want to listen to music composed by me ๐ฑ Thanks for the feedback
@frank-gevaerts Why isn't there a down-vote button, when you need it!
@pvg Thanks for playing, and for pointing out how effing old I've become. :older_man: C64 still holds a special place in my heart, but guess that's just because it was my first real computer. Loved that you could actually hold the entiere memory layout in your head, and the control of assembler language. Now that you doesn't like :unicorn:, are there any other fable animal you like? Chimeras?
@pvg I understand completely. :rofl:
@yngvarr all spawhers was limited to 15 items. And don't find Unitys DOT to be in a state where I want to put time into learning it. When they are 100% settled on what way of doing everything, I'll be on in. I have no secret, 100% panic for 48 hours. Did follow the 4 rules I stated on the Pixel Prophecy Discord server.
- No idea is stupid, weird or to dumb. Allow yourself to create something completely nuts. - DONโT optimize anything, or implement everything according to design patterns. Make unoptimized spaghetti code.. Just make it work! - Try WORK BACKWARDS! As suggested by Christer McFunkypants Kaitila in the tweet. "Photoshop a beautiful mockup (the screenshot you wish it was) for the 1st several hours" - Art doesnโt have to make sense! Look at a C64 game like Monty on the run, where you are met with enemies like floating smiling heads, teapots, heads with feet and huge noses, angry ghosts, flying mugs, clocks with wings, the list goes on. Thanks for playing
@deathstorm Thanks for playing it, and on a live stream nonetheless  It was fun to watch how you approached the game, and that you, as the first player, found the missing colliders around the island. Also you really waited just to see the last way to die! I myself wouldn't have had the patience. Thanks for the kind words
@blobo Thanks for playing and rating  The german yelling is an internal joke for Phil Strahl, when he gets to play it.
@kuiefs I know, I changed the coffee decrease for debugging, and forgot to undo the change. It is, to easy. But that's ok, as long as you enjoyed the short experience of making coffee from the pooping unicorn. "bizarre experience", yes! I would call it success ๐คช Thanks for playing
@hoyr Thanks for playing  Tried to make it as in-you-face, what needs to be done. Sounds like it worked.
@frenchie thanks for playing , glad you liked it. I had plans for a lot more ways to "by accident" kill the unicorn, but I simply ran out of time. :/
@redhermit Thanks for playing :) I would have liked to make so many changes to it. But this was seriously one of the times where I couldn't get an idea on what to do. But glad you liked it and had a bit of fun :) Thanks for the kind words, and for all the work you do for the unicorn community
OK, that took a sharp turn, damn.. ๐ฎ Got a shock when the audio kicked in. Love the graphics, and gameplay. Games in games  Nice work.!
@alex-mulkerrin Very nice  An animated L-system looks so good  It reminds me of my LD45 Game L-Flowers. Nice work!
Nice game idea. Game was very slow, and movement very sluggish :/ Liked the graphics and simple and to the point sound effects. Good work :D
Love it.. The missing audio takes a lot from the experience, just a simple keyboard click would have gone a long way. How did you have the time to include so many different small games within the game. Amazing what is possible within 48 hours. Great job. :D
Played it way to long.. Love the art, the sound effects and the gameplay. Only made it to wave 10.. Great job  Going to take another game just to see if I can't beat it..
Love it.. Played it way to long, but the level with the spiky ball got me. Love the graphics, the audio and the gameplay.. Very nice  :D
Nice ๐ Like the graphics, and the music. The angry people had a tendency to get stuck on objects, which made it very easy to "love" them. Missed a sound effect when drinking, besides that I really enjoyed it. ๐
Very nice, got me totally stressed when the swaying set in, just to much for me. Liked the graphics and the gameplay. It's like an advanced version of my LD 45 game, L-Flowers, only had water and sunlight to manage. I did miss, just the simplest of sound effects. Great job
Effing hard... :D Couldn't get past level two! Very nice game. Love the graphics, the snappy controls and moody music. Perfect!
Got a shock stepping out of the helicopter!! Didn't expect sounds in a text game, It just shows I played the game before, reading the game description! Won't do that again. I'm not good at this at all.. But did find a coconut, but didn't get my arm fixed. Like your writing style.
Record 1650.. Damn, that's a hard game! No second or even third changes here! I love the old feel in the graphics, audio and the crt effect, it all matches perfectly. Great job
Nice mood, and the I like the graphics. Unique! :D
Really good! I got really stressed out playing ;) Like real parenting you have to keep an eye on everything all the time. Love it. Nice job. :D
Nice graphics :) The controls a bit off, and as other have said, it get hard really quickly, lines of crows. Good job.
So much to do at the same time.! He is a bit fragile the dear Fimbledore, so he kept dying on me. Like the fast action, and you had time to implement a shop, very nice. All in all a very good job :D
Very close to my own game  You got some more complexity as you have more "customers". Love the graphics, and the animations works very well. Nice job.
Nice art.. :) Was missing healthbars for both player and enemies and maybe a faster swing. Nice job.
Nice music, and gameplay. Like that the special attack influences the level layout. Are there a win state or is it survive as long as possible? Good work. :D
Very nice mood/atmosphere! Was the 3 spears the end, or did I just ef up? Loved the graphics :D Very nicely done.
Nice work. A bit to easy, except for my wrist starting to hurt from clicking so much. As level 14, enemies started to get stuck on each other. And doing nothing, it still took two and a half level to die. So as others have mentioned, autofire would have been great (maybe as an early upgrade), and being able to die faster, adding to the stress of the goal. Well done
After some minutes I started really liking the controls. Finding the portal was really hard! When the controls, are this hard, a small indicator showing in what direction to go, or a minimap would have been nice. Having the player and the cat in a different pixel size than the platforms and background stands out to me. But might make it easier to distinguish the player from the background? Music is a bit repetitive, so a way to mute it or just turn it down would be nice. The sound effects are perfect, matches the pixel graphics. Definitely one of the hardest LD46 game I've played up until now. Great job
Nice animations :) I liked the idea, but found it too hard. Couldn't win in any way. :/ Might just be me. Might be missing some feedback indicator for the flowers.. God Job :D
@hanamigi I know, I too ran out of time making my entry! I had so many funny endings to do and ended up only have 1ยฝ. So understand 100%.
Nailing the theme 100%, great idea.. Love the sounds and graphics . Very cute.
Love the consept :D My record for keeping the pesky humans alive was 65.39s. Fun game  Indicator showing when I could use my aura again, would have been nice. Good job!
Very nicely done  I found that I played best at 45rpm, as it allowed me to easily run the left side and still get back to the right relative fast. Did at first think I should repeatably bash left to go left and right to go right, but only took a few secs to figure it all out. Love the graphics and the music, all in all a very solid entry.
@deathstorm Too hard.. Couldn't get it.. :/ Liked the clean audio and the graphics. Well done. And of cause just watched @philstrahl playing it, and it's so clear now.. Very nice..
@zwodahs and @john-gabriel First, thanks for playing :D About the categories and opting out.. I was REALLY tired when submitting, so read it as the exact opposite! I have changed it. Thanks for letting me know. Thank you both for the kind words :D
@javicepa Never did anything like this before, and the combination code, ended up being a bit messy, but it works.:) Thanks for playing
@daitli The Stuck in a loop was to be made clear from a minimap, showing the monorail going around in a loop, but I simply ran out of time, so it's only mentioned in the intro text. Thanks for playing
@tomeks Nice. :) Next time I need to get some data on how long people are taking to finish the game. I know it can be done in 30 sec, but only because I know what to do, and I didn't have time to add any misleading items, objects, and people. Thanks for playing and saving them all :id:
@phillserrazina Glad you liked it :D
@tomeks "the Final Station".. Got to check that out.. Thanks for letting me know how long it took you.
@rex64 Thanks for the kind words, for playing and rating, Thanks. :D
@tolmera Thank you  Very kind words.
@coding4rtist Thanks  That's very kind of you.
@david-hunter I did have an idea of a gory ending, with the train stopping a bit to abrupt, and having everyone aboard hit the cockpit window. But there where so much more I would like to have done before implementing that, so reminder for the next LD, make a smaller game.. SMALLER ... Thanks for playing
@fabula-rasa Thanks for allowing my game to be "First choice of some Twtter users" Might use that in promoting the game.. Thanks for the kind words about the writing, it's my first game ever having more text than "Press Space to start". So glad it's been well received. The monorail should have been littered with false leads and useless items. But again, time!.. :/ I know the "music" would annoy everyone, and have once forgot a mute option, that will never happen again! Thanks for all your feedback and for playing
@yngvarr You are to kind, but I humbly accepts you praise  Thanks for playing and the kind words
@polusi Thanks, I'm a bit overwhelmed by all the positive feedback everyone is giving. Thank you so much for playing, rating and giving feedback. Thanks.
@slavi Thanks for playing. And Yes, way to short, but again the limited time, to implement bag, item merging, item dependencies, and everything else, simply ran out. :timer:
@commanderstitch Thank for the nice words and for playing. Only reason for having *spare* rope, was to not having to have an extra sprite and logic for it. Would be very simple now I think about it.. Doh! I loved the game Day of The Tentacle, and want to make something like it one day. So for this LD I had to try doing some of the basics. Yeeee Haaaaarrrrrr!!!! Possible to get a Linux version of your entry?
@vphyre Glad you liked it. I'm trying to come up with a good story to expand on the game, but so far I haven't been able to come up with anything that makes me want to give it a go. Maybe in time.
@datadazer Thanks for the kind words. Haven't written any dialog for a game before, so happy that so many people enjoyed it. Thanks for playing and the positive feedback.
@redhermit You are too kind  But thanks! I did spend most of the time coding as I've never done anything like it before. But like what I came up with regarding the item merging and having to have a certain item to access others. I did within an hour of the reveal of the theme know what I wanted to do, so that helped a lot on what I had time to do. But next time I think I'll try and make something smaller/simpler and spend more time on the other elements beside coding.
@philstrahl Thanks for taking the time to play. :) FYI, no need to have any item selected to interact with a specific object needing that item, as long as the item is in the bag, it's all good.
PS - The pilot had more Zzzz to talk about.
Very nice. Impressed on how well I felt the controls working. Only issue I had was camera getting under the groundplane when starting. Very nice take on the theme  Great job
Very hard to control :/ And the wall clipping, made it almost unplayable for me. Liked the voices and the graphics. Nice job
Very nice idea. It didn't take long to learn the controls, and start getting some strategy going. Liked it. Nice Job
Arrghh, finger slipped to r instead of e. :/ Oh, can see above I'm not the only one. Might be an idea to change. Like the mood, and the relaxing music
Really like it :D Just had to get the hang of it, and it all started coming together. Amazing you did all this in only 48 hours.
Very nice. Did spend some time getting the hang of the controls. Liked the graphics and the crazy feel of it all. Great job
Can't believe you did all that in just 48 hours.. Amazing. I did keep having a purple triangle in the middle of the game area :/ Even after reloading.. . Screenshot from 2020-10-06 21-33-08.png
Love the mechanics and the music a lot. Again very well done.
Nice graphics and music. I didn't really get the looping, seemed a bit random? I did keep pressing space to do something. Nice relaxing game, got 28 on my first try.
Love it, been a while since I had to figure out things myself :) Took a couple of tries to understand the puzzle, and the indications on the small pearls. Very nice graphics. Very nicely done
Very nice, and hard. Like the controls, split up in 4 quadrants, so you have to focus even more on moving your ship. Only got to the moving targets, very nice difficulty progression. Nicely done
Mac score of 27.. Find it a bit harsh that one mistake is punished this hard. Fun and hard. Nice entry
Made me laugh within the first minute of playing  And nice references to a certain Netflix show. Love the writing/humor so much. Great! Spend almost 40 minutes on it. AMAZING! Can't say anything negative about it. Perfect. Top score   WOW!!
First game in this LD Compo that made me laugh.. Very nice graphics, and sounds. Great humor.
Like the graphics (cute pig), and the game play is nice and simple to understand. I got 125.2 on my second run, and haven't beaten that, yet! Very nice entry
Very nice and very polished game  Loved everything about it! Especially the graphics, very nice style. I played it way to long, which I guess is a good sign..
Amazing what you achieved in such a short time. Love the graphics, and animations is just wow.. Would love to be that good at pixel art.
Insane and chaotic graphics as allways.. Nice! I didn't get past level 2, I simply couldn't get the timing right for hitting the enemies with the "shotgun". I was very entertained  Liked it a lot. Great work.
Short and sweet, I like the idea of stunning and using the enemies as platforms. I did have trouble with the in air throwing of the bone, but spam-clicking space and k worked. Nice Job
@philstrahl Amazing as always... The polish.. I Love it..!! Only thing I would change, is that the escape key exits the game.. Was playing my best game, and wanted to pause for a sec and by happit I clicked escape. :anger:
Score
Might be a good idea to adjust the amount of bombs, in late game I found there to be way to few.
And you added an icon too. (I made sure to include one in my game as well, I know it's something you notice)
As I already said it amazing in every category. Perfect.!! It's staying on my computer.
I found it hard to figure out if I should stay on expeditions or not, I didn't feel like I knew if they were doing good or bad. I did find myself enjoying playing when I started figuring out how to play
If you activated "Run In Background" on the player setting, I could do other work while waiting on the expeditions.
Very nice game
@mdotedot, @mudlee, @imzary Thanks for the feedback and for playing. Almost all graphics was placeholder graphics that ended up not being updated, but yes, the rocks are a bit bland. Would be nice to be able to do level design, I did it all in the Unity editor, which isn't optimal when some tiles are not tiles but game objects with scripts (tiles with scripts are not a thing in Unity.. Yet.). @imzary I've played through the entire game a lot of time, and all levels are passable. I do like that you despite the issues played for a full 15min  Beans are all over and space all around.
Thanks for all the feedback, thanks.
@imzary Or I suck at drawing.. Bean.png
This was my attempt to draw a coffee bean.
@andrewkennedy You got the Bubble-Bobble reference  It wasn't planned, but the when I implemented the scrolling to next level it was so obvious that I had to add the bubble.
I know the restart on death is brutal, but as the game only has 5 levels, and can be completed in under 1 minute. I didn't think it would be an issue. :/ Thanks for your feedback
@fabula-rasa Thank for the serious feedback :) I'm fully aware the graphics aren't optimal, to say the least.. Graphics was placeholder graphics that ended up not being updated, ran out of time. Didn't think about the bullets having a more clear color, noted. The timer thing is already listed as a known bug. Picking up beans with boulders I liked so much that I kept it in the game. Makes sense when speed-running. I know you could cheat... ๐คซ Now everyone knows. It is a bug/feature, collider should just be smaller and in the center (is currently full sized box collider).
Thanks for playing! and for the great feedback.
@frank-gevaerts Thanks for playing :D I wanted to be able to make it a speedrunning game, where you had to finish 5 levels each run. But I can see as it's a puzzle it might not be my best idea. Thanks for the feedback, and for playing
@fabula-rasa No problem, but thanks anyway
@smooches I've followed your advice and have already made it so you only restart the current level. But the rules say that I can't update the game until after rating is over. So that version will have to wait. Reset Run is in there just press ESC
Thanks for playing and for the feedback.
@yngvarr Thanks for playing.. I can see what you mean about the colliders (6:02, and again at 7:25, sorry). I'll fix it in the post jam version.
A small secret; the music isn't music, I needed a placeholder, and just drew something with the mouse in LMMS, and I didn't have time to change it. You can just turn the volume all the way down if itรธs driving you nuts. I do.
I love that you figured out the puzzles, as intended after a few tries. But I do see the need for savepoints for each level.
I have NO idea why it didn't display the correct time under best time. Thanks for rating and for playing
@romanempire Iโve already implemented restart to current level as others have also mentioned it. But the rules say that I canโt update the game until after rating is over. So that version will have to wait. Glad you liked the puzzles as it's my first puzzle game ever.
Thanks for playing and rating
@preda I too like it, and it didn't take very long to implement, and it gives some more life to the flat graphics. Thanks for playing and rating.
@hoichael the distortion didnโt take very long to implement, and it does a lot for the flat graphics. The "music" was something I just drew with the mouse in LMMS, to have a placeholder, and I didnโt have time to change it. But most seem to like it... After a while.
Iโve already implemented restart to the current level as others have mentioned. But the rules say that I canโt update the game until after the rating is over. So that version will have to wait.
I know the puzzles arent' great, levels 1,2,3, and 6 were placeholders, made, and never changed. Only levels 4 and 5 were actually puzzles that I spend 5-10 minutes on.
Thanks for the great feedback, for playing and rating
@themorfeus Thanks for the kind words :D I didn't really *decide* to restart the whole game after death, just how it started, and I never thought about changing it. But I now have implemented restart to the current level as others have also mentioned it, being annoying. (Can't update yet, coz of the rules)
And as mentioned in reply to others' comments, the โmusicโ was something I just drew with the mouse in LMMS, to have some placeholder music, and in the end, I didnโt have time to change it. But most seem to like itโฆ After a while. Must be some kind of brainwashing?
Thanks for playing and rating.
@commanderstitch Glad you liked it, the graphics isn't as interesting as yours in your game. You are the first to mention the tactics of collecting all beans in the beginning to nave it al lot easier later on. Nice :)
Thanks for the feedback, playing and rating
@terrykk @sandra-jasionowska Thanks for playing :) If you haven't already you can see @yngvarr play through it all here
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pn0Vjkbhmzo ย
I had plans for multiple enemies, door mechanics, reflectors and so much more. But as always, the limited time did that I couldn't get t all done.
Glad you both liked it. Thanks for the kind words :)
@deathstorm I had fun watching you play it :) And yes you solved it perfectly. Level 4 you solved BETTER than anyone else I have seen, and better than designed, very impressing.
Also no one, and I mean no one, has mentioned anything about the 2 missing wall pieces that allowed you to go outside the level. I didn't even notice until you just walked out of the level. Must remember to ask you to test the upcoming and updated version.
Thanks for playing and rating
@mathstr0fficial Love the graphics, and the idea. :rocket: I do find it to be a very hard game... I didn't find a way to restart the game? Had to reload to restart. Very nice game!
Scared the shit out of me, multiple times.. I Like it! Glad you included safe-points, it would have been hell without, thanks. The mood is amazing, music and graphics gives a real claustrophobic feel. Top marks from here. Great work!
Like the idea :) I almost rage quit after 5 min, as my brain couldn't get a hold of the controls, I wanted to swap the A and D keys. But I didn't quit and did got to the box  Did spend way to much time on the second to last corner. :anger: Loved the music.
Different :) I got stuck multiple times and couldn't find a way to restart the game. Also couldn't get the WebGL version working (Have later found out, switching to Chrome worked), it never loaded anything (loading bar stayed at 0%). Nice to be shown how bad I am at geography. Nice job.
Nice graphics, sfx, music and even a bossfight :) Everything fits together. Very enjoyable. Good job.
Nice clean graphics, and the music gives a nice and relaxing feel, even tho I'm stressing shortly after start.. Allround nice job.
Like the clean animation of the character. I did miss some ambient sounds to make the walk more moody. Nice voiceover.
Nice game, I did have a hard time getting very deep, but did figure out that stacking was an option. Nice job
Very nice game. It did take me a while to figure out select and right click other object to do action. I played it way to long  but did get stuck as you can see..
stuck.PNG
I couldn't select the truck. Think it might be behind the other collider/triggers and the UI. But all in all a very nice game. Great job
@milestone-games Very nice, and moody point and click adventure. Nice dialog and hint's on what needs to be done. Didn't really feel stuck at any time. The graphics and music combined creates a great mood. Very nice game
@fabula-rasa Very nice game. I love the graphics, the nice mellow music combined giving a nice mood. Took me way to long to figure out that I had to collect the different gems to open the "gate". Really nice and polished game. Great job
@romanempire @ilyas-aqil @steve-dragon Never have I wanted to send a letter this much! Very moody story. Everything was perfect, the speed the story, the music, and hints of what happened. Great job
Ok, might be my immagture humor, but I had pun.. Getting so much out this it's amazing. Nice job
Wow.. I love it.. Did get a shock on level 3 when I got blasted in the face (breeedd peww!), and the sound effects.. Perfect. It's just a tiny bit hard. The graphics and controls are also spot on. Great job
Gerat idea.. Don't think I have seen that in any of the other games I have tried.. I like it :) Allround a solid game, grat job
Stopped playing after 200m as it didn't look like it got any harder the deeper I went. Nice graphics, I wasn't in doubt what I shouldn't touch. Nice job
2229 meters. Very nice feel, love the graphics. It all feels very claustrophobic. Great job
Hi there commander, I won, I think. [Win.jpg](///raw/5c7/2/z/501d8.jpg) :) Your game has the expected graphics style and chaotic gameplay (also as expected). :D It's always a pleasure to play your games. :D Nice work
Note: Download is very slow (3-4 minutes to download), might be a good idea to host it somewhere else..
@commanderstitch I have no idea, it depends on the server, the setup, and so on.. But if it's a server you pay for I don't get why it's this slow. Where in the world is the server located, might be that the connections between me and the server is just not that good...
Well, that was fun :D I enjoyed it. Just had to learn defending, and I beat my Sensei no problem. Great game, nice work
Is it possible to get a full board "solved"? Enjoyed it even if I played alone. Nice job
@philstrahl Fantastic! Love the format, I played with the idea last LD, but didn't go with it. I had some problems navigating around, but not sure if it was part of the game or a bug. Didn't succeed before starting clicking at doors at random.. Amazing you got it done with everything going on. Great job  I was entertained and the mood... very nice mood. You really have a talent for creating a eerie mood.
@philstrahl Ok, that explains SO much.. Didn't catch that at all.. Thought I was going nuts.
Quit a unique game mechanic, nice. I really liked the characters design, well I liked the audio, graphics gameplay, controls, everything.. Very polished and fun game. Great job
Different, I like it.
VERY nice and in 48 hours.. Impressive! Really like the graphics, audio and.. Well everything  everything goes so well together so nice. Great job.
@neojeb3748963 Thanks for playing, and the kind words. :)
@mrscythe Thanks :D Level 10 was made to be almost unbeatable as there are no ending to the game. When designing the level I just placed it at random, and it looked like an L and a D so had to go with it. :) Thanks for playing and rating :D
@zoglu Thanks for the very kind comment :D I for once aimed for a very simple game, and it allowed me to spend more time on graphics and sound. Thanks for acknowledging my effort and thanks for playing :D
@m11 Thanks :D As always I hated the theme, but this time it turned out ok. Thanks for rating and playing :D
@100th-coin Sorry for the missing win screen, I didn't expect anyone trying to beat the last level, and even fewer that would actually beat it. Thanks so much for putting the effort.. I promise to never make a game without a win screen EVER again. So sorry. Glad you did enjoy enough to finish it. Thanks :D Totally optimal strategy to place all the pieces right next to their slots. I had all the pieces moving at first but it made it even more confusing. Thanks for playing and rating. :D
@cmaujluk Glad you enjoyed the game, sorry for the change of pants. Thanks for playing and rating. :D
@cyberfrank I tried making some background-music, but had to stop as it was awful, I simply can't make music. I only make hellish noises. Thanks for the nice words, for playing and for rating :D Thanks.
@holy-doggo01 a random number of the pieces that are snapped in placed are moved at random within a given range. If I moved them far away from set location, the game would become impossible very fast. So yes they stay close to where you put them. Thanks for feedback, playing and rating. Thanks :D
@nyrh Getting through level 10 should be a very hard challenge, as I didn't get to making a win screen I wanted the last level to be very hard, to avoid too many finding out. Thanks for playing :D Sorry for the raise in blood pressure.
@chitoyuu Did start out with the hard limit of 10 s for each level, but that wasn't really working, and trying the "push the table" worked very well, I stuck with it. First I wanted it to be a cat showing up pushing the pieces, but didn't fit the rest of the graphics, and time didn't allow for me to find another visual indicator, like lighting or space warp, who knows. Thanks for the feedback, playing and rating :D
@pascal-fitzner As mentioned "I tried making some background-music, but had to stop as it was awful, I simply canโt make music. I only make hellish noises" So I think it's better without, than the noise I created. Thanks for the kind words and for playing :D
@fabula-rasa Thanks for the kind words :D It's by design... I didn't have time for a win screen so ended up just trying to make the last level almost impossible so to avoid to many seeing that it just looped back .... . Good strategy  Thanks for the feedback and for playing :D
@roboolet Sorry that you didn't like the shaking idea, most seem to like it. Glad you still enjoyed it enough to finish all the levels. :D Thanks for playing.
@lawrence Thanks for the kind words, I usually do not make anything pretty, but as it this time was restricted to triangles, I managed :D Year, I mentioned the cursor on web versions as a problem, but no one has been able to help me with a solution :( It's confusing when you have two pointers. Also playing the embedded version on this page, it doesn't help there aren't an option for full screen. Thanks for playing :D
@kizilejderha Thanks for the feedback. On the Web version the tris and indicators are too small, agree. On the full screen version it's not an issue. You should always be able to recover, but the shake is randomized so you might have been the victim of some extra nasty shakes. Thanks for the feedback and for playing :D
@phoenixofforce Thanks for playing, I guess you played the web version where the cursor isn't disabled, so there are two pointers. Shouldn't be a problem in the windows version.
@bangkerpow I set the distance when creating the snapping method, and never changed/optimized it. Didn't even think about it. Great input. Thanks. Thanks for playing and for the feedback Thanks. :D
@lone-wolf Thanks for the cursor input, I do believe it's what I tried, but I'll give it another go. I didn't adjust the volume of any of the sounds, as I normally do, and when playtesting I don't find it louder than the other sounds.. Might be my headset compressing it, as you aren't the first to mention it. :/ Thanks for the feedback and for playing :D
Marker delay? Shouldn't be any.. Might be the WebGL version where I wasn't able to remove the cursor. Glad you liked the game :D I do not know tangram. Thanks for playing :D
@commanderstitch Thanks for playing, and the kind words :D
@dysleixc Uhhh, code is as always for LD, hack on hack, but it works. :) Thanks for playing :D
Simple and addictive, and a bit stressful :) just as it should be :D Nice job
Very nice job, amazing that you did in only 48 hours. Love the humor and the artstyle :D Best game I've see so far. Amazing!
Damn, that was frustrating :D Great idea
Very nice game, I did play it for a while, but think I broke it using the Laser Absorber in the line of lasers, don't know if it made a infinite loop, but it froze. I like the game, it's a bit hard, and I couldn't beat level 3, might not have understood the function of all the towers. Very nice game :D
Loved it a lot :D Gameplay, audio and graphics just fits together perfectly. Very well done  I did find that dropping barrels felt a bit sluggish. Best game I've played so far very nice work.
@ladymistleaf it's a game! The idea is there, the mechanics too, and with all you interaction with chat on your Twitch stream I'm impressed you got this far.
Very nice :D Very polished graphics and animations. Nice job
Nice game! Good solid story and like the mini game :D Nice work
I played a LOT of StarCraft 1.. This has the same feel :D Enjoyed immensely. Nice moody music, love graphics. Very nice job
Great mechanic, but didn't like the 3rd part, as it took too long between possible attempts. Nice job
Well, can't say it's an easy game.. The music fits the game really nicely, and the drunk shader works too. Great job
Wow.. Another tough one, but in a good way. Really liked it. Everything goes nice together, really like the graphics. Great job
Nice game, I played it way to long.. I did find it hard to see the cursor, might be an idea to make it bigger or allowing users to select between a few. Great idea and well done
Nice idea, and nice job for a combo entry. And as everyone else I found it confused at the beginning. Great job. :D
Very nice! I played it way to long. So guess it's a win for me. Like the game idea and the audio a lot. Very well done.
Well that was fun :D Nice progression of the difficulty of the levels. Liked the idea and the music :D Great job
Nice game  Only need more levels. An ammo pack here and there would be nice, but being forced to use melee attack is also nice. Really liked it, well done :D
"This is above my paygrade" Nice writing, loved it. Great job
Damn! You didn't make it easy.. Found it got really hard fast. I loved the start screen, fun way to start the game. Great job
Very nice :D I really like the idea. The guards AI are really good, didn't feel cheated once. Very well done
Played on Linux, and all worked perfectly! After dying a few times, I got the hang of it. After getting 100+ in most Power-Ups I concluded there might not be a winning screen..
[Screenshot](///raw/5c7/2/z/5a795.png)
I found the cannon to be very hard to aim, especial on the lover part of the screen, and after updating the speed of the cannonball.
Liked the graphics, the polished menu and the simple mechanics :) Great job
@zerovirus Spot on! :D
Thanks for playing everyone, and for the comments :D I will never again make a game like this! If I don't have the full 48 hours available, I'll just skip LD.
@rafagamedev And I'm not much of a writer, so as mentioned, I'll never make a text-based game ever again. Maybe a challenge would be a game with NO text, not score, no text on menus no, instructions. Just icons.. hmmmm...
Opted out of rating by mistake.. Normally not many plays my LD games, so didn't think much of it. But I don't know what is happening this time.. I'm just glad people like it :D
I'll do better for LD 54. Clicking the right buttons.. This isn't the first time it's happened. :/
@yngvarr Thanks to much for playing :D And for the all to kind words. Thanks
Nice and very polished :D Wow.. Love the grab animation! The sound, the Vogon, everything! Very nicely done.
Nice and simple :D I was going to mention the player's hitbox, but I see you already know.. An early retirement, is exactly what I need :D Well done
Love the pixel art :) Really nicely done. Normally I like going full speed right away, but thing i would have been nice here with just a bit of acceleration. Great job
wow.. To much for my old brain.. Fun, nice grpahics and sounds. What's not to like.. Very nicely done
Hard to keep track of what the different customers buy, and the provide it on the right day.. Different take on the theme. I couldn't see the full item list in the web version, but scrolling with the mouse wheel worked. Nice job
@commanderstitch caos as we have gotten use to, starting to like your graphics style  I did get stuck a lot in the dead dog creatures, so didn't get far before dying, again and again and.. So may creatures... Great job as always.
Nice take on the theme, I did have a problem with the controls and the camera shifting, but it might have been all the games I played where the controls were different (relative to the direction the play is facing). But besides that, great music, sfxs, graphics
Allround a great job
WOW, just wow :eyes: What did you use to make the sounds? The sound when enemies are hit, sounds like my childhood, plastic being pulled down onto plastic by spring.. Love it all, the controls are solid, the graphics AMAZING, sound AMAZING... VERY well done.
@pkenney I'm on linux OS, so can't play you game.. Sorry. :( Thanks for playing and rating my game.
Very hard, never found out how to pick up anything so died a lot and fast. Did a single repair and died. It does have a lot of potential. Nice job
Very nice game, really like the game mechanics  Great job
Thank you SO much for all the kind words. The title was actually based on a recommendation from Phil, and a bit of a joke. I did see the "Color Picking 102โ lecture, but I will say he makes it look a lot easier than it is. So glad you liked the game. I kind of didn't tell anyone about it and haven't rated anything yet, as I didn't think my game worth it. But with all this positivism, I might just go and rate away and hope for the same  Thanks
@wisch @zirrrus @minjutin @captaindreamcast @martin-bousquet Thank you all for playing, rating and the positive feedback  I did have a few bugs here and there, I know of a few more, but time didn't allow for it all to be fixed. I did try to make the first levels like a bit of a tutorial, as the mechanic isn't the usual push the objects around. Thanks again, I'll go play and rate all your games.
@fabula-rasa Thanks for playing and rating  I never saw the "going through blocks" bug. But I'll add a note. Learning Godot, and found raycast node to be amazingly easy to use.
Thanks for the kind words
@wisstopher @lakea @mozokevgen Thanks for playing  I got the idea for something like it years ago, but newer did anything about it, and I thought it fit the theme. Glad you all liked the puzzles.
Thanks for playing and rating
@hakro @designernap Thanks for playing. I do think the mechanic has some potential, and I did have a lot more ideas to expand on it, but time didn't allow me to explore it.
Glad you liked it
@rakthalekk Thanks for playing and rating. @jebouin I don't know if an undo button would help or just spoil the game, as there would be no consequences for your actions, but I'll keep it in mind if I ever do anything like this again. Thanks for the feedback  @bangkerpow Thanks for the video, it help a lot seeing how players see the level. @sudocoffee Thanks for all the kind words, feedback from previous Ludum Dares that I should exaggerate the title, so I did  Guess it was a good move. @civmaniac So far Godot is playing nice, I think the step moving forward is more understanding how to structure the objects and communication between them. @commanderstitch I tried to make it less obvious. Glad you enjoyed it
Thank you all for playing and rating
@frank-gevaerts Thanks Frank  Just glad it was fun enough for you to keep going  Thanks for playing and rating
@mango-malarkey Thanks for playing, rating and for the feedback. You did finish the game, didn't have time for an ending.
@pkenney Thank you so much for the detailed feedback. I have a lot of ideas for new blocks and obstacles, maybe if time allows it could be a thing. I did try having movement accept continual press, but it more than often resulted in moving to far, and was frustrating as you then picked something you didn't. Glad you like it, and thanks for the rating.
@glitchydust No idea why... First time working with Godot, so I wouldn't even know what to try and change to fix it.. What OS are you on?
I did it. :D [loot-goblin.png](///raw/5c7/2/z/5f2ab.png)
Started out being a bit confused about mu health only being the potions. But nice text telling me "you are not going without a health potion are you?" guided me in the right direction.
Very nice graphics, and color picking ;) Moody music. All round a very nice work
Got to the end on my forth try. As soon as you figure out what's going on, it gets a lot easier :)
Nice job
Ok, that was funny  I started out thinking this would be done quickly, but nope. I needed to succeed! An I did. The voice-over was a bit low, but I liked it a lot. Great way to present a classic puzzle, very nice job
Screenshot from 2023-10-03 20-47-02.png
Sooo many steps.. I was caught off guard by the boxes that were tied together.. So had to start over as I didn't want to move everything out again. Also so many boxes with gnomes. Love the graphics, the music and the sfx when trying to do an illegal move  Overall a very nice game and execution, great job
Very nice game, the graphics, the music, sound effects, and then the game mechanics..NICE.. I love how much you can do with one button. Played it way to long
Very well done
Spinning a lot and a bit of luck Spinning a lot and a bit of luck
Nice feelgood story, nice writing  I'm not good at text adventures, but still enjoyed this. Nicely done
Very nice puzzler  I spend a bit of time figuring out the attract as I had read it as attack... But as soon as I sucked object towards me, I got it. Nice graphics, nice sound effects, wonderful puzzles, movement wasn't optimal, I don't have a better suggestion but it was the only thing I had problems with. All round great job
PS - Couldn't play the web version as got the invisible walls?
Nice idea, I did keep rotating the opposite way of what I intended to. liked the simple and clear visuals, and the game mechanics is very mush self explanatory.
Nice work
Best game so far, I played the first game for over an hour...... Just amazing, I like everything about it.. Would like it to be more clear when the actions takes place. Top ratings from me.
Damn the controls.. But after 10min it was ok.. felt like wave 2 went on for ever... Music for very repetitive, but nice riff. I had a very wide ship with lots of canons  Overall very nice job
Was that a Fallout 4 reference? Nice take on the theme, fun interactions  Music is driving me nuts, but that's OK.. The out of service elevator was a surprise. Great job.
WOW... Had to quit playing after 5-7 minutes.... That is, to be sure I still had a computer.. RAGE..!! :rage: Level 2 just pissed me off, took the first 5s just to move the couch further into the truck every time. Love it  Great graphics and game-play.
Very nice. I did have some issues figuring out when the bully got upset. Felt more like if I clicked a few time fast, rather than the number of show on adjacent tiles. Fun enough for me to try it multiple times as I HAD to try to win  I would like to be able to restart as the Bully fight was long, and you can see very early if you have any chance of winning. Very well done
Screenshot from 2023-10-03 21-02-59.png
Very nice game, I like the controls, but I had issues when the sheeps were up against the edges of the screen. I didn't see the text for the powerup at first, just wondered what the different icons meant, might help if you moved the labels to the powerups. All round very nice job.
Amazing idea :eyes: I love it. So simple yet so perfect and on point. Nice execution
5/5 and 4.5/5 :D Nice take on the theme. Nice music  Short and sweet, nice job.
Very nicely done! And in such a short time! Very nice. Had to play the first level a few time before I got the mechanic down. I really like it, has a nice puzzle aspect. Maybe a bit hard from the beginning, but all in all a very nice game.
Insane in the best way as always. :D I had one issue (not something I think you can do anything about), I have a 3 monitor setup, and kept moving the mouse out of the game clicking and there by putting the game in the background, and when I returned, I was dead. Loved the art, the style and the sound fx, very nice game as always. Great job.
That was fun. And as a fan of Virtual cop, I loved every moment. Amazing job
"A Cake" Who doesn't like cake. I not good at games like this, but I know my son would ace it! BUT as there are not penalty for button smashing, I just smashed away  Poor cat, looked like it was break dancing. Nice music and graphics. Great job
Nice idea  I had fun playing and having me guessing the location and size of some of the runes, was a great idea. Thought for a sec it was a bug, until I just started drawing and deduce from the % what and where to draw. Very nice game
@xahon the alter is the last place to visit. It's a puzzle game so go explore the town for clues  figure out what coffee to buy and where to place them. But thanks for giving it a shot. @sariiger Thanks for playing  Glad you were able to finish the game! I wasn't sure I had put in all the clues needed to solve the puzzle.
@xahon the controls might not be optimal. But I do hope you can use all keys works as intended. Thanks for giving it another try.
@qubit Thank you so much for playing, and validating that the puzzle can be solved with the information provided. The Latte.. Was meant to be a joke  That's why I tried to make the "a Latte" part of the line, small and inferior, compared to the rest of the line. But then again I don't drink coffee, and know nothing about coffee, so I guess that for some a Latte IS the Ultimate cup? Thanks for playing
@commanderstitch First, thanks for playing and giving it your all! ๐ It sounds like you were VERY close to solving it, with only one clue missed. It's my first try at making a puzzle game like this, and I didn't want to make the clues too obvious. However, for a small game jam game, they might be too subtle, as people won't spend much time contemplating which information is relevant and which is not. Thanks for playing! ๐
@tudvari First, thanks for playing and giving it your best! As I mentioned to @commanderstitch Itโs my first try at making a puzzle game like this, and I didnโt want to make the clues too obvious. I was thinking about making the hints/relevant text, a different color, but I that would have made the game way to easy. But that might have been OK for a jam game. Did you get both the Americano hints? 1st, that's it's relevant, 2nd it's placement. I don't know it you got both. trying not to spoil anything for anyone else
Thanks for playing! ๐
@zirrrus So glad you figured it out  And enjoyed playing it. Thanks for playing
@jhax I thought it was very obvious that the clues was given in the shops as they are the only once giving any info in the game. But I see it's not obvious to everyone. Thanks for playing and for the comment, thanks.
@fabula-rasa Glad it made you laugh, and glad you got that Latte was meant as a joke. The graphics.. yes.. What can I say.. and you mention the "color choices", not really choices, more random than anything. Guess I'm just glad you liked some of my older games. I could give you 100 excuses, only one valid one was I've been sick since Thursday, so haven't delivered anything near what I could have. But I don't think the graphics would have been that much better. I just not good at graphics unless it's cold sterile squares.. THAT I can do.
Thanks for the feedback and for playing, thanks
@frank-gevaerts I did think about the ESC key, and it actual started out taking you to the map, but changed it to info screen, thinking it would always help you. But I myself still press ESC to get "back". You are the 3rd that got stuck with the circle instead of the pentagram. Maybe I shouldn't have the circle in the graphics. Thanks for the feedback and playing
@balimaarthebassfish Thanks for playing  I'm very happy to hear that the game is "easy" in some players eyes. I was starting to think it was way too hard.
@kirsybuu Thanks for the feedback and for playing, thanks
@fractal โit goes down from hereโ it should go down from there? From the top down along the line and not clock wise as so many tries (yes I should have removed the circle). Thanks for playing and the feedback
@yngvarr @jiri-hysek So glad you enjoyed the game  I forgot all about a winning state, so it was added very late, but glad I did. People seem to like it. Tho' not all agree the Latte is the ultimate cop of coffee. (It was just what my mind came up with when making the recording... I know NOTHING about coffee! Please don't tell Phil!... I'm happy you both solved the puzzle in the end. Thank you for playing
@frank-gevaerts I know, but so many only sees the circle. Maybe just chop up the circle?
@pawciu Thanks for playing and rating
@dyingwolfwood thanks for playing. I see a few having everything right except they follow the circle and not the pentagram. It's something I would change if I would ever open then game-code again (not very likely!) Glad you did figure it out  I would like to play your game but, I'm on PopOS (Linux), and it looks like you only have a windows version. So, sorry but I can' play or rate you game. :~(
@dyingwolfwood I'm also new to Godot. I did figure out how to make release for windows and Linux. But as I'm using Godot 4.x and C#, sadly there are no web version yet. I do hope this is something they figure out how to fix soon :crossed
Nice little puzzle, I'm sure it could be made into something bigger. So many ideas popping into my mind  It showed the mechanic very well, and I did enjoy the clean graphics. Nicely done
Why do I keep playing and playing and playing... Very nice game. Got me hooked from the first kill. Loved the music, the graphics, the gameplay. Very well done  After level 100 I guess there are no more to see/find? Small thing, healthbar to top, so you can clearly see your health.
Great game! I played it for way to long  Nice balancing, not easy, but not so hard you didn't want to keep playing. Very nice. liked the graphics, sfx and especially the game play. VERY well done
*Might found a bug:* I got stuck. LinuxSS.png As you can see I have 0.0/sec, but the enemy stopped attacking, so it just stood there.
"You may live".. LOVE it! Great graphics, mood and gameplay. Got nothing negative to say, all round great job  I really loved that I twice in a row, sold my jump and was stuck. Great idea. Needs more levels that's all.
Just a tiny bit dark. But very nice test of ethics. Not proud to say it, but I got all achievements. Does that make me a bad god?
Quite difficult for me, I just can't get my brain and mouse movement to work fast enough to get through round 1 :( Great idea, I've tried it some years back but never got the gesture detection working, so nice work
Nice slow and relaxing game  The transitions between scenes are really slow. Also multiple times I missed what I wanted to click, and went back or further. I liked the hand drawn style and the relaxing music. Nice job
Very nice game! I love the won "dance" animation  Great job
Love it, it's hard, innovating and fun. What more can one ask. Way to stressful for me to keep playing for too long. All round great job
*NOTE* I'm on Linux, and I couldn't get linux version to work :( Game start up, but clicking "start game" gets me this LinuxSS.png And I can't do anything :( I got the Web version working tho
Amazing graphics, nice writing and great humor (Moo), I really loved it  'Agree to "Help"' A Puur-fect game  How many branches are there? And endings? :fish: :cat:  :unicorn: Great job
Got stuck, but really enjoyed the game. Very nice idea, easy to understand hard to master  Nice graphics, audio and gameplay. VERY well done!
Very nice mood. First game I've played where you have to prevent some-one/-thing from being summoned  Nice. Really liked the mood and simple but effective ambient sound. All round very nicely done
The insane and wonderful graphics as expected :D Screenshot from 2025-04-19 19-14-14.png I love the vortex of stones and "stuff" very nice effect. I found surviving hard at the beginning but very easy as soon as I get a few upgrades. Very nice entry  Also, the CLI output  Love it!
Loved it, simple graphics, but enough to make me feel confined to the space. Nice idea and execution.
The most leaking sub I have ever heard about  I spend so much time pumping out water. I might have missed something? I did survive on average about 7 minutes.. Best game I've played for this LD Compo so far. Very nicely done
Very nice game. I did get to day 19. Day 16 just failed, all quests returned nothing, and I never recovered. Took me a few tried to figure everything out. Missed some indicator for what item was selected, also I found the item to be a bit small of the frantic selecting and placing. Amazing what you did in such a short time.
@psychomonster Thanks for playing. Now I have to figure out how to play pico8 games
@thisyc the ship has a small indicator that always points you in the direction of where you should go. It's not very big and I did have plans to make a better one, but never got to it. Thanks for playing and rating
@andrewkennedy It is kind of what I was going for, "What is a good ending?" So I think you got exactly from it what was intended. Regarding the combat; It was thrown in there to add some obstacles to get around, and time didn't really allow for me to implement any behavior besides, shooting at you when you got to close. Thanks for playing and rating
@bangkerpow Thanks for playing and feedback. There are in all 3 endings  Year, the combat part was a very fast last minute hack, so it's not what I wanted, and yes the fastest way yo finish the game is to just ignore them.
I didn't get close to the score mentioned in the comment above, but I did enjoy the strange and wonderful art style. Great job
What a great relaxing game, and the sfx  I really enjoyed the sound when bumping into something. (a bit too much) Really nice job! Also the music was very calming.
Nice game, took me a few tries to figure everything out, (missed the upgrade part at first). Nice detail that the lava actually falls down. I would have liked to be able to play it using WASD not only arrow keys. Good work
Very unique graphics  Gameplay a bit confusing at first. But what a wonderful game  Great job.
Great Indiana Jones mechanics  Last part did take me a few tries, but of cause it shouldn't be too easy  Great job
I wasn't able to kill any of the enemies as I wasn't able to fire while orienting the ship with the mouse. :( I don't know if your keyboard layout is different from qwerty, but found it really hard to figure out the controls. Linux build was appreciated
@jiri-hysek and @plastus Thanks for playing. I did see the GB*5 bug, but I forgot about it. Also I found a audio bug which I don't understand, and spend way to long trying to figure out, but with no luck. I had so many ideas on how to make it more engaging, but time just didn't allow it. Glad you both liked it. I was afraid that it was too simple to entertain, but guess it's okay
@vikfx and @kassanu I did have an idea of upgrading so you could have 2 and then 3 active colors active at the same time. And yes there are a lot of minor things I could have done to make it better, but again time as a bit limited. Thanks for playing
@bangkerpow, @balimaarthebassfish, @frank-gevaerts Thank you so much for playing and rating the game. Glad you all was able to collect a single white pixel. One day a community of RGB collectors will gather to be form an even larger white pixel ;) Thanks
I loved the triple jumping ๐ And who doesn't like cupcakes! Great entry ๐ The only thing that threw me off was the controls, which I found very floaty. :cake:
I have no idea, why it shouldn't just work? :/
@Rombus What did you change, that made it possible for you to play it? Other browser? or?
Thanks for playing or try to...
First enemy, no problem after 2 tries, the next.. well.. in time I will beat him, coz I'll keep trying to. Love the graphics, and the game idea. feels like a complete game. :) Very well done!
Wow, what an idea :) Lov it. Played it way to long. Hate the chopper.. Good job. Bunch of start from me.
