Great game! These puzzles are really difficult, so I unfortunately didn't get very far. I constantly found myself thinking I had it, but getting stuck. I had a lot of fun, though! Some minor nitpicks: A level select would be nice, but not necessary. I would love to have an undo button, though. Sometimes, you just need to go back a couple moves, but the only option is to restart. Also, it would be great if you could hold the button for a while to move, so you don't have to press the same direction many times in a row. The most important feature I think is missing is a quit button! I had to ctrl-alt-del and use task manager to close the game! XD I liked it, though. Great use of theme and great puzzles!

The colors and the whole aesthetics are so cool already on the start screen. I guess you watched Phil’s "Color Picking 102" lecture? :D
Woah, really cool puzzle mechanic! Like a really good twist on the basic concept of tetris. And the level design is really top notch, I really enjoyed the learning curve too! How did you come up with the levels? Just trial and error? Or reverse engineered from the expected result? I always struggle and just do it by trial and error, but I guess there must be some better way.
Sometimes I could get my squares across walls, I guess this is a glitch, right?
The final level was really tricky, I spent at least 15 minutes on it. And then you tried tricking me into thinking that there are more levels, by seamlessly starting over from the second level? How dare you! :D
I think the game's title should be shorter. Because this title make me think of low quality submissions, while yours is one of the best, most refined one I've come accross so far. Congrats on the game, it was a big fun! :)

Thank you SO much for all the kind words. The title was actually based on a recommendation from Phil, and a bit of a joke. I did see the "Color Picking 102” lecture, but I will say he makes it look a lot easier than it is. So glad you liked the game. I kind of didn't tell anyone about it and haven't rated anything yet, as I didn't think my game worth it. But with all this positivism, I might just go and rate away and hope for the same  Thanks
I did it! I made the round trip! For me the hardest one was level 7, it took me a while to figure out how to get through that without the fixed blocks blocking me. But once you have that winning sound effect, that's the greatest feeling.
So yeah, very polished game, I liked how the first few levels double as a tutorial, kinda easing you in naturally, making you understand how the game mechanics work without any help text or anything, that was super smooth. Sound design is also super solid, I kept noticing how juicy the sound effect is when you bump against a fixed wall, or when you attach a piece. Also, personally I like the title, I think it's funny. Enjoyed this game a lot, great job!
Super clean game with good puzzle design! My only regret is that there's no Undo, but apart from that it's flawless :)

A well thought puzzle game which strenght lies definitely in its level desing. Could even be one of those casual games you find in Steam. Also, I love Blocko

Amazing puzzle game, great job designing the levels! I got stuck in level 7, and gave up. But the game had me hooked and I came back and solved the rest. Really, really good jam game!

That was really fun, the puzzles got pretty tricky at the end and I really loved the overall aesthetics. Had a little bug in level 7 (?) where you could move a box through a wall from the right side but not back left

Still, what a great game for 48 hours.

@wisch @zirrrus @minjutin @captaindreamcast @martin-bousquet Thank you all for playing, rating and the positive feedback  I did have a few bugs here and there, I know of a few more, but time didn't allow for it all to be fixed. I did try to make the first levels like a bit of a tutorial, as the mechanic isn't the usual push the objects around. Thanks again, I'll go play and rate all your games.
Cool game! The puzzles are not complicated, but I enjoyed pushing the blocks around, and the main hero is quite cute in his pixel glory. The color scheme is very pleasant and understated, allowing focus to go to the puzzle. And really, so is the music. Very fitting. Great job on that.
I met only two bugs - sometimes I was able to go through blocks, and the last level identified itself as level 01. By the way, it took me an embarrassing while to realize that the blocks on the last level spelled out LD54
And congratulations on moving to Godot. You'll love it, I swear!

@fabula-rasa Thanks for playing and rating  I never saw the "going through blocks" bug. But I'll add a note. Learning Godot, and found raycast node to be amazingly easy to use.
Thanks for the kind words
Really cool mechanic with some elaborate puzzles that made me sit there and think about it, but not too difficult either. I felt smart solving them. Great jam!

I really liked this game) Great idea that blocks connects to each other.

@wisstopher @lakea @mozokevgen Thanks for playing  I got the idea for something like it years ago, but newer did anything about it, and I thought it fit the theme. Glad you all liked the puzzles.
Thanks for playing and rating

Very nice puzzle game ! the graphics are cool, and I love the how it gets tricky at some point. It does feel like quite some thought has been put into the puzzles. My kind of games :) Great entry overall. GG
REALLY good game this. I thought it was going to be a standard block pusher, but then after several attempts at Level 07 I realise I was hooked. Lovely work

@hakro @designernap Thanks for playing. I do think the mechanic has some potential, and I did have a lot more ideas to expand on it, but time didn't allow me to explore it.
Glad you liked it
Really fun game! The second to last level took me a while to beat but it was really satisfying when I did. The graphics were cute and the puzzle designs are interesting. Nice job!

Cool puzzle game! The rules are simple but make for some interesting levels. My only complaint is that there is no undo button, though the levels were not too complicated so it wasn't too bad. Congrats on your first Godot game :)
Simple but engaging. You did a great job of escalating the difficulty and making some levels that looked impossible at first glance, which made them more rewarding at the end.

This was a fun little challenge, and the visuals are really hip! You did a great job tutorializing with the level design. It's cool trying figure out how my character needs to fit in tight spaces as he expands.
The title is hilarious, that's what hooked me to download :)
Pretty cool for a first Godot game, actually. Enjoyed the puzzles and atmosphere!
Wow, that final level was a doozy. Took me forever to solve it! :O

@rakthalekk Thanks for playing and rating. @jebouin I don't know if an undo button would help or just spoil the game, as there would be no consequences for your actions, but I'll keep it in mind if I ever do anything like this again. Thanks for the feedback  @bangkerpow Thanks for the video, it help a lot seeing how players see the level. @sudocoffee Thanks for all the kind words, feedback from previous Ludum Dares that I should exaggerate the title, so I did  Guess it was a good move. @civmaniac So far Godot is playing nice, I think the step moving forward is more understanding how to structure the objects and communication between them. @commanderstitch I tried to make it less obvious. Glad you enjoyed it
Thank you all for playing and rating
Maybe the difficulty increase was a bit too sharp near the end, but that's what you get in compo! I managed to get all levels done after some trial and error, an excellent puzzle game!

@frank-gevaerts Thanks Frank  Just glad it was fun enough for you to keep going  Thanks for playing and rating
I think this is a great entry for the compo. The puzzles increase nicely in difficulty and there is plenty of content to show of the potential in this little game. Great music and sound effects to, and while the graphics are simple, they work nicely and it feels polished with the little transition animations.
Not sure if I completed all the levels, because at one point the game started over at the first level. Not sure if a bug or if it is supposed to happen?

@mango-malarkey Thanks for playing, rating and for the feedback. You did finish the game, didn't have time for an ending.
I don't know why but I have a black screen with the cursor only displaying with the music playing.

Savage little puzzler, in a good way.
Brutality of no "undo" or "disconnect last block" at first felt like no big deal. A few puzzles later it was a big setback. Later I realized it was the heart of the late-game puzzles. Interesting feeling how that snuck up on me. But it made me feel clever toward the end, when I did some big planning and solved a couple of levels with no mistakes, or just a dexterity mistake.
Usually WASD grid movement with a plan-then-execute paradigm rams me into the frustration of trying to play faster than the animations, which means the game is dropping my inputs. This game does drop inputs if you input them too quickly (try a double-tap or a three-button-roll if you don't know what I mean) but the pace of the animation is such that it was almost never actually a splinter in the gamefeel here, so good compromise between smoothness-imparting animations while still being brisk enough to respect most quick inputs!
I finished the whole game, and felt like it was just the right length. Actually, I probably could have played a few more puzzles if a new element was introduced and the music had a little more variance. Nice core idea and solid execution, well done.

@pkenney Thank you so much for the detailed feedback. I have a lot of ideas for new blocks and obstacles, maybe if time allows it could be a thing. I did try having movement accept continual press, but it more than often resulted in moving to far, and was frustrating as you then picked something you didn't. Glad you like it, and thanks for the rating.

@glitchydust No idea why... First time working with Godot, so I wouldn't even know what to try and change to fix it.. What OS are you on?
