Fun game. thanks!
An all around great game! Out of all the entries I've played thus far, this entry felt the most like a complete experience.
Good game overall. Sound balance seems a bit off with the volume of the pulsing and goal sounds compared to the music.
I'm employee of the month! Where is the reception desk? I want my voucher. Vogshphere beaches are delightful this time of year :D
Nice game! I enjoyed the clever use of the 'tractor beam'(?) to move boxes through walls. Nice game!
Nice entry, I find the ship movement a bit clunky at times as I have been able to end up in positions I wouldn't really like to be while dodging bullets
Nice use of the magnet mechanic to drive stuff out of their hidden places. Overall a solid entry.
So far very polished and fun game, I was going from level to level, learning new puzzle mechanics with a very good pace, etc. But after 10 minutes, I still can't figure out how could I beat one of the levels. It's the first one with the gnome box. I don't know what the silver box is for and how could I get the cyan box from that deep cave. I guess these two facts must be related to each other. :D (beaming through walls doesn't seem to be enough in this case. :\ )
Can't wait to continue playing it, cheers! :)
You games never dissapoint.
I really loved the mechanics, not complicated, but fun. The physics and controls felt super great and satisfying. Level design was good too, sometimes a bit hard, but nothing too bad I think. (I remember some of your older games were much harder haha!).
As for me, one of the most polished games I've played so far.
@notnasiul Congratulations! Indeed they are! You can get your voucher at our Betelgeuse office, it happens to be the nearest one.
@tudvari It is level before the last one. It would be a pity if you won't see the last one, I'll record a play-through. Actually, there are several solutions - the one I intended is to bomb your way from the right side (one Vogon won't make it but it's life).
And when I saw my kids playing it today, they came up with a solution that made me smile. They were able to make a hole from the bottom. They released a mine, then quickly caught it, and flew with unarmed mine as close to the box as possible. When it exploded, a box fell down on the top of the drone. They slide to the side, the box fell and they caught it in the air. Very creative :)
@iluvatar Thank you for the nice words! I thought it would be relaxed flying and bombing game it somehow turned into another puzzle platformer
Can't wait to play your game, I already watched (or listened mostly) the stream where you were making it so I had some fun with it already :)
@jiri-hysek Woah, that's an amazing solution, I just did the same, it felt amazing. :D Managed to finish the game, where is the reception? :|
@tudvari That was not the intended solution:D I'd never want players to do that :) Anyway, you can get your voucher at our Betelgeuse office, I guess it's the nearest one ;)
Nice game, I also made a game about drone deliveries. The bombs were a really nice touch!. You managed to get a lot done in such a short space of time.
Nice and very polished :D Wow.. Love the grab animation! The sound, the Vogon, everything! Very nicely done.
Simple at first but challenging to complete. The magnetic mechanic works like a charm
Great feel to the game when playing. Deus Ex vibes.
Nice game! wished there were more levels! great job!
Fun game. The bombs felt really nice to place down. The animation you made for them exploding and the satisfaction of clearing blocks was awesome. Go Godot!
Great game, really like this conception of the physics puzzle. I've read the solution of your kids - it's amazing! Very clever.
Man, you've got your style! I like the atmosphere in your games, despite it being rather dark. This game turned out to have both a superb execution and a clever mechanic. A little bit of balancing would make the game even better: more precise controls and less fragile receivers would be awesome. But despite all that, the game plays great!
Here's my playthrough: https://youtu.be/0-EKLvX7fxk
@yngvarr Thank you for your playthrough and your nice words! I can see clearly what do you mean by less fragile receivers :) Btw. you have developed interesting self-destructive technique :) Anyway, watching someone to play my game is always very illuminating! It said a lot about how could I improve controls and other stuff.. thanks again!
The controls feel so smooth and good! I included it in my Ludum Dare 53 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. https://youtu.be/3W4lG4WsUMw
The old lady with drone gun is my new nightmare! Thanks! Good entry!
Oh man, this game was tight. Did I correctly assume that thing shooting at me was a Vogon from HGTTG?
The tractor beam felt really good, the sound and graphic quality were great. Super impressed.
Also, the extra jab when I tried to hit escape. I love games with little easter eggs like that
@matt-green You definitely did! I'm happy you have identified them :) (I assume you didn't read a description on this page where you could find some hints ;)
Also, I'm always happy when someone finds my easter eggs! There are a few more subtle things like that for example when you try to fly out of the area. There is also a sort of internal easter egg that a few people around understand. I had a dream about a week before this LD and in the dream, LD already started and the theme was "gnomes". So I hid a gnome into the game :) And a couple of people who knew did the same! So if you by some accident run into a game with a gnome reference in it, it could be related :)
@gonzo13 That old lady happens to be a Vogon! If it is safe to assume you are not familiar with The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams I'd recommend reading it or at least watching the movie :)

@jiri-hysek :smile: no way!
Looks and feels really solid. Really got me on the double sided explosive category. I failed it alot but i found the game really fun graphically wise. xD yay!
Thanks for submitting your game for me to play on my stream! If you’d like to rewatch the playthrough, you can find it here: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1814621596?t=1h15m45s Good luck on your ratings, see you next LD! :D 💜 Elysia Griffin AKA Button Feedback Lady https://www.twitch.tv/elysiagriffin
@elysiagriffin Oh, thanks for playing! I didn't have enough luck in raffles so I'm surprised you played my game anyway! It was hilarious!

And btw. that last level you get into - intended solution is to bomb your way from the right side but destroying blocks from the bottom is viable too (and quite creative, didn't think about it during designing the level:) So you almost had it. And there was only one more level left.
Fun game, all felt really pretty polished, a bit tricky to get any smaller movements with the drone with the keyboard inputs. Levels were good, got stuck on one with just one bomb and seemingly 2 places i need to bomb. SFX were tasteful, like the grunts of the enmeies, music fit the atmosphere. Art was clean and effective. All round a pretty great job really.
As a fan of Adams' work, I approve this game! It's a little tricky to master the precision of the moves but I managed to finish the game (with, I must admit, a little sensation of dizziness at the end, because of the camera move - for that, I don't think I could have play one more level ). Anyway, well done!
it took some time to get the hang of this (but I'm also really bad at video games ) but after the initial learning curve. this was a really enjoyable puzzle-ish game! I'm really bad at designing games like this, so I'm always left in awe when people are able to make engaging level like you've done here during the LD time crunch!
This is cool, reminds me of old flash games. I appreciated the Hitchhiker's Guide references and the unique gameplay mechanics! The magnet effect works especially well.
Amazing take on the theme + it has Vogons... :) Eventhough the drone controls are easy, you were able to give me the impression that I am really controlling the drone in a way, some proffesional pilot would do. Great job done!
