Very complex game. Every action is meaningful. Seeing crew and their thoughts is a nice touch.
VERY good loking game. I enjoyed figuring out what exactly I had to do, but I don't know if such indistinctness was intended. If it was - great job, really, very impressive.
Really liked how this game combined stealth with resource management. Setting perfectly fits the gameplay and the theme. Visuals are so gross and gory, it is hularious. Great work.
Very nice artwork. I went for similar style, but your implementation is hands down superior. Great job.
In "Papers, please" you try to survive totalitarian state repressions, in this game you try to survive being a parent
Although I usually don't enjoy strategies, I really had fun with this one thanks to the bouncing mechanic. Very solid entry.
Very ambitious entry.
Very strange core mechanic, but I gueess it is a good thing here. After getting used to controls it is weirdly engaging.
John Conway would love it.
Art style is amazing! Sound is silly, but it is tolerable since the game is so short. Doesn't really correspond with the theme in a meaningful way, but otherwise very pleasant game.
Simple but fun take on the theme. Nice work.
Very impressive amount of work had been done. Sound is especially nice. However, levels quickly become repetetive. It also seems unfair to lose when baby cries without any villagers around. But I guess, fullsize alert system would be too much for a jam) Nevertheless, good job, really enjoyed this game.
The first level may be too hard to finish on the first try, but certainly not impossible. In fact, I found difficulty to be just on point. Charming game.
Artstyle is hilarious on its own, but tough superwisor and punishment poles are especially brilliant. Core mechanic is polished and kind of addictive. Sound is a bit plain compared to other aspects and I wish it was possible to skip messages, but otherwise great entry.
Sound and art are impeccable. Great job.
Managing two different tasks simultaniously is fun and challenging. Really liked this little game and its take on the theme.
Solid and deep puzzle. And visuals are stunning!
Really liked your take on health: player may have symptoms of covid but still be not contagious. Also enjoyed Reigns-like balance between stats. Text is repeated maybe too often, but we all had only 48 hours. Overall, relevant and witty - just what we all need.
@themadprogramer, thank you very much! Should be fixed now.
I think controls are supposed to be that hard to master, otherwise game would be very simple. Hitting enemies feels really good and visuals are simple but effective. Good job.
There are some great level ideas in this game. I especially loved the maze and laser(?) beams.
Easy to pick up and play. Really liked it, when the bigger enemy appeared.
Really enjoyed sound and presision of hitboxes.
I was going to write that you had some really great sprites, but then I found out that they were taken from the Unity Store. I was also going to say that music was nice, but now I doubt that it is indeed yours...
I had a blast playing this game. Chain chomp becoming crazier every day is hilarious.
Interesting concepts. Differents types of towers are very nice. Typing text and examining battlefield at the same time is surprisingly engaging.
Great sound and very creative implementation of mute and pause options.
Very authentic. However, I didn't last long enough to reach the destination.
Very promising combination of Limbo and Quiet Place. I wish you went farther with that original sound mechanic. In current build I had to use it only once - to lure spider out of my way. Other than that, great job.
Very happy to have given this game a go
Although it gets boring very quickly, it was fun to find my way in the dark for a couple of minutes. Good entry.
Very stupid game(in a good way). ID software, hire this man.
Didn't know I missed LucasArts-type quests so much. Thanks for that goofy writing and thick athmosphere!
I liked how you turned the theme into a twist on the Loop Hero formula. Each enemy's behaviour really matches the corresponding emotion. I will also join the others in saying that your artstyle is genuinely superb.
@oddballdave we were losing our minds while making the wave generator during the submission hour, so perfect balance is not guaranteed 😅. Consider this a hi-score game. Here is my PB.hiscore.png
The artstyle is clearly the main source of enjoyment of this game and it really hit the right spot for me. It is goofy and it uses the source material very well. But the gameplay is such a slog; every minute just feels like a waste of time. The game is probably endless, I personally got bored on the 10th minute of minmaxing.
Controls are honestly atrocious, but that is my only nitpick. Very polished and fun experience.
When you admitted in the beginning that dialogue is basically filler, I just started skipping it. So probably not a good idea. But the jumping and grabbing corners were fun enough and well made. Your platforming mechanics reminded me of "the end is nigh" a little bit. I also enjoyed the rhythm sections, at least when they matched the music. Overall, great job!
I don't have any constructive feedback, but want to let you know that I enjoyed this game way too much. The athmosphere is so thick with the right soundtrack playing, ghosts chasing and darkness descendidng. I guess I just was in the right mood, but in any case, great entry!
The game reminds me of deconstructeam projects. I enjoyed the atmosphere a lot.
A fun take on Crazy Taxi, although it wasn't THAT difficult to control.
