Love the game! Looks and plays really nice, and has some nice difficulty. Music adds a nice ambiance as well. If you're looking for suggestions, maybe add a win condition other than just making your gross income grow really large. I made my game in Java as well and I'm really impressed by what you made in this language :)
This is a really nice great game! It's real fun, pretty addictive, I like the music. I wish it could have been a bit longer, and much of the background of the game didn't seem to be explained, like how money was generated and power selling. Additionally it was hard to remember some of the rules and a place to review over what was explained would be nice. Either way it was a fun game and I would rate it highly if the ratings were working!
That was really cool! I really liked the base building and how it sort of had a similar scale of progression as incremental games (without the clicking). The art the was good, the tutorial was informative enough for me to figure out what was happening. I do wish there was a little more going on than just building power generators and connecting things together (with surge protectors in between). Overall, though, really fun and polished!
Really nice, that sounds complex at the beginning but with the poping of the new structures everything take sens, except maybe for the overload: how to avoid it?

Cool game, nice elements to build, self explaining during play, lightning strokes - nice! The sound of them was probably to heavy but this is only a minor point. The graphics were functional, enjoyed very much to get bigger and bigger plants and connecting them.

THis was fun, I love the idea and the outcome of this game. Though hard at the beginning I got the hang of it. You did a really good job. :)

Good job! :)
The art direction is correct, nothing too fancy but nice and everything seems coherent, I found the lightning effect really cool. The music and sound effects are correct too. The UI is pretty intuitive, self-explanatory. The only thing I have to say there is about the "puddles" on the map, there are white puddles that don't serve any purpose as far as I could see, but there are red puddles that serve as GeoThermal plants fundations, if the white puddles does not serve any purpose, it could be convenient to have a way to differentiate things with a purpose from things without one. Maybe a "legend" or highlighting it?
I reached the goal and played a bit more after winning. Past a certain point, the lightnings became a little frustrating. I had no vents in my game and therefore couldn't use the GeoThermal plants, but the concept is nice. The game in itself is pretty fun, I really liked the concept of things added little by little as the game goes on. It kinda forces the player to make his game advance, avoiding stagnancy. Adding an LightningRod or something of the like could be nice as an middle / end game item, why not channeling lightnings power when coupled with surge protector?
The game played smoothly, I didn't caught any bug except for the "no vent" thing but it could be a game design choice to not have them at every games.
Interesting / cool take on the theme. :)

Nice game, the art is not that pretty, but functional. The lightning is cool though. The UI works well, and the tutorial is well explaining the game. The audio is quite simple, but it works here. All in all, well done, nice to play.
I really enjoyed playing this game. Some little observations : * The lightning sound is far too loud compared to the music (maybe it's a browser thing ?) * I found the game is a little too easy. (that's still better than too hard) * The game finish too early (I won just after unlocking the lab so I didn't really enjoyed the new mechanism) * I belived the lightning had a gameplay role so I made some surge protector very early. I understood their role only at the end, with the lab.
Congratulations for your entry ! It's very cool you had time to add a tutorial, it helps greatly to get in it !
Nice game :) The UI is ergonomic, easy to use. I think that's the most important thing for this kind of game and it's a good thing that you made it well. Wiring and the way power can go through different objects is intuitive. Hint boxes really help, too ! Graphics are nice, especially the clouds/lightning. Good job !

Really fun game, I'm surprised to find a game of this genra done for a ludum dare, didn't know it was possible to make in a so short amount of time, so congrats on that. It's really relaxing and the gameplay is pretty clear, you don't have a lot of tutorials which is good because even with 4pop ups I was still able to understand how to play. Maybe the day night cycle should be a little bit longer, or you could add something so we know where if the night is coming soon. Congratulations again

Really nice! This is similar to the concept of my game. I like that you have to construct wires to connect the buildings. I think that the lighting strikes should be more common. It felt too easy.
Very nice game. Liked building and growin the network. Props for adding hotkeys, those made playing this game a lot smoother. I'm not a fan of the SFX which were sudden and harsh. But other than that I really liked it!

Good little game. To be fair, I saw few games sharing the same mechanic and idea within this jam, but it's fine. You have a fairly different execution.

I wouldn't live on this planet, there is way too much storms! :P But the game works well, a simple yet challenging management game, I spent some minutes to play it, so I guess it's good. Good job. :)

It was interesting to create a small space colony, especially in the face of such a terrible lightning! In fact, I did not understand how to protect my buildings from this hellish force. I liked that there are several messages with prompts at the beginning of the game and a description of each building. Sprites look very nice, the interface is clear. I think it would be more convenient if the choice of the building was not discarded after the construction of one building. Overall, good job!

I spent a lot of time playing this game, and I find it's funny ! I was gainning 6k$ per minute ! I wished that I could gain this amount of money each minute, lol. The graphics was nice the audio also. Well done on this game !
I rather enjoyed this! Maybe a bit more challenge would have been nice but overall very well done
