Five stars for graphics and humor. I can't believe I'm the first to comment. Awesome dance animations.

Enjoyed it. Liked the dialogue a lot. Had a hard time finding oxygen pockets.
Got the shotgun but it didn't seem to hit very often. Those spider/ant things are pretty tough.
Fun game. Cool concept with the different layers to dig through.
I like the concept and animation.
The dropbox folder is empty.
It's pretty but I have no idea what to do.
Really nice art and music.
Neat puzzle game. Needs more instruction at the beginning.
It's difficult to tell if you're moving. Needs more visual feedback. For a long time I didn't know if I was doing anything.
Fun game, very nice animations and graphics. Really liked the feel of the controls.
Love the vole. Really nice animation. Could be fun with more levels.
Made me laugh, nice entry.
Not a bad little platformer. Liked the tutorial you built in to the level.
Funny name, could be funner but the controls are glitchy.
Love how the dude walks without bending his knees. :-)
Nice entry! I've never been a shark before, that was fun. Really like the time limit. Might be fun to add some stuff the sharks need to avoid as well.
Really nice game. Liked the animation, the sound, and the controls felt good. Would like the difficulty to ramp a little slower so I could play longer.
Liked sneaking between the boats. While eating the boats it was difficult to avoid being hit. Might be nice to have other food for health.
Really neat idea.
Nice game. Made me laugh when I ate the beer.
Can't play without giving email.
Nice work. Just needs some polish and a few bug fixes (I was able to jump out of the right side of the world).
Really good. Love the tentacles.
Fun!
Cool concept. I think this is worth working on some more.
Solid entry, dig the music and art. And your source code is so much more organized than mine. :-)
Nicely done. Like the music and the art. Would be nice to see the early levels teach the player the dash mechanic.
Nice idea but axe was difficult to use.
Really nice. Simple style but very polished. 124 points!
Like the snowman animation.
Interesting puzzle game. You may have something here.
Love the gun.
Two people on one keyboard wasn't ideal but it's a great concept. Could be a lot of fun with more players and gamepads.
This game makes me happy.
Excellent concept.
Congrats on your first game (of many)!
Awesome chickens.
Yeoooooooooooowwwwwwwwoooooooo!
Nice job. Really like the music and the writing. Didn't know Godot engine could make web games. Pretty cool!
Very nicely done. I was pleasantly surprised. It kept me playing through the entire season.
Nice intro. Pretty hard game. Camera control isn't very useful... I think you'd be better off just making your characters bigger to begin with.
Nice job. The controls could use some work.
Pretty challenging. Well done! Music and art are very nice.
Well done. Dig the music and art.
Thanks for the comments, everybody. @guckstift yes that's me on guitar.
Really interesting game. I like the building mechanic. Reminds me of lode runner for some reason... except in reverse I guess?
Nice job. Controls could be tighter. It's almost puzzle-y but really more of an action game at this point.
Perfect. I loved it. It was a lot of fun. My daughter and I solved it together. Great job.
Fun game, fun writing. You accomplished a lot with Pico-8. Very impressive entry.
Nice game, cute characters, interesting puzzle. Could use some form of variety as you progress through the levels.
Cute graphics. Difficult but quick fun.
2.8 meters. Neat idea to raise the floor.
Addictive!
Excellent. Music, art, gameplay are all top notch. Dwarf section was a little tedious.
Cute idea. You could flesh this out and I think it could be really popular for the right audience.
Dig that gorilla(?)
Really well done. The twitchy controls make it more fun and I dig the furniture physics. :)
Interesting concept. Paint drips were cool.
Nice take on Snake... Got a little crazy with the shooting... but fun.
Super creepy cat noises and a fun game. Nice job!
Very ambitious. It's very impressive what you've done in such short time.
Fun idea. I liked that you added the free draw mode.
Fun game! Really liked the sounds.
Very cool... simple mechanics but lots to do. Fun game!
Congrats! You got a lot accomplished in just 48 hours. I couldn't rescue Timmy but that's my own fault.
Well done. It was odd that I'd get "game over" at seemingly random times. Maybe I was just not seeing something.
Very compelling and sad story, nice art and music!
Didn't know what I was doing but I did it for a while... something compelling about this concept and the feedback from moving and expanding neurons.
Very pretty. I think you've got the core of an interesting puzzle game here.
Nice job. Adding a refueling mechanic in addition to fishing would make this much more interesting.
Really good. The built-in loop on the program execution was a nice added twist.
Liked the sound effects and dialog sounds... Controls were a bit weird... not sure the gamepad controls were even working correctly on the HTML version. Got through the first level just by running into everything! :-)
Interesting concept but wasn't my cup of tea.
Nice graphics and sound. Very cool what you can achieve with pico8. Too difficult for me though.
Fun game. I enjoyed playing it. Who is dropping all of these parachutes of death is what I want to know?! Maybe cliffs or mountains would make more sense. Took me a while to realize there was a "Shop" button. I'd make that a lot more obvious. The camera needs some work too. The ship would seem to teleport when you go too far to one side causing crashes. I made it to the top but never got a satisfying moon landing. I wanted to buy a "increase turn rate" upgrade for the outer space portion of the game. But overall, very nice!
Good job! Would love to see more animation on the map.
Really excellent. I'm impressed with what you were able to accomplish with Pico8. Presentation, controls, feedback, audio... it's all great! It's hard to imagine a better executed concept in the compo.
:star::star::star::star::star:
Pretty cool concept. Liked the art style.
Jetpacks are fun (despite problems already pointed out). Nice entry.
Interesting idea but way too hard. Not sure what the point of switching the controls is every round unless it's supposed to be some kind of typing game?
5 for humor. Love the shop. Not my style but I think this could be popular.
Pretty cool concept (I love spaceship games like this). Controls were a little difficult though and I had no idea what the fuel scoop system was.
Very difficult! Really nice graphics and sound.
Thanks! Music was on my todo list... something epic like The Right Stuff soundtrack.
Yah, I agree. A destination, multiple stages, obstacles, the ground would all be good additions. Thanks!
Looks and sounds great. No idea how to do anything.
The talking shark is pretty funny. His speech sounds made me laugh. The graphics are nice but it's kind of an odd mixture of pixel art and 3D almost vector style art. I think the game would look better if you picked one style or the other.
Very cool idea and well executed. I was going to do something like this if the theme had turned out to be "moving fortress".
Cool idea, needs a little balancing with respect to speed and multiple zombies. One thing that was unintuitive to me was that you were in control of all of the zombies but the game seemed to end if your "main" zombie died. Fun though! Played it several times.
Good job! Nice graphics and audio. Very difficult.
Love the art style.
Pretty tough but I finally won! I thought it was a sneaking game at first but it turned into just a straight up game of tag. :-)
Nice game but controls were awkward. I can see this working on a phone or tablet much better.
Nice job. Like the cyberpunk/miami vice graphics. Looks and sounds nice. Didn't really feel like a car though.
@werlar, the linux version fails to run with message "There is no data folder" in the console.
Nice job. I think a slightly more pulled out view or a smaller ship would work better for me.
I found this through itch.io. You should add a link to this page on your game page.
Nice work. I like what you did with Blender to make the sprite sheets.
I really liked this! It was fun. Jumping the steam engine was a surprise that made me laugh.
Very nicely done. Took a few tries to get the hang of it. I think improving the building descriptions and maybe adding a short tutorial would go a long way.
Fun to play! Took a little time to get the hang of it but I couldn't quit until I made it more than 10 days. :-) Cool that all the graphics are procedural. Btw, it's possible to cheat by just moving the mouse in tight circles around the sun really fast. Makes the days fly by.
Nice job! Controls are much better in the post-jam version. I think it'd be nice if the orbs were less generic... like it was a space station with people inside or something.
Dude. Call me if you need someone to talk to.
You've done a lot of solid writing for this. I "enjoyed" it and the music was nice too.
Linux build works! Map effect was really cool. Music was a good choice. I think this was an original take on the theme. Game got pretty difficult as time went on. Might be good to allow the player to buy additional police and tech units to keep up with the revolutionaries. It'd become more like a tower defense style game.
Love love love the graphics. Very stylish and cool. Some awesome pew pew sounds would be nice. At first I thought this would be a standard tower defense but I really love the unique buildings and the energy mechanic for charging them. Awesome job.
Pretty cool game! Sounds are funny and fit the the game well. Nice job!
chef_kiss.jpg
Good graphics and sounds, interesting gameplay, fit the theme well, and I'm depressed now.
Bad Tama! Cute game in a dark way. Music is really good. Thanks!
Thanks for the feedback!
Gruesome but really good. Really like the voxel art and the animations on the people are great.
Pretty fun, I like the hijacking thing, and thanks for the link to Jukedeck!
Wow, what can I say that hasn't been said already. I really like the mechanic. I think you've got a winner here.
Impressive effort, good music, interesting idea although I didn't like the delay between moves... I'd rather you just gave me less time to complete the level and let me move when I want.
That is a good game. Very tough but the difficulty ramps up pretty fairly, I think. It's always those towers that can aim that get me! Lot's of polish.. sounds, music, and art are all great!
35! Cute game, love the goats.
Really enjoyed it! The spirits gave me the chills. And the darkness as space was a good idea!
Really enjoyed it and played through a few times! I didn't understand the food mechanic and how fields and houses work, didn't feel like food was coming in like I expected. I'd also like to hover over placed buildings to see what their effects are. And I'd like to be able to remove buildings.
Wow this takes me back! Gameplay is simple but fun and the art is top notch. If I were going to add anything it'd be a hull repair mini game between rounds and player upgrades (speed, pulse, oxygen).
Wow, you guys! That was a lot of fun! The driving alone was fun and the fact you added drifting to a valet game was hilarious!
i like the folding mechanic and the visuals are top notch. neat idea!
Overall a nice effort! Fun to play -- just wish I had bigger guns and more bullets!
It was fun! Would play a local pvp version of this game so i could kick my friends
I liked it! The water mechanic took me a second but when it clicked I was happily surprised! Thanks!
10/10 that was a great game! Really surprising and interesting mechanics here!
This is a fun idea! Controls were tight, car felt good. You need to get in touch with the Hot Wheels people. :-)
"You've unlocked potatoes" made me lol! Thanks for making this! Interesting use of the theme with the different seed plots!
Lovely, read it in an accent because I felt like that is what the banana sounded like in my head and I enjoyed the story. Is it a game? Not totally sure, but thanks for making it!
@jerem-watts i understand what you're saying and i didn't mean to imply that this shouldn't be here. i think it's great that it's here and i'm glad you made it and i'm glad i experienced it.
Cute game! Fun if hectic! The blood was a surprise. lol
Lovely, calming, feels like playing solitaire, excellent job!
Lovely art style!
I shipped the CAT!
That was a fun game! More difficult than it looks. Love the way you interpreted the theme and I really like managing dungeons. Thanks!
loved the humor, loved the art style, was very cute! overall a good effort and fun to play
Really like the art style, the visual effects, the sound and music -- all great. gameplay was fun! Really enjoyed using the light as a weapon. Nicely done!
wow! really nice game! really good use of the theme, the game is addictive, and love the art and sounds
Really well executed and fun. Great graphics and sound too. It took me a minute to realize I was creating the dungeon by buying traps... at first I thought I would use the traps to kill monsters that would soon be appearing. But building the dungeon is great and I think you could expand this idea with more stuff (traps, monsters, treasure) and ultimately more rooms so you can progress towards a goal.
Liked the combination of inventory tetris and story telling
Interesting concept! A bit finicky here and there placing the objects and jumping into them at the same time. More levels exploring the possibilities of different shapes, dynamic environments, shapes that move, could be fun.
Hectic! But fun! If you had more time, I think this could be developed into something that was a lot of fun, especially maybe on mobile where you could reorient the conveyor belts with taps. I forgot you could pause! When I was reminded of that the game became much more calm! Thanks for making this!
