"Yes I am a pro gamer and will definitely survive the fast mode" Nope. Jams just went past me like vruum vruum
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD54 → One does not make jam without breaking pots

Fun, but very hard XD. I'd love to see a couple extra levels/layouts in the future, moving in difficulty with more/less pot types.
It's quite difficult to manage multiple jams on multiple conveyors, I think it could be balanced better by slowing down the conveyor speeds. I like the theming and the graphics!
Thanks everyone for feedback and playing the game! You can pause to make the experience a lot easier (almost a puzzle game).
A good addition could be to enable pots to loop back and maybe break when coliding (to fit the name)
Sadly I had no time to make extra layers or pot types or even a scaling difficulty.
have a good day everyone
Hectic! But fun! If you had more time, I think this could be developed into something that was a lot of fun, especially maybe on mobile where you could reorient the conveyor belts with taps. I forgot you could pause! When I was reminded of that the game became much more calm! Thanks for making this!
Once I learnt to use the pause it became more pleasant and easier to play. I encountered a case where there was no optimal solution: all packages occupied and a new color pops up, preventing me to do a "perfect" (all boxes with 5 jams). Maybe you could add a way to send back the jam to the beginning of the belt?
I liked the pixel art, it was simple but efficient and very easy to understand. The jam could be slightly bigger and of different shapes for color-blind people.
Simple but really nice ! GG  And nice title  !
- I liked the art, and the idea was solid, would've been cool to see your full power. - I think having the jam essentially teleport made it a bit chaotic and stressful, you could add at least some movement animation.
Nice game ! Graphics are neat and clean, and the concept is well implemented. At first I belived you can throw away jam can by sending them in the top right corner, but it seems not. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with the 5th color, I guessed I need to send it in the container with the most jam in it. It could be an interesting variation if this 5th color arrive when you can complete a box. Congratulations for your entry !
Really nice game!
The core mechanic is simple, intuitive and works well. Mostly, the simple "5 crates" objective turns what could have been a painful timed scoring experience in a tiny game where you just want to try and go for perfect.
Good job, espectially considering the time you put into it!
Its impressive, I thought the audio queues while really nice having them I found them a little harsh. I don't know if there were any reward sounds to point me in the right direction. It was unclear what would happen once a box was filled, I like that i could see the amount filled. Very nice job!
I would have loved to see a few other levels, but overall it is a very satisfying and concise game. The challenge of fitting 5 types into 4 boxes is a great take on the theme and not one I immediately saw coming my first playthrough. Also, despite not being anything fancy, the audio cues are very effective. Nicely done!
Nice little game! That escalated quicly, so I managed maybe 10 first pots and then it became too hard to control. Good job!
Cool game. Appreciated the allure of a quicker speed worth more points as well as the ability to pause. Liked the puzzle like quality - pretty cool idea well realised.
Missed music - could have added to the already chill but kind of tense vibe.
Hey! This was a short but sweet entry. I thought the gameplay was pretty well considered, but maybe could be improved with some way to scale up the play session such that with correct play, the score could go up indefinitely.
I think some music would have also been a nice touch, though I respect the choice to have none over rushed music.
The game's difficulty was nicely scaled in that I did feel like putting effort into matching the jars was worth it, and I could see a little personal system building as I played my second session. I would have liked a couple more boxes to get every kind in, but I understand the choice to force the player to finish boxes early or burn instant deliveries on stray jars.
Overall, a brief game but well-considered.
Thanks for sharing!
