Error while downloading applet...?
Fun! Maybe I'm slightly too much of a maths nerd but I found this to be enjoyable.
This was fun! Slightly unbalanced towards Fire in my humble opinion. But then again I always play DPS mage so what do I know ;)
Given more time and some polish, I seriously think that it could be a hit :D
Cute as hell :D
I have no idea what just happened
I enjoyed this entry a lot. Not many games run smoothly on my poor ol'e laptop, so props for that ;)
I like how the game feels quite well polished and sets a good atmosphere. Some people say it was slow, but I like the pacing of it personally. Improvements might include some sounds or possibly more detailing in the world. props!
I like it :D
I'm always slightly disillusioned by linear velocity when falling/jumping so if I were to suggest one thing to add it'd be that. Impressive and tight art and music especially considering the short time frame. Well done :D
+ I like the weight of the hammer and the cartoony effect of the player and enemy characters.
- It would have been nice if the camera could be moved around, maybe with the mouse?
+ The progression of difficulty and the way the hammers grew was really smooth and fun :)
Wonderful submission!
It took a surprisingly long time to find a sokoban game on here this year, let alone a sokoban-time hybrid!
The mechanics seem to be fun. I was playing on a projector, so the screen was even darker than it was supposed to be, but the game was still playable!
Overall, quite fun, and the time mechanics seem to work nicely.
This game was really fun. Some of the minigames were a little obscure (especially the ones where you have to use the arrow keys - i was pressing WASD and clicking on the prompts to no effect). The shave-the-baby minigame did make me laugh xD

(disregard those comments - i posted in the wrong tab! I actually can't play this game because these computers do not have the Unity player :( )
Ah yeah, that bug... I fixed it (as a very minor thing, i think it's probably fair to fix it) for Windows, but didn't build for anything else :(
Thanks for playing!
A fun game! Not too dissimilar from your LD31 entry to be fair, but I do like the novel mechanic of stealing your enemies' weapons and using it against them.
The UI is nice and clean, and everything works well :)
The Linux link does not contain the data folder w__w
The auto-loading web version didn't let me control it, weirdly, but I still managed to fill my coin quota before getting to the bottom.
Stick man was cool, but a little more in the way of level design could have made a big difference - particularly with blocks and stuff. Of course these things aren't always possible during the time limits :D
The wall jumping was cool as well. Nice job! :)
"Failed to load Mono" on Linux :(
I liked the use of theme :) Unfortunately I think something may have been wrong for me - there were no text options on the right hand side during the "negotiation" section :/
Really fun game! A very enjoyable arena shooter.
I liked the thematic aspects of using love as the weapon of choice. The introductory text was well written enough that I read and enjoyed all of it - unusual enough for a LD game!
Really nice pixel art work - it would have been nice if the font was at the same pixel size but that might have made it a bit hard to read.
Overall a really strong submission.
Despite the occasional slip-up with the wording and grammar, I still found it very fun to play all the way through to the end.
It's sadly quite unusual to see a text adventure on here. Often times I say that a text adventure would be best if it came with some illustrations, but this one works really well just in text form.
Very nice!
The concept was really nice.
Art-wise, the levels could have been developed a little more. I really liked the character art though, especially the climbing animation :)
The jumping physics might be something to work on for the next game - using variable speed for jumping is a small change that makes a big difference to game play.
Tres bien!
Could you please provide a version in .zip format? Some people (including me) don't have the programs required to open .7z files.
oh wow this game is an amazing entry! IT rare to find a working multiplayer game as a LD submission, me and my boyfriend play for a while taking turns as the ghost and thief! very fun
Fun little game, if abit unfair towards the zombies! I love the simplistic strategy mechanics! Overall its a pretty neat game, needs abit of tweaking to not allow the human to overpower the zombies so fast!
I love the sprites! and its bloodly hard! Spent 30 minutes playing and I've only managed to get the boss down to half health before being murdered by homing icecream missiles!
MrNyarlathotep: It's slightly hard to see due to the page layout but the body text says the following:
Due to a medical condition, I have been doing the Jam one day late (sun-tues).
This will become a proper entry very soon, promise!
Entry is up now - should be playable :)
Love the art of the game, the animations are super smooth and feel great! Love the concept of you basically being Smaug from Lord of the Rings burning down towns!
Wow I didnt expect to enjoy this game as much as I did! its overall pretty great, only complaint is the old ladies 'where are you' and 'II'll get you' can slowly grate on your nerves
This game man, got annoyed by my slow moving child, ended up abandoning it and it was murdered by the hunters! The art style of the game is AMAZING! it rare to play a Ludum game with actual voice overs!
Love the graphics of the game, with a nice backstory to go with it!
Hooray! Actually completed it and found a VHS tape. :D
Pretty tough but it becomes easier once you work out how the snakes move. The procedural generation works fairly well, I was able to find all four pieces and couldn't see any disconnected parts.
Might be worth considering a counter to show how many pieces are left, and you could add easy/medium/hard where there are fewer or more pieces that you need to find, and you can get better/worse artifacts? :D
I spent way to much time petting my strange blue bloop ball, I coudnt stop myself the sounds it made tickled me!
Nice little arcade shooter :) Really good variety of weapons but the variety of enemies could be increased, as well as adding maybe more enemies that spawn over time?
Good entry!
Amazing voice acting and very reminiscent of its namesake. Fantastic work :)
Not bad - nice smooth movement on the player especially. Had a bit of a problem where hitting spacebar / arrow keys was moving the viewport as well as the player.
Nice art and graphics! A decent idea too that I haven't seen before, though it reminds me of Shoppe Keep.
Fun game.
I got my head almost up to the hole in the ceiling and then the TV flew off.
Decent platformer. I had fun using the corpses to push the alive beer cans into the pits :D
A very nice pico-8 entry :) Really nice use of the palette especially for the floor and wall textures.
For the life of me I cannot figure out how to start the game.
Nice little arcade style game. I didn't last very long!
The only game I've ever played which seems like it actually *easier* to play with a touch pad!
Interesting idea. Snapping tiles together would make that system a bit neater to use, maybe a snapping grid in general.
Works very well!
Not exactly a game though ;)
Pretty fun entry. Surprisingly difficult especially on a laptop without a mouse!
Took a while to work out what I was meant to be doing. Also if you restart the game using the restart button the oxygen seems to deplete faster and faster.
Pretty good entry all round! I like the begging minigame too but a little more variety could have gone a long way.
Really nice use of show-dont-tell humour too ;)
Found the art very pretty, but wasnt sure what todo, I was walking around picking things up :c
Very interesting entry. Nice use of colour too!
Couple of spelling issues but they didn't really affect anything.
Oh wow. The 3D effect is SUPER impressive.
Nice game!
Very arty. I had a really good experience with this game. Possibly the first 5 for mood i've ever awarded.
Very emotionally charged. Good art too!
Top marks for mood.
Simple gameplay, nice presentation.
Impressive compression. I'm surprised how good it looks.
Decent implementation. There's a lot of words here!
Really funny. I loved the animations and the music was pretty fantastic as well. Nice job!
jramell: that's really interesting - I didn't realize that using the two buttons made the control scheme more awkward. You're right that it is slightly easier to code but not by much! Thanks for your feedback.
StarshipTrooper0589: my mistake! Fixing that now, thanks.
Interesting take. Somewhere between sliding block puzzle and whack a mole!
I played the Android version and now my index finger hurts from swiping ;)
Out of the park as usual.
My high score was 11600 I thought I did pretty good! Fun little game, music was great, the default controls where abit confusing
Really interesting take on the standard block-pushing game.
I loved how frantic it gets towards the end - shame about the occasional bug.
Had a lovely time with this entry. Each of the mini-game "experiments":
1. BURNERS - this one was clearly the most complicated and most of the time was probably spent on it out of all the experiments. It took a while before i was doing anything other than just putting out bunsen burner flames over and over!
2. THERMOMETER - Nice and simple. It was this one which tended to keep the game going for me since a fair amount of the time was running from 1 to 3. Couldn't find any bugs or problems and wasn't too difficult. Maybe changing the drip speed with temperature and/or adding a drip sound could have added to this one.
3. BEAKER - incredibly adorable. Not sure if there was an obvious way of telling which side of "good" it was on - at my last loss i went the wrong way and accelerated the failure rather than correcting it. Fun and satisfying when you get it right, too. However going away from it for more than 5 seconds is pretty dangerous, it gets out of control fast!
Overall a fun entry with a nice amount of variety. Well done :)
Seems to crash when I press "play" :/
Very cat! I mean cute.
I like that the timer falls down when you throw a black cat but some in game instructions might help.
Sort of like a cat version of tinder.

Sort of like a cat version of tinder. Cool.but not hugely thematic. :)
Very nice entry, DOG.
I like the cute graphical style. The gameplay itself is quite difficult, or maybe I am just bad at games!
Not half bad. Played it on my phone - ran fine too. Looks like moving right to the middle of the "m" is a winning strategy!
Neat little puzzle game. I still can't get past ~the second dialog :(
Some changes to the colour scheme might be helpful, and it wasn't immediately obvious that X colour blocks X person. Good use of sound effects.
The game seems to crash when I press play, on Android. :(
This was way more fun than it had any right to be.
(1297 on the first try!)
Very creepy, nice use of mood. It was quite hard to see on my laptop screen but that was probably the point!
More variety of enemies might have helped, as well as reducing the difficulty right at the beginning (i died almost right away first time round). Good entry!
Decent implementation of a classic game. Nice music.
I like how the fish slows down at the edges of the world but it might be sensible to clip the camera to that same area, otherwise you can see "outside the world".
This works well, and is very suited to Pico-8! Always nice to see more p8 representation :)
Nice sound effects and decent progression too.
Might be nice to see some kind of floor texture, as well as more depth, possibly upgrades?
