Nice, little confusing when the enemies sometimes killed you and most times did not, laughed really hard when on my first playthrough no enemies harmed except the last one :D

wscones 2016-12-13 09:04

kinda cool that you can push dead enemies around

thescragglyman 2016-12-13 18:48

love the graphics, quite charming, took me back to my mario days, i died once but then i made it home. Loved the take on the theme really interesting, well done .

flatgub 2016-12-13 19:25

Cute idea! It took me a while to figure out when enemies would kill you and when you would kill them, but once I got it it was okay. I liked using dead enemies is bouncing blocks and ways to push other enemies away! The controls were a little stiff but I got over it.

noahcagle 2016-12-14 04:15

It was kinda fucked up that I pushed one enemy off a cliff with his friend's dead body, but this game was absolutely hilarious. And the graphics are amazing!

megalink 2016-12-14 04:16

I love the enemy designs :)

piscythe 2016-12-14 06:12

I like your use of dead body physics here.

mrevilguy 2016-12-14 06:15

Nice little fun game. Liked the sound effects and cute lizards.

deqingli 2016-12-14 06:16

Nice, I like the humor you put in the game.
But sometimes monsters are stuck and stand still.

quiv 2016-12-14 06:39

Charming little game :) The sound effects and enemy designs worked for the game very nicely, it was enjoyable to play!

hermetic 2016-12-14 16:11

Solid little platformer. Interesting that the bad guys are glasses of beer? Definitely need to work on controller support. Music, sounds, and general atmosphere of the game is pretty on point. Pushing dead enemies around is an interesting mechanic that reminds me of kicking turtle shells with Mario.

zawdit 2016-12-14 23:42

Pushing the dead enemies is fun, good idea! :D

kamranwali 2016-12-15 00:59

Nice game. The audio and was good. The gameplay was fun too. Keep it up!

michalidis 2016-12-15 01:20

Super Swaggrio ! :D

Nice game, I enjoyed playing it a lot and the mechanics (pushing dead bodies to jump higher or to block other enemies) were very nice :)

Keep up the good work :)

phoenix1987 2016-12-15 12:22

Thanks for the advice on my game.

I just played yours and you did a fanstic job, game has a great feel. Has a mario feel to it. I hope you keep going with it

aaranos 2016-12-15 17:10

This is nicely done. Being able to make use of your enemies to get to higher places without needing to reset if you miss a jump is pretty nice. The level was a tad short.

tater_hater 2016-12-16 00:51

It was very fun to play, that little dinosaur got me good.. a lot...

ibispi 2016-12-16 23:27

A cute platforming game! I enjoyed it.

alexbrainbox 2016-12-17 13:12

Decent platformer. I had fun using the corpses to push the alive beer cans into the pits :D

bluethelemon 2016-12-17 15:30

Love the set-up and the ending.
The actual game part is lacking thought.
Love the art anyway, it feels fresh. However, The music really clashes with it.

A shame you didn't use the "Push dead ennemies" mechanic more ! It was really original !

jupiter_hadley 2016-12-17 17:13

Nice graphics! I included it in my compilation video series of the Ludum Dare 37 games, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://youtu.be/YiLAPTz00w0

gipzo 2016-12-21 13:06

I think it is the only game, when you can jump on dead enemies on this LD :)
Nice game )

themonsterfromthedeep 2016-12-23 22:30

Cute game. Music is great. Graphics are good, but the style is somewhat inconsistent.

Using dead enemies was new, and was a nice game mechanic.

I got all 300 points. :)

maffew 2016-12-27 14:57

Fun little game, great audio and graphic design

blobo 2016-12-27 15:41

Very well done, The death screen was hilarious. Thank you for the game!

nlbi21 2016-12-28 02:10

I really like the graphics, I found the fun very funny :D.

maekeruu 2016-12-29 08:18

Nice platformer game! :) I like how you added name system :)) The results screen and game over screen was funny XD

nice take on the dead body mechanic interesting idea to be used in games :) Great job!

fisherg 2016-12-29 22:58

I like the visuals, but the the jump animation is boring, and static. It seems you worked around the theme more than with it, I'll admit. I'm not sure if its intentional, but the corpses of the enemies can prevent me from jumping over them in tight areas. It needs more improvement on level design, as it felt very "Meh, just place the goal here, the start here, and enemies and occasional increase in altitude here".

ferranduran 2016-12-30 22:11

Nice and completed entry, I like the music and graphics style! good job

blackbulletiv 2016-12-31 05:15

Very nice pixel art, and decent platforming controls (even if some of the jumps are very hard). Bouncing on a lizard's corpse like a trampoline will never not be funny.

paveldlouhy 2016-12-31 09:28

Pretty nice and polished game. Good job. It was fun to play and because of that I managed to finish it! :-) Feedback: When I press 'F' in credits new page is displayed over previous one.

pkenney 2017-01-01 20:21

Really nice job for a first LD entry! It's easy to make bad jumping physics when you're new to this stuff, and your jump felt pretty solid. It was maybe a tiny bit floaty but that wasn't a gameplay problem because your air control offered the precision required by the tight jumps your level had. This sort of compatibility between the controls and the challenges is essential and you made it work.

I also appreciated that you gave full attribution to the sources you used so that I can see what was your work, vs the work of others. Nice!

If I try to think of constructive feedback, I would say that the first time I encountered a lizard I got killed because I tried to jump on top of it. I think you could consider having the art imply the gameplay mechanics by putting spikes on him.

Great job for your first time, with the intro screen, the story, the game, and the credits it all felt very complete.
